"Inside a former mechanic's garage on an old farm you'll find Bindle Coffee: a roastery with a bar made from rail-car floorboards and tables hewn from 1870s barnwood. Power up for the day with a lemon poppy cruffin (a buttery croissant-muffin hybrid) and a spot-on cortado." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Craft. Quality. And Care. Everything about this coffee shop is pure artistry. Pastry and breakfast items are baked in house, and the beverage menu is top notch. Indoor space is limited, but the access to outdoor space in the Jessup farms complex makes it easy to enjoy the freshly curated food and drink. The owners are exceptional people, and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Absolutely love Bindle!!!

Google
Great mocha with a richer flavor than anywhere else in town. Homemade delicious pastries. My only gripe is that their coffee size prices are higher than anywhere else. A 16oz is the price of a large at any other shop.

Alicia

Google
Bindle used to be my #1 Coffe shop Since I moved to Fort Collins. It seems that things have change so much Every time I order in the last couple times It seems that staff is in a rush or they just want to get over it, one of the members ask me to leave and walk the other way around to give me my Coffe once ready since it was a pick up order. But since there was no people I figured I can wait inside (in the winter) it was definitely a awkward moment 🥲 is definitely crowded sometimes but the coffee is worth the time😇. I would always try to go back is just not the same. Shot-out to IAN he has been always super nice ⭐️ every time I have ordered.

Google
Very cool place, loved the vibe. Service was amazing, and coffee was great! I did get couple of yummy treats - pastry and a chocolate bar 🍫

Google
What a cool little coffee shop!! I stopped in with a friend while visiting Fort Collins and the magic muffin is DELICIOUS!! The coffee was wonderful and the service was outstanding! Such a treat!!

Google
Bindle has become one of our favorite spots in Fort Collins. My wife and I love riding our bikes there and spending time together over some of the best coffee in town. I always go for the vanilla latte, and she gets the cappuccino. Both are consistently excellent. The breakfast sandwich? Out of this world. I don’t know how they do it, but it’s seriously next-level. There’s plenty of great outdoor seating, and while the inside is a bit tight, it adds to the cozy, welcoming vibe. When we’re looking for a little more space, their Bindle Roastery location is just as amazing with the same top-tier coffee and more room to stretch out. Bindle is a gem, plain and simple.

Google
Great vibe. Bindle is everything i love about a local coffee shop. It's beautiful, has a great atmosphere and excellent coffee. Their food options are a bit limited. I only wish they were closer to home but when i happen to the area, it's my new go-to coffee shop.

Google
The company I work for hosted a breakfast meeting in which we had Bindle Coffee provide the food and coffee for it. They delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Our order was ready on time, it was fresh, hot and delicious! The coffee was good also. If you are hosting a meeting or just want a cool coffee shop to visit that has great fresh food and drinks please visit Bindle Coffee. They won't disappoint!

Yelp
I love Bindle. It's one of the best coffee shops in town. The atmosphere at the Jessup Farm location is so cute and cozy. The empanadas and burritos are so good, but even the baked goods are delicious. Bindles coffee is really good quality. They are known for their matcha! The staff is kind and great at making coffee.

Shay M.

Yelp
I loved the location and barn-like feel of this coffee shop. It also smelled amazing as you enter. The servers were nice and accommodating. We had an Americano, latte, chocolate chunk cookie, and a chicken sausage burrito and it all was very tasty.

Hannah F.

Yelp
Stopped by here on a whim after searching Yelp for the highest rated coffee shops in Fort Collins and realizing this one was right down the street from a couple plant nurseries we were in town to visit. The line was out the door pretty early on a Saturday morning but the wait was worth it. I purchased some beans and asked for them to be ground and was offered a free small drip coffee with my purchase of the beans/grounds. They added a splash of oat milk and a drizzle of honey for no additional charge and it was hands down the best drip coffee I've had in a while. The maple knot was amazing. Buttery chewy perfection with delicious sweet maple glaze. And they had hands down the best chorizo breakfast burrito I've had from a coffee shop. I will absolutely be back to try some more pastries and coffee options the next time I'm up this way.

Jake B.

Yelp
This place is dope. Service is impeccable. I'll take a place like this over Starbucks ANYtime....

Leanna K.

Yelp
Great coffee and absolutely delicious breakfast sandwich! I got the bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. It was 10/10! The muffin was so soft and moist and the cheesy was perfectly melted and gooey, bacon was thick and they have cholula packets too! Only con is I wish there was more inside seating or at least please get some more umbrellas for the outside seating as there's only 2 and they're always taken and it's hard to sit outside an rad or get any work done with the sun beating down. Add that and it will be perfect! Will absolutely be back!

