Came here for a late night munch and it definitely hit the spot. We ordered a few different burgers along with some chicken nuggets. I went for the Deep Sea Burger, which is their take on a Fish-O-Fillet and it was very nice. You can also get it with a double fish patty, which I’d definitely recommend if you’re hungry. The place was fairly busy when we went around 1am, but despite that the food came out in under 10 minutes. Quick service, decent food, and a good option for late-night munchies.

What a Burger is pure magic between two buns. I could eat it a thousand times and still crave more. The flavor hits hard, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely finger-licking delicious.

Ordered from here after a long time of not having their food. We used to order here all the time and all I can say is that they've somehow become even better! The Spicy Chicken Supreme burger had a bigger patty inside and was so succulent and delicious. Their Fries and Chicken Nuggets are just as amazing as I remember. You get really affordable food with great portion sizes, I honestly came recommend Bim's enough. Miles better than McDonald's not just food wise but also morally speaking if you get my vibe.

BIM’S is easily one of the best fast food spots around — fresh, tasty, and consistently top-notch! The burgers were juicy, the fries perfectly crispy, and everything was served hot and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality in every bite. A big shoutout to Shiva for his amazing service — friendly, quick, and genuinely attentive. Even during busy hours, he made sure everything came out perfectly and with a smile. It’s rare to see such great customer service in fast food, and Shiva definitely made the experience stand out. If you want delicious food, great value, and excellent service, BIM’S is the place to go — and Shiva deserves all the credit for making it even better! 🍔🍟👏

Completely unacceptable My child reached into the fries and ended up grabbing a metal staple that was mixed in with the food. That is dangerous, careless, and completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no excuse for serving food that could injure a child.

Wanted to try for long time since seen a video on tiktok and finally get chance to go there. Ordered to burger meals deep sea fish and big hack and i am very disappointed fish burger was not nice over cooked and really mushy and big hack actually nice and just above average taste like many other take aways not much special fries were good hot and fresh and i like my strawberry shake. Overall not a pleasant experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer at BIM for a long time now, and it’s staff members who keep me coming back. I recently had a small issue with my drink, and Zaka (trainee) handled it perfectly; he was incredibly polite, professional, and solved the problem immediately with such a welcoming attitude. Whether it’s the burgers, the wraps, or the chips - the food is always fresh and consistent. If they had also offered grilled chicken, I would have visited more often.
