Birdies bar

Birdie’s Bar in Largo is hands down one of the best local dive bars around if you’re looking for a fun, relaxed night without any of the pretentious stuff. The vibe is super chill and welcoming — the kind of place where you can walk in solo or with friends and immediately feel comfortable. It’s got that classic neighborhood bar energy where everyone’s just there to unwind, laugh, and have a good time. They’ve got great pool tables that are well kept, plus darts and karaoke nights that make it way more entertaining than your average bar. Whether you’re shooting a few games, singing your heart out, or just hanging with a drink, there’s always something going on. Drinks are affordable, service is quick, and the bartenders are friendly and down to earth. No pressure, no drama — just good people and good times. Definitely my go-to spot in Largo when I want to relax and have fun. I’ll be back often!

Thieves tried to use my Navy credit Union card for $98.00 at 4AM for a purchase. WMT PLUS.. Who does that? I thought they were cool.

probably great for locals and for those who dont want food options. just not for me. my wife and i walked in, and walked right out

My first time in there really nice environment plenty of room but ordered a 16 oz draft and the beer battered cod with french fries. The beer was warm and the beer battered Cod was frozen filets out of a box very disappointing. Not sure if I will return or not, if I do I will try something else to eat and hopefully it will be better and then I will post.

We go to birdies quite often and they have their fair share of turnover with bartenders but last night the girl Michelle was TERRIBLE!!! No business being behind a bar whatsoever …Left without even getting a drink, even after her asking what we were getting. It’s one thing to “forget” an order but to walk by 2 people at the bar with no drink 5 times after taking the order is just pure incompetence.. sad thing is one drink was a bottle of bud light that was directly in front of us in the beer tub, the other a Tito’s n cran with a lime.. Not a difficult order at all.. So we went down the road spent $101(drinks only) and left the bartender there a $40 tip. Looks like we found a new place..

First time here…. Full liquor and you can smoke! Michelle behind the bar is fantastic… great personality and makes great drinks.

New to the area. Stopped in on a Tuesday night to check the place out The bartender (Lauren) was extremely rude. When I asked for a drink or had any questions she had a attitude and acted like I was annoying her. Place has a good atmosphere but needs a more friendly bartender. I would love to come back but only if she isn't working. Disappointed because I liked the vibes. Please find a more friendly bar tender

What an awesome little bar I discovered with my friend. Birdies is just one of the many bars you always see from the road, but never think twice about venturing into for that cold beer. Well, just think once and make that one stop. The bartender was so personable and awesome. She also made me feel so at home. Cheers!
