"LM Restaurants newest spot in downtown Raleigh serves upscale new American staples like cast iron crab dip, hot honey cauliflower, heritage pork ribs, and more in a bright, airy space. The cafe section offers counter service for sandwiches and salads, and there is a coffee bar and breakfast menu available to early risers." - Matt Lardie

Google
This restaurant has breathtaking decor. The food looked fancy and was presented well, but the taste wasn’t as good as it looked. I liked the Brussels sprouts, flatbread, and salmon (not the quinoa tho). Their dessert was too sweet, key lime pie was a little tart. I’d give the food a 3.5/5 stars. Server was nice but not particularly attentive. Ambience was the best part of the whole experience, and everyone seemed pretty dressed up. There was live music, which was enjoyable but made it hard to hear each other.

Google
I posted the drinks and appetizers we had, which were all really good. My kids loved the tomato soup. My kale Caesar salad with steak was good and not too heavy. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We came here after spending the day at the museum. It’s a short walk from there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Birdie’s Barroom and Kitchen is a hidden gem! The space is so elegant and aesthetic—perfect for a chill night out or a cute dinner with friends. I ordered the crab deviled eggs, crispy Brussels, cast iron crab dip, and shrimp tacos, and everything was incredible. The flavors were bold, fresh, and well-balanced, and the presentation made each dish look as good as it tasted. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the vibe. This is definitely a new favorite spot—I’ll be back soon to try brunch!

Stopped here for brunch today and we all had a great time. The weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy a few drinks and eat brunch. Our server was very friendly and attentive, she made some great recommendations too. Will definitely be back to try dinner. My only bit of feedback is for the DJ outside, wayyy too loud for that time of day. I wasn’t the only one that brought it up, but people should be able to talk and hear each other. Good tunes but it could do with being turned down a little more. Overall though, great experience.

We had a wonderful experience. Started at front of house with a great hostess. We were seated and our sever Alanna was also amazing. We ordered: Deviled Eggs (110/10), Warm pull apart bread (7/10), Brussels sprouts (100/10) Ribs and Mac and cheese (rated 10/10 by my fellow diner), Steak Frits (6.5/10 by my other fellow diner), and Salmon with quinoa (7/10). Overall we were impressed with our meals and drinks (highly recommend the margarita)! We will be back next time we are in town. Thank you for a great and memorable experience!

Google
Just had an incredible brunch experience at Birdie's in downtown Raleigh! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the chic Art Deco-inspired decor. The service was top-notch, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food? Absolutely delicious! We indulged in the lavender latte, pull apart bread as appetizer, and the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich both of which were standout dishes! Highly recommend if you're in Raleigh.

Google
Absolutely! This is a cute place! The atmosphere is warm and inviting along with the staff! Now let’s get into the food! We came for a light dinner before a movie. We got the cauliflower- get the cauliflower. Trust me, I won’t steer you wrong! Now let’s get to the main course- the crispy chicken sandwich- again yes! It was thick, crispy on the outside- juicy on the inside. The basil mule is a beautiful drink! Very refreshing! Also the champagne cocktail was so good- I got two! I will definitely be back and you should check them out too! #tellemgabbbsentya Their ranch is also house made!!!

Yelp
Okay, Birdies, you've officially stolen our hearts (and our appetites)! My wife and I popped in for drinks and snacks, and wow - we're already planning our next visit before we even left! We started with the brussels sprouts, flatbread, and deviled eggs because... well, why choose just one? Best decision ever - they were so ridiculously good we almost didn't order mains. Keyword: *almost*. That stroganoff came calling and boy did it deliver! Now let's talk drinks - my Old Fashioned was smoother than a jazz solo, and that thyme cocktail? Unexpectedly delightful! My wife's espresso martini packed the perfect punch (just how she likes it) with those cocoa bitters adding a fancy little twist. And my nightcap whiskey sour? *Chef's kiss* - I'd bathe in that thing if it was socially acceptable. Oh! And that sticky toffee pudding? Let's just say if it was a person, I'd propose. No shame. The vibe gave us "Gatsby goes business casual" - fancy enough to feel special but chill enough that we didn't have to sit up straight the whole time. Even on a Monday, the place had great energy!

