Where to find the best birria at Mexican restaurants in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"This food truck specializes in Mexican beef birria, roasted for up to six hours in consomé, and then shredded and served with or without cheese. Taco dorado brings a crunchy shell, while a burrito with birria comes with rice and beans. Birrieria Dimas also has ramen with birria. Every order comes with an 8-ounce cup of consomé. This is a food truck that’s located in North Las Vegas serving street tacos. The watermelon drink was delicious. They’re open every day except Wednesday and Thursday. There’s not a long wait. The food is freshly prepared. If you like street tacos and haven’t tried them, then I recommend you stop by.

I was expecting more, lots more on a first visit. This place is not a food truck that drives around town. They are a permanent location on a nasty corner of strip mall. They are what Portland calls food carts and you would expect some place to sit and eat out of the cold and wind. The signs said no eating in the parking lot. I can see why. They didn't want us to wake those sleeping in the parking lot, or disturb the woman airing out her puji. So we hopped in the car and immediately one of the containers leaked hot, oily Birria all over my lap. The staff didn't seem to concerned and didn't offer to fix the mess. I would expect a place that sell hot, oily soup would do more than package it in cheap styrofoam contains and thin plastic bags. Talk about a hot mess. We ordered two QuesoTacos and two BirriaRamens and the total was over $35. For cheap asian noodles and the small amount of meat it was a dissappointment. I hope they can up their game because there is so much competition in the area.

Google
Online hours vary, says its open at 5pm-10pm but I tried calling this location 5 times during business hours & got no answers. Ended up driving there an hour later to see for myself if it was open or not. Consome broth was very diluted , almost clear, it was just ok. The mulita & quesatacos were good.

Google
The Best Platano Leaf Birria Tamales! I have tried many NYC & Queens Tamales but never made in plantano leaf birria style. They doing something different. These North LV tamales can be eatten for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. They are packed with carne and the maza is seasoned really well. Definitely will be back for more.

Google
Quesotaco is pretty much the flavor you will get form everything you try. Nothing stands out and nothing is so unique in flavor it's worth the price. Try once taco before you go off on ordering. You will spend more then you need for something so common(cheese and meat). Do yourself a favor and set your expectations at slightly better then a random taco stand but with cheese. Points for getting the food out quick and the staff is super friendly. Avoid the Ramen just get a $2.50 taco and toss it in a ramen cup, you will thank me later.

Google
Food was super delicious 😋 but it takes some time to order and make tha food plus you have to ask for tha consume dip or they won't give it to you had my co worker grab my food and he didn't ask smh

Google

Google
Look at my past reviews here on Google, I dont give out 5 stars willy nilly. Ok, there is a few. Birrieria Dimas is hands down my favorite birria in town. I suggest the birria ramen. So good!

Yelp
I went here for a night market and saw they had bone marrow tacos for $12! I was sold! Two birria tacos with a huge split bone that you scoop the marrow onto the tacos. Alright my thoughts on this birria trend is it is everywhere but there's so many interpretations of the dish. There's different flavors of spices and also different meat textures. I loved the meat, I loved the flavor, and the real winner is the crispy tortilla. That really made this delicious and checked off all the boxes. Really affordable and great product. I spent about $13

Yelp
I went today but the food truck was nowhere to be found, I drove around the parking lot and no sign of it. Decided to call and went straight to voicemail which seems rude for a business.

Yelp
Ok so I normally go to the place down the street but I decided to try this place out and soooooo mad I did ! FOOD: terrible! The tacos were soggy and the Birria dipping sauce was so watery. And the meat was barley separated. The rice was also over cooked and the beans were hard. :( SERVICE: was not that great we barley got a smile out of her. We were asking question and she seem a bit irritated. RETURN: absolutely not! And everything is over priced.

