Good place, it was empty which was unfortunate but we also went around 3 so after lunch and before dinner. The waitress and I guess the manager guy were both very nice. He talked to my toddler for a good few minutes and they were both loving it. The food was quite good and it's worth billyfying the fries or home fries.

We visited Billy's on a Monday and were welcomed by very kind staff at the door. They seated us right away. Our server was fast, attentive, and charming. We had fresh squeezed orange juice for our drinks. It was very tasty and refreshing. For food, I had the Huevos Rancheros and my partner had Paz’s French Toast. Both were excellent. I really enjoyed my plate. The potatoes were perfectly crispy and the combination of flavors was just amazing. We had an awesome experience. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. I highly recommend the S’mores Hot Chocolate. It was a hit.

We stopped in for a late lunch after visiting the Crayola Experience and were pleasantly surprised! The kids’ meal was perfectly portioned and reasonably priced—definitely appreciated as a parent. Both my husband’s and my meals were delicious, well-sized, and fairly priced as well. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm—quiet enough to be seated right away, but still lively with attentive staff who checked in just the right amount. Inside, the decor was charming and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxed dining vibe. There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area if you want to enjoy your meal outside. Another plus: it’s just steps from the parking garage, which made it super convenient with a toddler in tow. Would absolutely recommend for families or anyone looking for a laid-back, quality meal in the area!

Always consistent. They use fresh ingredients and have friendly staff/good customer service. Cute outdoor space.

Google
I was looking forward to having the avocado toast breakfast, but I was told the avocados weren't ripe enough yet. Everything we've tried so far has been delicious! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced breakfast/brunch with quality service and food. The ambiance is great too!

Google
Great brunch spot. Good size menu with a variety of choices. The service was quick and on point. I got the chorizo omelet and holiday special French toast. The omelet came with a side of papas (home fries) and two pieces of large Texas buttered toast. The French toast has a mix of berries and whipped cream cheese. Both dishes were tasty and freshly made. Can't wait to come back and try the bowls everyone raves about.

Google
The best BEC in town !! I had sausage and this bun was the best I ever had !! Brioche was toasted nicely and melted on your mouth. Way better than a Kaiser or hamburger bun … WELL DONE …

Yelp
The waitress was great, very friendly and attentive. Food came out quick and was very good. We sat inside and there were a few other tables occupied but the atmosphere was nice and it wasn't loud.

Yelp
I would consider myself a Billy's downtown diner Bethlehem regular. Though the food at both the Bethlehem and Easton locations are outstanding, the hostess and waitress at this location made our experience below average. Our waitress went to our table twice: to take our order and bring out our food. My coffee was not refilled once. While paying, the inattentive waitress took my French toast without asking if we wanted a box though over half of it was left, and I would've appreciated a box. When I told her I wanted that food all that was said was, "oh." The service I experienced today makes me question if I should ever return to the Easton location. The bathrooms were very clean, so that was nice.

Yelp
This was a great place for breakfast. The papas are the best! You can get them with onions and peppers and even chili and cheese. The southwest Benedict was especially good as well. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. The service was fast and everyone was friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
Cute spot in a great location! The seating is comfortable and we felt welcome. Service was good! The food options are great, but I wasn't a fan of my hashbrowns. The onions and cheese made them very sweet. Onions needed to be cooked down and add lots of salt. Visited with my family of 6 and they enjoyed the many pancake options. We'd return.

Yelp
Went in on a Saturday ( today) after hiking. The wait was only 10 minutes which we didn't mind because the time went by fast. We ordered chicken and waffles , pano omelette and southside grits. Chicken and waffles... meh ... waffles were very good and not sure what kind of syrup but it was really good too. Chicken was very dry so that was a no for me. Ended up getting scrambled eggs and that was great with the waffles. Pano omelette and Southside grits A+ for both. The lady at the front ( should've gotten her name ) was very pleasant and friendly And did not hesitate to amend the dry chicken issue. Service was great, ambience A+. Would def visit again next time I'm in pa.

Yelp
We just left having breakfast which was amazingly delicious. Our waitress was wonderful.. though My girlfriend wanted to treat me but instead of being gracious A waitress by the name of Angelina ignored her She had an attitude The manager couldn't of been more helpful as always as is Wanda when we go to Billy's We will be back We do love Billy's and the food as well!

