After a great day at the beach, Gemini recommended this top tier trattoria based on our affinity for red sauce joints. Despite not having a reservation, the host team worked us in and offered us the table for 90 minutes. We got off to a strong start with cocktails and shared the octopus and mozzarella appetizers. We all had a desire for seafood so two of us got the branzino and the third the salmon. Our plates were cleaned. Everything was delicious. Our meal was accompanied by a wonderful bottle of Sardinian vermentino. The attentive service by a multi-person team did not feel rushed at all. We consumed every minute of the 90 we were offered and then some. This restaurant offers a number of open spaces with high ceilings, a kitchen where you can see the talent A generous bar area is available as well. While we didn't have classic red sauce joint fair it was on offer.. We could tell this restaurant was full of regulars. You could tell this was a neighborhood gem. In fact, we made note of how returning customers were greeted by the staff. Lucky are those that live near such a beautiful well-managed place. Easy to find with plenty of parking.

We sat at the bar, the service and music were good. The food was really tasty. We will definitely go back there again.

This Italian restaurant blew me away, the food was insane. I had the chicken parm, calamari, seafood risotto, and tiramisu and it was all more than delicious. My Aperol spritz was also amazing. But mostly the hospitality and service made me feel the need to leave a review. My waiter David was fantastic and the manager (I believe his name way Jose or nguyen) went out of his way to make sure me and my friend had a great experience. I will be back as soon as I can!

You never get a bad meal. The sausage appetizer is amazing. I go there before Ranger games so it is a little crazy, jam packed.

I had my first and only experience dining here last week for my girlfriend’s birthday and the service was abhorrent. Our waiter, Meda—her name only becoming known to me after reading it on our bill, as she did not introduce herself to us, did not show any hospitality at any point throughout our experience. She hastily took our drink and entree orders without any pleasantries aside from the literal bare minimum, “Are you ready to order?” and “How is your food?”. Not long after we received our entrees she checked on us once, and a few minutes later while my girlfriend was still actively picking at her food, she asked “Are you done yet?”. Obviously pressuring us to speed up our eating, even though we had not even been there for an hour yet. The food itself was alright, but nothing unique, and definitely not worth the absolutely awful service that you will receive there. If you are looking for a nice, Italian restaurant with decent service, where you can actually hear yourself think, do not come to Birravino.

We had a party of at least 10 or more and had tables in the outside covered area vs the main building. Service was great, food was great, drinks were great. We were well taken care of.

Whenever I have guests visiting from out of state, I always make it a point to take them to Birravino as my way of sharing the pride of the Jersey Shore’s Italian dining scene. This restaurant never fails to impress. Most recently, I brought a friend from Manhattan, and when he ordered the Risotto Frutta di Mare, he couldn’t stop eating it and practically cleaned up his bowl. His reaction said it all - as shown in this photo!

Google
I'm going to be generous and give this place 3 stars. First off, let me start by saying that the ambience / atmosphere is outstanding. The place is extremely exquisite and cozy when you walk in, and you feel right at home. You get attended to immediately and everyone is very courteous and professional. The lighting is perfect, the decor is very inviting, and the wait staff and service are phenomenal. It's in a fantastic location as soon as you enter Red Bank. So why am I struggling to grant it 3 stars overall? The quality of the food is extremely low and the prices are outrageous. I forget the exact name of the dish I had, but basically it was chicken parmesan with some sort of pasta on the side, which I paid I believe $33 for. It was a tiny, and I mean TINY little chicken patty like you would find at a high school cafeteria, and it pretty much tasted about as good. The pasta that came on the side was barely even room temperature, and the sauce tasted like it was bought from a local convenience store. I also had some calamari as an appetizer that was $24 and the portion was no bigger than my fist. It was basically just breading with extremely little actual seafood meat. I could have gotten better quality calamari at a local Mom and Pop diner for about $12. The tiny little bit of sauce I got on the side for my calamari was the same virtually tasteless sauce that I got on my chicken parm, and what I guess was supposed to be tartar sauce was just melted mayonnaise. I hate to leave bad reviews, and I rarely do, but I have to be honest on this one. The place is extremely nice, the kind of place you would want to take a date to or have some sort of a party. But the food was grotesquely overpriced and of extremely low quality IMO. If I want quality Italian food at a reasonable price from now on, I'll just stick with Federici's in Freehold.