Yelp
Birrieria Dimas is a must try. We spotted the food truck outside of a smiths and we decided to give it a go. I wanted to get the full experience so we ordered a few of their items. Of course all the items on the menu contain birria. The birria is well seasoned and very tasty. We tried the Birria fries that were really good. One thing next time I would get the fries on the side due to them getting real soft fast. The birria ramen was delicious, specially with its tasty broth. The Pizzadilla was basically a quesadilla. Wish they would have done a little better on making it more of a pizza than a large quesadilla. Over all good was really good and would come and try other items in the future

Yelp
We ordered Queso Taco, Quesadillas and Birria Tamales. Everything was delish!!! Perfectly melted cheese on the Queso Taco. The Quesadilla had a generous amount of meet If we had to pick one, the Tamales were our fave. Reminded us of Tamales that we got from a street vendor in Mexico City This was our first time in this area and it was interesting to see all of the different food trucks. We will definitely be back to try other menu items ... looking forward to the ramen

Yelp
Delish and fast. My job catered them for lunch today. I ordered carne asada and birria quesotacos and birria taco Dorado. All really good

Yelp
So glad I found them tonight. I typed in "keto" on yelp and came across their Birria tacos on a cheese shell. The food was easy to order on the website with only a 20 minute wait on a Sunday night. Food was ready during the quoted time and service was friendly. Food truck is in the lot near the gas station and is easy to spot using GPS. Tacos were so good that I forgot they were keto. I never need the tortilla again. Can't wait to place my next order.

Yelp
Their consome is AMAZING. Reminded me of very good Vietnamese Pho broth. I wanna try their Birria Ramen next time for that reason. Very good!!!! I loved it.

Yelp
I got to try this taco truck thanks to a Yelp event where I got to try their quesataco, street taco, and I was supposed to get an agua fresca but it wasn't ready. They also opened at 10:45am instead of the posted opening hour of 10am. The servings were really tiny. I went the next day to try other items on their menu and give them a second chance, and brought friends with me. Honestly, I've had better birria and consommé elsewhere at a very competitive price. Mulita: For $4 each, they're super tiny and you'd have to get at least 3 mulitas and a taco to fill you up. Not worth it. Pizzadilla: This can feed 2-3 people for $20. Very flimsy and hot - there's no way you can eat it like a pizza. If you don't eat it fast enough, it gets soggier. Your choice: burn yourself or eat a soggy quesadilla. Quesadilla: It's pretty much half of a Pizzadilla for $9.50. Aguas Frescas: We tried watermelon (sandia) and pineapple (piña). Both are very sweet at first sip. Let the ice melt to water it down for 10 minutes to get the perfect sweetness. But if you're mouth is burning from the Pizzadilla, you're out of luck! They top if with fresh fruit and you have the option to get a rim of chamoy. They don't have tables or chairs so you have to eat in your car or take the food home and let your food get soggy. Sometimes, there's a trash can, sometimes not. I know we're experiencing tough times at the moment. But how come a birria taco restaurant that pays rent charges less than a birria taco truck for the same kind of food at bigger portions? Be consistent with your hours. If you're still prepping at 10:30am then, change your hours.

Yelp
Great and friendly customers service. Their birria is hands down the best in vegas replacing my previous favorite place. Their meat is tender and perfectly seasoned. The amount of birria they give in their tacos and quesabirria is very generous. Their prices are budget friendly, if you want quality birria this is your place.

Yelp
Beef birria brought to you in a food truck. Definitely recommend If you're near the area. It'd super close to Broadacres swap meet off if Cheyenne and Las Vegas. This taco truck was introduced through a Yelp event, thankfully I was invited otherwise I wouldn't have thought of it. I ordered two tacos, 6 mulitas (Monday special, $3 for mulitas), a torta and a watermelon Fresca. Don't pass on the watermelon Fresca! It was freaken goooood! I cannot complain about the food other than the torta having more beans than beef. They also have a taco Tuesday special.

Yelp
One of the best birria food truck in the city, it's way out of the way in the north end of the city, but worth the trip.

