Hands down one of the best hotels in Toronto, if not the best. Spent the weekend there recently and the front desk/reception staff were nothing short of amazing. The three ladies there were courteous and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is pristine with beautiful rooms overlooking the city. Think I found my home away from home when visiting the six!!!

Went to the Bisha in May with friends and family for a special event. The staff was heaven sent and extremely helpful. The facilities were amazing! From the gym to the steam rooms everything was impeccably clean. Our rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable! Any time we go to the Bisha we know what to expect always. The best facilities and staff that always make our stay a great one.

We spent a weekend here for my wife's birthday. Everything about our stay was fabulous! Highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a boutique vibe for their stay. Special shout out to Zane (sp?) at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He provided an exceptional level of service that was really appreciated! Well done! We look forward to staying there again!

Great customer service from Maria! I usually receive excellent treatment at Hilton properties as a Diamond member, but Maria’s level of service was perfect—even without any status at Marriott. It is great to see Marriott maintaining such high standards and treating all guests so well.

We have tried a number of hotels in the downtown area and this one ranks pretty much top as a boutique hotel.||Upon check in, Totchie made sure we were well taken care off. It was warm and genuine throughout our stay. She is a gem!||The breakfast at Kost was wonderful with that picture perfect view of the Toronto skyline including CN Tower, Toronto Islands, Skydome, etc. Thats where the pool is as well. A tip, reservation is required to use it as it is not a big area. ||The room is funky in a good way and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is a fair size with multiple doors which is good thing.||Although we like to try new and different hotels, we just might have to break that rule and stay at this one on our future stays in downtown Toronto. ||We highly recommend the Bisha !

Incredible hotel! The service is completely unbeatable! Every team member we interacted with was amazing. The bellmen- Sami, Mark and Norbert - were incredibly helpful with recommendations and always welcomed us back by name. The housekeeping team with Erica at the helm had our room spotless everyday. And finally the front desk! I don’t think I can put into words how fantastic they were! Shaila, Zayn, Maria and Jade always greeted us with a smile everytime we walked past! The wonderful supervisor Doris made sure we had a fantastic stay, always attempting to go above and beyond for us, and the amazing night team with Anirudh and Sufiyan done all they could to make sure our stay was seamless, and were great craic at the end of a busy day. |Truly a wonderful hotel, the management should be so proud of what the team do for them everyday!

Google
Luxury hotel in Toronto. Very nice cleaning and front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. Rooftop pool was incredible with views of CN tower. There is a reasonably cheap parking structure a block away if you don’t want to use valet (318 Wellington street W). Only negatives were 1) you had to book a 2 hour reservation to use the pool due to space limitations. 2) there is a busy nightclub on the ground floor and a popular bar/restaurant next to the pool. This spoils the hotel atmosphere somewhat and massively increases foot traffic. When arriving we did not enjoy having to bring suitcases through crowds of party-goers.