Alba R.

Yelp
Food was okay alittle bland. The place needs more dishes to choose from. Service was good. Again maybe add more to their menu

Yelp
We came in for brunch today after a visit to Crayola. I ordered the zesty omelette, my husband had the Billy kristo and our daughter had a children's pancake. The zesty omelette tasted good but was pretty small and the grease soaked potatoes were inedible. Each bite was worse - I took 3 and decided not worth it as they literally just tasted like oil. Not a very filling meal when the filler is inedible. My husband enjoyed the Billy Kristo but was disappointed by the level of watered down-ness of the syrup dipping sauce. He stated it lacked flavor because it was that watery. Our daughters pancake was delicious but very small for $6! She's only 2 and ate basically all of it so it's not a sustainable/filling children's meal. We should've just ordered the adult pancakes for $8 and she probably would've had more than half of that. We usually go to the Bethlehem location and have a much more satisfactory experience there. We won't be rushing back.

Yelp
Great service, great atmosphere, and amazing food. The French roast and cappuccino were outstanding. The servers were friendly and had a great attitude.very clean, I noticed the servers being attentive and cleaning.

Yelp
There's no way to sugarcoat it - sunday brunch @ billy's diner sucked!! 100%, full stop. I do empathize with these establishments that are grossly understaffed and overwhelmed. However, I'd hoped that the food would AT LEAST make up for the astronomical wait and lackluster service. Wrong! Not only was my food bland; it came to the table cold. After waiting an hour for it to come, there's no way I was going to send it back and wait again. There was basically one server for the whole restaurant. This is probably the worst food experience I've had in Easton so far. A friend warned me to go elsewhere, but I brushed it off. I should have listened!

Yelp
Keeping this simple: Food - cooked well, taste good Service - attentive and friendly Ambiance - comfortable. Tastefully decorated This is a great spot to have diner food that is more polished with the food and the atmosphere.

Yelp
Wonderful brunch day!! Service was excellent! Waitresses Nicole and Wanda really made a great experience for my friend and I. Outdoor seating is open!! Please take in the scenery by the fountain!

Yelp
Excellent location in Eaton. First time in this town which honestly I thought felt like I was on the back lot of a movie set. Bottom floor of the City building this restaurant has an indoor and outdoor seating. The decor is modern but a country charm. Nashville Honey Chicken - it's chicken with a sweet and spicy sauce. The chicken was tender and moist with full flavors. French fries ... extra crispy with a nice side of Mayo. The freshly squeezed orange juice is well worth it to compliment your dish.

Yelp
Love the atmosphere and of course love the Sricha Bowl and cappuccino. Special shout out to the manager Brandon who came around and made sure everything was a 10/10. Server was friendly and on point, and of course the food was perfecto!

Cheryl Cherie C.

Yelp
Every Aspect of my visit there was on point From service to food to the great interaction and conversations with other customers. This is my go to place for Breakfast!!!!

Jasmine W.

Yelp
I loved the service and food received. The servers were very attentive and made sure everything was up to par! Everything came up extremely fast and was very tasty.

Yelp
I absolutely loved the service here!! Wanda, Jacquelyn our server, and the kind hostess were extremely kind to us and all engaged in conversation with us! This place has great energy and one of the best lavender lattes I have EVER had! I got an omelet that was amazing too! I highly recommend coming to this cute little spot!

Lars F.

Yelp
Service: very nice. Tip: don't jump from 18-25% on your scale. The tip is also a reflection on the food. Unfair to the wait staff, but a fact. I am a generous tipper, but I don't like to be made to feel that I am either cheap or extravagant. So, $25 for 'shakshuka'? With potatoes? $4 for a cuppa Joe? Well, you judge for yourself. Manhattan prices. Unfortunately not Manhattan in any other way.

Yelp
3.5 Food was average, service was good. Restaurant decor was nice with a cute ambience.

Robin S.

Yelp
The food was mediocre at best! We ordered the cinnamon dolce coffee that was on their special list and it came in between one and a hot, hot cocoa, which came in on the cool side of breakfast sandwich served on a ciabatta roll that was very oily, and some thing that was supposed to be hash browns That looked and tasted terrible. The other order consisted of a half-and-half. It was the Billy's chili with the Georgia salad and it was acceptable. Not great but acceptable. Ambience in the places is nice. I think they were striving for a high end but came in somewhere below that and the service was pretty good.
google avatar

May M.

