Saw on a few forums this was a good place for bourbon hunters, going to have to hard disagree. I think there was maybe 2 dozen bottles of bourbon altogether, nothing special. There were 2 employees in the back/bar area and they never once said hello or asked what I was looking for. Honestly not even sure if they worked there at this point

Place has been around forever. They have everything you could ever think of when it comes to beer or wine or liquor. Huge selection of microbrew craft beers I always find something new every time I go. Plus they also stock mead in several different varieties which a lot of places don't have. Staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for or to help pick out something new that you might like. Highly recommend this place they even are currently offering curbside pickup if you order a head.

Great selection. Fair prices. Knowledgable staff! One of only about 3 places I know of in Baton Rouge that has a great selection of rums. Their Bourbon and beer selection is broad as well. They are the only bar in Baton Rouge that can legally offer small samples of beer and spirits. Perfect stop for any craft beer or spirit connoisseur!

Cool spot with good selection of everything! Prices vary but that all over nowadays. Got a bottle of vintage wine me and some bourbon I couldn't find at home. The staff was knowledgeable and had a great attitude! Felt at home and will be back in October to see what I can scoop up for my cabinet.

Nice selection of beer and wine. Very friendly staff who know what they're talking about. The store is keep pretty clean and is organized into sections. The parking lot is a tight fit though so I'd keep that in mind when going to shop. They also have tasting days so if you're interested in that I'd reccomend looking into it.

Just stopped by looking for some new bourbons to add to our collection....THANK YOU to the gentleman who didn't just write us off by telling us you didn't "have anything good". We really appreciate you showing us some new whiskeys to add to our collection and very happy to find some others that are hard to find where we live. 5 stars are for you Sir!

Great selection with fair prices. The owner ‘Mark’ is awesome. Loved the fact that he only gave me 1 bottle of ‘weller’, so that others can enjoy it too. Hoping to find Blanton’s very soon. Overall, great selection and awesome local business.

I want to love this place. Great selection and I find myself gravitating to the beer section since they do a great job of keeping some hard to find ones in stock. Other than the singles, most of the 4-6 packs of beer aren't priced and I don't like surprises. Unfortunately I've walked out empty handed more than once because of the lack of pricing on items.

Rebranded yet again, but the quality and selection is better than it was under the last run. I popped in to grab a gift and look at their non-alcoholic selection and left very happy. They have some brands you can't find in many places, and the prices are pretty competitive. They also have a small wall of "alcohol removed" drinks that provide a great variety of beer, seltzers, wine, and liquor sans alcohol. The crew working in there was nice. No one offered to assist, but that let me roam the store a bit. I probably could have used a point toward some things I wanted, but it was fine. Great store for your party or personal needs!

Note: If you send your wife out to buy booze, then pay her back with paypal, do not put "Cuban Liquor" in the note. Paypal flags it, holds the payment, and their compliance team gets in touch saying you've potentially violated their terms of service. This store doesn't look like much from the outside but the selection of beers was bomb. I ended up buying different 4-packs or 6-packs. Variety is the spice of life right? The employees, Kat and Garrick are super nice and answered all my questions. I really am glad I stopped in here

Bin Q has a good selection of the alcohols for those looking for something a bit more exotic than the selection found at the standard Albertson's or Winn-Dixie. There are craft beers from around Louisiana and further afield, as well as one of the better selections of import beers around. However, some of those beers are not exactly... fresh. I was excited to find a chestnut lager from France's Brasserie de Bourganel ― so much so that I didn't think twice about paying the rather eye-watering $8.99 price for one 330 mL bottle. But when I finally poured out that beer and discovered it was flat, dull, and, frankly, long, long past any date by which it should've been sold. And I would expect a high-end specialty liquor store such as this to have Louisiana-made spirits grouped together in one easy-to browse location, not scattered unmarked throughout the the hard liquor section. There is scant little in the way of a single-bottle/can selection for craft beer, and what they did offer way bewilderingly overpriced. So despite the good, there was a lot of disappointment, too. I don't think I'll return to Bin Q for my next trip to by boozy souvenirs when I'm in town.

When I need liquor in bottle form, I'm here at Cuban trying to find it. There are probably cheaper places out there, but Cuban carries a wide variety on just about every spirit. Above all, unlike the mega shops and chain spots, they're about as local as they come. From mainstream brands to independent spirits, it's more than likely they have in inventory. I have yet to come here and walk away empty handed but then again I'm always calling ahead of time (key tip!). The random beers and whisky selection makes for some fun browsing when you're just looking to spice things up. What has kept them among the top liquor store totem pole has been a combination of their awesome customer service and quality tastings. Whether its mini sips of a sponsored rum or wine vendors promoting their latest cabernet, Cuban does a good job of keeping it light and right. Parking is solid. Though lots of folks park out front, there is a side lot as well. Since people are in and out of here, the lines are never too crazy. Hence, Cuban Liquor is an convenient spot to find that one special bottle.

I would share my favorites with you, but I don't want you to buy them all before I can get back to this store. This is easily the best liquor store in the city. Great wines, great selection of liquors (whatever your in to), and lots of craft beers. Get there, but don't buy it all.

Great selection of all kinds of libations. The weekly Wednesday night tastings are in a really relaxed setting and vary week to week. If you want something they don't have on the shelf all you need to do is ask and they will oblige.