Google
The hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable but most of all the girls at the front desk were most helpful and kind. We got to go to Niagara Falls, which was breathtaking and saw a Blue Jays Baseball game. It was all a lot of fun. |My husband had a business training. The accommodations were perfect and the food that was provider was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Yelp
I want to start by saying this hotel is very visually pleasing. It looks newly renovated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty nice as well as spacious. The pool was beautiful with 360 views of Toronto. I did not find this hotel to be super functional though. There was no main light in the room so it was pretty dark being that the room was facing another building. The bathroom lights were located on the outside of the bathroom which is stupid, there was only one hook in the bathroom for towels, no hand towels, a scale that did not work, and no vanity space. The room is only equipped with three drawers in an armoire and massive tv that only displayed about 40 in of actual screen. The bar, Mister C, located off the lobby is also chic but over priced bar. The bouncer was not the nicest to the hotel guests even though I was sitting outside drinking water, he was convinced I was have an alcoholic beverage and went off about how they would get fines. I don't care. I'm drinking water? The club can get pretty busy and there is also a busy club on the rooftop, so if you're trying to get to your room at night, you're waiting for the elevator for a long time. The service elevator is located next to all of the guest elevators and did not open for guests. So in this giant hotel, there are only 2 functional elevators for guests. when we came back to the hotel after being out all day (about 4 pm) on our first evening, the room was not cleaned yet. When I called the main desk to ask why our room has not been cleaned, he said they should be coming soon. I've never stayed at a hotel that cleaned so late in the day. There was a broken roomba in the hallway and I knew it was broken because there were crumbs that sat in the hallway for the duration of my entire visit, about 4 days. 65$ to park your car EVERY NIGHT and $35 resort fee to do so. Insane amount just to park your car here. The pool closed yesterday at 5:30 pm to accommodate the night club that would be open. Our waitress tried to get us to close our tab an hour before closing. Meanwhile, it took 30 minutes to get our drinks and food. They were the most busy I've ever seen but the restaurant on the roof has SO many staff members i couldn't imagine it's an issue and almost a daily thing here. They also charge per person if one person gets still water. While this hotel was very beautiful, it has a lot of kinks to work out before I would consider staying with this chain again.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. I had never been to Toronto before, and it's a great city. The staff here is the same-very friendly, polite, and accommodating, and eager to please. The vibe is kind of nightclub/youthful party in the lobby, with house/EDM music playing at a little higher volume than you'd expect, and the bar connected to the lobby definitely seemed like a happening spot on the weekend, even though I didn't spend any time there. I didn't care for whatever the perfumey smell they were piping into the lobby, but other than that it was great. Rooms have a gothy vibe with a lot of black throughout, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and good linens and toiletries. Room service here was impeccably friendly and courteous, and the food was also very good-something you can't expect in a hotel really, no matter how many stars the hotel is supposed to have. We had breakfast delivered a few times, and it was always very good, with the exception of a so so avocado toast one day. It comes from the restaurant up top, Kost, which is also worth a stop (see my review). I didn't try the Japanese restaurant on site, but the French Made cafe through the lobby is worth a stop for excellent croissants and pastries and a cappucino. Location is excellent, with King street just around the corner, metro stops just a few blocks walk, and the CN tower less than 10 minutes away. There are other parts of the city I'd like to stay in, but this was generally a great location for getting around to where ever we needed to go. Overall an excellent hotel.

Yelp
I travel quite a bit and I've stayed at various hotels in different cities, and countries. The Bisha Hotel in Toronto is more than a hotel, it is a one of a kind experience. When visiting Toronto, we did not even feel the need to leave the hotel, in fact, we loved it so much we even thought about extending our stay just to spend more time at the hotel. This may sound cliche, but I truly believe Toronto would not be the same without this wonderful hotel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Anytime we needed anything they were very quick and did not hesitate to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. The hotel is very clean as well. I won't be staying anywhere else when I'm in Toronto from now on. Be sure to thank the staff during you visit, they deserve all the praise in the world.

Yelp
I'm convinced that the negative reviews for this hotel are simply rivals trying to lower their score because I had such a wonderful, incredible, absolute perfection of an experience from the moment we walked in! A lil' background... I'm from Miami & my boyfriend lives in Toronto so when I go visit him, he does some research and chooses a hotel. For the most part, they've been good but Bisha was special! Walking into the sleek, moody & sexy lobby was the perfect start complete with Basquiat on FashionTelevision blaring from the tv's above the hotel bar at Mister C's directly across from the front desk. The dark marble floors, heavy velvet curtains & all around cool, slightly dangerous (in a good way!) rock & roll , high fashion vibe was everywhere you looked & I was HERE for it! Greeting us warmly was Karan who made us feel like we were the most special people in the room. He was so lovely & explained everything we needed to know to get the most out of our stay even suggesting he make breakfast reservations for us since the restaurant got quite busy. We said our farewells & headed up to our suite. The dark, sexy, rebel vibe continued with navy walks, black couch & framed museum quality editorial images of Madonna, Naomi & others all over the wall. The bathroom was divine & to top it all off, the toiletries were BYREDO Bal d'Afrique!!! I could have died & gone to heaven (after slathering myself from head to toe with the moisturizer of course). Our entire stay was fantastic & the inly time we had an issue (the a/c seemed a bit hot), they immediately sent someone up to fix it. We ordered in room dining one nigh which was great, valet service was wonderful & Maria at the front desk was an absolute dream too. Truly every, single person we encountered here was just great. Loved the hotel, loved the ambience & especially loved the staff. Will definitely book here again next time I'm in town!

Yelp
We had the pleasure of staying at Bisha for a week. Initially, it wasn't all perfect, but the staff demonstrated their utmost kindness and warmth towards us. The management team, Ms. Jenna, is truly remarkable. She possesses excellent communication skills and is adept at making her clientele feel welcome. This is a remarkable location for the hotel, even though it is situated right by a bustling street that didn't pose any issue for us.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel with top notch service! Close enough to so many attractions that we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see.

