If you're in Colorado Springs and love authentic, handmade food—Billy’s Pizza Cafe is an absolute must-visit! I had their homemade Chicago-style pizza, and it blew me away. You can taste the difference in every bite—everything is made from scratch, and they even grind their own meat and stuff their own sausage in-house. That kind of dedication to quality is rare, and it shows in the flavor and texture of the pizza. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and doughy in the middle, the sauce was rich and savory, and the sausage? Out of this world. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and food that clearly comes from passion and craftsmanship. Easily one of the best pizza spots I've ever been to. Highly recommend!

Loved the homemade fresh sauce and dough. Having live in Chicago and the suburbs it’s not as sweet as Giordano’s but a lovely pizza in its own right! You won’t be disappointed! Will be back once I burn off the calories hiking!

DELICIOUS authentic Chicago-style pizza! The owner was super friendly and made the pizza fresh to order. I ordered a small Chicago deep-dish style pizza to go and could barely wait until I got home to try it. The cheese pull was several feet long - YUM! This was no surprise bc the portions of the authentic Wisconsin cheese was exactly what I was wanting on my pizza! Delicious oregano flavor in the cheese and sauce. Would definitely order from Billy’s again.

Good GOD, what a great business!! Billy's is amazing! I can't believe it's been so long since I've been in. Atmosphere: small, hole-in-the-wall, in a strip mall. Been around forever. Colorado Springs natives likely remember going here as a teen. Food: so unique! Now, I've never had "authentic" Chicago pizza before, in Chicago, but if I had to guess...this is it. The ingredients are so fresh. The meat tastes high quality, and the marinara sauce is absolutely perfect. Service: Billy cares so much. He is of a dying breed of business owners who cares so much about customers. He is friendly and told us to be safe heading home ❤️. I can't say enough positive things about this small business. Go support them! Ps- they have Chicago dogs and will be open for business for the 4th. 🇺🇸 🧨

Ohh if you’re looking for a place that tastes like Chicago style pizza this is your place. The crust, nice and crispy and perfectly baked. The sausage, oh my the flavors that pop out. And the sauce, oh man the sauce is a perfect balance between tomato and herbs. And idk about you but I did not have heart burn after it which was a big win. And I forgot to mention, the sizes are really good for the price! Would recommend it to anyone that wants a good deep dish.

I don't know what to tell you this place is awesome! Pretty low key not a lot of staff takes a minute to construct this thick incredible crazy pizza with the super cheese pull I mean this thing is amazing I love the sauce.... It's got this power punch to it you know? So good!

Talk about a unique experience!! My husband and I came for the first time and enjoyed a chicago deep dish pizza and chicken wings. Unfortunately I was only able to have one slice of the pizza before I fell into a food coma. We ordered our wings with the original buffalo wing sauce. The owner also mentioned a mango habanero that he started offering. That mango habanero was absolutely delicious. It was so tasty with the perfect amount of heat that didn't overwhelm the taste buds. The original wing sauce was different. It had some jalapeno slices and a few carrot slices that just topped it off perfectly. Again, this meal was unique and definitely something I will be coming back for more.
