Definitely recommend! This is a very thoughtfully run establishment. The quesabirria was delicious and, as shown in my photos, generously filled with QUALITY beef. I am not one of my tacos had hunks of fat mixed in with the meat. To me, that proves they hand sort the beef to ensure the best possible customer experience! That added touch takes a lot of extra time and effort, and I appreciate it greatly! Another beautiful touch is how they serve the optional toppings for the quesabirria. They provide a trio of ramekins that hold the diced onion, cilantro, and hot chili sauce. This allows the customer to control how spicy the food is, how much onion they use, and for those of us who have the unfortunate taste buds that make cilantro taste like soap, it allows cilantro to be completely optional! Most mexican restaurants mix their onion and cilantro together, so there's no way to completely omit it. The restaurant atmosphere is relaxed, clean and casual, with spanish music neatly covering your neighboring table's conversation and setting the mood for the environment. The bathrooms are spotless and had a delightful fruity fragrance that was welcoming and clean. It added to the wonderful ambiance and showed such great care for the guest experience. Every aspect of this dining experience made it clear that the customer experience is the priority here! The staff was welcoming and attentive. What a treat! I will certainly return!

This is truly authentic Mexican food hands down. I will make the hour drive everytime! It's that delicious. The enchiladas are sooooo good!! We also had the sushi roll and that was amazing.

Like our 5th or sixth st visit every time top shelf. Now I'm hooked on the tacos best I've ever had ....My wife chili releno burrito with black berry Margarita Myself Carne asada enchiladas with a special order Margarita. Absolutely delicious. And always neighborhood friendly these guys are awesome!!! I hope you come and enjoy and support local goodness

First time there, my coworkers have been telling me for a year plus now to go.. my only regret was waiting so long.. had to burritos to go, both were amazing. the green chili was top notch. (we know a little about green chili, having won multiple awards in contests.) the meat was soft yet had beautiful char. over all we will be back, and often.

After reading many good reviews, thought we would give this a try.... I love birria, so was pretty excited....that may be part of my problem with eateries in greeley...the food scene isn't all that good...and reviews on google there seem to be very over hyped. This place was the same....it was ok....the birria tacos were extremely greasy...flavor was decent. We also got a side of beans....they tasted like canned and were lukewarm...the cheese on top was not very melted. Menu was large and had different interesting things it. Maybe the goat birria just isn't their thing? Service was good. Will we go back....there is like 100 other Mexican restaurants in greeley to try....probably not.

Worth the trip for the birria. Delicious, tender, flavorful. Chips were warm, salsa was medium with great flavor. Salsa with birria was the right amount of spice and heat. Would recommend. Muchas gracias!🙏

It makes me really happy to be able to leave 5-star reviews, especially with food. It means I ate well. The salsa was delicious and unique. The steak was flavorful, the goat was tender and juicy. Clean place, nice music, and friendly staff. Really amazing place all around!

Why have I not been here before? A friend told me that this restaurant had the best goat (chivo) quesabirria he has ever had. He was absolutely right! The tacos were messy, rich, and incredibly flavorful. Don't be concerned about ordering goat. It was fantastic. Jorge, the owner, was very friendly and provided great service. This is a must try! Wow.

Ordered food online almost 2 weeks ago. The entire order was messed up. I called and the owner apologized said he would give me a full refund. I have called them back to see what is happening with the process and I am not able to get any information. I am very upset that I was promised a refund and nothing has happened. Not very good business practice at all!

Love this place, very authentic. I've eaten here many times and haven't had any bad experiences, which is pretty rare. Thanks you for keeping the standard high while a lot of others have dropped.

Deliciously Authentic Mexican restaurant which is rare to find with so many Tex-Mex style restaurants. This restaurant has professional staff and has a cozy setting with great parking.
