Food has always been fast, fresh, and well-cooked. My burger has never been overcooked and always comes out medium like I want, a rare thing to find in a more casual place, or even in a sit down restaurant, tbh. Based on some of my recent experiences trying to find a good reliable cooked to order burger here in the Springs, I had almost given up on my quest, but Bingo has restored some faith.
It's especially nice that it's a local chain with some locally sourced ingredients. I really like the Pueblo red chiles they use in lots of things, including mixed into some of the burger patties, it's a unique twist from the usual green chiles (which I also looove). The red chiles just seem to go really well with the burgers and bingo sauce imo. My favorite burger has the bingo patty (with the chiles mixed in) with pimiento cheese w/ chiles on top, along with bacon.
My husband likes the veggie burgers pretty well, but for me they're a little bread-y and heavy with the herb/poultry seasoning and it makes it taste like Thanksgiving stuffing. Wish they would bring back the onion rings, they were really good! We like the rewards system, seems pretty generous. My husband likes the rotating beer menu and it's nice that there's a burger of the month. I like the kitschy vibe.
We also like the Pueblo location when we're down that way, but I think this CoS location is even better. Seems well managed, the staff always seem on the ball. Wish you'd consider opening up a location up in north COS because it's kind of a food desert up here and it's a long drive to downtown for us.