Yelp
I'll start with the good. Excellent front desk staff, particularly impressive when I came with my hands full of packages they not only opened the door but got the elevator and pushed my floor. In general, they were very friendly whenever I entered. I also liked their choice of restaurants, three very different options and I enjoyed all of them. What I really didn't like was that the Internet only covered three devices, which meant once I logged on with my phone, iPad and personal computer I could not use my work computer. That doesn't happen in the 2020s. I also really would have liked a desk in the room (can't remember the last hotel where I didn't have one).

Yelp
Great stay, comfortable bed, art deco meets modern up scale styles great coffee shop next door

Yelp
Stayed here over the weekend after months of anticipation, but unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. There's no customer service here, the number they give uiu text is pretty much pointless. For the nightly rate this location charges youd expect more bells and whistles. We kept calling the front desk and were not getting any answers. We requested two blankets and when they came almost 40 minutes later it was one blanket from like a hospital. Seems as if a lot of weird and skeptical things happen at this hotel The pool area is really nice and definitely worth visiting. the aesthetic is amazing here but that's where it ends. The heated floors are barely that, even after being on for an extended amount of time

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here while visiting Toronto for a long weekend and we LOVED it. It's a small boutique hotel, with the feel of a much larger and more grand hotel. When we first arrived, the front desk attendant was so nice and attentive. Once we got up to our room I was very much pleased by the space. The first thing I noticed was the decor and the second was how sparkling clean everything was, which is really important to me. We had one issue, with valet parking, but the manager spoke with us, and we worked everything out. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Yelp
Classy although I wish the menu was a bit more updated it is a classic menu, the room was spacious and quiet, the lobby and restaurant were booked so please do make a reservation. This is a good location and easily walkable to many other spots.

Yelp
Came here for a holiday office party on the 43rd floor. The ground lobby looks lux with marble floors and black velvet walls. The 43rd floor too is a little dressed up with black and gold doors that resemble vaults. The hotel was quite small, not grand like most hotels but understandable for a downtown building. The party room itself was underwhelmingly small as we had to cram in over a hundred people. I think the room is Salvador but I'm not sure. Stunning view of the CN Tower and Toronto skyline though. The food was not a formal sit down but was passed around as hors d'oeuvres instead. Some tasted outstanding (pizza and squash fritter bites) while others were mediocre (serve your own tacos, tuna tartare, fries). The pizza was delicious: thin and crispy and soft. It's just what a good pizza should be. The burger sliders had a medium rare meat (not juicy) with a sweet soft buttery bun that wasnt toasted warm. The squash fritters was served on a spoon and was the best one bite thing I have ever had. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it paired so well with the rich creamy sauce and the sweetness from maple syrup. Didn't get to see the pool, bar or other areas of the hotel, but it's a nice fancy place to host events

Yelp
Ahhhh the Bisha Hotel. It was an absolutely adorable little getaway spot, just close enough to anything we wanted to walk to, but just outside of the city center so it wasn't all tourists, all the time. It is sleek and elegant, modern and luxurious. The fashion theme fits the district, and I absolutely loved my stay. The rooftop pool is also lovely, although I would skip the restaurant/bar up there, if I stayed here again.

Raven C.

Yelp
Went to the hotel, there's a manager there that knows nothing. Robert is his name. Other than him I love coming here. Wish they would do more research when hiring people.
google avatar

Yelp
During my visit, the best part of Bisha Hotel was the service and staff. It is well known for its rooftop restaurant overlooking the city of Toronto, with the CN tower ready for a pic! Can't forget the patio with an infinity pool in the centre. It's definitely aesthetic as f$@! Aside from that, the purpose of my visit was for the Rogers Cup 2018 Official Draw Ceremony. The room it was being held in has glass windows with an incredible view. The staff working the event assisted us in many ways than just one. The decor and detail of the hallways, bathrooms and overall hotel were beautiful. I would recommend this place to guests looking to spend a night in Downtown Toronto and/or grab lunch or dinner upstairs!

Rachel T.

Yelp
We loved every moment of being a guest in this hotel. The customer service was impeccable. The suite in which we stayed was just gorgeous and spacious. The hotel is centrally located with lots of great restaurants and sites near by. Would highly recommend stay here if you're looking for a boutique experience in downtown Toronto.

