FIVE FIVE AND FIVE STARS! Cute cabin like interior, servers were so friendly and the Food…. Who can eat all this!!! Each meal was easily enough for two and even the famous 14” pancakes! Really good vanilla flavor even without the syrup. 3 of us shared it and we didn’t even finish. The billion dollar bacon was good as a little starter, you have to try it! I had the country fried steak omelette, which was amazing and even had enough extra gravy to put on the biscuit, my son had the French toast and added caramel, pecans, and bananas. My husband had the tri-tip omelette and everything was phenomenal.

Google
Pancakes. There. That is all you need to know. I’ll still tell you more though. This place must be stopped at. The pancakes were amazing. Best breakfast food any of us had ever had. One got the French Toast Pancake. Lots of sugar and amazing. The omelet was massive and the gravy on the B&G was impressive. Did I mention the pancakes? Do it. I may drive the 4 hours to get there just for another. They were also delicious the next day because…we…had…leftovers.

Google
Had an awesome breakfast here! The pancakes were HUGE and so good, definitely worth the hype. The vibe inside is super fun and cozy, just feels like the perfect spot to hang out and eat. Big shoutout to my server Angela V. she was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Google
The service was very welcoming and friendly. The food was decent. The best tasting was the pancake. The bacon could have been cooked longer. The hash was very bland. Adding hotsauce to everything besides the pancake made it taste better. The biscuit was dry and easily fell apart. The sweet tea was mediocre. Overall I wouldn't go again. Def a one and done. However their portions were HUGE so lots of stuff to throw out. Or take home if you like it.

Google
Get here early. Huge parking lot that fills up fast. Giant menu. Came for breakfast and had to try the pancake(with chicken). Could not finish. Waitress joked that the raccoons are well fed from all the food people can't finish. Huge portions. My family really liked it. Owner came out and made sure we liked everything.

Google
Amazing Breakfast!! Not one complaint at our table! I had a 5 egg omlet with ham cheese and veggies, side of hash browns, biscuits and gravy, their 14" pancakes were insane and tasty!! 10/10 fire as the kids would say, priced right!

Kay Ricks

Google
This was a 1st time visit for us and the food was great…very BIG portion sizes with great prices. We visited here because of other customer reviews. After checking into the location it was Branson Mill and not the one on 265. However….this could have been a 5 star rating but our server made us feel very rushed in placing our order and eating. This made our visit unpleasant. Service means everything in the restaurant business and I value servers and treat them accordingly. Servers are an important part of the business as the food is. I checked with my server to make sure she was having a good day and she said she was.

Google
The vibe of this restaurant is spot on. And the food was wonderful. They had said 45 min for our wait, but we were seated with food on the table within 25 mins. The appetizers are very large and well worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing service and even better food. Best breakfast I have ever had! Our family had pancakes, omelette, French toast and biscuits with gravy. Everyone said best breakfast ever
google avatar

Teri B.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Service was amazing! The pancake is the size of a pizza! You won't be able to finish. The prorations will be good for a couple days!!!!! Best coffee of my life! You'd swear it's French press. Also billion is not really baxon. It's soft pork belly. Love it! Also love unpretentious appearance. Looks like a country restaurant. Can't fault them.

Yelp
We were at the second Billy Gail's location. We have heard great things about the original location but this location had a much shorter wait. We may have realized why. While it is a cute place and portions were HUGE, we were a little disappointed in the quality of the meal. I ordered the Campfire Skillet. I ate the eggs and some of the skillet, but was rather greasy. I still filled a large takeout box. The 14" pancake is novel and was probably the highlight for what the table ordered.d. It is very thin, but good flavor. The kids enjoyed their Mac and cheese as well. I do hope we can try the original because it we have heard great things
google avatar

Cheryl D.

Yelp
Fun place with insanely large pancakes! Service was attentive and we enjoyed everything that we ordered. Portions are big so sharing might be a good idea or you will be walking out with take home boxes. Generous pours for the mimosas. We will be back!
google avatar

James M.

Yelp
Food is average. Making it large doesn't make it great. 5 egg omelet was not 5 eggs. Just average food with higher prices. Inside is nice with a fun decor. Staff was friendly and helpful but nothing outstanding. Fun first last time honestly.

Yelp
The food was very good. Sloppy Biscuits and chicken. Great flavor and big portions. Added a 14 inch pancake, was fluffy and had great vanilla flavor. Monte cristo sandwich was so good, sweet and savory. Good balance of sweet with the French toast bun and syrup. Met with the savory of the egg and ham. Really big portions three of us shared the two meals and still had some leftovers. The server was very nice, funny, and helpful. The inside was decorated really cute with diner/cabin vibes.

