They take the load only on appointment take 2-3 hrs for the unloading clean restroom don’t have the night parking …🤘

I deliver here fairly often. Unload is fairly quick maybe 2 hrs or so. You "can" maybe parallel park on South Hill Dr - however - it's a 50/50 on whether or not you will be harassed by the police. It's really hard to say. I've only been harassed once of maybe 6 times parking overnight. Problem is - there is nowhere at all to park a truck. Don't even bother with anything you might find on Trucker Path

Train your drivers (license plate 9F74110, 12/01, Los Gatos) how to park while they unload so they won't block parked cars. There is a space to his right, along the curb where he is supposed to park, I guess it's not obvious to him. I spend 15 minutes standing in the rain waiting for the driver to unblock me, and was shocked to hear "I don't care, call the cops"

dont know what other people smoking but this place a hole. its a lumber so for a 53 its 450 and takes like 5-6 hours to unload.

Check in starts at 6am. You’re given a door by appt only. No longer having to back in off the street. Go nose in turn around at the end of the building. Street parking at your own risk. Restrooms by door 14.

You have to blind back on Dock and dock 15 16 can’t be blind back. Parking outside before checkin. No overnight parking on street.

This is a locally, family owned & operated food distributor business. I've had this company delivering twice a week, every week, for 25 years. All distributors have similar pricing, or at least you should be able to negotiate similar prices from them -- that's on you, as the customer. What sets this company apart is their great sales staff, the quality of their goods, their great drivers and the integrity of the company overall. I have had two main sales reps in 25 years. Think about that...other companies make a big deal if someone stays with their organization for 5 years. It is very common for BiRite to have employees for more than 10 years and on. They must be okay employers to retain staff for so long. Their reps have never been pushy or tried to get me to order stuff I don't want (think expensive prepared food) and MANY times have given me heads up about products and ideas that have been really helpful to me, and not necessarily of any benefit to them, other than ensuring my goodwill. The drivers are usually regulars on the route. This is a huge help and saves a lot of time and effort when checking in an order. These drivers are almost like my own staff in terms of knowing when to show up, which items going in what area and even checking with brand new items to make sure I really ordered them. These people are all great hard workers who make my life easier. If you don't like your sales rep or your delivery driver your life just gets harder, having people you are not happy to see come tromping through your place all the time. The administration of the company is so easy to deal with too. Any lost invoices, credits on returns are easily and quickly addressed, it's never an argument or hassle. I have used their chemical program and cannot say enough good things about their pricing and their great 24/7 techs that service my 3 dishmachines! The company also runs it's own in house food show a few times a year showcasing new, local and/or innovative products. This is so much easier than trying to get through the big annual shows! My relationship with BiRite has been going on for two and a half decades and I can say they are partners for success. I highly recommend doing business with BiRite -- especially compared to other national broadline distributors. BiRite is truly a five star company!

I applied last year through indeed Very unprofessional and they discriminate The post clearly said that they were looking for drivers immediately I submitted an application Did a follow up and response through an email saying that unfortunately we are moving forward basically saying I'm not a good candidate. I had my drivers license for almost 10 years and zero accidents background never a felon you decide

Why their drivers do deliveries with their noise diesel trucks in residential neighborhood at 3:30 in the morning ????

Would give zero stars if possible. As a business owner I don't like to give negative business reviews but this company are despicable (service technicians aside). Greedy sales people emailing at 4am on New Years Day wondering if I need anything, adding thousands of dollars of unwanted products onto our order, charging extortionate prices for products, threatening to take dishwashers away if we don't buy extra product from them (even though this is not in the contract anywhere) and finally, when we get rid of their dishwashers they don't cash the last check and instead send the $230 bill to collections. Scummy company all around.

In the very beginning the sales rep came and begged for business and said there no minimum order. A month later she said minimum order has to be $600. A month after that she said minimum order went up to $800. The only thing I can think is this business is dishonest and has no integrity.