Yelp
This spot was recommended by a friend who said I had to go during brunch while I was in town visiting my son. So glad she did. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was open and inviting. The hostess said it would be about a 10-15 min wait which was fine but we only ended up waiting about 5 mins or so. My son and I ordered the deviled eggs(delicious), brussel sprouts(not bad at all) and the biscuits(fluffy, I enjoyed mine with the blueberry jam) as our appetizers. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and just asked for it not to be carbonated. Enjoyed it!! Entrees: Eggs Benny(I substituted the ham for blackened salmon), French Toast and Chicken sandwich with potatoes. Everything was really good. My son did say that though his chx sandwich was good he wished it was seasoned more. I think we will definitely go back to this place. Our server Georgie was excellent!!!

Yelp
The turkey French dip was truly to die for!! One of the best sandwiches I've had. Birdie's was centrally located and had a nice space. It was nice an open with great natural light - perfect for a brunch or intimate dinner. The service was decent, some things took a little longer, but nothing crazy. Overall a good experience.

Yelp
Tonight we came very spontaneously. We had no reservation, we're with our toddler. But they graciously sat us. One gentleman there kept checking on our baby. Bringing her stuff to keep entertained. We were impressed. Our server torrie was so sweet. The restaurant was very beautiful with high arches, chandeliers, relaxing yet happening vibes. We ordered the lobster roll, deviled eggs, and the "Proper burger". Every thing was so good! That burger was the best burger in town. Hands down. It was such a pleasant evening, thanks to the staff. Thank you!!

Yelp
Went here for my birthday celebration and I'm so glad I did! We had the KINDEST server, who was attentive and lovely! The vibe was fun and energetic! We sat inside but the outdoor area looked casual and engaging (swings, artwork, cornhole). We loved our shrimp and grits, buttered bread, and strawberry cake!
google avatar

Yelp
I had a pleasant dining experience at Birdie's for brunch. We had a few cocktails and entrees. The French toast was amazing but I do wish it was accompanied by a side of eggs or fruit. My friend enjoyed her standard breakfast and swapped the bacon for shrimp Service was quick and the staff was friendly. Plenty of street parking nearby. They have a bakery in the front is the restaurant but I'll have to try that next time when I return for lunch or dinner.
google avatar

Megan W.

Yelp
The weather was perfect when we came here so we decided to sit outside and they have a really nice outdoor area with cornhole sets and some outdoor swings. Would be super fun to meet up with friends or bring kids here. We got the bread as an appetizer which was really nice and soft, and we enjoyed the scallion butter that it was served with. I got the salad which I thought was OK. I feel like the dressing could've used a bit more acidity or it could've been served with a lime slice to bring out the freshness of the salad a bit more. My boyfriend really enjoyed the stroganoff. I tried a couple bites of it and thought it could've used a bit more salt. I would give the food itself an overall 7/10 but the ambiance is great and love that it's walking distance from where we're located.

Yelp
This place was so cool! They have an indoor outdoor bar with live music on the weekends!! Brunch is a MUST. The deviled eggs and bloody Mary's are amazing!! They have mimosa flights and they make homemade biscuits. The bartenders were so nice and gave great recommendations!!

