Bill's Canterbury Restaurant

This was my second time visiting this restaurant, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a nice meal. A special shout-out to Antonio, our server, who provided outstanding service. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be back again soon!

It was my first time in this restaurant and the experience was really enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the gluten free menu with many choices available. Amelia was our server and she took great care of us. Would definitely come back and recommend it!

We went there on a Sunday noon for some brunch. The restaurant was very busy and can clearly see it's short of staff. (I have no issue with the staff, can see them being very busy with the overwhelming guests) I ordered a Bill's big brunch (can't remember the exact name but it's some sort of all day breakfast) The food came in after nearly 40 minutes of waiting. And we are with a toddler it's a bit too long to manage kids patience. And the food... Have to say disappointing at the best. The breakfast is cold, or slight warm at most. The egg is over cooked and small. The bottom is completely hardened. Bacon is cold and hard as rock. I think all the individual breakfast cafes make better English breakfast than this, and probably with a bigger portion and half price and half waiting time. Feel sorry for the staff as I can see they work very hard but I don't see any value in visiting it again.

The food was absolutely delicious and it was truly a special experience. A huge thank you to everyone in the kitchen. You are all hard work made a nice dish. The staff were incredibly friendly, and polite (especially Antonio). He gave me great recommendations and was so kind and helpful. You are all amazing. And very highly recommended

Great experience! Went with a friend for some brunch, spontaneous decision and it was worth it. We had the ‘big bills breakfast’ great portion size and options. We sat outside by the front, and loved it. Love how many plants there were, gave a lovely nature feel. Affordable prices and a large menu selection too.

1st time here for me and really enjoyed it, food was great, nice to be able to enjoy the nice weather by sitting outside as well, good menu and portions, not too expensive either tbh, plenty of choice including veggie options if so desired 5⭐

Went here for lunch one Sunday. The server was wonderful, I believe her name was Rasa/Rosa. The shared starter was really nice and set us up for a good meal. Unfortunately, even though the burger was presented well, it was average at best, not very much taste. In theory it sounded great, bacon, fried egg and lots of avocado. It didn't live up to the expectations. The fries were good and the meal wasn't overly expensive in total. I would go back but I would be ordering a different main other than the brunch burger.

If you have not been to Bills Canterbury, then you should. We turned up today as a party of 5 not booked, but staff provided a table in the sunshine and part of a great atmosphere. Yan and his team went above and beyond with service laughter and the food was amazing. Great portions and presentation but also great taste. Already planning on coming back to try most items on the menu and working our way through the amazing desserts also. Thank you for a lovely meal.
