Bird Haus' Cod Rice Bowl: A Flavor Explosion at The Conservatory! I just had the most incredible meal at Bird Haus inside The Conservatory, and I have to rave about their Cod Rice Bowl! This dish is an absolute winner. The cod was perfectly cooked – flaky and tender, and the lemon pepper rub on it was divine, giving it a bright, zesty kick that was just spot-on. What really took it over the top was adding their hot sauce. That combination of the zesty lemon pepper with the perfect amount of heat from the hot sauce created a flavor profile that was truly exceptional and incredibly addictive. It was a perfectly balanced, delicious bowl. And of course, enjoying this amazing meal in the lively, buzzing atmosphere of The Conservatory food hall just makes the whole experience even better. If you're looking for something fresh, flavorful, and unique, you absolutely have to try the Cod Rice Bowl at Bird Haus. Five stars, hands down!

I will never EVER be ordering from here again. Quality has gone down over the past year that I've been coming here religiously, and I am being met with the most disappointing food and terrible service as of late. When I ordered a few months ago, the chicken and bun were burnt and tough/overcooked, but honestly I let it go and didn't put any negative reviews because I wanted to be nice and give the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe it was just a bad day at the grill or something. But this time, I'm putting a review in because the service I got was ridiculous. I honestly would've been fine with saying nothing like I've done the past times I've gotten my order remade in addition to the burn situation, but this is just wild y'all. One of the very rude workers (Randolph) tried to say that my food was properly made as a Garlic Parm (wet) when they literally put plain, dry chicken strips in the sandwich........ I literally took a bite to check and it was literally plain chicken strips in a sandwich, no sauce no seasoning nothing at all. Maybe I look like I have "idiot" written on my order or something but if I wanted plain chicken strips in a sandwich then I'd just go to Whataburger down the street, not all the way to the Galleria area to pay $16 for what I didn't ask for...... Then, the mac and cheese was GOD AWFUL, it tasted stale and chalky. This dude claimed that "that's just how our mac and cheese tastes".... So then why is it that when I ordered this food like a year ago when the kind lil Asian man who work(ed)(idk if he's still there I haven't seen him in a hot minute) there convinced me to eat at his spot, it was absolutely delicious? Like I'm talkin the food was so moist and delicious and yummy, the mac and cheese was so flavorful and it was the BEST. This has been such a disappointing and disrespectful turn of events. I will never recommend this spot to anyone ever again. This was my spot too so I don't even know where to go now 😐 (Oh and btw, very suspicious that the remake on the order actually featured wet garlic parm seasoning on the chicken. Hmm. If you really did that the first time, like you claimed you did, then why did it look different than the first version of the sandwich, and why would you have an attitude when you clearly knew you were wrong 🤔? If you were sooo correct then it should've came out the same as when I said the order was wrong, buuuut it didn't...... Very peculiar)

The fried chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while still tender and yummy on the inside. The seasoning had just the right amount of flavor, and the toppings added a great balance without overpowering the sandwich. It was also very filling Highly recommend if you’re craving something hearty and flavorful!

This has to be most juiciest and flavorful fried chicken and wings I've had!!! The Halal quality chicken was super good and tasty the breading was crispy and just right it didn't hurt the roof of my mouth , my kids got the tender basket combo with their blue dream shaved ice and I got the best chicken buffalo wrap ive ever had in my life!!! Definitely will be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Bird Haus and was really impressed. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious—you can really taste the quality of the ingredients.

I come here very often, and the food is very very good. You think it’s your typical chicken place, but it’s really not. I always get the loaded fries. And the owners are very friendly . I’m a regular for a reason, no cause I love to eat but cuz it’s also pretty bomb

Amazing food and excellent service! Best chicken sandwich in town. They do a Nashville hot style with a twist. I recommend the sandwich hit with haus ranch! The fish and shrimp is amazing! Homemade tartar sauce and crinkle cut fries! Try the Blue Dream lemonade.

A friend and I were walking through the conservatory browsing menus and truly, it was because of Q - super attentive and helpful - that we chose to give bird haus a try. My sandwich was pretty tasty (I opted for the grilled chicken which is probably not what they’re known for but #healthier). Q was excellent and overall, I’d come back and give the fried sandwich a try.

YUMMMMMM! This place did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. Came here for a quick bite and it was great. Customer service was great, ordering was easy, food was quick, and portions were nice. In a fun setting, you just walk up and order on the kiosk and they will text you when your food is ready. Got fish over rice, chicken over fries, and shrimp. Sauce was the best- a garlic cream sauce. So good!