Yelp
It's been a while coming since I have wanted to try Birrieria Dimas but it's a good 35 minutes away. But fortunately having a Yelp Elite experience got me off my butt to try it. My husband saw where it was and insisted on coming with me though since he said it's not the best part of town. We were the only ones there so I checked and ordered. The Elite special special was a taco, quesotaco, and agua Fresca (I was went for watermelon) and I added an order of fries. It was blazing hot and my husband could see what was going on around me since I was standing in the small rectangle of shade provided by the truck. He ended up coming out as a guy he had seen bothering people by the water hut came over towards me. He seemed pretty harmless but I was glad my husband came out to stand with me until the guy finally walked away. The agua fresca rim is covered in chamoy and they fill it to the brim. I read another review that someone mentioned it made it kind of hard for transport but I took enough sips that nothing would slosh if we even hit the biggest of speed bumps. It was very sweet and tasted like I stuck a straw into the heart of a watermelon. Super refreshing. Once home (and we actually had a few other quick stops along the way) I had been inhaling these smells for nearly an hour. One would think it may have ruined the food. Well I wouldn't know otherwise, although not sure of the tortillas would have been crispier, but once you dunk it, it doesn't matter what form it's in as long as it gets in your mouth! I personally liked the cheese difference between the taco and quesotaco. The cheese pull on the fries was pretty good too. I'm not sure if I was supposed to but I poured the marinade all on top of that too! All in all, super tasty. I would have given it a 3.5 but I always round up. I do wish it were closer and in a less sketchy area. I saw that Grubhub delivers but it doesn't to my home nor to my work which is a bummer. Oh, and don't tell my doctor that I ate here. I'm pretty sure there's nothing in here that's going to help lower my cholesterol. But it's okay...it's probably going to be another blue moon before I get over there again. I'll just have sweet memories of it all!

Yelp
I was fortunate enough to be a part of this weekends Yelp Elite experience. Birrieria Dimas had been on my radar for well over a year and today my itch was scratched. The birria queso taco had a delicious crunch to the tortilla while the inside was moist and cheesey. The birria taco was delicious, deep in flavor and moist. In my recent birria establishment reviews I complain about the consome but luckily here, there was nothing to complain about. The consome was rich and delicious, a true authentic consome. The menu here is small but only because they've perfected what they're doing! Bookmark it, make a special trip for it, come on the weekends, come after work, bring yo baby mama! Trust me, Birrieria Dimas is definitely worth it.

Yelp
Great food truck I think this is my second go around with this birria truck. Their meat is super tender and is great in whatever taco or tortilla etc. We chose tacos and a quesadilla. The tacos were bursting with meat and toppings the quesadilla was very hearty as well. Their food is so rich you don't even need the drippings to dip. Definitely worth a trip to north town.

Yelp
This truck is around the corner from Broadacres. We got Birria ramen, fries and tacos. All are super delicious! The meat is tender and flavorful. The tacos are suppose to come with consumè but they forgot it. The total was a little over $30. Service was good. There wasn't a line and the wait time was about 15 minutes for the food to be ready. There's nowhere to sit so you have to take your order to go. Definitely worth going back.

Yelp
My first Birria experience and WOAH! I've been wanting to try Birria tacos since I moved to Vegas and with so many options, who knew this would be one to catch. I was able catch the food truck on one of their nights in the Ikea parking lot, 10/10 recommend! The food was amazing, quick, and super affordable.
google avatar

Amanda B.

Yelp
Oh man. I love this taco truck. Their Birria is so good. The Birria plate is perfect to share. Just add some corn tortillas and you have multiple meals. Their pineapple drink is also really good. My husband isn't huge on chamoy and he likes this drink. It's the perfect mix of spicy, sour, and sweet!
google avatar

Alex P.

Yelp
So I really like the tacos! They stuff them full of meat and the meat has lots of flavor. I think the menu is a bit repetitive and unnecessary. They really only need 3 food items: the street tacos, the quesotacos, and quesadillas. The agua frescas are delish! I enjoyed the watermelon a lot especially on a hot day where temps are 100+! Sadly, this food truck is a bit far from me so I don't see myself visiting often, but I know I'll be full when I do!

Ebony A.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE the food here, I ALWAYS get the agua de sandia & quesadilla, The quesadilla is bigger than my head, and BOMB I can eat this everyday The people there are sweet! *I keep forgetting to take a picture of my quesadilla, it doesn't even cross my mind, I just stuff that big thing in my mouth like a pig*