Yelp
Of the places we tried during our short visit to Branson, this was my favorite. There are 3 Billy Gail's locations in town - this is the original location recommended to us by a local as the go-to place. Be prepared for a wait though as it's a popular spot. We arrived around 8am and waited about 45 minutes. The parking lot was already quite full when we got there. We ended up parking in the dirt lot adjacent to the restaurant, and even that was starting to fill up. Despite how busy it was, it was well worth the wait. The food was very good with generous portions that didn't disappoint. The classic eggs and bacon plate was tasty and well prepared. The corned beef hash was one of the better ones I've tried. For those with a big appetite or looking to share, they have a signature 14-inch pancake which caught everyone's attention as it was delivered to a neighboring table. If you're in the area and don't mind a bit of a wait, I'd highly recommend this spot for breakfast. Come hungry and enjoy the lively, eclectic atmosphere.

Yelp
Yes yes yes and yes so Billy Gail's definitely can do a filling satisfying breakfast well done started coming here about 4 mos ago and every time no crumbs left....

Yelp
Only a 30 min wait, so not bad at all but it is Nov in middle of week. Ordered French toast that came with huge mound of butter in middle, great. We had the omelet with mushrooms, Ham, cheese, pepper n onions, Great Side of reg bacon, Great. Service was good but waitress could of been friendly. All in all we enjoy when we are in town. It's on our list.
google avatar

Erica D.

Yelp
Listen!!! We waited 30 mins for this food because I heard it was so good. And when I tell you IT DOD NOT DISAPPOINT‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ Yes I had to put that much emphasis on it because it was that good. Apparently this is a big tourist spot but it's very welcoming, like going to grandmas house. The service matched the food, top tier. Our waitress, the young lady that brought our food out, even the people sitting next to us were extremely nice. The seats are pretty close together but everyone around us was friendly. It was like dining with strangers. When I come back to this town, this will definitely be a stop!

Yelp
A Branson must! My family comes here every trip--sometimes more than once. Huge portions, delicious food, and a cozy, fun atmosphere. The pancakes are massive and fluffy, biscuits are perfect, and the chicken fried steak never disappoints. A tradition we never skip!
google avatar

Marissa J.

Yelp
I have to say these were some humongous and delicious pancakes. I felt like I couldn't come here and not get a pancake, so that's exactly what I did. It was so good and flavorful. I of course enjoyed the eggs and bacon that went along with it. I certainly recommend getting the pancake if you were coming to eat here. The service was fast and our food came out in a timely manner. I also liked the different decorations around the whole room it was very different.
google avatar

Holly T.

Yelp
We heard so many good things about this place we had to stop in on our way to Silver dollar city. We had a great waiter who explained everything we needed to know. Of course we had to get the famous pancake and it's literally the size of a large pizza but was so good. We did our best to make our way through it. I Also got Gail's breakfast which was three eggs hash browns bacon and toast and they were also very good. They have plenty of space inside and everything including the bathrooms were super clean. The wait was only about 20 minutes around 11 am. If you are this way you gotta stop in - one of the best meals we had in Branson.
google avatar

Charlene T.

Yelp
Best fried chicken ever. The service was great too. So much food for my meal that there was no way I could eat it all. Our server Summer was awesome.
google avatar

Becky S.

Yelp
Great breakfast! Expect a wait because they are always busy. Big portions, good food, and good service. The 14" pancake is massive!
google avatar

Melicent J.

Yelp
From when our waitress Erica came and greeted us to when we left both time the service was excellent. Food was plentiful and amazing! We will definitely come here again!

Brandon B.

Yelp
The service is outstanding, the food is amazing!!!!! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great food and a wonderful atmosphere!
google avatar

Cheryl W.

Yelp
Great ambiance, great service, great portion size, and great experience! There are a lot of restaurants to pick from in Branson and this is one of my favorites! I recommend it.
google avatar

Soncerae M.

Yelp
Billy Gails is a must- go anytime we're in Branson! But get there early because they're popular and for good reason! The gift shop in the front is super cute and a nice distraction for kids. The staff has always been kind to us and the food comes out very fast. The portions are generous so be prepared to share or have boxes!
google avatar

Mechelle S.

Yelp
Well it's been years since we were here and lots has changed. They changed ownership, they take credits cards and no real creamer for my coffee and OJ is sour. Boo! The portions are huge and insane so order one meal and share is the way to go. Their pancakes are the size of a plate and no longer taste that yummy sweet flavor, the recipe has changed and they are thick instead of thin like I remember. Disappointed but ok. The hubs liked his eggs and hashbrowns, sausage no flavor... The service was good and friendly. So love coming to Branson and this was always a place we had to go to but now it's just ok.
google avatar

Sherry H.