Yelp
Birdie's is a beautiful restaurant. The parking here is effortless. Hostess was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Some of the food we ordered at Birdie's Barroom and Kitchen was a huge disappointment. First, the seating was right behind the hostess station, and the ledge next to our table hadn't been cleaned since the last tenants were in the space--very dusty! Our server, Stacie, seemed nice and welcoming. I arrived before my friend and was checked on a bit too frequently, which made me feel pressured to order. I went ahead with the Dirty Shirley and the evolving deviled eggs. The eggs were enjoyable. The dirty Shirley was prepared with way too much grenadine. Once my friend arrived, we shared the Birdie's Biscuit, which was delicious, especially with the honey butter, jam, and gravy. Things took a turn when our entrees arrived. I ordered the Hippie Hash Bowl, and I was very disappointed. It was served on a plate, not a bowl, and looked nothing like the description on the menu--plainly presented, with a very small portion and little flavor. It was not good at all. My friend had the bacon and potatoes. The bacon was delicious! We were fairly full from the deviled eggs and biscuits, so this was really our saving grace. Unfortunately, the potatoes were under-cooked and lacked flavor (not the crisp herb as described on the menu). What made the experience worse was the lack of attention when we voiced our concerns about the food. Our server, who had been so persistent about taking our order, disappeared after food arrived. When we asked for the potatoes to be removed, she needed to check with her manager. Overall, a disappointing experience at Birdie's. The Togo Strawberry Birthday cake slice looked nicely prepared. A few things can be enjoyed. Water, Deviled eggs, biscuits and cake. That's all for now.

Yelp
Loved my experience here. There is plenty of street parking and parking garages surrounding the restaurant. They have inside and outside seating. Opted to sit inside on a Wednesday around 5:30pm. It was not too busy. While I did not order drinks, their drink menu was excellent. Ordered the pull-apart bread, which came out hot and with delicious butter. For my main, I ordered the Proper Burge,r which was messy, but delicious, and my fries were extra crispy. My partner ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup and enjoyed their meal as well. My server was super nice. I would definitely return.

Yelp
I was so excited to come here because it's absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a disappointment. Our drinks were both not to our liking, but this is more personal preference. The Arnold Palmer was not sweet and mostly tart from the lemonade. My latte was probably good for a coffee lover but I didn't taste any sweetness so I asked for extra sugar. We started with the pull apart bread. Personally, I wish it came with honey butter. The scallion butter was fine but I don't think it enhanced the experience. The cast iron seasoning wore off onto the bottom of the bread, giving it a moldy look. I googled it to make sure it was safe lol. The bread was soft and sweet, but the middle roll was definitely not fully cooked. Very doughy. For the main course, I got the Bennie. The hollandaise was a little too lemon forward, but the rosemary ham balanced out those flavors. The eggs were cooked well, with a good amount of runny yolk. I was excited for the crispy potatoes but there was absolutely zero seasoning. I had to ask for salt. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich. They didn't have any issues making substitutions, so that was nice. The chicken was crispy and the sauce was flavorful. I thought the pickles added too much sweetness though. The fries were cooked well but again, no seasoning. I would like to come back and try something else eventually. I think they just started doing brunch so maybe they were still getting used to it.

Yelp
My original plan was to come here for brunch, as I heard many people complimenting Birdie's brunch. However, I came for dinner and was not disappointed. Both the service and ambiance were amazing. As for the food, the best grilled cheese I have ever had. To die for! Will come back!
google avatar

Yelp
Food was subpar ..Brussels sprouts was just cooked had no seasoning at all steak fries for the price was ok but portion size was ridiculously small..only positives about birdies was ambience and our waitress Katherine she was a sweet heart and made sure to check on us throughout the dinner..she was a little nervous her first night working by herself but she did great
google avatar

Orvina W.

Yelp
The food was ok, the drinks were pretty good and the service was great! My sandwich was extremely dry but the actual chicken was decent. My friend has been here for dinner and enjoyed it so I would probably come back for dinner.

Yelp
Hummmm idk maybe it's because it's a new restaurant but my first experience just didn't do it for me. I'll give it another try as a coffee shop but the meatballs were cold. I ordered a second batch and that was even room temperature. They weren't busy just didn't try to heat them. Crab dip was tasty but nothing to write home about as it was soupy. Ambiance is nice, people serving are super, outside area is nice, Please get the food right!

