I heard about this bar from a bartender at Tampa Bay Brewing Company, who called it a "dive bar". It may seem like a dive is hidden behind the marketing wraps that cover all of the glass in this strip mall anchor, but it's actually clean, well-lit, with a bunch of TV's and fancy electronic dart boards. Bathroom was also clean. And to top it all off, while I didn't indulge in anything but a beer on a visit, the menu looks fantastic. I'm seriously considering returning tomorrow to try the "Guy" style wings!

Hidden gem of Tampa with some of the best wings in town! All of their food is amazing especially for a hole in the wall sports bar. The drinks are poured well you’ll get your moneys worth. Every time I’ve come here everyone is so friendly there is definitely a little community here. Side note - I would like to petition that they bring back their crazy wing special from Wednesdays that they used to have. We miss you.

I love supporting this local spot. I’ve been debating on leaving a review for a while now the last thing I wanna do is put my favorite local bar on the map and have all the city yuppies ruin it. If you do find yourself at Bilmars, you have to get their wings, do them “guy” style with a little extra crunch and get your sauce on the side. The turkey club always hits, the wedge salad is a surprising favorite and the nachos are great to share as a starter. The beers cold, the food hits, and the service rocks. 10/10 will always recommend.

I frequent this place often for the wings and drink specials. Please do yourself a favor and go Monday-Thursday so you can have the Guy style wings made by KC. He makes the BEST wings in Tampa Bay, hands down. I haven’t been able to find wings so crispy and juicy in over 5 years! You won’t be disappointed, I promise! The bartenders are all hospitable and the drink specials are great. You’ll find the sport teams you’re looking for on the TVs, and there’s plenty of games to play (like darts, arcade games, etc) to entertain. I drive over 30 minutes to get here, and it’s worth every second. I always recommend Bilmar to everyone I know.

Kept hearing the ads on the radio about these wings and they were absolutely right. The wings were phenomenal! We got them done the guys way, habanero mango, and two others types and we destroyed them. Will definitely be going back!

In town for business and decided to check it out based on the reviews. Pretty damn cool place. Got the turkey club sandwich, and it was really good. The bartender Meagan was on point, and friendly.

Food and the service over the years have always on point 👉 By far the best pork nachos in town! Definitely try the cheesecake egg rolls you won't regret it 🤤

They have $5 Pulled Pork sandwiches and Dart tournaments on Wednesday nights. But we decided to get the Club sandwich and wedge salad. Both were yummy.

This place is fire great food and place to grab a drink. Dive bar within great beer choices and specials. Service is great I always get the wings "Guy Style" come here every chance I get.

This is a place where you go to enjoy the local atmosphere, greats drinks, great food, games and all sporting environment. Did I mention the fact of Best Wings in town! The bartenders and cooks will always take care of you. A place where if you want to sit, watch sports, and just chill. This is the place!

Went for some food, and drinks after work with some coworkers. Maria took great care of us, and put us onto some good finger foods to try. 10 out of 10 we will be back!

The wings are A-1 but if you not into food but you're into extra curricular activities like sniffing cocaine then you've come to the right place. I was in the restroom and I heard someone hitting a couple bumps in the stall. The bartenders know they sell it out back and the local sheriff did nothing about it. Officer Morozov and his other officers did nothing about the fact of them having cocaine on their person. So feel free to do as you wish at Bilmar. The place where apparently anything goes.

Parking is easy it's in a strip mall and after 8 pm most of the other businesses are closed. They have daily specials and game specials too. I've been coming here for years. They've changed it quite a bit. It's no longer smoke inside, they're now open for lunch and they've rearranged it to fit more people. They're known for their wings ask for the wings Kurt style so they're extra crispy or Guy's style which is their signature way. The service is top notch. My suggestion is if it's busy get a table then go to the bar to get your first round of drinks. They have table service but if it's busy then you may want to order at the bar. As far as things to do there are a lot of TV's so this is a great spot to catch a local game. They've got pinball, a golf style arcade game and a bowling game, they've also got darts and a touch tunes machine. If you're want to try the Bay's Best Wings and catch a game definitely stop by.

I love this spot. I'll go on weekend afternoons and it's typically quiet. Bartenders are great, beers on tap are good. I've had the cheesesteak which is pretty damn good and the wings. I'm not a wing guy. I don't even eat them - never been into them. But I go thru about 20 at a time when I'm here. Legit the best wings I've ever had. I get Guy style and I don't know what else because I'm usually hammered. I've been telling everyone to hit this joint. I'm becoming a regular.