Yelp
Not crazy about the service, we came when they were about to close in an hour and you definitely feel it. I have to point that it was not everyone, but that just made me feel like not coming back here. Love the outside seating, the sriracha bowl was good, the iced coffee beverages were okay. Not sure if it was the kind of ambiance, but just did not do it for me.

Yelp
The restaraunt is so cute! the ambiance is amazing and very relaxing. The food came out very fast and was cooked to perfection. The service was very quick and our server was very personable! We had a great experience and will be back!

Yelp
Awesome place to grab breakfast or lunch. Menu has a lot of options and "it's not your ordinary diner". Peyton was my server and she was awesome, although I'm a low maintenance guy who was in and out. If you like espresso get a double because you'll be getting a quadruple! I'm sure they will see me back many mornings so I can try multiple things on the menu! P.S. The atmosphere is equivalent to dining in an upscale restaurant.

Rachel F.

Yelp
I got the avocado toast with mixed greens. The salad lettuce was going bad and some of it was rotten... The poached egg was undercooked and the bread was so thick for the toast that it was not toasted at all. $14 dollars for untoasted bread and a rotting salad.
google avatar

Jason L.

Yelp
Took 20 minutes for a server to check in with us. They then said they didn't serve something that was on the menu. Terrible service.
google avatar

Ashley G.

Yelp
Really nice atmosphere and really creative dishes. I ate here in the winter but I'm looking forward to going back to sit outside on the patio.

James M.

Yelp
Food is ok, not great, not bad, not unique; service basic and our person seemed tired, maybe even overwhelmed. We dined outside so possibly they were fully booked inside without enough help for coverage. It was just 2 of us and as I was Tipping - low & behold there was an 18% gratuity already line itemed in the final bill - so be warned - check your bills before adding a tip to an already incorporated tip. By practice, regardless of how much we enjoy an establishment, we do not return to those that "force" tips on patrons in deceitful ways. BTW- we never tip less than 20% and will iften tip substantially more.

Yelp
I love Billy's! By far my favorite brunch spot. I am never disappointed by the food, just disappointed I can only choose one meal a trip. All of their food is delicious. I always go for something savory like an eggs benedict. I am sad they took the huevos rancheros off the menu, but (pro tip) sometimes if you ask they may have the ingredients in the kitchen to make it anyway (same with adffogato and sunny side grits).

Bill H.

Yelp
For breakfast: Waitress was very attentive. The setting, like always, very nice however very cold in the dining area on a rainy 10:00AM morning. Chicken and waffles and a Pano Omlette with homefries and toast to share with another; Chicken and waffles - The waffles were not appearing or tasting fresh made; knife standard tearing through layers of a Belgian style, but as advertised "limited supply" as a simple sponge. The chicken cutlet (very thin on that note) buttered atop was over cooked/very tough and under seasoned coating with some very warm syrup to drench. Experience - sub par... The Pano Omlette - great cheeses of cheddar and Monterey tasted, fresh scallions, and sour cream with bacon crumbles atop with ham inside however; bland eggs and potatoes without tasting ham or the bacon seen... The toast as a thick cut white style bread- not your average toast and/or butter. Last and final will be for breakfast to try their french toast! yes, "I" or "we" will go back again. Lunch - will go back for the Cubano from last post during restaurant week OR if they bring the Rice Pudding back to menu!

Christina P.

Yelp
Finally got the opportunity to try this gem! The decor and atmosphere were beautiful. Our waitress was very attentive, topping off our coffee several times without us having to even ask. The Paz's French toast with its fluffy challah bread, Nutella, strawberry and banana toppings was on the money. It wasn't overly sweet like one might expect, it was a perfect balance. The southside grits special was also perfection especially the papas potatoes. We can't wait to go back and try many of the other unique menu items. They also have a beautiful outdoor dining area for nice days.

Yelp
I was waiting for a bus one day and figured I'd try out this place again, since the last time I was there at the restaurant by the same name, in Bethlehem, I wasn't exactly a fan. However, I went in and ordered something quick, what they called 'California Oatmeal' and I also added avocado; it was absolutely delicious, and you get a huge portion.

Steven M.