Yelp
Went here with a group the other Saturday. One member of our party did receive their Avocado toast - burnt but when she brought it to the attention of the waitperson she promptly addressed it and took action to correct it. The service while not fast is appropriate for a brunch crowd. I will say the staff was very attentive as was the manager. When I mentioned going to brunch several weeks later, it was one of the 1st places mentioned as a possibility from someone who was in our group the other week.
google avatar

Matthew H.

Yelp
This is a charming downtown restaurant with a nice outdoor area. The dog friendly atmosphere on the patio was great! We ordered cocktails freshly made with natural ingredients. The rotating deviled eggs were spicy, just like you would expect with the red hot sauce. The entree - the banh mi was so good. The veggie sandwich with a side of dipping sauce almost made me believe that I was eating a French dip in Paris. This is a solid choice for an evening out at a new restaurant.
google avatar

Noah J.

Yelp
The iced lavender honey black pepper latte Was delicious it's a crazy combo. So for service is great And the chairs and the colors scheme and the tables are too close together. It's classy but welcoming the lamps and the gas

Ashley S.

Yelp
Recommend!! Got the steak frites, ribs, and pull apart bread. Would get all of that again!

Yelp
Part cafe, part restaurant, and part bar, the new Birdie's fills in the long-vacant Cafe Carolina space on Fayetteville Street. The space has been renovated nicely, very high ceilings, retro lighting and tile gives Birdie's a bit of a throwback but modern feel. There's also a large outdoor patio behind the bar for dining al fresco. I imagine the local building patrons and after work crowd will enjoy the decor. Birdie's menu is pretty all-American, burgers, sandwiches, salads and entrees covering all the basic protein options. I did the chicken bbq meatballs and burger which were both solid. Birdie's is part of the LM restaurant group (Carolina Ale House, Vidrio) so the team running the joint is very experienced. Overall I liked Birdie's but it feels a bit more posh than what the menu/food offerings will deliver. But it's still great to have another dining option on what is pretty much, downtown Raleigh's main street!
google avatar

Stephanie J.

Yelp
Birdie's in Downtown Raleigh is a beautiful spot to grab brunch (weekends only), lunch or dinner. They also have a cafe and coffee shop at the front when you first enter for breakfast or a quick lunch. My husband and I made a reservation to meet up for lunch. It was the roast turkey "french dip" and a mocktail (I tried both mocktails) for me and the grilled cheese & tomato soup for him. I was not too impressed with the lunch menu and what we ordered. The first mocktail I ordered was way too sweet (this one was with lemonade) but I really enjoyed the second one (this one was with blackberries). I'll have to return to try this spot for dinner.
google avatar

Jordan P.

Yelp
Really good breakfast. They had a DJ playing music out side if you sit outside. Definitely a vibe for Sunday brunch .
google avatar

Briana A.

Yelp
I had such a wonderful experience at Birdie's! I visited during Triangle Restaurant Week and ended up ordering off the regular menu. Meghan & Lex were absolutely fantastic in making recommendations and making my first time experience wonderful! Highly recommend Shrimp & Grits and Heritage Pork Ribs!! We also had tomato soup and the hot honey cauliflower. Everything was delicious!
google avatar

Madelyn A.

Yelp
One of my good friends treated me here for brunch. This restaurant is so beautiful and the food was exquisite. The restaurant was a vibe, the staff was amazing. I'm so glad that she made a reservation, we were able to walk right to our table. I also noticed they have outdoor seating, so I can't wait until spring to come back. Prices are reasonable for this style of restaurant.

Yelp
Located in the heart of downtown Raleigh, this bar/bistro is a gem. The staff is warm and friendly and the decor is very welcoming. It's got an upscale NYC flair and aesthetic which is very nice. The food was delicious and our server Jasmine was amazing! If you're in search of a new place to hangout downtown, I'd highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Joey C.