Yelp
I was here a couple years ago with a friend and we got the rigatoni with vodka sauce and eggplant. I normally do not eat Italian out since my mom is an amazing Italian cook and I'm spoiled, but my friend wanted to go here. It was the best vodka sauce that I've ever had at a restaurant and the eggplant was delicious, not seedy at all. The place is expensive but I do not mind if the food is delicious. I'm taking my husband here tonight and I hope it is just as delicious as the last time I was here.

Yelp
I cannot enough about this place! The entire experience was 10/10 !! The host was welcoming and gave us the option of seeing the other side so we can pick which room we preferred. Our waitress was so helpful and was on point with the recommendations as far as food and drinks. We ordered a few appetizers and got two meals. Each plate was better than the next. ! I highly recommend the eggplant Parm and the spicy Bolognese . All the pasta is handmade as well as the mozzarella and you can definitely tell it's fresh and absolutely delicious! I also ordered an espresso martini, and it was perfect! Whether you're going for a girls night out or date night or just for good food I highly recommend Birravino and I will definitely be back

Yelp
I really wanted to love this place, especially after hearing so much about it, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype for me. The space itself is beautiful, I especially loved the covered outdoor area, which is really well done. That being said, the overall experience fell short. Our reservation was canceled just minutes before we arrived, and with no explanation of why that happened and then when we got there, no one greeted us at the entrance, which didn't set the best tone. As for the food, it looked promising but missed the mark. The calamari were dry and lacked flavor, the Caesar salad was underwhelming in both presentation and taste, and the spicy rigatoni, which I had really high hopes for was just okay and didn't stand out. It wasn't the experience I had hoped for, and my group of five all felt the same way. It's also pricey for what you get! With so many other great spots to try in the area, I probably wouldn't return.

Yelp
Thoroughly enjoyed this spot for dinner before a show at Count Basie theater. The service was quick and the food was even better. The dishes were way bigger than anticipated so I highly recommend sharing dishes versus getting your own. I will definitely be back for the outdoor area, it looked so cute!

Yelp
Found this place on Resy and decided to come try it out for a little date night. We had a reservation so we were sat immediately. My partner and I both loved the decor in here. It felt like we were at someone's home for dinner. We also were fans of the open kitchen concept they had, we could see all the ingredients they use, the pasta being made, and the chefs at work. Throughout the restaurants they had plants and fun trinkets hanging up on the walls. My partner also wanted me to include how he loved this bike rack hanging on the ceiling, it did look super cool. The restrooms were clean, everything was super tidy in here! I wish we remembered the name of our server because he was spectacular. He had such an amazing personality, made us laugh, made sure we had everything we needed, and make sure we were taken care of!! The free bread was a 4/5: it was a good texture but I felt like the sesame taste was overpowering. Calamari was a 5/5: perfectly breaded and cooked. I love calamari it's one of my go to appetizers. And this one was perfect. It was tender, not too chewy, and well seasoned. At other restaurants I've been to, it was too cooked where the squid would shrivel and detach from the calamari but this one was AMAZING. If I wasn't saving my stomach for my pasta I would've ate the whole plate. The prosciutto e melone was a 3/5. It was a good flavor combination between the savoriness of the prosciutto, sweetness of the melon, topped with the herbiness of the mint. A very refreshing bite, but it wasn't anything insane, it's just melon and prosciutto at the end of the day, it was good to try but I wouldn't order again. My partner got the Mezzo Rigatoni and he relates it a 4.5/5. He loved the texture of the rigatoni, which I agree with, it was the perfect Al dente. He liked the flavor of the red sauce although he notes that even though the sauce was good it overpowered the flavor of the eggplant and couldn't taste the eggplant that much. But he says regardless of that the sauce was super good and he loved it. I got the Ragu Di Brasato and I give it a 4/5. Like I said previously, I LOVE the pasta texture. My sauce was kind of like a beef stew which was something I've never tried before as a pasta. I liked the hazelnut bits throughout the sauce that gave it a bit of a crunch and the beef was super tender. The sauce was pretty good but it was a little salty for my taste, but it could be my fault as I had a good amount of Parmesan added on top when the waiter came by. I wish we were able to get dessert but we were too full. But we were satisfied with our food and the server we had made the experience even better