I've given it 5 visits, each time hoping for something better. Without question, a shit hole with the worst service, without question, in Tampa. The wings are literally the only reason to come here. They are decent, given. This place has an attitude that is undeserved and the chronically vaping and self absorbed staff wear it like an unearned badge. And that what makes this place just suck. Attitude and poor service. try Longbar. I won't be back.

I heard this place had the best wings in tampa bay from multiple people. So I tried this place out and everyone was right. This place has the best ck wings in tampa bay. I tried the garlic parm wings, by far the best wings I have ever had! The drinks were very good as well. Great pricing, a great pour and great price! A lot better than downtown tampa $20 drinks $50 parking and $75 dinner plates. I love the dive bar feeling in there as well. Ashley was amazing the best bartender in the bay. I will be back Bilmar station.

The food and service are good, this is a typical sports bar, lots of seating, plenty of dart boards and other diversions. A nice neighborhood bar and grill. The wings are pricey, but fat. Loved it the 3-4 times I've been in.

Bilmar is a hidden gem here in the old TNC. I grew up in Town N Country and apparently it's been around since my youth. Our family moved to Westchase at the end of last year, and the hubby and I first checked out Bilmar in January 2020. We've been coming at least once a week ever since. Pros: Awesome food (no, really, you'd never know this deliciousness was being served at a dive bar!) at great prices, especially at their various "nights" like Burger Night, Taco Tuesday, etc. VERY generous pours (you almost get a double of whatever you order) at very good prices Video games, darts, BuzzTime, TouchTunes, lots of TVs, karaoke, etc. Fun, friendly bartenders who remember you and what you like to order Usually crowded, so you have a chance to meet and talk to a lot of people, most of whom you will run into again Cons: Smoking is allowed. As a non-smoker, this drove me insane on my first couple of visits, but I've slowly gotten used to it and/or it annoys me less. Just realize that you may go home smelling like a dirty ashtray, and you'll be okay.

Great! First time here and I got the cheesesteak. It was on the smaller side (I ate half of it before I remembered to take a picture) but worth it because it's only like $8. I ordered the churros for dessert. We ordered pick up and it was ready fast!

Bilmar Station has been around for so long but I've only known about this sport bar for about less than a year and this is the most spot to feel amazing ambience and atmosphere with energy that is ridiculous in the most positive way.. Just real individuals people that care and amazing food. I totally recommend this location.

We have came here all the time and the main guy/manager is amazing. Every other bartender/server there sucks. Two guys specially. They will stare at you and watch you come in and not even greet you or come get a drink/food order. The past few times we have been in they have took 20-30 minutes to take my drink order. Literally no reason or exception for the service they give. The food itself is amazing but you won't ever taste any if the servers don't serve you. They need to be fired. The environment is always a hit or miss too.

Nice little bar located off of Hillsborough and Sheldon Rd. Place is a little bar with the very best wings in town. Tonight's drink is the Evan William's Peach with a splash of Sprite. Very good.The drinks here are always worth the money spent. They have daily specials posted see pictures below. Also they have long specials as well. Very friendly bar staff no matter what time or day you decide to stop bye. They do allow people to smoke. So sometime it can be a little smokey but overall this is the place to be.

I was just at Bilmar station. I am 100% disabled veteran and I am quiet and I'm reserved. Even when I'm treated poorly I try to always be respectful. So anytime that I needed a drink or to order food even though I was sitting at the bar and the bar was not crowded I had to wave down the bartender. So I asked for my check and I put my debit card out right away she saw me do it but she walked away and then she never came back so 10 minutes later because my Uber was coming I walked over to where she was talking with her friends because that's what she was mainly doing and she accused me with great attitude did I threw things at her which I did not I handed her my debit card and she said the look on my face that I was angry I didn't say anything I was not angry in any way I just needed to go. She be rated me and when I called to talk to the manager of course she was a manager and I told her how poorly she treated me and she argued with me and talked bad about me again. I don't deserve this I have fought hard for my country and all I want is respect that I give in return. I don't think because I don't go there on a regular basis that I should be treated poorly because I am not what is considered a regular. I went there to relax and to have a good time and it ruined everything.

One of the kitchen workers was in the shitter. Walked out without washing his hands. I mentioned it to the bartender. She said she would take care of it. She continued to serve other patrons. I was talking to my date about how safe it was. She proceeded to scold me about how she would take care of it. I would not recommend anyone going here unless you want to get sick.

Well. They do have strong drinks, great wings, other food is very good. Bartenders have a fun and spicy attitude, but their tvs are small and outdated with some broken for awhile....cardinal sin for a sports bar. Napkins are worse than one ply tp! Other than that, highly recommend!