Yelp
I great modern spot with an upscale vibe! Overall setup of the restaurant feels like a NYC restaurant which is a fun change up for a Raleigh restaurant. Had trouble figuring out what I wanted because everything looked so good. Ended up getting the crab dip which was incredible, the turkey French dip which was a great, lighter take on a French dip that left you satisfied without leaving you bloated like a traditional one might. Also sampled the burger and grilled cheese with tomato soup and all were great as well! (Was hungry so I forgot to photograph anything) Food and wait service was great. Bar service was pretty slow felt like they were just down a bartended because from what I could tell they only had two bartenders for the entire bar and restaurant but everything else was so good it could've bring down the vibe. A fun new spot worth checking out when you're in the mood for a good balance of new American as their menu spans lots of styles and pallets.
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
I'll start by saying the food was very good. That's all that was good though. The service was horrible. Our food was delivered with no utensils. I had a salad so no utensils did not work for me. After waiting over 5 minutes my husband went inside to find some himself. Our waiter never came back to see if our food was ok. Nor did he come back to replace our drinks long after they were empty. We flagged down another waiter to ask for refills and he said he'd let our server know. Whether he did or not I have no idea as no one ever came back until it was time to clear the table and bring the check. Good food means nothing when the service is like this. Never going back.
google avatar

Yelp
Oh dear. Let me just start by saying I fully realize this is "week one" and naturally there will be kinks to work through. The owners of this adventure also operate Carolina Ale House and by the end of our meal, I kind of wished we were there instead.. The highlights: the space is great on Fayetteville, easy"ish" parking but no valet. The decor was stunning, it has that modern retro with deep green and gold fixtures, the lights were perfect. Sets you up for a classy diner in the dining room. They have another area called the blue ridge room, I didn't get a good peak back there but maybe it was more secluded? I'm not sure of the allure, you have to request it when booking. The bathrooms were sparkling and have full doors which women appreciate! There is an open yard space behind the bar and the window opens to let you sit there and order. Green space and porch swings, looks like a fun area, would be extra cool with some fire pits. Friendly hosts and we were whisked to our table swiftly even though we were a few mins late. We were in main dining room, in one of those two by two with long back seat (why can't we eliminate these, I hate them). Now the kinks.. our waitress was not on her game. It was a good 10 minutes before she took our drink order, I had the dirty martini (this is important) she asked if I wanted it shaken or stirred and confirmed the vodka and my husband had a draft. About 10 minutes later she sets down my luke warm martini and the beer.. no olives in the drink (they come with blue cheese olives per menu). "Where are the olives", "oh, we are out" "Can I have any olives?" 'I'll check". - she comes back "we only have spicy olives, no regular olives..." "ok let's try that". These olives were seriously spicy, she brought them separately, I took a nibble and decided not to eat them but my martini was also spicy. So next round I order G&T and send the martini back (no comp btw). We ordered appetizers that took a good 20 or so minutes, honey cauliflower and deviled eggs. The eggs were pretty good but I realized she never told us what kind (they rotate) and we didn't ask, so they were good but we will never know what they were lol. The cauliflower was way underdone, almost raw but the coating sauce was good. For our main I had shrimp and grits and hubby had salmon. Another 30 min later (or more at this point), dinner arrives - it's ice cold. My grits were clearly out for a while, the shrimp was ok but not well seasoned. Salmon was ok, lightly burned, but the rice it was on was very cold. At this point, we decide no dessert but that's ok because as we took our third bite the waitress shows up and asks if we want dessert, we say no, she walks away and comes back after we have three more bites and asks if we are ready to pay...... at this point we are so exhausted we actually pay so we can go and she asks if we will be back......Time frame for reference, 7pm sat, depart just before 9. All in all, we won't likely be back but maybe for drinks on the green. It's hard to say if this was waitress, kitchen or bar, manager or all the above. Hope they work things out, it really is a great space! I think if the manager and or waitress had at least acknowledged the issues I would feel more confident about the future here. The tables around us were in the same boat, so it did feel like we were all in it together :)

Yelp
Wonderful service. Excellent food. All servers and bartenders are a delight. Seated quickly.