Tyler B.

Yelp
This is Bindle Jessup Farm coffee shop. There is also restaurant around the corner. What I like about this one is "a high caffeine content " & the scenery outside seating. There is a fire pit that it seems to be used in the winter. Biking, Running trials are closed by. This is very local spot that if you don't feel welcoming, it's not on you. People ain't come up and start talking in Colorado, this is not New York or Los Angeles. I love Colorado because you can bring your dog to coffee bar or restaurant, no one complained! Dogs friendly, kids friendly and don't forget to check out the chickens / coop at the Jessup restaurant around the corner. The sunrise in Colorado & sip the coffee at Bindle, this is so hype. I know We need that interconnectedness to move forward in a new way of post-pandemic. Off Internet, go the nature and smile at the strangers. Every good deed is a charity, even smiling !

Emily N.

Yelp
I came here a couple days in a row it was so good! The outdoor seating near the landscaping makes such a peaceful vibe. Indoors has a very cozy vibe. The vanilla latte, cinnamon roll, and scone are delicious.

Asdru S.

Yelp
Coffee is great but-daaaaaang good breakfast sandwich. Wow. Bravo. Fresh and sweet. Bread is amazing and tasty. Needs no hot sauce kinda thing.

Gina F.

Yelp
Bindle is the best craft coffee shop in northern Colorado! I love that their drinks are not overly sweet. They have seasonal specials which are so fun! They have homemade baked goods and everything we've tried is delicious! We recommend this amazing coffee spot to anyone who visits Colorado!

Tamara H.

Yelp
Bindle Coffee is the whole package. It's atmosphere, branding, coffee, pastries and breakfast menu are all satisfying. The spiced fig latte is a nice autumnal drink. It's very cozy. The fig isn't coming forward in the drink which was a selling point for me, but it's overall blended nicely with milk, spices and espresso. The texture of the scone is spot on but the fruit in it is faint. The magic muffins are tiny and moist with flavors of peanut butter and chocolate chips coming through. The black bean and sweet potato burrito is good but could use a hot sauce of some kind and/or a crema. The breakfast sandwich on an English muffin was tasty but messy. The special sauce is thin and runny. The bacon wasn't as crispy as I like but that's a personal preference. To sum them up, it's a good coffee shop that checks all the boxes. Food and drinks came out in a timely manner given how busy they were. Kudos to that! Parking lot available and limited seating inside and outside seating is more spread out.

Renee S.

Yelp
I love this place and especially the breakfast sandwich. I wish they would move into the old taco place because today it was so crowded I couldn't wait that long -

Kelsey B.

Yelp
Bindle consistently serves up quality coffee, espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and sweet bakery treats. This morning, I ordered a vanilla latte and a spinach and pepper breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. Note - you can get their breakfast sandwiches on a biscuit OR an english muffin. Their sandwiches come with eggs and cheese then you get to select bacon, ham, or the veggie friendly option. Everything was delicious! Their bakery items also looked scrumptious. I eyed their peach and blackberry muffin and their vanilla chai cinnamon roll. I resisted the temptation today. I will have to come back to try these items when my sweet tooth hits! Other things to note - I have been to Bindle a handful of times over the last couple of years and the baristas behind the counter are usually very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Enjoy!

Yelp
The most rude barista(maybe manager, maybe owner, maybe just a rude person) ever today 9/4/2024. 2:30 Have always enjoyed the coffee at Bindle...came in with my wife and daughter and asked, I guess, the one taboo question..."do you have pumpkin flavor?" The answer from the nose ring female was rude, dismissive and very unwelcoming. We are not coffee snobs and it was a simple question as we like to try different pumpkin flavor drinks in the fall. (DazBog has awesome PSL and are not so rude btw) If you are such a coffee snob shop that its taboo to ask if you even offer the drinks, but you also reply that you offer, instead, "spiced fig" drinks in the fall...you may not be such a coffee purest after-all. Shame on you for being so rude!!!!! Harbinger, Lima and even DazBog know how to treat their customers! Do better Bindle...you aren't that great!

Kaylee E.

Yelp
My friend and I stopped to grab coffee here this morning and got a very bad experience. Two of the workers were just standing around talking and didn't even greet us until they had finished their conversation like a minute later then as we waiting for the girl to make our drinks she was just talking trash about another coworker who wasn't there. So FYI if you work at this place and your name is like Cassy or something close like that one of your coworkers is trying to get rid of you, don't trust the mole face girl. I hope this reaches you and you can screen shot it and use it. Looking out for you because that girl was SO rude.

