Food is just ok, nothing much to say. I have had better burgers in many other places and prices were similar! At these prices more is definitely desired. Service is tad bit slow even when it’s empty, guess lots go out on delivery. Atmosphere is ok, interior clean, parking as usual difficult just typical for Ilford Lane.

I had a fantastic experience at Bim’s, The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was perfectly prepared, and the portions were generous. The ambiance was also great, making for a relaxing dining experience. What really stood out was the outstanding service from Shiva. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His customer service skills are top-notch—genuine, warm, and professional. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Overall, I’m definitely coming back, and I highly encourage others to check out Bim’s for both the amazing food and the excellent service from Shiva!

Ordered through uber eats at 4.15 and got the food by 5.30pm for some reason uber eats delivery driver changed 3 times. So not sure if it's ubers complete fault or bims.. Yet when we received the food it was soggy stale, overcooked, meat tasted raw at that and the juice for my son was hot. So the food was waiting inside the package for a long time. Shocking do not buy from this place.

I do not know what has happened to this bimz in Ilford’s absolutely vile food the fish fillet was fried looks to be in oil not cleaned the mojitos tasted like water with a dash of mint toothpaste I live quiet far so it was not logic to turn back but I wasted £23 on 2 meals which me and husband binned it used to be much better few years back but today I couldn’t even eat a single item Will not recommend this one in ilford

The food came hot, the burgers where fresh, the fries was not fresh was stale, the fish burger was overcooked and a very fishy taste. The beef burger could have done with onions and a better burger sauce. Chicken burgers was very nice, ice creams only had the sauce as the actual flavour and not the actual ice cream, needed more of the sauce. The tiramisu dessert was nice.

Made an order of Bims a special deal. 2 burgers for a tenner but turns out it was bloody £20 but had no choice to order it as me and my wife were hungry. The burger isn’t to good it’s decent.

Great service from shiva! Very helpful, patient and kind. Checked on us to see if the food was up to standard. He really takes pride in his work! Great job shiva!