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant! The vibes almost compete with the food- I said almost lol. We went with a party of six. They accommodated every need for each person seamlessly. The waitress Marie was so friendly. She had great information and recommendations. Every person with me said the meal was the best they ever had. I got the eggplant and it was so fresh and flavorful. It was made with marinara on the eggplant and placed on fresh pasta which is glazed with their spicy vodka sauce... the result is delicious. To add to the meal, Marie told us the pasta is handmade there...and the mozzarella is made fresh every morning! The food is well worth the price point. It's a great time there. The restaurant is high class and has great food and service! Another great time with great food at Birravino.

Yelp
Listen up - This may just be the best restaurant of the year for me (I'm aware it's only March) Everything was amazing. From the moment we sat down, to the moment we left. The ambiance of this restaurant, paired with a great menu selection and friendly staff, made this restaurant one I'll be dreaming of for days to come till I return back. We started with a Cesar salad to share and a margarita pizza. The salad was delicious - I love a good Cesar. The pizza was unreal. So fresh and delicious. Best restaurant pizza I've ever had. I then had an Aperol spritz and an eggplant for my main dish. That meal was 20/10. The eggplant was cooked to perfection and laid over a bed of house made pasta. I can't wait to get my hands on this dish again. My husband had the lemon chicken and enjoyed it too. He did state that my meal was phenomenal and he would order that next time. Ended the night with a raspberry tart and a cheesecake. Woah - these are not your regular defrosted desserts like at other places. These two desserts were so fresh. You don't want to miss out on these when you're here. Honestly, I can continue rave about this place, but go dine for yourself and enjoy the experience. Looking forward to returning back.

Yelp
Birravino exceeded my expectations! I've always heard good things but WOW! The pasta is so fresh, you can tell it was made just that day. Don't skip the meatballs, they are so soft and flavorful. The arancini had a surprise of sweet corn but it totally works! If you are coming here, you must get a pasta (at least for the table to share) to taste the freshness!

Diana B.

Yelp
Ridiculous that they charge a TAKE OUT FEE!!!! All I can say is that I'll never order take out from them again. If an owner/ manager can't figure out to incorporate this fee is to the everyday operations than they don't need my business

Yelp
I went to Birravino with a friend as a "halfway" meeting point. We went on a Thursday and it was quite busy! However, we were definitely not forgotten. Our server was attentive to us and made sure we had everything we need. The restaurant itself gives off an industrial cozy vibe (which I didn't know existed!). We each got a glass of Sauvignon blanc and it was really tasty. Their Caesar salad was EXCELLENT! I got a pasta dish and my friend got the chicken. Overall it was a good experience, we will be back!

Yelp
I'd go 5 stars but the place is quite loud-food terrific, waitstaff professional and correct, food tasty, average prices for the area, ample parking. With four cocktails, a bottle of wine, apps and entrees all around, it came all in at $100/per person. Good value.
google avatar

Patti R.

Yelp
Wow. Best eggplant parm I'v ever had! Huge portion served with their Penn in Vodka sauce, which was delish! Brought half home. Can't wait for tomorrow's lunch. Service was good and place is cute, though parking g is tight. It was my first time there and I plan to return to try their other dishes.

Yelp
Another amazing dinner here. Staff is just pleasantly nice and helpful. We had so much food. Everything was tasty and fresh! Everything is so cozy especially around the holidays!

Yelp
The total in our party was 6 people. We had reservations, which I highly recommend. We decided this restaurant before going to a show. The restaurant has a stylish ambiance and a comfortable vibe. When you walk in there's an area glass enclosed where you can see them making homemade raviolis, which brings back great memories of our trip to Italy. Our waitress was spectacular and very personable. Our party started out with cocktails, we all ordered a different meal, which was full of flavors and all came out hot. Some dishes were small portions for the price. All pastas ate were made homemade. You receive complementary bread, with virgin olive oil, cut at a bread station. We all ended our dinner with 3 different desserts that we all shared with our significant others , and we tapped our dinner off with Expresso martinis that were a perfect ending to a great meal. Prices are a little steep, and we are all use to bring home left overs, but no one did, we ate our dishes when they came to our table, since they are on the smaller size. Staff, tastes and flavor of food and drinks were on par.