I was so shocked at how good this was! I ordered a piece of fried fish, fries and a blue raspberry lemonade and it was great. The food was made to order (so it did take about 20 mins or so) and extremely hot and fresh. The portion was great! The lemonade was super flavorful. I think I spent about $13. Not bad. I will definitely return!

The combination of "Galleria" and "food court" sounds synonymous with generically overpriced food, which is why Bird Haus comes as a pleasant surprise. I didn't snap the best picture but their hot chicken sandwich combo ($16) serves as a solid choice for a hungry stomach. The sandwich is fairly large and well seasoned, though the chicken tasted a little dry. I rate the fries + Haus sauce above average. I can't think of another hot chicken establishment in Uptown. This place may be your best bet unless you're willing to head toward Montrose or the Heights.

Seafood rice bowl - 7/10 - Liked the lemony/spicy flavor of this but was pretty oily and i wish the fish and shrimp were crispier Chicken burger - 7.5/10 - Tastes like a regular chicken burger , could use more flavor and crisp Chicken wrap - 8.5/10 - My favorite item out of all of them because it had flavor and wasnt as greasy as the other items Mango cream ice haus - 9/10 - Very tasty and refreshing, i liked the blend of mango and condensed milk Mac and cheese - 8/10 - Very goeey and cheesy but a bit too milky which diluted the flavor of the cheese, i liked the hint of spice in this tho I had seen posts about this spot having crispy chicken and seafood but unfortunately mine werent that crispy :( overall food was tasty and had a good kick to it but i would prefer more crisp, sauce, and flavor personally

Best fried chicken sandwiches in town very juicy and tender , the owner is really nice! Stephen explained the menu and my wife got shrimp bowl was fantastic really big shrimp!

Food - Great Atmosphere- Great I love the entire concept. And the guy who handed me my food was easy on the eye. Love the entire vibe.

My wife and I really enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich here. You can select the spice level for the fried chicken pieces (regular, medium, hot, and the 4th/hottest level I forgot the name of) -- we got "medium" which was very mildly spicy and perfect for my wife, who can only handle mild. If you like spicy food, I'd recommend getting "hot" at minimum The sandwich was a hearty size and was filling. There were some pickles in it. The sauce was very savory and overall this dish was a flavor blast.

Chicken was ok but this mac and cheese was so awful i threw up later that day. There is no service since you order on Ipads in the front

The Shrimp Wrap and their Fries at Birdhaus is a must try!!! That spot never disappoints!!! Coming back for more soon!!!

I absolutely love this place I got the wrap which was sooo good and today I got the rice bowl which is good as well if you like lime rice. it's a tad bit too limey for me but it was still really good. I will be back with my friends. It's also cheaper and person and parking is free Service was great and the guy was very nice not just to me but the other customers as well

Food was amazing, never misses, Joey is always a kind soul serving smiles. Will continue to recommend this spot to any and everyone!

I ordered food to go and there was a hair on my French fries worst day ever I even had a positive attitude but the hair on my fries ruined it I would give this place 0 Stars is I could!!..

Had the chicken tender basket. The chicken was fresh spiced on point and juicy. Dipping sauce was awesome. Great menu options to custom what you want. Of your thinking about going to raising canes go here instead better in every way times ten.

Don't sleep on their new fried shrimp basket combo- great flavors and cheese fries were delicious! Service is friendly, especially the owners!

Everything was delicious! The chicken and waffles was my favorite. Citrus heat flavor had a good kick. My kiddos loved the mango shaved ice with condensed milk and mac n cheese side with their chicken strips/wings. The staff was very friendly and vibe was chill. Definitely will be coming back in the future!

Bird haus has been a favorite for a while. I would visit after rockets games when they were downtown. The spice levels are great, fries are well seasoned and perfect. I think the changes they've gone through in changing locations has been detrimental to my business. The last time I purchased, they used chicken strips for my sandwich. I only get the sandwich because it's a chicken thigh (or at least has been). I was not notified of this difference and it certainly changed the sandwich for me. The conservatory is a great vibe overall, you can grab a drink while you're waiting or watch a game.

I really have enjoyed every visit to the Conservatory Galleria. Decided to try the Bird Haus today and I was not disappointed. Chef D and crew were very friendly and a joy to talk to. Very professional and welcoming. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't spicy at all and I wish it was; however, the taste was awesome. The fries were excellent as well. I do highly recommend you visit them. Thanks again chef D.