Yelp
Sloppy biscuit was awesome. Staff friendly and service was fast even though the place was packed. We were seated quick even though people were waiting but as a party of 2, they got us in and out fast.
google avatar

Jennie K.

Yelp
Got in quickly on an early, rainy Tuesday morning. Our server, Angela, was terrific! This is our MUST HAVE breakfast stop while in Branson!!
google avatar

Neeca B.

Yelp
Tenderloin was huge but mostly it turned out to be the breading. Not bad though, this is not the place for avocado toast. Although that's what I got, stick with the burgers or what they suggest. I wasn't hungry at the time but my group was. There's always to go. Low in staff but when we did get helped they were really nice and did came within 15 minutes. Clean bathrooms and big parking lot.
google avatar

Kathryn S.

Yelp
You will not leave hungry, the food is great and plenty. Delicious pancakes, biscuits, hash browns! Very good service, long wait but worth it. The interior is fun and memorable.

George H.

Yelp
The Food & Service at the Branson WEST area on Gretna Rd was Excellent. Their 14" Pancake alone can feed a family of two adults and two children. We ate Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner here on different days while in the area. Definitely will be returning. They have clean facilities, excellence in food preparation, and outstanding wait staff & management. We will be back. Hope they expand to Wichita, KS soon.
google avatar

Bronx F.

Yelp
I recommend any and every breakfast lover to try Billy Gail's. They have something for everybody! The pancakes are so fluffy and delicious, while the biscuits and gravy is warm and delightful!

Michele E.

Yelp
This place has the best atmosphere. They serve just about everything. It was so good we went back for breakfast again. Chicken with biscuits and gravy also came with billion dollar bacon it was just as delicious! We ate for several meals with our take home. Service was great, order the appetizer billion dollar bacon, so worth it! Service was fast also!
google avatar

Janaya M.

Yelp
Busy place for breakfast but we got seated very quickly. It looks small when you walk in but has many dining areas. The French toast was good. Loved the grits. Bacon was thick and cooked good. Our waiter was amazing. Everyone was super friendly
google avatar

Kat T.

Yelp
Had to see what the 14" pancake was all about. Hubby and I shared the ultimate breakfast which included 2 eggs, hash browns, ham steak, sausage patty, 2 slices of bacon, and a 14" pancake. We were both completely stuffed and had plenty left. It was delicious. Service was great, prices were excellent, and the place is a quaint country diner. Lots to see. I would definitely recommend.
google avatar

Kory P.

Yelp
Food was just ok. Heard a lot of good things so it might have been a bit overhyped for us. The best thing was the biscuits and gravy I thought. We got the belly buster (that came with the 14" pancake) and some French toast. We were able to share the 3 meals with 6 people.
google avatar

Gerard O.

Yelp
Billy Gails is worth the wait with portions almost to big . I eat breakfast and take the rest home for lunch Great service delicious food a Huge menu. A great country decor and very friendly servers!
google avatar

Ed T.

Yelp
Amazing burger and chicken tenders!!! Will go again. Want to try their breakfast. Good service as well. In my opinion one of the best places in Branson to eat.
google avatar

D C.

Yelp
Wonderful food, cute little place. Great service, and all kinds of food options. We only had breakfast while on vacation and will be headed home soon, kind of sorry we won't be able to sample the rest of the menu!
google avatar

David A.

Yelp
Great place. First time. Great servers. Great food. Love the memorbilia. Definitely worth it.
google avatar

Joanna M.

Yelp
There is a large parking lot but it still doesn't seem enough when this place is busy. We had a 45 minute wait arriving at 8:10am but by the time we were seated they were quoting 1.5-1 hour 45 minute wait. The interior has 2 different seating areas and our waitress was super efficient handling her tables and keeping things moving along. The food came out in a decent amount of time. My hash browns were good and crunch and the meat lovers omelette was good as well. There were healthy portions. We came back the next morning and I had the corned beef hash. It was so good. The corned beef was big healthy chunks.

Joanna C.

Yelp
The pancake really is as big as they say. We order a chocolate chip pancake, billion dollars bacon, and 2 scrambled eggs the share between 2 of us and still left with a box of leftovers. Pancake was great. Billion dollar bacon very good, but pretty pricey. Staff all super nice and attentive. Definitely worth a visit. Given how big and busy the place is they could use bigger bathrooms.
google avatar

Rise' W.

Yelp
Food got a lot for your money. We loved the atmosphere. The pancakes were huge !! The omelette was huge.
google avatar

Brandy G.

