Biscuit & Bath riverside boulevard location - Terrible service
I hired your service for a month of dog walking. The person who talked with me on the phone said that the location on Riverside boulevard had just one dog walker (name Luis) that would walk my dog. I said that was fine, and I explained to her that I was going to travel for four days, and during these four days, I would need the dog walker to walk my dog in the morning and the afternoon. She said okay. I requested that the dogwalker come and meet my dog while I was still in NYC. He came to my house, we adapted, and everything went well.
I went traveling calmly, confident that everything was fine. However, on Monday, December 5th, I received a call from the store manager saying that the dog walker had not been able to walk my dog, as my dog was very agitated. I found it very strange. But the manager said it wasn't the dogwalker that had come to my house before, but a new dog walker. I was shocked as the person on the phone did not say that another dog walker would walk with my dog. Obviously, my dog wouldn't go for a walk with someone he didn't know.
I was working out of NYC. I had to cancel the meeting to get in touch with a friend who could walk my dog in the morning. The store manager apologized and said that in fact, this could not have happened.
Tuesday, the biscuit & bath dog walker (Luis) came again and managed to walk. However, I got a message saying that Luis would not be available to walk my dog on Wednesday. This message was, for me, the apex of the irresponsibility of your store. I was apprehensive about my dog and couldn't believe what had happened. I trusted your store. Again the manager apologized. I was extremely upset and disappointed with what you did to my dog. In addition, the manager informed me that another dogwalker tried to enter my house, and my dog ran away and pooped with blood. This happened because my dog became very anxious with people he had never seen entering the house and, without the slightest experience with dogs, tried to take him for a walk.
In conclusion, I missed more meetings to call my friend, and I had to pay my friend again to walk my dog. I advanced my flight back to NYC, where I had to pay the costs of changing tickets. I canceled my service with your store on Thursday and asked for my money back.
Today the same dog walker that stressed my dog came here to walk him. My dog was very nervous to see her. Again, this whole situation demonstrates a lack of organization in your store and a lack of responsibility for the welfare of animals and their owners.
I'm still waiting for a call from someone from the store, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I asked for a refund for the service I purchased, which did not occur, and I received NOTHING.
Do not use this company! And please, Biscuit &Bath, be responsible and give me my money back!
