The milk tea at Bing Sutt was excellent—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. It had that deep, aromatic tea flavor that makes a great Hong Kong-style milk tea.
However, I wasn’t a fan of the egg tart. The pastry was delicate but crumbled too easily, making it a bit messy to eat. The filling had a strong egg taste, which overpowered the expected creamy sweetness.
That said, the ambiance was nice, and the service was friendly. I’d definitely come back for the milk tea but would probably try a different pastry next time.
