Totally unexpected diner, out in the middle of the Dales. We've driven past the brown sign for years but thought we'd investigate. Definitely a cool place to take the kids. Well thought out and exceedingly well put together, it's actually better than a real American diner... No smelly truckers or terrible coffee here 🤣 The menu is authentic, and, although we only stayed for ice cream, everything we saw looked lovely. On the ice cream... Wow... Plenty to choose from, and very tasty. Servings are quite big so, I'd err on the side of caution! Definitely worth going. Quick update... Revisited with family at the weekend and had burgers. Very, very tasty.. and the milkshakes!!! Make sure you're hungry!

Visited as 2 adults and a teenager after visiting previously about 10 years ago. It was lunch time in the middle of summer, yet we managed to find an outside table easily, and the food and drinks came extremely quickly. The food was fantastic and the portions were on the large side, so we're going to have to visit again for ice creams as we were too full! The picture really doesn't show just how big the chicken burger is!! I also wish I could buy the liquorice soda to take home, it was amazing!

The food is absolutely amazing. The place is a nice little stop gap if you fancy a big breakfast with some nice little touch’s of old US culture from the 50’s. The staff are really nice and gave us a seat in a quieter area. They definitely know their audience well! Would definitely recommend if you are you in the area.

My wife and I recently stumbled upon this American diner just outside Skipton during a trip through the stunning Yorkshire Dales, and what a find it was! They've truly nailed the authentic feel of an American diner. The walls are a feast for the eyes, absolutely covered in fascinating American oil, garage, and car memorabilia, alongside classic old-style waiter photographs that evoke a bygone era. The food was amazing, and hit the spot perfectly. The milkshake was very thick. The straw was over a centimeter wide, and still I struggled to suck the shake through (a good problem to have). I wish they had a lime flavor, but there were a lot of flavours to choose from. The food menu is fantastic, so much choice. I said below the noise was moderate, and it was because they were playing all the classic American rock songs, which were awesome! Noise in a place like this is welcome! 🎸🎶 We sat indoors, but they have a lovely outdoor area, next to a kids play area. It is a must visit if you are in the area. Don't stress about parking, as there are loads of free parks. We'll be back!

Absolutely loved it here so much I bought a beanie... in 30° heat! Love the vibes and the ice cream and soda I had was lush! Husband had a shake and he loved it. Can't wait to bring my niece and nephews here they will love it!

in the area on holiday and spotted this place on the maps. MOST BIZARRE OUTSIDE EVER walking inside was like walking into a different dimension and omg it was like nothing I'd ever been to before. Came for breakfast, which was SO GOOD we decided to come the next day too before going home. Rancher's eggs was to die for, and the pancakes are amazing. get the cherry soda. try a milkshake. wish there was one further south. live, laugh, billy bob

Brilliant place 3rd time we have visited and I've not found a fault yet. Food is very generously portioned, veggie items seem good the price is great for the quality you receive, staff are friendly and the play area is a brilliant bonus. There's also a play barn but we haven't visited this yet.

It's a lot of fun and definitely worth the trip. It's a bit on the pricey side but the food is good quality, I definitely recommend the pancakes. Wide range of ice-cream available and kids play area. Be warned though that they stop serving breakfast early and fries are extra.