This is hands down the best bar in town n country! First of all best food at a bar at all I'm the area! Second of all the bartenders are absolutely amazing! They care about you and know and have a relationship with basically every single person that walks in the bar! Ashley, Maddy, Corey, James, and Stephanie are absolute gems of bartenders at an absolute gem of a bar in an otherwise pretty quiet part of town which makes this bar one to go to in Tampa! I suggest ordering their Guy style chicken wings for food and if you don't like chicken on the bone (like me) they also have Guy style tenders that are to die for! You absolutely 100% will not regret stepping foot in to this bar and if you live in Tampa you will mostly likely continue returning because the bar, the customers and the people who work there are all absolutely amazing!

I wandered in here just because it was there and I could. What a great time! If your a people watcher, you have a 360 degree view, and what a view it is. I agree definitely a dive bar, but no complaints on that fact. The fact that it is a dive bar earned it its stars. If you want to play games, go for your choice and pretend you are doing some indoor camping. You gotta love this place and you have to love that they know how to pour a great dive drink, a nice heavy pour. If you want to be alone, no problem, folks will leave you alone. If you feel like a side of socializing with your drink, you don't have to look far to find a fellow dive bar participant to have an opinion. Ambiance, is almost what you'd expect, if you ever knew what to expect from a dive bar. What's a girl to do? Pull up a stool and sit a spell, while enjoying the ever changing view around you.

Aside from feeling like I walked into a box full of lit cigarettes, I think that it is a pretty cool dive bar. It is a very unassuming place from the outside and I wouldn't have given it a second thought (since you can't see in from the outside) if I wasn't specifically looking for the place. The inside is surprisingly larger than I had expected and for those who are there to "have a couple of games with their drinks", there has to be 12 or more televisions for your viewing pleasure. As you would expect, there is sport paraphernalia all over the walls and a cool mural or two. I like the decor and ambiance (sans the perfume of yesterday's cigarettes). My party of 2 ventured in this past Sunday and arrived just in time for the 1 o'clock games -- the place was pretty much empty so I decided that I could brave the depraved air and stay awhile. We were immediately greeted by Ashley and she was on it -- She ran down the specials for the day and got the drinks going. After sampling a few items on tap, We started with an order of mozzarella sticks. They were pretty average, about what you would expect from the average box-n-bake variety at your local grocer. Next we ordered the 15 wings; I took my half hot with a side of nuclear sauce. Hey, they told me it was hot so I was hesitant to have my wings coated. In the end, the sauce was very good and I almost regret not having the sauce put directly on them...but the combination of the two different sauces (plus ranch) was pretty tasty. As time went on, more folks came in to watch the games and after the 4th smoker (or so) blazed up, I couldn't handle it. Sadly, I had to leave. For as long as I could stay in there, I enjoyed my time, received good, attentive service and I thought the decor was cool. So I give it a 4 stars. Thanks to the Yelpers that put this place on the map.

Just recently moved to the area and started coming here! It's the perfect sports bar/dive/fun for everyone kinda bar! The bartender ashley rocks! Such a sweetheart and don't even get me started on the food! Such a hidden gem! Okay thank you Bilmar!!! Look forward to the next time I stop by!

Local Bar with great bar food and great strong drinks. They also play all the football games and other sports.

For a local pub Bilmar is the place! First, all of their staff are great. If I owned a bar, they have the people I would want to work for me! I thought we had good wing options downtown, but Bilmar does things their own thing and love it. I learned they make their nuclear sauce in house and is probably the best wing sauce I have had. Burgers are solid. At one of their staffs recommendation I got a grilled cheese once and now order regularly as well. If you come here expect good people, drinks that are stiff / generous pours and draft beers are perfectly cold served in a chilled glass. I can show up here after work or after a day on the boat and fit in. Good crowd and overall good experience.

so in all the years that I've been going to any bar, this is probably the most unprofessional bar I ever dealt with, and the main person is Maddie, who is a 22 year old girl who thinks she does nothing wrong. She thinks that everybody owes her an apology when she's the one rude.. She was having a bad day and then gets mad when someone tells her that and starts throwing things at the bar so the owners actually have cameras they'll see it on the camera of her, throwing things and having a tantrum on Tuesday night 09/19/2023 and then today 09/21/2023 went arond 5pm I thinking she would not be there and she was and refused to serve me and told me I owe her an apology and then wanted to have a screaming match across the bar and said I called her certain names, and I never called her names just the most childish, unprofessional situation I've ever seen in my life ever and all she did was hurt the bar, the owners pocket and all the other staff that works there. So to all the owners of this bar, you might want to think twice who you have working there because she definitely doesn't have your back or care about your pockets. She's a complete joke., the rudest bartender I ever dealt with, Anybody who never thinks they're never wrong are the worst ones and will never be successful in life and will always be a miserable individual

