Birrieria Mama Rosa #3

Noodles were way too soft by the time I got home. Tables were dirty. Mostly seemed like a takeout service place. By the time I got the quesabirria ramen back home, about 5mins, the noodles were so soft and soggy my whole family complained. Tacos were ok, flavors of the quesabirria was good. Just bad timing I guess. Soft soft noodles.

I have never given a negative review to Mexican food restaurant ever. This is my first. To be fair I have been three times to make sure it wasn't a one or two off experience and different locations. Last night my brisket breakfast tacos had bone pieces in it that almost chipped my teeth and there were several with ZERO meat. Attaching a picture! Imagine my surprise, as when you buy brisket, there is specifically no bones in that cut of meat when you buy it. SO... 2 things are true here. 1. That wasn't brisket. 2 the health department should investigate. Breakfast tacos are the easiest item to cook in a restaurant. Just saying!

Food always hot and fresh and they're very generous with the portions!

Birria. Quesabirria. Pizza Quesabirria. Absolutely delicious. If you haven't had the Pizza Quesabirria, you are missing out. With the consomme, this is absolutely amazing. 10/5

We got the birria chimichanga, along with the birria ramen. They both had excellent flavor. But the chimichanga was extremely cheesy, and the birria was juicy and tender.

I wanted birreria tacos that tasted the same as the ones I had before. The ones I ordered here were so good me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed them. I was so pleased with the taste and the portion. We both could not finish it all. This is my new go to place for birreria tacos. Next time please put more cilantro and onion. Thank you.

Not surprised how good the food is here. Introduced to Birrieria at the new Georgetown location, was in this area and was excited to see one close. Must try if you haven’t tried already!
