Birrieria La Plaza - Downtown PDX Tacos

Tried pastor and pollo burritos. Good burritos, would recommend lite beans and pico de gallo add. Got gipped with no guac at $2.50 per burrito. Total per burrito was $20 with add ons, not worth that price.

Good food. When the truck was out on division it was great. In the past week, I have gone to the truck during opening hours and it was closed ( they had literally JUST updated their hours on instagram within a day or two) And now, I went to the downtown place at 11:30 (they open at 11) and he said they would be open in 10 minutes. When I came back at 11:45 they were just opening, he told me no rice or carne asada. You didn’t know that 15 minutes ago??? This is typical Portland Lazy. Food carts must be a hard business but they have no right to complain if they don’t hold up their end of the bargain. I predict this location at least will be closed within the year.

Ordered the taco asada and drinks. The taco Asada has generous amount of shredded beef! The drinks are good.

I ordered a bowl of the birria ramen. I received it without any meat so I had go go back to the 1 person working there to to add it. He did apologize but when I thanked him, he completely ignored me so not a fan of the professionalism there. The birria itself was ok - lacking a lot of flavor in my opinion.

Located in Flock food hall in downtown pdx. We got the taco plate. Everything was good!

Located at The Flock on Ritz Carlton bldg. It’s pricey because of its location and because of it, The Flock is not busy at all. I rather go to nearby food carts for the same quality of foods. Street foods with restaurants prices.

Generous portions and food allergy friendly.

My goodness this place was fire… A little speedy but well worth it!

Part of the Flock food court, Birriroa La Plaza has an array of tasty Mexican dishes focusing on using birria. Their Birria was on the sweeter end but still nice and tender. Their Quesataco plate came with three juicy quesataco filled with cheese, rice, beans, and consume. Their red and green salsas were both delicious as well! It's a tasty and well-rounded dish. I would try their other stuffs for sure.

compared to the two other food places we ate at Flock. This is by far the best thing that I purchased. Though the prices are higher than you would expect at least this felt worth it. The nachos are super loaded. You're not gonna have a single dry chip. Definitely large enough to split between two or three people. The flock itself has great atmosphere that you are going to pay for it. But this is one place where you will get your moneys worth

Located in the Flock food hall in the Ritz Carlton. We tried the birria queso tacos. A bit greasy but the flavor was there. Will come back and try more on the menu! Service was fairly quick given the line.

Quick stop before the Timbers match. Love the atmosphere, quick service, great street tacos. Will be back

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my Boss... We ordered the Quesabirria Tacos (3), Quesabirria Tostada Mini Plate w/Rice & Beans (1), Chips w/Guac and for drinks we ordered the Agua de Pepino (Cucumber Water)... We both really enjoyed this meal, VERY good flavors and just the right portion sizes... The two gentlemen working today were friendly and courteous. The food came out relatively quickly and was made fresh! The ambiance was actually pretty cool, the open air concept was nice, lots of cuisine options inside of Flock for you to choose from, cool concept! All in all, delicious, and Boss lady and I agreed we'd be back the next time we're in Portland!