Weekly specials says it all. Monday's are 2$ philly cheese steaks. Taco Tuesday's Wednesday are .60 wings Eat only Thursday are $2 burgers eat in only They have drink specials and happy hour as well full bar and some craft beers with tons of TVs, Dart boards and mini arcade games. It's like a sports bar that has a night life after ten o'clock. Kitchen closes at 2. I visit this place all the time and great for a stop before going out on the town.

When it comes to wings , these are the best best wings I had in Tampa Florida so far & idk if they do this with everybody but I asked for lemon pepper / hot buffalo & omg I just know it's about be good ! I had these wings probably 3 days ago and I'm already ordering again , I got the buffalo hot I did order tat-or tots on the side but my mom claims that you can taste the grease it was cooked with so I didn't bother trying but hey it's okay ! The wings made up for it !!!!!

We started coming here about a month ago. We always have a good time, the drinks are cheap and strong, and the food is great! We've met some very cool people here and have never seen any trouble.

Another day, another dive... except this isn't as low as one could go. Plenty of pool tables, lots of seating, a fine pub menu, darts, friendly staff, decent bathrooms, occasional karaoke... I'm not really sure what else you could ask for in a fun, friendly spot to hang out. I have gone twice & massively enjoyed myself both times, meeting interesting people each time. I'd definitely go check it out- it's a cool little spot!

If you can't handle second hand smoke or find it disgusting then Billmar isn't the place for you. It's a real smoky bar and a friend of mine had to walk out because he couldn't deal with it. Having said that, this is a really good Buffalo Wild Wing alternative if you prefer non-chain local places like do. I'm not a hater of B-Dubs as much as I am corporate-type franchises that all look the same no matter where ya' go and offer the same overpriced food + drinks. Bilmar is a divvy throwback sports bar for people who like good bar food, strong drinks and sports. It's smoky but like I said, this is an old school sports bar where that's allowed. A guy lit up a cigarette right beside me and about half the other patrons were smoking as well. You rarely see that nowadays...only in Wild West movies! No biggie for me, 2nd hand cigarette smoke doesn't bother me one bit (I think the dangers on that are a little overblown) however more sensitive people might not be able to take it. My grandmother used to smoke like a fish in front on me when I was little so I've built up an immunity to it, in fact it gives me a sense of nostalgia. There are plenty of TVs for you to watch any game. Ask the bartender to change the channel if you walk in and your game isn't on. They have a remote for every television, however, a few aren't in HD. I came here because some other people wrote that the wings were surprisingly good here. They didn't disappoint. They were super juicy + flavorful. Plus, they don't skimp you on the dipping sauce, where had huge chunks of blue cheese in it. The cost is more than reasonable: 10 wings for $8 or 15 for $11 is pretty damn good! That's not their happy hour menu but their regular price and most other similar places that offer wings charge at least $3 more than that. Draft beer selection...adequate. They have about 20 different choices with a nice mix of your standard domestics and local breweries. Nothing fancy but you'll find something you like. Most of their clientele includes die-hard loyal Rays and Lightening sports fan who know the bartenders by name. Everyone is cool and relaxed, unless the TB Lightening score a goal on a power play. Every Wednesday is karaoke night. Service was fine. Good was good. It looks sketchy from the outside but I think this is a pretty legit small sports bar in West Tampa.

A regular divy sports bar spot to go and enjoy couple of beers in a friendly atmosphere. TVs, Trivia quiz, TV poker, Darts and few games. Nothing too fancy but ok if you have a group. It has a feel of friendly neighbourhood next door pub where you like to go visit every few days for a quick drink and hangout. Nothing fancy. Drinks are not too pricey also they have various happy hours and other deals going on. So check with the bar based on what and how you want to drink. 20 Oz beer could be cheaper than 2 pints or a pitcher is worth if you have company. Food is good too. Freshly made in the kitchen and the chef is usually good. Enjoy if you are regular. The crowd usually is mid age. Not too many college kids.

I love this bar! I have been coming here for years. If you like dive bars then this is your place. The drinks are strong and the beer is cold. For food I would only go with the chicken wings. The nuclear wings are very flavorful and very HOT. You can play everything form darts to corn hole here. The only thing they don not have is a pool table. Great for watching the game too. They have a lot of big flat screens.

