Birdy is primo. Chic spot! Chic chic’s behind the bar. What’s not to love about one of HCMC’s coolest bars. Oh … and sweet tunes playing! And outstanding Negronis … which is an excellent barometer on the quality of cocktails! And I just tried the Mojito cos’ a bunch of peeps at the bar were raving! Quality ✊

Absolutely amazing !! The food is delightful, we had the salmon croquettes, beef carpaccio, lamb chops and beef with chipotle sauce + several cocktails : all to die for ! I cannot recommend this place enough ! The service is fast, girls at the bar speak good English and are lovely. Don’t hesitate, we’ll definitely come back ♥️

In A Nutshell: -Birdy is one of the cool little cocktail bars you will find in Ward 19. -The bar is very small, it reminds me of the ones in Japan, enough to fit maybe 6 or 7 people. -I enjoyed the atmosphere while sipping on a cold drink. Overall, they also have an upstairs room that I wasn't able to explore, but I was enjoying my time spent down around the bar.

Came to this bar with a group of friends. We each ordered a drink, then later grabbed another bottle from next door, not realizing outside drinks weren’t allowed. A staff member came over and, instead of giving us a warning, she was extremely rude and judgmental, even saying ‘she knew this was going to happen.’ She then straight up charged us 1,000,000 VND — which is a huge amount, and even more than our total bill for the night. There was only a tiny note at the bottom of the menu saying outside drinks are not allowed, but it didn’t mention any penalty amount, which makes it feel like they can just make up whatever fine they want. At the very least, I feel a warning should have been given instead of jumping straight to such an unreasonable charge.”

Super friendly owner. Speak easy location. Affordable prices for booth food & beverage. Quite popular in this developing Saigon district area. Nice venue to catch up with your mates!

Superbe cocktails made by expert. This bar is such a vibe and many locals spirit are available for personalised demand ! I recommend the basil smash that I personally devoured !

This is the best cocktail bar in Saigon. Forget all those dark, closed-door mixology-obsessed spots that happily charge you 250k for a Gordon’s gin tonic. This place is small but authentic, serves high quality house spirits and is totally unpretentious. Don’t miss it on a visit to Saigon!