Yelp
I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. I had a great stay at this hotel. It is a small hotel so you can't expect the feel of a big hotel. The layout of the room was amazing and the whole decor was very hip. The bed was very comfortable. Artwork is all over the hotel and inside the rooms. I even visited the rooftop lounge and it was very nice. During the summertime I bet it would be a very nice place to hang at. Views of the cn tower from the outside area if the lounge. The hotel staff is very helpful. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Kimberly S.

Yelp
Outstanding. Best hotel we've ever experienced. The staff is complete perfection immediately providing more than you need. The club/bar is famous. Crown and dress attire is out of this world sexy and unusual. We checked in Monday late and the front desk gentleman with glasses and darker complexion was able to upgrade us to a junior suite. Highly recommend this for the most fabulous experience. The decor is impeccable and very artsy and modern. We also enjoyed the lack of children in the hotel as it's peaceful and very very very classy.

Yelp
One of my fatal flaws is my affinity for a boujee hotels. This one did not disappoint. Our room was incredible, the lobby was beautiful and the bars were great. It's definitely a pricey stay but worth the experience.

Yelp
This place has the potential to be a real luxurious hotel. After researching multiple options throughout Toronto, I chose Bisha for its location and trendy vibe. Below I have some pros and cons from my stay: PROS - 1) Staff goes above and beyond to try to accommodate you. They are friendly and respond to requests quickly. They texted me upon arrival and responded within minutes to any texts/questions I had throughout my stay. 2) The ambiance and decor are trendy and attractive. The design is not cookie-cutter and definitely has a boutique feel. CONS - Like I said above, this hotel has the potential to be really great, but there were several things that were lacking that may not bother everyone but definitely took a few stars off my review. 1) While the staff is extremely friendly and tries to accommodate all your needs, I don't feel like they have all of the resources to truly do it. Second day, the toiletries weren't replaced and I had to call down to request more. The mini bar items that we used were not replaced either. 2) By the second night, we noticed the Air Conditioning was not working although we had set the thermostat as low as it would go. A very well-meaning man came up and gave us a tiny fan (pictured) but said he wasn't able to repair the unit until someone came the next morning - it was a WARM night. 3) Other features like the heated floors seemed cool, but also did not work consistently. Overall, I was underwhelmed and a bit disappointed. Again, the 2 star review is not a reflection of the staff as they really tried hard to make everything work. Maybe management needs to re-evaluate what resources they need to give to the staff to make this closer to the 4.5 star hotel it's advertised as.

Yelp
25 people from work for 5 nights this week. Most of us in the lobby bar enjoying ourselves. The manager asked one from our party to leave because he was wearing shorts. You may have a policy, but it's yours to enforce or ignore as you see fit. Telling me that you are not affiliated with the Bisha hotel is nonsense. I don't care, and don't need to know that. Take care of your good customers, don't broadly apply policies that disrupt their experience. The bar manager and the front desk manager were unable or unwilling to fix the problem. That was disappointing.
google avatar

Kristy W.

Yelp
We searched for a fun hotel for a weekend getaway. The Bisha did not disappoint! The check in process was smooth, the valet quick, the room... that was the best part. Absolutely gorgeous rooms. Comfortable beds. Couldn't hear the traffic outside which amazed me. The decor is fun. They have a hip bar when you walk in. And a bar up on the roof with gorgeous views. I recommend checking them out. The staff was seriously amazing and attentive. This hotel will not disappoint you! I promise you that!

Yelp
Loved this place stayed here two nights and loved it. Beautiful hotel friendly staff and great experience first time in Canada and in Toronto and it was amazing thanks to this place. Drove all the way from Southern California to this place and it was our last stop in Canada before we headed back down to the states.

Yelp
I've had drinks at the Bisha bar lounge area with a girlfriend and then recently had my birthday party there. I absolutely loved it. They put together a mean dirty gin martini and an impressive old fashion (mad respect). The tequila shots are definitely on the larger size, they're more like 2 tequila shots in one, so beware. The food was impressive. Amazing service. Impeccable ambiance. You should go.

Yelp
Chic hotel with great service. Gary, Nathan and Megan will take your stay to the next level of service! Enjoyed every minute of my stay and my every need was promptly taken care of. I recommend having drinks in the stunning Mr. C bar. Ask for Nathan and he will make sure you enjoy your time there! If you have any questions when checking in ask for Megan. She will do everything to make your stay perfect. Gary the Bisha's hotelier will always make himself available to ensure every moment of your stay is exemplary.