Yelp
Okay, can we get half-stars already? Ugh. Barring that, I will go with the benevolent round-up for Birrieria Dimas. They have exceeded the bar of my past experiences, limited as those may be, so I am thankful that they made a trek about a mile west of their Yelp listing's address to hang out at top 3 local brewery Beer District Brewing (LVRJ Best of Las Vegas bronze 2020, and perhaps my own opinion too) on a Friday night. As many different vessel options as they have, Birrieria Dimas mainly focuses on one thing: birria de res (meaning it's beef, not goat or whatnot). In case you were unaware, this Mexican stewed meat preparation has managed to gain tons of hype on social media in recent times, along with the liquid in which it was cooked, called consomme. I made my own taco sampler platter, being careful to call for a small consomme (free here with any order). Frankly, this is the star of the show. It's a little salty, but it carries a beautiful umami and layered flavor profile unmatched in my prior birria experiences. I would consider eating some sort of bowl with this as the broth, which surely forms the basis of the "Birriamen" on their menu ($12). The entry-level taco ($2.25) is just fine, with two tortillas, tender and flavorful beef, and the standard cilantro and onion (unless you're crazy or genetically cursed and therefore say no to the cashier). But definitely try both the taco dorado ($3.25) and the quesotaco ($3.50). The former offers a perfectly crunchy shell, and the latter has the gooey and earthy cheese experience. Plus, these are both a little bit larger than the baseline. I should add that the consomme really does work better as a soup accompaniment unless you like to lose your toppings into it. They also provide two complimentary salsas, a mild tomatillo which I really loved for the added flavors, and a medium-hot deep red-brown concoction. Try dripping both onto your tacos. Barring another discovery elsewhere, I'll be back to Birrieria Dimas sooner than later for my favorite birria/consomme so far

Yelp
Even though a little far from where I leave I will definitely not miss this opportunity. This place is easy to find despite of traffic. The service was really fast. My order was made right away. Cashier is very nice and friendly. The pineapple juice is the bomb. I never thought chamoy around the cup would taste good with it. Food is tasty as well. The only downside is if you go in the middle of the afternoon there's not much shade to stay at while waiting for your food. But there's a plenty of parking spaces you could park really close to the food truck.
google avatar

Farrah J.

Yelp
The birria tacos are soooo good. The ramen is also. Well everything is good and flavorful. The service is good very courteous.

Carlos M.

Yelp
Arrived 20 minutes late to location, Lady was rude when we ordered our food and when we got our aguas frescas one had a hair in it when I brought it back I wasn't given an apology just an offer for my refund or exchange and to make sure I covered my drink so it didn't get dirty..

Yelp
I really wanted to say that I loved this place - but I just can't. Birrieria Dimas is a small trailer popped-up in downtown Las Vegas. There are no signs on the trailer, and if their tent is not up, you really need to keep your eyes peeled. Outside the trailer is a small table for salsas, cutlery, napkins & the works. There are also two small tables and some folding chairs for limited guests. I stood & ate to make sure the families with small children had somewhere to sit. Parking is scarce so be prepared. Birrieria Dimas only serves birria & only accepts cash. I knew this going in but I feel it's appropriate for anyone who doesn't research as much as I do. There are some pretty cool options here - I heard the birria ramen is very popular. I, however, opted for the birria taco & mulitas. The serving sizes were pretty generous. It was filling, that's for sure. Although, the overall taste threw me for a run. After each bite, I was left with a strong aftertaste. I can't quite put my finger on it but it reminded me of birria that is made with goat. At Birrieria Dimas, it's all beef - so that couldn't be it. But whatever it was, I tried my best to drown it in salsa. It wasn't my favorite. Thank goodness for a large cup of pina fresca to wash it all down. I don't waste food, so throwing it away wasn't an option. For a $40 group total & a lackluster taste on the star of their show, I don't think I'll be making the 30-minute drive from the Southwest to come back.
google avatar

Yelp
This food truck definitely hit the spot. Tacos were juicy and well balanced with cilantro and onions. I dipped the tacos in the free broth they offer and BOYYY it taste sooo bomb. Also got the quesotaco, everything inside the taco was perfect by the bite. Birria Ramen was so interesting, it was such a good mix of flavors and the meat was sooo tender. Also tried the quesadilla wow!! It was huge- drenched in cheese it was like an explosion in your mouth. I will be back !!