Yelp
Went last week it was aweful is it me? I am sick and tired of spending a fortune at the local restaurants in Monmouth county that get stellar reviews but when I go they seriously suck
google avatar

Amanda P.

Yelp
Birravino was excellent!! This was my first time trying it and I already want to plan a trip back. The menu has a great variety of options and literally everything sounded amazing. I opted for the bolognese which was incredible and very filling. Everyone in my group agreed that the portions were great for the price. Service was excellent, and there is plenty of parking in the lot in front of the restaurant so no need to worry about parallel parking. It is a little tight in the restaurant, but I think it gives it a more cozy feel which I like. I would absolutely recommend Birravino and I can't wait to be back and try something new!

Tom D.

Yelp
Hands down, one of the top restaurants in Monmouth County. Excellent service and food - beautiful building. Looks are deceiving from the outside.

Yelp
Everything about this place is awesome! Wine, food, and atmosphere. Pasta fagiolli was great and chicken Parmesan was excellent. Get the appetizer meatballs for sure.

Yelp
This was my first time at Birravino despite living in the area most of my life. The ambiance inside was cozy, homey and welcoming. For an appetizer, we chose a mozzarella dish from the specials menu. The portion was huge - it was probably a full ball of mozzarella cheese on the plate. But that is not a complaint! It was so good we ate it all anyways. For entrees we had the bolognese pasta and the pollo de limone. The chicken was very similar to a chicken piccata which is one of my favorites. It was well cooked, the chicken was tender and moist and the sauce was full of flavor. The chicken breast had the skin on it which I liked as well for added flavor. The bolognese was also very good. The noodles were super long and unique compared to other bolognese dishes I've had. Overall, I would come back here and try some of the other dishes on the menu, everything was very enjoyable!

Yelp
Across from the Molly Pitcher hotel, this restaurant has reservations based available dining but you can grab a first come first serve place at the bar, which is what we did. The bar seating is around a large square galley of drinks with several busy hosts making drinks for the entire restaurant and fulfilling meals orders for bar patrons. Yet they make it all work efficiently. From where I was seated I could see the wood fired pizza ovens in the kitchen. The pasta is made fresh daily and I had a dish which was pasta shells with sausage and rabe broccoli in a wonderful sauce. My host also gave me complimentary bread and olive oil. Yum! I wish I had room for a pizza too as I really wanted to try it out, but alas I'll need to come back another day. My friend had the chicken parm which looks fantastic. Look forward to my next visit.
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
Pizza: 1/5 Service: 5/5 Dessert: 5/5 Did not enjoy the pizza here. Flavors didn't stand out it any way. Pizza was floppy and moist from way too much sauce. Probably because they used cherry tomatoes. I ordered a margarita but what I got didn't resemble a traditional margarita. Dessert tart was great!
google avatar

Scott D.

Yelp
Food was great. Large portions - some of us had bolanaise and it was great and just as good the next day. Service was also good. Parking is tight. Chick peas in the pasta fagoule were a bit too firm -

