First time trying this place after hearing amazing things from tons of people. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was a vibe, the employee that took my order was super helpful and nice, as well as the guy that gave me my order. I got the 5 taco combo. The tacos were the BEST birria tacos I've EVER had. I can't wait to come back and try other items!

The service was Fantastic. John could not have been more hospitable, friendly, positive, upbeat and attentive. First, I had the Queso Birria Tacos, which I thought were sensational. After that, I still had some room left and decided to try the much praised Churro Cheesecake, which I also thought was delicious. I will definitely plan to visit again.

This place is awesome! Of course I had tacos and they did disappoint. Great flavor. Amazing service and cool vibe. Love the logo. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Birria Boss in Lincoln! I tried the Birria Mac n Cheese and the Birria Yaki Chicken Wings—both were packed with bold, unforgettable flavor. The mac was creamy and rich with perfectly seasoned birria, and the wings had a unique teriyaki twist that totally worked. The atmosphere inside is fun and welcoming, with creative local art and a laid-back vibe that makes you want to hang out. Everything from the food to the service made it a standout spot—I’ll definitely be back.

Came out for a late lunch with my family. We ordered everything on the menu. Very good!!!! Clean environment. The owner was very nice. The cheesecake was amazing. Definitely will be coming back whenever we’re in the area.

Came into this restaurant blind, didn’t really know what I was walking into. A friend recommended it on a whim so I thought I would give it a shot. This place, and this food, is absolutely awesome! From the entrees to the sauce I didn’t try anything that I didn’t like. I came in with a small group and we each ordered something different to attempt to get a decent sample of the menu. There wasn’t a single item that I was disappointed in, everything was superb. I would highly recommend making a stop if you are nearby and I would also recommend loading it up, add all the fix’ns!

Absolutely exceptional. I had been meaning to try this place this it opened, but only got a chance to try it this last weekend. Needless to say, I will be coming back. Their horchata was the best I have had by a long shot, and I also got the churro cheesecake it was amazing. Me and my boyfriend got tacos and a quesadilla and both were banger. Not to mention the whole vibe it chill, and the dude at the counter was great. I would def recommend coming here (Also ignore how messy the taco plate looks, it fell off my bike while i was taking it home 😢)

This was so good. I don’t make it down town often, but was able to stop here when going to a concert. I got the tacos to just get an idea of the place. I also got chips and salsa. It was all so good. The tacos were really good. Their sauces and salsa was great. Great experience overall and want to go back to try some other items. My brother had the quesadilla and it was his first time having anything Birria. He mentioned a few days later that he already wanted to go back.