Yelp
ETA: I see a lot of comments about the neighborhood and how it's just a taco truck in a parking lot. I grew up around this neighborhood. My dad worked two blocks away from there. If you keep your head down and mind your business, you'll be fine. Honestly, this restaurant is only six months old. They may not have the money to invest in a lease, industrial kitchen equipment, insurance, etc. But what they do have is great customer service, excellent food, and social media knowhow. That's all you need. I'll point your attention to places like Nachoria who were quick to rent out a huge restaurant, get a liquor license, and go hard on the packaging and interior design concepts, only to realize the foot traffic wasn't high enough to make a profit. Don't think of this as "just a truck in the hood." Think of this as getting in on the ground floor of the next great taco spot. Found our new taco spot! Found them on IG through a local advocacy page spreading the good word. Not only is Birrieria Dimas delicious, they will privately help families in need put some food on the table. All they have to do is ask. That's something I can get behind. So my cousin and I texted in our order and made the 20-minute trek to the old 'hood. There was a bit of a mixup where only about half our order got filled, but they quickly handled it and got the whole order ready. I had a burrito and a queso taco. My mom and cousin had the tacos and queso tacos. My grandma had the watermelon agua fresca. YALL. These tacos slap. They hit. They fuck. They do whatever other buzz word you can come up with. There is a strong cumin and maybe allspice taste that is so delicious. The burrito was MASSIVE and full of meat. I got mine without beans and I still got two meals out of it. And now that they've added birria fries to the menu, we're going back for sure. As a plus, they require a mask to place an order. You can call or text your order in advance to minimize your time in public. They also have removed their tables and do not permit eating in the parking lot. They ask that guests observe social distancing while waiting for food, too.

Yelp
Best birrieria truck in north Las Vegas. Affordable and very tasty , loved it. Highly recommended to my family friends.

Yelp
Yup, their social media skills are on point like a lot of you have already mentioned. It's what got the hubby interested in trying them out, and the constant IG messaging with their posts made the experience unavoidable. Worth. It. For us, it's the new taco spot that'll be part of our rotation. LOL. I keep contemplating when I should bring it up as a take-out option for the hubby. Like is it too soon to ask for those queso tacos? Yeah, it was the highlight of my night during the big social distancing event. The hubby loved their broth. Even though the meat was marinated and cooked in it, he still added extra broth like it was steak au jus XD Their horchata was decent too. Unfortunately, they didn't have ramen that evening, so we're still open to trying that. Another point you all were right about: time. The wait time they gave us was 25 minutes. Good thing we called ahead, but that's also the norm for us during COVID-19.
google avatar

Serena R.

Yelp
Food? A+. Service? Well, that's a different story. So I went about a week ago, maybe around 6 or 7 on a Sunday. There were some people waiting, but nothing crazy for a popular food spot. While we were ordering, the girl stopped taking our order to answer the phone in the middle. I feel like it would've been better if she asked them to hold on a moment so she could complete our order instead of us awkwardly just waiting for her to take someone else's entire order. The real issue? It took us FIFTY minutes for six tacos. Six. Tacos. Nearly an hour. I had the queso tacos and my friend had their keto tacos. No one ahead of us seemed to have exceptionally large orders. They only serve one kind of protein, which as far as I can tell is cooked for hours in advance. So how in the world does it take that long to essentially heat up tortillas and put on meat and cheese? I just don't understand. Also, consommé is supposed to come with the food which I looked forward to trying and neither of us received it. I really hope this truck can get it together. The food really is good, but if I had been really hungry when we ordered, I would've been furious after waiting that long.
google avatar

Jen Y.

Yelp
Like most of their customers, I came after seeing their Instagram posts about Keto Tacos and Birria Ramen. The wait for our order was estimated at 40+ minutes. This is pretty unheard of for taco trucks... We decided to suck it up and wait though since we made the journey to East Charleston. Once the food came out, I was underwhelmed by the meat, sauces, and taco itself. We also ordered a birria ramen which had a VERY strong cumin flavor profile. Some may enjoy it but I didn't find it similar to the birria consome which I LOVE and was expecting. Only one small table to sit at. If you're on this side of town in the evening maybe give it to a try. There's a way better breakfast birria place up the road by the swap meet though!
google avatar

Monique C.

Yelp
We've tried everything on the menu and it was all so amazing! Everything is full of flavor and the staff is always super nice. They have pretty good handmade fresh drinks as well. But the best thing is definitely the pizzadilla is unique and delicious.
google avatar

Cris W.