Yelp
My friend and I ended up at Birravino before a concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center. It was only about 15 minutes from the venue and had its own parking lot, so it was an ideal choice. It was too hot to sit outside, but we saw their enclosed tent retreat with its beautiful chandeliers and live music. Instead, we were in their main dining room, which was surprisingly spacious, given that it was full of tables; they really optimized the room for maximum seating, while still keeping it comfortable. Both the bar and dining areas were packed with diners enjoying pizzas, pastas, and main courses. In fact, it was tough to decide what we should order. My friend and I debated getting two appetizers each, but that would have been much more costly than a singular entrée per person, so we kept it simple and went that route. After we placed our order, we received a plate of fresh semolina bread, as well as slices of the same loaf, which had been toasted with salty cheese. We munched on the bread while sipping our matching Aqua Jalapeno cocktails, which were wine glasses full of Casamigas jalapeño tequila, San Pellegrino, watermelon, and lime juice. Unfortunately, I found the drink disappointing. It was not properly stirred, so each sip was different - some too tart, some too strong, etc. Plus, while the watermelon seemed like it was real fruit, the cocktail had an artificial taste. Despite that, we loved our meals! My friend found her lemon chicken and spinach risotto comforting and delicious, though she would have preferred less capers were included. I similarly enjoyed my pan-seared, Nova Scotia salmon filet, which was perfectly cooked and salted maybe just a touch more than it needed to be, but I would prefer that over it having no taste at all. The large piece of fish was served over a seasonal blend of warm zucchini, charred pearl onions, and a cold tomato and corn salad. The ideal amount of spring onion crema had been drizzled across the plate, allowing me to incorporate as much or as little of it into my dish as I wanted. We both found Birravino to serve tasty food in a fun, lively atmosphere that made it the perfect pick-me-up before a lengthy concert.

Yelp
Dinner tonight in the great town of Red Bank at Birravino Italian Restaurant. Very cool place with great decor, lively vibe, and a comfortable, rustic, yet modernistic, old school Italian feel. The menu was limited but the food was top notch and our server, Matty, was excellent. Small, upscale bar, private wine room dining area, a large pizza oven, and an scenic patio dining area with live music. A lot of stuff going on, and it was all good. Dinner consisted of their Margarita Pizza, which was very good; nicely cooked crust, tasty sauce, and just the right amount of their fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil to top it off. My entree was the Costata Agro Dolce; a perfectly prepared pan roasted Berkshire Farms pork chop, sweet and hot peppers, potatoes, and capers. Dessert was their Torta Di Pesca; Olive Oil Jersey peach cake, walnuts, lemon glazed, with lavender whipped cream on the side. Didn't know what to expect with that one but it turned out to be a great choice. All in all, an excellent dining experience. I would definitely return when in the area. They also have a private parking lot. 08/05/2024

Yelp
So glad that I decided to try out this Italian spot in Red Bank. The ambience inside is such a vibe and this spot would be awesome for a girls night, date night, celebrations, semi-casual lunch, family dinner, etc. The cocktails we started with were strong & delicious. Enjoyed the Birravino spritz - very refreshing. The food here was absolutely killer! Food wise, was genuinely one of the best meals I've had in a while -- the eggplant parmigiana was absolutely phenomenal. The eggplant was perfectly crispy and flavored so well, and Birravino's eggplant parm dish is served with their signature spicy rigatoni vodka pasta. I could not get enough of it -- was so glad that I ordered it. As a vegetarian, finding the best eggplant parm around in NJ has been a personal goal of mine. Our server was very professional & helpful: he was the one who convinced me that I would enjoy the eggplant parm. Birravino's eggplant parm might be at the top of the list now! A must try. Before the eggplant parm stole the show, we received complimentary house made bread / crostini with olive oil and we ordered the Tri Colore salad - good but very endive/radicchio heavy. I'd probably opt to try another salad option when I return, but it was still a refreshing choice. The burrata pizza was delicious and had a nice, crispy crust to it. Ended off the meal with an espresso and tiramisu and we left satisfied as ever!! Can't wait to return, and cannot believe I didn't make the trip earlier! Bravo, Birravino!

Yelp
Amazing food and service every single time! On top of that, they have an amazing bar area to meet with friends.

Yelp
We arrived at the restaurant and appreciated the convenient free parking lot. It was a Sunday and they offer Sunday Paste with sausage and meatball. Yum! Great sauce, soft and juicy meatball and sausage. We started our meal with the meat and cheese plater (small) plentiful and enough for the 4 of us.Meats were sliced very thin and not salty. Cheeses were delicious, blue cheese, burrata, fresh mozzarella, with fruits, grapes, cherries and a luscious honey. Our son and fiancé had sautéed flounder w/salad. The fish was crispy yet very moist and seasoned well. The last entree was cavatelli with beans and greens. My son said, " the best he has ever had. It was my future daughter in laws birthday so we celebrated with the cannoli, shared by all, crunchy with a delectable cream and chocolate chips. Our waiter, Tim, was very personable and friendly and added to the atmosphere of the dining area, homey feel. The beers, wine and specialty drinks were an added bonus. The restaurant is away from the hustle of Red Bank center and worth the trip.