Sam C.

Yelp
This was a cute little coffee shop! We purchased a hot chocolate and a latte after a grocery shopping excursion and it was the perfect reward! The customer service was great and the atmosphere of the coffee shop was super fun. I love the wood finishes and the seating area was nice too. I am excited to go back here and experience each season! It seems like it would be the perfect fit for an outing during fall, winter, spring, and summer!

John T.

Yelp
Love Bindle and try to stop whenever we visit family in the area. Works out great because that often means during Christmas and I LOVE their holiday syrups. A few years ago it was a rosemary Caramel that we've tried to replicate ever since. This year it was a ginger/brown-sugar syrup. Very nice. You know it's ginger but it's not overwhelming. Not much indoor space, so it's hard to linger. But the whole Jessup farm area is good to walk around

Lauren B.

Yelp
Just a few of my favorites: classic americano black, iced Chai with oat milk, ham and cheese croissant, pear and cardamom scone, bacon & ham breakfast sandwich (biscuit), and my son (3) loves the mini chocolate croissants! We live in CA and make sure to pop into Bindle on all our visits to my parents!

Henry F.

Yelp
The people here are super nice. It seems like we are all trained to pay up for good coffee. They have a good menu with decent food options. Prices reflect a low volume, hand-crafted establishment. The coffee, other drinks, and food are great but the ticket times can range from 5-20 minutes depending on how busy they are. But the people are generally great and pleasant to interact with.

Sarah R.

Yelp
Yummy coffee and pastries! And super cute vibe, we would visit again. The service was wonderful too!

Whitney S.

Yelp
delicious food, delicious coffee!!! So cute and quaint on the inside. We loved the simplicity and rustic vibe of this coffee shop.

Kailee C.

Yelp
Delicious bacon breakfast sandwich and Americano. Breakfast sandwiches and burritos are sold until noon or sold out. They only had gluten free left when we got there about 11:15 on a Monday. It was a very long wait so be prepared that it may take awhile if you're in a hurry. Homemade syrups and baked goods and they also have various gifts for sale. Nice outdoor seating area by other shops.

Jason P.

Yelp
Great coffee! Many choices. They even have seasonal drinks. Great beans too! Go here. You'll not be disappointed. It's a repurposed farm building!

Kurt M.

Yelp
This place consistently serves amazing coffee and has amazing service! The prices are a little steep, but the flavor and quality makes it worthwhile. It is not your typical Starbucks, but has higher quality coffee and great flavorful bakery options. It's a small place with limited seating, but has a cozy atmosphere I typically like to get the small brewed coffee, or their amazing old elk bourbon latte.

Jo S.

Yelp
Stopped in while on vacation just to get drinks to go. I got a ice matcha latte which was very good. Baristas were friendly and they seemed to be enjoying their job.

Irene P.

Yelp
Cute shop, good coffee, and delicious pastries! Finally, a place that has perfect scones (not cake)! I give this establishment three stars simply because I would have liked more food option. I am however told they do hold a small menu hostage at checkout counter. If you are from out of town- ask at the counter because there is no other way of knowing.

Joseph W.

Yelp
It's real small inside but that contributes to the charm. When the weather is nice there's always plenty of seating outside. It's one of my favorite places to meet people for work.

Ray D.

Yelp
This has easily become my favorite coffee shop. Great coffee, food and atmosphere. I also really appreciate the walk up window for online orders.

Steven N.

Yelp
The line was ridiculously long and not worth the wait. Vibe was cool and coffee was good tho. Price was fair though. Would return if ever out this way again.

Shannon C.

Yelp
My go to coffee shop. Really great coffee and the menu is something I really enjoy to get a quick bite in the morning. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

Jeff P.

Yelp
NYC city prices come to fort Collins and to give them credit, it's NYC quality. It's perfect spot for a casual business meeting or date or bougie friend hang out.

Caleb S.

Yelp
Hands down, Bindle is the best coffee shop in Fort Collins. It's owned by a local husband and wife duo, who together know a lot about coffee and a lot about baked goods. Beautiful, rustic aesthetic, located in what used to be the original mechanic's garage at Jessup Farms. For you coffee nerds, Bindle had a Victoria Arduino Black Eagle espresso machine and both a Mythos One and a Mythos Two (with gravimetrics). On top of that, they have a white Mahlkonig EK43 for their pour over bar. Oh, and a "bindle" is the bag/sack that is on a stick often associated with the hobo culture.

Tbura B.