Yelp
I initially found this place through people posting about them on Instagram. I looked them up on Yelp and saw the mixed reviews. I almost didn't want to try them based off of reviews alone, but I'm glad I still checked them out for myself. We got lucky and went on a Tuesday night and surprisingly it wasn't busy. The ladies taking our order were super sweet. They were all wearing masks and the cook was wearing gloves. Our food was ready in about 10-15 minutes. We tried the queso tacos and got our small sides of consome for free. It was taco Tuesday so queso tacos were $3 and regular tacos $2. You get one small consome free with every order and it's just the right amount. We loved the tacos! We loved them so much we ordered more to take home for the rest of the fam. We'll definitely be back to try the ramen and other things on the menu next time!

Yelp
My friend had raved about this taco truck for sometime, so we decided to give it a try for lunch. I checked their yelp page and it said to save time txt them your order. Cool. I did and got no response. We figured maybe we will just head there anyways and maybe they would txt back by the time we arrived. It's in a not so great part of town, just a heads up. Parking is hit or miss it seems like. People were just parking everywhere and not even in the lines. There was a homeless man chilling next to the truck, so we decided to get him a taco in case he was hungry. Alright so we get in line to order.... 25 mins later we're still in line to order. There's literally 3 people ahead of us. 25. MINS.... good lord. Ok so we order. 1 vampiro, 2burritos, 1 quesadilla, 1 taco, and 2 agua Fresca. Andddddd we wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. For ANOTHER 45 MINS!!! Finally the food comes out and we have to pry the taco away from the vampiro to give it to the homeless man. He comes over and starts harassing my boyfriend about the taco. Like get me my sauce. We did. Then he wanted lemon. We just gave him the taco and walked away. The burritos were honestly the best part. Everything else was extremely greasy. I could have used more onion and cilantro. Also the vampiro looked nothing like the photo? So I don't know exactly what I got. HOW CAN IT TAKE 1 HOUR TO MAKE SOME LACKLUSTER TACOS FROM A TACO TRUCK. I'm at a loss, but I definitely don't think I need a repeat visit.
google avatar

Madori D.

Yelp
The food here is incredible. Focus is beef birria. I had a taco, queso taco, vampiro, sope, beans, and the watermelon Fresca with chamuy. Everything tastes authentic. Queso taco was probably the best as cheese complements the birria very well. Order was ready in just a few minutes. Staff was nice.

Yelp
This has been on my list for awhile. Finally had the opportunity to go! Had the signature Birria Ramen and a couple QuesoTacos. I enjoy ramen and birria, and while the broth was delish, I couldn't get over the combination. Though it wasn't for me, my husband loved it and I found the broth a delicious option to dip my QuesoTacos in! Yum. The QuesoTacos were delish on their own, with a healthy amount of both cheese and meat. I had 2 and was nearly full afterwards. Had JUST ENOUGH room for some Flan that the owner talked me into getting, last minute. I'm glad he did! It was creamy and carmely goodness. Great way to end the meal. Oh! And the pineapple agua fresco was perfecty refreshing! I was worried it'd be too sweet, but it wasn't! It was just sweet enough! Very well balanced. And the tamarind rim was fire !

Yelp
Seriously the best taco place in Vegas. Not kidding. I live 25mins from this place but the drive is always worth it!!

Yelp
Saw them at the taco festival. Tacos were okay. They didn't have any broth or ramen birria. They had ran out 30 mins before we reached the front. Instead of telling the 1 hour line of this they decided to wait until we got to the front The tortillas become unmanageable half way through and you end up with a slosh of a taco. They need to drain some of the grease/ sauce the birria is made in so the tacos can at least be consumed within 5 mins.

Yelp
Delicious Birria. Highly recommend the ramen, the portion is big for 2 ppl is enough. I got the tacos dorados and they didn't get soggy at all. This is a pick up/ to go spot only, they have no where to sit.

Yelp
Customer service sucks. The cashier lacks any personal skills. The guy handing the food as well. Tacos are okay but won't be coming back for the shitty service.