Yelp

Yelp
We ate at the new outdoor addition, ambiance was very good and cozy, service was a bit slow as we were about 10 minutes seated before someone attended us. We went there for the tapas and they were great, wine and cocktails were good too. Definitely a place to return
google avatar

Yelp
We had lunch here and loved the thin crust pizza and the salad. There is definitely a fancier vibe which elevated the dining experience. The interior was well decorated throughout and had a really fun looking bar and wine room. The staff was very kind, but just like Italy, they will charge you for water

Yelp
I returned here for another meal. This time, I just went with a burrata salad with grilled chicken. It came with broccoli rabe pesto, pickled red onion, sweet tomatoes, and crispy pancetta along with the added grilled chicken. This was well presented, and all ingredients appeared fresh. The burrata was creamy while the chicken was seasoned and grilled ideally. I would have preferred a little more greens present. The broccoli rabe pesto was different, but tasty. I also tried the "mor" pizza. It came with meatball, onion, ricotta, tomato sauce, and mozzarella. This was not too bad. There could have been more meatball pieces present as it was hardly tasted. The crust also could have been cooked a tad longer. The tomato sauce was the key here.

Yelp
Went here on a Thursday night. They were super busy. We were seated at a high top. We shared the dishes and got burrata pizza which was to die for, spicy rigatoni which was good but I didn't taste any spice, and chicken parmesan which was good. For dessert I ended with cannolis which was AMAZING!!! This place is super cool and moody. Great spot!

Yelp
It was our first time at this restaurant, our food was great and our server was great. I took 1 star off for the RUDE bartender. we arrived 30 minutes before our reservation and figured we'd have a drink at the bar first. The bartender was very rude to me, told me someone was sitting in my seat, which I was told the person sitting there left, so the seat was available , after this he did not give me a drink menu and waited about 15 minutes to ask what I would like, by the time we got our drinks, we asked to check out because our table was available and he rolled his eyes in annoyance. It wasn't a great first impression of the restaurant but thankfully our server was excellent and so was the food.

Evan M.

Yelp
Absolutely outstanding. Bar service was top tier. Vibes were wonderful. Food was classic and tasty with great portions.

Yelp
I've been going here for years anytime I stop through for work. It's always tasty, good quality food. Everything was good per usual, service was OK, apps and dinner were great but dessert is where this place falls down. Anytime I'm having Italian, I have cannolis at the end. I specifically asked if they were made fresh and got the "of course", hence the service being Ok. Clearly they were either purchased from a bakery or batch filled earlier in the day. They were basically inedible from being so soggy. For a place that does really well with the details, don't get lazy with dessert! It's the last impression you make before a patron leaves! So we had a great meal until then, they come out in a pair, we both had a few bites of the filling and left the rest because the shell frankly was gross at that point. Improve on that, and it's 5 stars.

Tricia V.

Yelp
Picked up dinner from Birravino tonight and overall, it was a solid meal. The Pollo Limone with spinach risotto was the standout--really flavorful and a generous portion. The spaghetti and meatball was also very good, though I personally prefer a thinner pasta. The Chicken Parm was just okay--smaller portion than expected and only came with about 10 rigatoni noodles. Would've loved it more with linguini. One small gripe: I wish they offered delivery--it would make enjoying their food even easier.

Yelp
Came here for our first time, dinner before a show at the Count Basie Theater and had a great experience. We were early for our reservation and no worries, we were seated at a beautiful corner high top table that overlooked the restaurant. What a wonderful atmosphere, felt like we were in a rustic Italian barn with hanging lights all around.. Our waitress, Olivia, greeted us promptly and was friendly and attentive throughout. After ordering a couple of drinks and enjoying some great semolina bread and crisps, we bypassed an app and went right to our main courses. My wife made an excellent choice, the Melanzane Alla Parmigiana, eggplant, mozzarella, pecorino Romano, tomato, rigatoni in a spicy vodka sauce, so delicious, the rigatoni perfectly al dente and the eggplant on point. Now for my main, I usually don't order a chicken dish when I go out, but the Scarpariello, with bone-in chicken breast, sausage, rapini, potato, hot peppers and capers sounded to good to pass up. Boy was I glad I didn't, this was definitely the best version of scarpariello I've ever had. So flavorful, the chicken on the bone was tender and moist, sausage was delicious and had just the right amount of heat. I'd get this dish 100 out of 100 times. We enjoyed our meals so much, we had to finish everything thing off with a nice Tiramisu for dessert. Lady fingers, espresso, marscarpone cream and cocoa powder, it was wonderful. This was Just a terrific overall experience here. We were even greeted by the owner/manager on the way out just to see how we enjoyed everything and to tell us about some of the live entertainment that they have there. My only gripe would be the prices are a bit high, especially the drinks, but I will definitely be coming here again.