I reviewed before and if I remember correctly I only gave 3 stars. Not sure if I was drunk when I came in here or what? Or maybe they remodeled parts of the store or maybe I'm just not very good at observing my surroundings because this place is awesome. Very very good selection of everything. They have some crazy beers here. I posted a couple pics of the funny ones. Don't know how I missed this the first time but they have a brewing and tasting area in the back and as I was browsing they offered me some wine...what? YES! I will definitely come back here.

I enjoy Cuban Liquor, especially how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. They host spirits and wine tastings regularly, with vendors showcasing their wares. They have every liquor for every budget, from the cheapest tequila to a most expensive of scotches. Between the great service and the impressive selection, this is a wonderful place to go find the new drink to serve for your next gathering.

Wide selection of products to cater to all crowds. Beer.. Wine... Hard liquor.. You name it it's there. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and you don't get the judgmental stares you sometimes get in grocery stores.

This is the place to go if you need beer, micro brews that is. Cuban Liquor has a wide selection of beer, wine, and liquor. Just about anything you want, they have. They're very willing to help with any questions. It can be a tough parking lot to get in and out. Always park on the side, never in front. You can also order kegs if you're having large parties or have a kegerator.

During the pandemic I have made a total of three curbside orders. All of which have been greeted upon pick up by a very unfriendly young man who seems to have an issue with "curbside" pick ups. Today is the last time I will spend money at this local business. When I arrived and called the store to let them know that I was there for the pick up I was informed in a very condescending voice that I could come into the store "you know this don't you"; of course I know that but that's not the purpose of curbside pick up. To make things worst they left an item out of the order that I placed over the phone. There are too many places in this town that are friendly and have gone out of their way to make shopping during these uncertain times a pleasure...unfortunately this is not one of them.

First and last time I shopped here. They clearly didn't want to help me and acted like I was an inconvenience. Felt kinda racist. Never again

Excellent service!! They special ordered my Mojito Light that I was unable to find ANYWHERE in town. Will use them in the future, great customer service!

The prices at Albertshons are lower when buying your rot gut favorist but come to here for hard to find funny juice and knoooowleggible and helpingful shtaff. Wut are you looking at?! Why don't you come say it to my face Mr. Elephant?! No? Well I'll come over there when I'm done here at Mark Cuban Likkers. Go Mavs! (burp)

I go there very often (probubly more than I should) for single malt scotch whiskey. They have a Very large selection most times a very knowledgeable staff on hand. I can find better prices on certain items, but they have items I can't fine elsewhere! If they don't have you can ask them to order and if available they will obtain and call you when it has arrived! Go there and enjoy take your time. It's been a couple weeks since I've been, may have to take a ride there this weekend.

It's not the cheapest place in town, but I dare you to find anywhere that carries the extensive (not very deep but definitely broad) inventory that these guys do and is still affordable. . .and has the customer service as well! Every time I walk in the door I am always greeted and offered assistance. Usually when I ask for advice they have always sampled the inventory and can make a good recommendation. I've never seen such a wide array of liquors (aperitifs, digestifs, herbal bitters, etc) anywhere! (The bar at the Normandy Inn & Suites (Minneapolis) actually stocks quite a few, but nothing like this.) Keep up the great work!

Don't bother trying to order a keg from these guys, they don't seem to have any organizational ability to get the job done. It's amazing they're still in business.

The guys that work in here are super cool and chill. They also know their stuff when it comes to liquor. You can count on them to have the ramicans for Jell-O shots the day before St Pattys day! I wish they had a better selection of white wines in the cooler. Other than that, keep up the good work! Oh, and they also do some sort of tasting at least once a week. I've been meaning to go check that out.

Great selection and some unique finds. The store has decently good prices. I was really surprised by the unique tequilas and vodkas that I had not seen elsewhere. I wish I had visited this place more when I lived in Baton Rouge. This is a great stop before heading to an LSU tailgate. Very close to campus.

Cuban Liquor is a great place! I've been here several times now and I always appreciate the excellent selection and friendly, helpful staff. Cuban has wine tastings pretty often, which is always great! One star off for higher prices than other stores on same products (only by a dollar or two)-- but I'd rather come to Cuban than go searching elsewhere. I have found some of the wine sold at Cuban for much less at World Market, but I don't always want to go all the way out there. Overall, I highly recommend Cuban and I'm confident that you'll find what you're looking for!

Doesn't look like much on the outside, but looks can definitely be deceiving. The goat cheese lady at the Red Stick Farmers Market suggested we go buy a "buttery" chardonnay to go with the yummy deliciousness we bought from her. Not knowing Baton Rouge, we called my cousin who's wife told us to go here... so we did. When we saw the gaudy yellow and red sign I thought "there's no way this place will have what we need nor will anyone in here will be knowledgeable either. I stand corrected! Can't remember the guy's name but I remember him being from Memphis. He not only knew what we wanted, had knowledge but when asked about a very special type of dessert wine he charmed us again! Of course, I don't know if we just lucked out with our timing getting the only employee with excellent wine skills or if all the employees are as knowledgeable. For my purposes, this place rocked!!!

Great place to get local and international craft beer. They sell singles too for a number of beers so you can stock up a variety of stuff without buying 6 packs. I was shocked to see they had some homebrew supplies on hand.

One of the best selections of whiskey and beer in town. They carry a lot of rare beers and they get in some specialty items every so often. They also do a wine tasting every week too, check it out!