Lisa W.

Yelp
I ordered the Roasted Turkey French dip with the birdies side salad. Both were delicious!
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
Service was horrible, took us 5 minutes after we got food to get utensils which I got up and got myself. Had to flag down waiter to get fresh drinks. Waiter never checked on us. Food was good though, won't be back.
google avatar

Michele H.

Yelp
Don't order the espresso martini expecting a 2oz martini ( as martinis are) I just paid 14$ for a half ounce of ketel
google avatar

Tyana S.

Yelp
The food and service was great! The bartender Ocho made great drinks and our server Melissa was extremely knowledgeable regarding the menu and made great recommendations! Everything we order was excellent! We are looking forward to returning for brunch.
google avatar

Taahira H.

Yelp
There's some work that needs to be done here. I stopped by the first time and I was a little disappointed because they ran out of brunch items by 1pm. However we still gave it a try because we were celebrating a birthday. My son enjoyed his ribs, my other son enjoyed his burger . Nothing special but cooked well. Their mimosas were ok. I had steak frites, which was nothing compared to Coquette in North Hills. Then I tried again for a second time and it was the same, the ambiance is nice, it's busy but there always seems to be something missing. The salmon was blah, crispy skin falling off, Brussel sprouts were good, but lacked seasoning. Especially compared to so many places in the triangle. On my second visit I learned they have a new chef. So let's give them time, the service is great, I won't deny that. I will be back to check in on them, some fine tuning and this place can be a rockstar for the brunch scene.
google avatar

Brooke W.

Yelp
First of all, the space is beautiful with indoor or outdoor seating. We came here on a Sunday morning for brunch and wanted something bougie with a chill vibe. Yes and yes. The menu is diverse and to food is delicious. We started with the Brussels sprouts and they didn't disappoint. My friend had the French toast and the lemon crème was outstanding. Not too sweet and you don't need the syrup that came with it. I had the Bennie but substituted the English muffin for one of their biscuits. Yes please. Generous portions, incredible value, and impeccable service. Definitely will return.
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
We walked in to nobody at the host stand but four servers standing around ignoring us. Took a minute or so to be acknowledged, but were seated quickly. Our server recommended the pull apart bread (the bread wasn't really anything special and the butter was very strange -- much better once we requested honey butter), the standard breakfast (delish but as the name implies, pretty standard) and the shrimp & grits (outstanding, but I am not a local and am a grits novice -- I know grits are serious business). Cocktails and specialty coffee drinks were good but took foreverrrrrrrrrrrr (the bartender had ZERO hustle) but once I caught on that I should order my next drink when I was halfway through the one in my hand, it worked out a lot better. All in all, I was not dazzled by the service but the ambiance and the food were great.
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
Lindsay was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right moments. The food was, of course, fantastic, but Lindsay elevated the entire dining experience with her incredible service. I highly recommend requesting her when you come. We can't wait to return!

Yelp
Food: Everything was delicious!! They took their time with the menu and the kitchen staff was also very personable! They made sure the order was right. 9/10. Service: Ocho really that guy. He was hilarious and made sure everything was right. 10/10. Ambiance: It was nice and classy. Music was good and great for conversation. 8/10.

Yelp
I came back for coffee and there were lots of grab and go bites. Think chicken salad, grilled cheeses, etc. The cafe team is super friendly and the iced chai latte hit the spot.

Yelp
I have had a great dinner and lunch experience at Birdies! It's so cute and has such a fun vibe. The cocktails are amazing and the food is great! Love the pulled rolls and deviled eggs! Avery was a great server!