Yelp
Came a few times and food here is 10/10 didn't try the pizza so don't hold me accountable! Service is attentive and friendly, love the ambiance here we came with and without kids and it was perfect both times my only negative is why is the table always set with a steak knife (a very large one at that) Will highly recommend!

Yelp
Been here several times. Easily the best Italian restaurant in the area; authentic, fresh Italian food. Tagliare is outstanding, you'll never get another meat and cheese platter as good. MOR pizza is delicious. Pollo Limone, Fusilli and Bolognese all great. And the bread is so good. This place runs like a well oiled machine, wait staff and bartenders are all very experienced and professional, we see the same faces every visit. Always crowded, you must make a reservation!

Yelp
I've eaten at Birravino many times and the food is always excellent, but I have to write a separate review about my take out the other night. My husband and I swear that the LENTICCHIE E PISELLE (Lentil split pea soup, with pancetta, over easy egg, pecorino, chilis) is the best soup in the world. Seriously, you've got to try it. Of course, when I picked up my order I was greeted by the usual friendliness I've come to expect from Birravino, and I got to see their lovely Christmas decorations as well! Go to Birravino, you'll be so glad you did!

Yelp
Went there today for my birthday lunch. Minimal salad options. Asked server to modify a watermelon salad and add chicken breast and put the watermelon on the side. Manager came over and told me chef will not serve watermelon on the side. I told them to forget it. $27.00 bowl of lettuce a little goat cheese and 4 walnuts AND NO WATERMELON on the side. I told the manager he should never tell a customer that the chef wouldn't put the watermelon on the side. They also wouldn't modify a sandwich and put it over a salad. Bad experience. I am in the food industry. I will never go there again! Waitress was excellent. Manager and chef need to learn to be a bit more flexible with all the food allergies etc. never again

Yelp
A great casual Italian slightly off the main strip and downtown Red Bank. Can be a little bit cramped so be mindful if you're going for a business meeting that you're trying to be discreet - tables can be fairly close. Great spot to go with the family and friends.

Yelp
My dad and I came here for a good ol father daughter dinner and I'm so glad we did! Definitely make a reservation because the place is jumping with people on a weekend and the inside is beautifully decorated. We had the Cesar salad as an appetizer and it could've definitely been enough for three people. I'm usually picky about Cesar dressings but this one absolutely hit the spot! We then shared the Mor pizza and literally just kept repeating the whole night how good the pizza was. We definitely would've loved more meatballs on the pizza but the crust was perfectttt! We'll definitely become regulars at this place because I'm dying to try more food on their menu.

Yelp
Cute space, has big long tables for bigger groups and smaller tables for parties of 2-4; it was a chill vibe, we didn't have reservations and were sat right away on a Thursday evening. Friendly hostess and waitress, great recommendations! The food and drinks were delicious, just the right amount of flavoring and the drinks were decently strong.

Yelp
Hello, So much to say !! First off our server was so nice (Maria).. on point and with so many recommendations. First time there and we definitely will be back! Rice balls and meatballs were delicious!! Entrées was a chicken cutlet meal, which I shared with my wife perfect portions. Expresso martini were delicious. The divorce was pretty cool with parts of bicycles on the ceiling I would definitely recommend making reservations on a Saturday. We had an early dinner @ 4pm but by the time we left around 7:00 the place was packed. We will definitely be back and as our server said we were v..gins that night, but not anymore.. lol Guarantee will enjoy!!