Yelp
We stayed here just a couple weeks after they opened, they place it's very chic, the people working here from the doorman, bellboy, front desk, bartenders, hostess at the restaurant , concierge etc were super friendly and nice. The location it's perfect, right downtown and you can enjoy the amazing view of all Toronto and cn tower from the roof top restaurant! , you can sit inside or outside , they have a pool, drinks and food. It just opened while we where there and it got busy during lunch. Food by the roof top... it was good, nothing wow but good, and we noticed the Mexican touch in some of their dishes. Mussels where reaaally good though. Ok back to the hotel, the rooms were quite big ! We stayed at 2 different rooms. The first one didn't have a great view but it did have a huge terrace with a lounge area outside, you share this with 3 other rooms but there wasn't anyone staying there so it was all for us ;) Living room, with huge washroom , a tub... one downside on this is the shower, being all beautiful marble and water coming out from here it's super dangerous. Not a good design for this !! The bedroom with a good size tv and very, very comfy bed. We switched rooms because being all brand new you could still smell the paint, it was super strong and gave us a headache ! Next room was a little different layout, open concept as shown on the photos. Great view of the front street, bigger tv but not tub :( Being a new hotel, they're missing some important points, although they try really hard to make it up; after checking in we were escorted to our room by a very nice bellboy, although this nice person forgot to show us around the room, like the amenities, services , even simple stuff like how and where to turn on the lights ( took us a while to figure it out, if you've stayed here you know what I mean), he literally took our luggage to the room and that's it . They charged me more for a dry cleaning service ( didn't even mention this to the concierge) on the phone and on the sheet they said one price and when we payed the bill it was another hummm... And I love martinis, something I can't stand and call me crazy are the cheap olives in martinis, and i found it unacceptable for a hotel this nice to use this kind of olives for their drinks. There's a small cafe downstairs where you can grab a sandwich ( ohhh they were good). Overall a good experience, although there were some downsides, the staff ( specially the concierge , front desk clerk and front desk manager ) made our stay. Very nice girls who always try to make it right. Ohh and it doesn't end there, I forgot a dress and they got in contact with us to make sure we know. I'm getting back my dress this week :) We liked it and we'll be back, despite the things we didn't like we think the location , the grounds, rooftop and service were really great. I wish we spent more time at the rooftop :(

Yelp
First, this place is new. I understand there are some kinks to work out. However, there are some real issues with this hotel--especially for the price. Let's start with the jack-hammering. I am a writer who escaped to Toronto for a luxurious two-day get away. I wanted a nice, relaxing place to write. As I type, I currently have a jack-hammer gnawing steadily above my head. It sounds as if it were in the room with me. Then there is the TV-slash-mirror. There's a wonderful cool looking TV stand reaching over 6' high. Except that 3/4 of the space is not used. In fact, the TV isn't that big at all. Then there's the coffee maker. This should be easy: its a Keuring-inspired espresso maker. 2 hours later and I've destroyed 6 mini-kcups trying to get anything resembling caffeine to come out. Nothing. I've called the front desk. They swear I am just not waiting long enough for the machine to 'heat'. At this rate it will be hot just in time for summer. The shower is large and nice, but there's no where to put one's shampoo/conditioner. A simple shelf would help here. Same goes for hooks for towels. The mirror in the bathroom: worse that bathing suit lighting at a department store. I finally broke down and did my makeup in the armoire mirror. Style-wise this place is stunning. The room has a Herb Ritts-esque feel to it; the hallways are more pop-art with Andy Warhol lining the walls. The lobby is saturated in gorgeous black lacquer and velvet (though drenched in what smells like bad cologne). Again, I know this place is new, but even a simple free breakfast (or COFFEE) to put up with some of the growing-pains would have been nice. And just acknowledging this might have garnered a better feeling about this hotel. Yet, it feels impersonal and a waste. At $300 this place is a rip-off. BEST: the rooftop view. I didn't get to see much of this as it turns into an exclusive black-on-black-with-Kylie-Jenner-Instagram-eyebrows at night, but we went up on our last morning and it was unbelievable. In fact, amazing 360 view of the city, there's a pool (no one used it, but it looked fun) and dining. I will absolutely be back to eat here. The rest of the hotel, I'll skip the next trip. Special shout-out to the door guys who were the best part of the entire Toronto experience.

Anthony T.