Yelp
Service was good, the place was clean, and the staff were very friendly and nice. Food was okay, nothing spectacular but just a regular breakfast spot. Meat Lovers Omelette - regular omelette with a lot of meat, we liked that they put onions and bell peppers on top of the omelette as well as inside. Country Potatoes - you can tell they don't specialize in this style of potato. My fiance and I both don't care for hash browns so when we asked if they can do anything else (such as country potatoes) they were a bit confused. The potatoes were not seasoned and didn't come with onions or bell peppers like we are used to at other breakfast spots. Biscuits & Gravy - very good flavor and how I expect this side to be. This may have been the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had! Patty Melt - super bummed they had swiss as their only white cheese you could get. Usually I get pepper jack on my burgers and patty melts so I was a little underwhelmed with this patty melt since it was either swiss or cheddar cheese and I have never liked swiss. However, the sautéed onions, the meat itself, and the bread were all good! The thousand island that came with it was also super good! The fries were very generic, nothing great about them, they tasted like fries you buy in frozen bags. Service - 10/10 Food - 8/10 There are a lot of little knick knacks to look at while eating so we thought that was pretty neat. The portions are huge so you can definitely split anything! The pancake we did not get but is absolutely gigantic so take this as a warning! LOL
google avatar

Jana N.

Yelp
FYI, their pancakes are hands down the biggest and most flavorful I have ever had! We ordered 2 of their breakfast entrees, which were delicious in themselves. But the reason we came here and will tell everyone else to come here is their pancakes! They have a sweet vanilla flavor to them, soft and moist and so delicious! This is a must stop for breakfast!

Kari L.

Yelp
The food is amazing and they are always very quick. I would say the downside which was a shocker for us was that they charged for every little thing. Even the waitress commented "we charge for everything" the things we asked about was salsa and peanut butter and there was another item we asked about but can't recall what it was. Anyways we love them but don't ask for any extras unless you want to pay $1.50 plus for each item
google avatar

Doug B.

Yelp
What a disappointment this place turned out to be, really just another large tourist location with mediocre food. A small group of us went early for breakfast to avoid any large crowds and the place was out of biscuits, first thing in the morning! The giant pancakes were just that giant but had no great flavor or nothing outstanding to write home about. To be honest the only reason I gave them a 3 star is because the service was very good and the coffee was great. Do yourself a favor and skip this chain and go to one of the local places!
google avatar

Gloria L.

Yelp
I give it 5/5, kids gave is 10/5 stars ; pancakes are HuGE and portion sizes are larger than typical so come hungry! Good service, good food
google avatar

Jazmin V.

Yelp
Second time and we are not disappointed! Phil was an awesome greeter! The staff were on point! The food was on point ! Every one was a happy camper for the most part. If we come back to Branson we will definitely come back!
google avatar

Sabrina J.

Yelp
I don't typically stick around for a restaurant when there is a long wait and I have my kids in tow, but we decided to wait this time and I'm glad we did! The food was amazing! The bacon and hashbrowns were both perfectly cooked (super crispy). The pancakes were delicious. My only disappointment was the coffee and orange juice.... Coffee was a little watered down and the orange juice was just ok. We arrived here right around 8am on a Sunday and had to wait 25 minutes for my family of 5 to be seated (there were a lot of people sitting outside when we arrived), so get there early to avoid long wait times!!

Zulma S.

Yelp
Second time coming here... my family and I love this place! Prices on eggs have went up a little, but we still enjoyed it. The pancakes are a must have!!!! They are huge; my family of 5 shared one. Very fluffy and vanilla flavored. Yummmm!

Brian H.

Yelp
Don't pay attention to negative review. Service, quality, serving sizes (enormous), everything was great!!! Had the House Entree salad with steak, wow!!!
google avatar

Charles W.

Yelp
We ate breakfast there on Father's Day. The wait was about an hour, but that was to be expected. The food was excellent. The service was highly attentive and responsive. They greeted me with Happy Father's Day, which I enjoyed. The ambiance was fun, with a diner-type atmosphere that was relaxed yet clean and organized.
google avatar

Kara G.

Yelp
I had the pancake and chicken. The pancake was really good just needed some more of that butter. I liked the chicken as it was juicy and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were yummy. The fries were too salty neither of my kids finished them. The tenders were good but she wished she didn't toss them because it was overpowering. If I ever came back to the Branson area again we could have at here again. Good food and prices are about $15 pp $1 surcharge on an eggs and tossing (fyi)
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
I went here during the week around 10am. There was about 15-20 minute wait. The inside of the place was pretty cool. The food came out quick. However the eggs were fairly cold. Hashbrown's were decent. The sausage was decent. Big for sure. The biscuits and gravy I wasn't too big of a fan of.