This place is very smoky like no fresh air until you get outside but the drinks are bomb and so is the staff. Always friendly and the wings are delicious tooooo!

We had popped into the parking lot to fill our fridge but we saw this bar and said let's have a drink! We walked up to the bar and saw no sign of what the name of the place was. We did read that smoking was allowed inside. Let's make a long story short - we dislike bars that allow smoking inside and it seems that the majority of places in this area allow it. Too bad for us. Since it was about 4 pm we were hoping it was not packed full of people who smoke. There were two at one end of the bar not smoking. There were two people in the middle of the bar, one smoking. And us. So the smoke wasn't horrible while we were there. The entire establishment does smell of smoke so if you have breathing issues you won't do well here. I looked at the taps and asked what IPA's on on tap. He rattled off two. I asked which one was better and he said one is lighter and one is happier to which I responded happier! He ordered a Double Chocolate Stout from the cooler. Both good. Both cold. Both refreshing. We were there for maybe 45 minutes. We saw one man come in and empty the gambling machines and some video games. Loads of quarters came out so clearly people like this place. We then saw the booze delivery guy drop off 4+ boxes of different bottles. They have food but we were still full from lunch. We liked the ambience. It is definitely on the dive side. The bathrooms were clean but the toilet on the left (women's) didn't flush very well at all. Staff was nice and made sure we had what we needed. The only issue for us was the smoking indoors. Given that we won't be back but we did enjoy the one time we were here.

Hate the smoke in the place, but the wings are really good. The service is friendly, fast and you can do Togo if you don't want to sit in an ashtray and eat.

This just might be my favorite local bar. The food specials are great. We love wing Wednesday. Karaoke on Tuesday nights. Affordable drinks and great bartenders.

Bilmar is just another smoky dive bar with all the essentials for having a good time. Pin ball machines, dart boards, Mrs. Pac-Man, karaoke and lots of booze. They also have food and usually serve until damn near closing. On Thursdays, a slightly smaller version of their normal $8 burger is a featured special for only $2. This is a smoking bar, so don't even walk up in there if you've got a respiratory problem. And fully expect that your clothes will smell like shit when you leave. Ladies, yes you're going to need to wash your hair the next day to get the smoky smell out. Last time I stopped in, some schmo walked up to me and said these exact words, "Hey man, you don't know me, but my name is B-Real from Indiana. I just wanna let you know that what ever you need, I have. I won't be here long. I'll be back over there, but whatever you need, I've got." True story. All-in-all, it's a fine dive bar, but doesn't compare to Dagwood's up the street, which holds the title for 'Best Shithole Bar in TNC.' My only real issue with the joint is that there aren't pool tables.

Bilmar Station is not clean. The food isn't really all that great. It's greasy. It's fried. It's probably frozen and thawed before you eat it in the fryer. However, this place is a GREAT bar. It's smokey. They have pool tables, darts, tons of TV screens, a jukebox and atmosphere. Cheap, STRONG drinks. Guinness on draft, and various specials throughout the week. Any local, who is a local of any sorts, you'll find at Bilmar at some point or another. I've met the girls from the local Roller Derby (Tampa Darlin's) and various wait and bar staff from other local pubs and restaurants. If you like to drink your wine out of a crystal wine glass with your pinky in the air - then DON'T go here. If you like your beer or liquor strong, then why are you still reading this? Go there.

WORSE service EVER by James and owners son. At 2:30 I ordered one last drink to be told last call had already been called. When I stated we did not hear them and it was only just 2:30 we were told their clocks are set 20 MINUTES ahead. JAMES proceeded to stand in the middle of the bar and yell GET THE FUCK OUT and that he did not care if we left a tip or not. Owners son comes over and said pretty much the same thing GET THE FUCK OUT. NEVER EVER have I had a bartender act in such a way and speak to a female patron the way these 2 did. We were TOTALLY AND UTTERLY shocked at the way these 2 BOYS were speaking to us when we had not started any trouble with ANYONE and had minded our own business. I understand wanting to get off work but for them to think it's okay to speak to 2 females that way is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We were shocked at the sudden switch in James' personality and his nasty filthy mouth towards 2 older females. Our tab was $98 it included drinks for 4 people and food and were told we had too much already....I had a TOTAL of 3 drinks and was no where near intoxicated...was up there because friends husband recently passed away from COVID at 57 so this was the LAST thing she needed. Will NEVER go again and will deter anyone going up there not to due to the rude and nasty treatment by their bartenders.