Yelp
ordered cheeseburgers medium rare and got dry, cold, overcooked ones. when I told the server, she said they only cook them well done question why she didn't tell me that when I ordered. not going back there again

Yelp
My wife & are are visiting for a short time and our best friend highly recommended this diner for brunch. We are unbelievably impressed by the phenomenal food and friendly staff. If you are ever pondering on where to eat in this area you would absolutely choose this location!
google avatar

Yelp
Located right off the roundabout in downtown Easton, it is a nice spot that is kid friendly and can also be good for just adults that want to grab a quick bite to eat. I went with a friend and my girlfriend 9 AM on a Saturday morning and we were seated quickly and was immediately attended to. The ambiance is definitely good and the restaurant is very well decorated and clean. But unfortunately all the decorations in the world cannot save lackluster food. I ordered the zesty omelette, my friend ordered the avocado toast, and my girlfriend ordered a breakfast sandwich. All of which tasted bland and was nothing to write home about especially for how much they charged. The server was kind and personable but also seemed to be forgetful at times; my friend and I ordered 2 different coffees but received the same drink, it tasted fine. Another thing they boast is their vegan options which is attractive to people and I definitely think it boosts the selection they have. All and all, I believe the menu is crucial at a restaurant, and unfortunately they did not impress me. But if you are just looking to eat something and do not prioritize taste this is a good spot for you.

Yelp
I ordered door dash and everything was perfect! I only trusted eggs Benedict from a place in lake George but now I believe I can trust this place too! The latte is also amazing, and the home fries too. I definitely recommend this place :)

Vinny S.

Yelp
If you're a breakfast joint and you're serving up undercooked eggs you need to fire your chef immediately.

Yelp
Came here for my son's birthday breakfast, we were a party of three. After a 10 minute wait to even put our drinks in (only for our server to forget mine and I had to wait even longer for a simple coffee)--it was disappointing to say the least when I saw that tables of the same size or less who got seated AFTER us were being taken care of and getting served before us. It was clear that it was not a kitchen issue but a server issue. She ignored us for 45 minutes until my 4 year old's single pancake and single scrambled egg was done. I went to the hostess and asked for boxes immediately as this hour long ordeal was going to cause us to be late for my son's birthday plans. I was clearly frustrated and the hostess seemed not to care, which I found alarming. Also, I ordered the avocado toast, which is supposed to come with a side salad and for some reason it came with potatoes. Long story short, as a server--if you forget to put an order in, do NOT ignore the table. Please own up to it and make it right. I work in an understaffed restaurant that is much bigger in size than this one is. There was no reason for 4-5 servers to be overwhelmed with the crowd that was in there. I am disappointed and absolutely won't be returning. Others I have spoken to agree that despite the food being pretty good--they won't go back because the service is terrible and slow.

Yelp
Billy's Downtown Diner is our new favorite brunch spot! Unfortunately, they don't take reservations or call aheads, BUT it is well worth the wait. We went on a Sunday morning and waited about 15 minutes to be seated indoors at their Easton location. Once seated, our waitress was extremely prompt. She immediately brought us beverages and took our order. I opted for a sweet option with Mic's Cannoli Tower and my boyfriend opted for savory with the Zip City Benedict. The Cannoli Tower was honestly heaven on a plate. The French toast was prepared perfectly and had just the right amount of cannoli filling, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, and strawberries. The Zip City Benedict was also delicious. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful. The home fries were prepared with a perfect crisp. I can not wait to come back to try more menu items!

Yelp
Had a great experience getting Sunday brunch here. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. But most notably, the staff was incredibly kind and personable.

Yelp
This is my go to for great food and service! The food is amazing! The staff is friendly and efficient and will help you make it easy to oder! You got to try this place! Love the decor too!

Yelp
The first time I came to visit Billy's was about a year before the pandemic and my experience was pleasantly memorable-loved it!! I love the ambiance and interior design of this uniquely classy diner! This time around, I had the Cubano, which was definitely good, but had an unexpected spice flavoring to it which I don't perfer. The staff are so kind and accommodating, and times now are a bit more difficult than usual- so things won't be perfect. I seriously crave their avocado toast and any of their French toast dishes, which I had my first visit and once for take-out. Make sure to grab a reservation! Enjoy!