Yelp
So glad I tried this place. The location isn't the best but who cares about WHERE THE HELL YOU NEED TO GO TO GET SOME BOMB.... ;) food! Sickos lol but seriously this is the right stuff. I wanted birrieria ramen and it sounded interesting enough to make the trip. There was no wait, and there was plenty of parking in the location it was. The menu was pretty self explanatory and I did have the intention of having a taco dorado but their fryer wasn't working :( sad but I'll be back for that. Got the ramen and added cheese. I opened it right away and saw that the noodles looked hard like ramen noodles do in the beginning, so I let them sit on the way home. When I got home, I added the limes which were juicy and fresh. Added cilantro and onion, also fresh. It was packed with meat and noodles, I couldn't finish it but I wanted to so bad. The pizzadia was full of meat and cheese with a beautifully crispy texture, like the ramen, it was enough for 2/3 people. I definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
I saw an Instagram post from @YelpLV which featured the food from this spot and it looked delicious so I immediately put it on my to-do list. I was most interested in the Birria Ramen but i ordered a bag of stuff for my wife and me to try. I'm glad I did because I ended up liking some of the other items a lot more than the ramen. The broth/consume for the ramen and the tacos that you dip was so good, I could fill a Camelback with it and just sip that all day long. I could definitely do that if I was still living in the Seattle area and every day was gray and rainy. I also ordered the Mulitas, the Taco Dorado and the Vampiro, all of which were outstanding and I would eat again for sure. The Ramen was honestly a disappointment though. It was kind of ruined by cheap, low grade noodles. I have a suspicion that they literally used ramen noodles out of one of those dried ramen packets that I used to buy for $.10 when I was young and broke. The standard ramen in LV is so spectacular that I expected the noodles to be on par and if they were, I would be back for this dish at least once a week. It would have been great with better quality noodles that can be obtained in a pillow pack in every Asian grocery store in the world. Just so I'm clear though, I loved everything else and will be back for more.

Yelp
You know it's highly unprofessional as a business owner to advertise your hours saying you open at 9:00 am, and at 9:12 am you're still not open and even tell your customer who drove out to you from across town that you won't be open for another 20 minutes! Change your hours if you won't be ready to take orders at 9:00 am like you say you will.

Yelp
Decent birria in LV. Tried a bit of everything in the menu. Birria with ramen? It's a thing here. Soft tacos, crunchy tacos, mulitas, even birria fries. Consome could've had more flavor. I really enjoyed their prepared pineapple drink, it was delish!

Yelp
My husband has been salivating over their social media posts for so long he finally got up and went to check this place out. I was nervous because sometimes food doesn't live up to the Instagram pics but I was very pleasantly surprised. The truck is in a parking lot off Maryland and Charleston and it's all cash. No problems with ordering, we got 3 mulitas and 2 quesotacos and every order comes with a small consome to dip. The mulitas are essentially crispy, flat tacos eaten flat instead of folded. The quesotacos are.. tacos with cheese! I was impressed with the amount of meat in both of our orders, they fill it to the brim with tender beef. The consome is awesome: clear but hearty and not too oily. The quesotaco did have quite a bit of oil in it but I let that drain out the back. I'm not sure if it was the consome or the meat but there was a nutmeg flavor that gave it a Christmas-y taste. Paired with the onions and cilantro and lime, this is a solid takeout dish and you can't beat the amount of meat you get compared to some of the other taco shops around here. I'm not sure I'll ever try that birria ramen but I imagine my husband will at some point. For now, these tacos are quite the treat and I'll be grabbing some when I have a craving and I have the cash.

Yelp
First time here. The kids loved the quesotaco and the quesadillas, Portions were huge! We also had the combo plate and the street tacos and there were no complaints. We will definitely be back when craving for birria :)

Yelp
This was my first time trying birria and I was not disappointed! Ordered the queso tacos, mulitas, and keto taco. The consume was very tasty. The horchata tasted well made

Yelp
I reaaally wanted to like this place but unfortunately it was just a let down. Came across it as a suggestion on social media for anyone looking for good birria tacos but there was nothing that wowed me about them. I once took a drive out to them on the opposite side of where I live (SW and they're NE) and by the time I got there they were sold out. I was bummed but I guess it was my fault for assuming they'd still have food. Finally got to try them at a little food truck gathering closer to home. The wait to order was maybe 20 mins and once I ordered it was about another 25 min wait for the food. Got home and ate and I was really underwhelmed. They were just really Skimpy tacos. I was really expecting more, especially based on social media posts. I'm willing to give it one more chance as I'm hoping I caught it on an off day. As a side note, cash only and the girls taking orders aren't friendly lol