Yelp
updated review from our first time coming when they first opened. Came here for brunch and sat at the bar and had Destiny as our bartender and she's absolutely phenomenal. Excellent customer service skills, super friendly, always smiling and happy to make conversation when she can. Absolutely love the mimosa flight and the biscuits are the best you'll ever have anywhere in Raleigh and that's hands-down the best biscuits ever. The cheese and grits are made perfect and the serving size is perfect. I highly recommend birdies for brunch. we came when they first opened and had a little bit of a Kitchen hiccup, but we have since returned and we are very happy and will return again and again. destiny is a keeper at the bar

Yelp
I'm mad at myself. I should have listened to the YELP reviews with a whomping 3.5 stars. They lived up to their rating or below tonight. Roast turkey sandwich, shrimp and grits, bread, and two glasses of lower priced wine, $91.64 later. Turkey sandwich served with turkey bone broth in a cup that the sandwich did not fit in. Bone broth, au jus, think about that. No pun intended, the turkey was as dry as a bone. Fries were good. Shrimp and grits, I should have sent back the minute it was set in front of me. The shrimp tasted as awful as it smelled. Even with the bacon, there was no flavor at all. The decor of the restaurant was very nice, outdoor seating looked nice. That's a one-and-done for us. We definitely won't be back.

Yelp
My husband enjoyed a maple bourbon drink with Thyme, a Negroni AND an espresso martini, lol. He enjoyed all three. I had a vodka, ginger beer, and cucumber type drink; it was very tasty and refreshing. We enjoyed the pull apart bread with a yummy garlic aioli. My husband had the roasted turkey French dip with fries and I had the Baja tacos. They were both delicious. The service and ambience were very cool.

Yelp
Our group of 8 had a phenomenal dinner experience! Our server Stacey was an absolute gem, she gave great recommendations and was SO accommodating. Our food and cocktails were on point (shout out for a perfect off-menu chocolate martini!) and we never felt rushed! It was the perfect leisurely night out!

Yelp
Frank was very attentive and took care of all our drink needs throughout lunch. Birdies has very nice atmosphere and has great music in the background. And service and looks was just the start. There were four of us and we tried each others entrees. My daughter had a grilled cheese that looked incredible and her tomato soup was delicious. She has good issues and has been trying to work in tomato soup. It was the best she ever had. My son's ribs were the best "I" ever had. My wife had salmon which she liked and I had the turkey dip which was extremely tasty. The strawberry cake and brookie (brownie and cookie) were a perfect topper. If I was to say how Birdies did? Birdie's batted 1,000! Will definitely come back! Derek Frank was very attentive and took care of all our drink needs throughout lunch. Yelp
Great ambiance, very good coffee. They are still figuring out the full service side of things a bit, but they are new and will get it down. For example, I ordered a salad and they messed up my order. It took so long that I had to get my food to go as I had to get back to work. But they were very nice about it and nothing that was worth making a fuss over. They remade my salad and it was great. I'm excited to go back. I get coffee here nearly every morning.

Yelp
We were visiting Raleigh area on a girls trip and we had a great dinner experience with server Melissa, she's awesome! Standouts were the beef sliders and flatbread, also steak frites!! Ambiance is beautiful and manager was very kind and gracious making sure everyone had a nice evening.

Yelp
The atmosphere and aesthetic is gorgeous 10/10! The service was mediocre. It took over 20/30 minutes for our drinks to come out. As the servers are the ones who garnish the cocktails before they were given to us. Our apps came out well before our drinks did. The food was nothing special and we were pretty disappointed with it.

Yelp
The ambiance and vibe was spectacular. This is a nice place to bring your friends and drink and snack on appetizers. The food was yummy (that pull apart bread was the star of the show). I wished the flatbread had more flavor but still yummy and crispy! Our waitress was sooo nice!! The food came quickly and everyone was so friendly! Definitely a good lunch spot!!
