The place looks great, as you can probably tell from the photos. It has a nice vibe, and I really liked the design and decor, everything felt clean and well thought out. I also appreciated the glass water containers with reusable cups at the entrance, a nice little touch. I hear this spot is known for their pizza, but I didn’t get to try it this time. I did notice the wood-fired oven, which looked legit definitely planning to come back for the pizza. When I visited, it wasn’t super busy, maybe 4-5 people in line. But ordering was a bit of a hassle. There were only a few grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches, but the person taking orders didn’t seem to know what was in them and had to ask around a few times. Honestly, a simple label with the name and price would have made things much easier. Unfortunately, my order got mixed up too. I asked for a small decaf and a small regular, but ended up with a medium decaf and a double Americano. On top of that, one of the cup lids didn’t fit properly, and it spilled coffee in my car and burned my hand; not fun. The coffee was hard to drink because the lid kept popping off. I also grabbed a couple of pastries. They were okay, but would’ve been better warmed up. I noticed others were asking for theirs to be heated too. Overall, it felt a bit chaotic for a place that wasn’t even busy at the time. Not the best first experience, but I might give it another shot next time; hopefully for some pizza.