Yelp
I have been here multiple times but neglected to Yelp it...yep slacker! I love this place very much as coffee was really good and people were amazingly nice. I think for coffee shop business, the feel of warm welcoming when customers walk in is very important, and this place has that feel every single time I'm there (so far). Thank you! The inside decor was really cute and fun. A cool combination of chic and cozy. Their pastries were delicious too. There is an outside area to sit and hang out so would be nice in the summer time. The coffee shop is located in a nice complex in a residential area where there are restaurants/brewery/gym/shops so it is good to check it out. The inside seating was a good cute size, not that big. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

Jessie M.

Yelp
I got a vanilla latte and a breakfast burrito, my friend got a regular latte. They were really nice , served it to our car as a curbside pickup fast, and the server was a refreshing personality. Going back this morning, and glad to find my friend a local spot close to his house! UPDATE Those empanadas were incredible!! Going back for their food is not a bad idea either ha

William L.

Yelp
I am ecstatic to find this coffee shop in my neighborhood. I had a simple drip coffee, expensive, but also with a balanced acidity that makes it worth it. The shop itself is exceptionally matched to reading or just sitting, while enjoying your drink or pastry of choice.

Anna N.

Yelp
Love this place! Tiny but warm & welcoming. Their breakfast burritos are delicious & the coffee is consistently top quality. Best hidden gem in FOCO.

Stephanie L.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE Bindle. The Jessup Farm is so adorable and spread out. It was buzzing each time we were there! The service was impeccable and kind. The beverages were delicious and you could tell they were crafted with care!

Honesty J.

Yelp
A beautiful, historic, authentic coffee shoppe that feels like a family room built for Keebler Elves. You'll enjoy their friendly staff, outstanding coffee & espresso, and delicious desserts. Ample seating, several outlets, and good wifi. The couch and cushion-chairs are comfortable, and the vibe is upbeat and social. I love arriving at 6am and drinking enough lattes to fill a bathtub. Bindle is awesome.

Dan B.

Yelp
I'm ALWAYS in search of the perfect cup o' Joe, and may have found one here at Bindle. It's smooth without being weak, and lots of options for those who want something a bit fancier. (And you know who you are.) I selected a honey lemon cheese danish from the goodies in the display case, and it was simply delicious, not one of those produced by a gazillion and get pulled out of a plastic bag when you order it kind of danish. This was fresh. It was a little bit crowded this morning but that was because nobody was sitting outside in the snow and 8゚ weather. I will have to come back in the Spring and enjoy the patio, fire pit and common area. If you're looking for great Coffee on a cold morning, Bindle just might be the best place to go.

Amelia J.

Yelp
Absolutely adore this cute coffee shop! Coffee and pastries are amazing and homemade tasting. Atmosphere is perfect with lovely patio tables. Would recommend.

Whitney M.

Yelp
Arrived to Fort Collins much earlier than anticipated so we stopped at Bindle coffee. I ordered a bourbon Carmel latte, which was incredible! Cute little place. Limited inside seating, but friendly staff.

Steven W.

Yelp
Good coffee, good service, cool atmosphere but overall the coffee didn't stand out to me so I give it 4 stars.

Tammie W.

Yelp
What a cute coffee shop tucked inside the Jessup Farms community! The baristas are knowledgable, friendly and helpful and the coffee being cranked out of this place is nutty and delicious. Their house made syrups are delicious and not to sweet and the house made almond/cashew blended milk is awesome and a must try! Grab a cup of coffee, pastry and sit outside in the sun and take in the surroundings.

Katie J.

Yelp
Disappointing environment. Felt rushed and unsupported. Coffee average. Weird vibe tbh

Jake C.

Yelp
Bindle is top-notch. Coffee and pastries are second to none. Nice space at the farm (though not a lot of indoor seating) and friendly baristas and owner. I'm a fan!

Tara R.

Yelp
Very nice employees. Fast service. Latte's are my favorite. Try the caramel. Quiet place to unwind and have a cup of coffee

Jeffrey T.

Yelp
Delicious coffee and their breakfast sandwich was the highlight of our morning! Will be coming here regularly for sure

Rachel H.

Yelp
The coffee, food, and service were lackluster. Too expensive for bad quality product.

Cabell T.

Yelp
Best place! These folks understand what it means to put your heart into every element of what you do. The aesthetic is flawless, espresso is next level, and the pastries are the best in town. Worth the wait and more.

Mikhail R.

Yelp
Honestly worst smoothie [bowl] I've ever had, esp. for a small bowl and $8+ price tag. It's made of WATER and blueberries. Water. I returned it and was given a drip coffee as a replacement and a misplaced attitude. Shame--cool place and my first time here. Coffee was good but I'm not feeling good.
