Stopped by for my first time ever today with my bestie who’s been a longtime customer. Dude at the counter was helpful in explaining the CBD oil I was asking about and answering my questions in a clear and understandable way. He also was helpful for my friend who wanted to look for a glass piece, and she purchased the cutest one I think I’ve ever seen. Both our items were reasonably priced and fast and friendly service and the store is attractive and appealing inside. Kinda feels like a Spencer’s but friendlier. Thanks for the help man, I will be coming back!

I went to this place at 6:02, and realized they closed at 6:00! I was bummed, but I turned around and started walking to my car! The young man came outside and said they could still help me! I was so thrilled that they did that! Then I got to meet June, their dog they have there! Which is super sweet dog! I got to pet her too! That was cool! But I live all the way in Strongsville, so it wasn’t like I could just run up there tomorrow! I appreciate them helping a gal out! You guys rock, all 3 of you! ✌️☮️

Always helpful....And always full of incense that I love the smell when I walk in birdies. Plus they have a variety of books and magazines for you to look at for you to buy purchase. And I have other things there that will help other fellows like me. Great place! I got a beautiful tie dye dress and skirt. Michael and Luke are super sweet. New things coming to Birdies so watch for updates. My bestie Mother Cannibus will be in the house signing Courage in Cannibus in which she has a chapter. Good things in the future for all.
