Kristen and Carter emphasize everything that I love about Billy Reid. Friendly, joyful, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me get the right look and fit. I have been to several locations that have all been wonderful (including online, and their online support), but this is by far my favorite location. Easy parking, great atmosphere. I love the style behind each piece of clothing. Classy, yet subtle. Refined and fashionable, yet ruggedly masculine. Kristen has an incredible eye with an exceptional level of professionalism. Carter also has his own style and taste that is refreshing, because it reaffirms that they both genuinely love what they do which ultimately helps me feel confident with my purchases allowing me to look and feel my absolute best. Lots of laughs make shopping here an outing that is fun and enjoyable. I am always happy with my purchases of this brand, but in this case I must mention I am so happy with my olive walker coat and dover sweatshirt. I highly recommend this shop. 10/10.

Not generally my style but I had a gift card so I tried it out. The employees were great. Helpful and friendly but not pushy. I'm in love with the sweater I purchased already.

The Billy Reid in Shoppes of Buckhead is a great place to swing by. The customer service is fantastic. Every time I go there, that staff bends over backwards to make sure my visit is a good one, even if I walk away having purchased nothing. When you walk in the door, the first thing they do after greeting you is to offer you a beverage. If you find something you like, but they don't have it in your size, they will happily order it from another store, so you can try it before purchasing. I happen to love Billy Reid's clothes, but the service at the store makes a difference. I highly recommend this place. You may up a little more for your clothes, but you'll look good, and your shopping experience will be much better. Check it out!
