"After a move, Bird returned to delivering high-level highballs and other cocktails, making it one of the hottest bars in the city at the moment. The bar works primarily by pre-batching drinks, making for even execution from drink to drink. The cocktails tend to be born out of classics, often made with bottles from young craft distilleries. The Bonfire Manhattan is a good place to start, since it won the prize for best signature cocktail at the Bartenders’ Choice Awards, a celebration of Nordic bars.