Yelp
We've eaten at Billy's many times over the years, and would have given it positive reviews, but the last time was the worst. In a matter of 2 weeks, we went three times to Billy's - one of the times we even brought an out of town guest to show them Billy's. But the last time, a couple of weeks ago, I went to order the same thing I ordered 3 days prior, and the manager said I couldn't order it - no modifications to the menu. I said I'm Jewish and obviously don't eat pig bacon, I ordered the same thing last week with turkey bacon and there wasn't a problem - in fact, the table behind us did too. He said he wasn't the manager that day or he wouldn't have allowed it. When we inquired why today he wasn't going to take a customer's religious dietary restrictions into consideration, he said "someone may take a picture of a modified food item and post it on social media, saying they got that here, and we don't want that." So Billy's cares more about social media posts than Jewish customer's dietary restrictions. Got it! I'll take my Jewish dollars elsewhere from here on out.

Jeanne P.

Yelp
The food and service is always fantastic. Never disappoints. Would highly recommend. The atmosphere was great.

Yelp
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Billy's was here in Easton. Been going to Bethlehem for years. Hey it's Sunda so, Brunch. Went with the crab Benedict. Made a good choice, it was cooked perfectly. Since I'm in Forks, just a few minutes away. Thanks for this location

Yelp
i love billy's, they have a lot of interesting selections and exciting seasonal items i look forward to seeing. i tried their "apple of my chai" latte and was very very satisfied, so cozy and sweet and tasty. they also offer gluten free rolls that hold up well and have nice flavor. the easton location is very clean and our server was excellent

Yelp
So tasty! Just as good as the other locations. Friendly service, nice comfortable decor, & clean. We had the sriracha bowl & the sausage eggs benedict over biscuits. Delicious! The fresh squeezed orange juice is a must get when you dine here. We will be back again for sure!

Yelp
My mom and I went to breakfast this morning at Billy's. It was a first for both of us. She ordered tea with an omelette and I ordered coffee and the avocado quinoa bowl. Both dishes came out quickly, however my avocados where visibly brown. I mentioned to the waitress they were bad. She said she noticed it also, but she was told they are fresh and they look that way because the avocados have been frozen to maintain freshness. Ok....two things. First, I am not a chef, but I KNOW you are not suppose to freeze avocados. Second, food is not considered 'fresh' once it has been frozen. It's an oxymoron to even have "fresh" and "frozen" in the same sentence. Even with skepticism, I tried it...and it was just as disgusting as it looked. I asked my mom to try it also and she spit it out into a napkin. I attempted to eat around it but I was over the whole dish at this point. I tried to put salt, ketchup, and hot sauce on the rest of the dish to no avail. The manger asked if everything was okay and I told him the avocado was bad. He began to explain the same thing as the waitress but I told him I tasted it and there was no doubt it was rotten. He asked if I wanted guacamole instead which was also fresh (doubtful). I said no so he asked if they could make something else and I declined the offer. I know enough people who have worked in the food industry to know you don't send food back or ask them to remake a dish. He said he'd take something off the bill, but when we got the bill they took the drinks off and the dish was still on it. It was obvious I ate next to nothing. The waitress actually had to ask to have the dish taken off and he did take it off. Billy's is a cute and very clean establishment in a great location. Our waitress was sweet. If I did return, I would try something else on the menu. I would implore Billy's to question whoever thought it was ok good idea to freeze avocados, and even more important, whoever thought it was okay for that dish to come out looking and tasting like that.

Krista Y.

Yelp
Always great service here! I love the menu options. The food is great! Presentation is also lovely!

Yelp
Came in two adults with two small children midday midweek. The hostess sat us at a booth even though we asked for highchairs, should have asked for a table but as the littlest was having a meltdown as we walked in and I was focused elsewhere. Highchairs at a booth meant the waitress was serving hot food OVER our children. I will take responsibility for this though. Space was cute, very chic and clean so perfect for the downtown area. Staff wasnt really attentive and I watched multiple time as 3-4 gathered around the hostess station, usually with a manager present. Menu looked amazing, great options, and that's where it ended. Friend got a breakfast sandwich with bread that was only toasted on the outside so after a few minutes the whole thing was soggy. I got a bowl that was mostly grease. Both of us had indigestion/heartburn for the rest of the day. I've had worse but this is not a place I will actively try.