Yelp
Amazing hotel. Service was the best I've ever experienced. Super friendly staff! Room was enormous and very clean. Ultra modern room. Even the bathroom floors were heated. Loved it and will be back

Yelp
I arrived for work and unfortunately only had two days to enjoy my stay, I wish I could have spent more time there. I was escorted to my room by Ermias from customer service and he explained the ins and outs of the hotel, spots near by and showed how to activate the heated floors ( you can warm the bathroom floors which is SUCH a plus since its snowing currently ). If you need something, you can text the front desk and they respond within a few minutes. My only regret is not seeing the rooftop as everyone was mentioning to go take a look.

Yelp
I was introduced to the Bisha Hotel through a new booking agent for our company. My team and I have had an excellent go of it on multiple visits, and as I'm leaving San Francisco to head back to Toronto, I'm excited to be heading back to the Bisha. What distinguishes the hotel is that it operates as a full ecosystem of quality and service. A lovely bakery, world-class Japanese and Korean food, a roof-top restaurant with interesting new fusion food and a view of the entire city - and finally a bar that exudes charisma and style. The rooms are forward thinking, the bed is almost too comfortable, and the playful and sensual decor are a happy surprise in a sea of travel locations. Finally and most importantly, the hotel staff are keen and on point with an attention to detail and executing on tasks smoothly. As it happens, my most recent visits have generated familiarity with the Chef Concierge Andrea (I hope I'm spelling that right), who brings a steady hand and sets a clear vision for the entire staff. At the front desk Meghan Booth is professional, alert and informed about affairs in the hotel and surrounding city; and Devin Smart is at the front door to attend to the coming and goings of all of my team regularly - always insuring that we are welcomed in from long travel with a smile, and given a head's up on the day we are about to face when we go out into the city. It's a pleasure to be a guest of the Bisha.

Yelp
Interesting restaurant in that it's lovely on the inside. The servers were nice enough. After that I don't know what happened. I waited over 2 hours in there and didn't eat because the food just never came. It literally did not come. I had to ask for my bill for them to bring it after more than an hour of waiting for sliders. They kept apologizing for the slow service but it wasn't even busy. I'd get a time confirmation from them on food. Ended up wasting my entire evening there waiting. I'm still fuming at the experience. The manager should have comped the whole meal ($8).

Yelp
A friend stayed here when in town and I went to greet him. We were invited to the grand opening party downstairs and shortly after were told we had to leave for no reason. Escorted out no explanation nothing. My friend travels for business to Toronto at least 4 times a month aside from family outings and has never had anything like this happen to him. It was an embarrassment to our city and considering the amount of money he spends when he comes here they should be ashamed. Also there's 2 elevators for the whole hotel and takes 15 mins to get one. Nice place but the service sucks. They thought becse my friend was wearing jeans he was broke, no he just dresses comfortably

Yelp
Worst hospitality that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have worked in the hospitality industry for years and I travel extremely often for work. Everyone who I encountered at this hotel was completely clueless and unaccommodating in every way. Just some of the examples include housekeeping pouring water all over my sheets instead of cleaning off a stain leaving my bed soaked, never once being offered any assistance with my heavy bags that I lugged in daily &my laundry getting lost in which I had to solve the problem myself as the front desk clerk was very unhelpful. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Yelp
Fantastic experience and the unique & chic Bisha exceeded my expeditions. Service was top notch and friendly from when I entered the hotel. Devon the concierge/bellman gave us a tour and was professional, knowledgeable of the details and was genuinely interested in us having a great experience. Rooms are large compared to many boutique hotels and the style and art won't be beat for this price point.

Yelp
My partner and I stayed at the Bisha hotel the past weekend and had a blast! The room was super clean, all the furnishings were high end and I really loved the heated floors in the bathroom. I like hotels with fun lobby bars you can stop by on your way out or for a late drink and we were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel bar, mister C, packed and playing good music both weekend nights. We also found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. Would love to stay here again sometime soon!

Yelp
This hotel was amazing as far as decor and the sense of utter luxury however, there are some major kinks and I will most likely never stay in this hotel again. The staff was cold and odd which is not a huge deal breaker but their actions were questionable and very odd at times. First of all, an hour after checking in, an alarm started to go off which my party and I assumed to be a fire alarm. After a couple minutes we found the closest set of stairs and began walking down, halfway down caution tape was across the rails blocking our way for apparently no reason. We stepped over it anyways for the sake of evacuating but after we got outside (about 5-7 minutes into the alarm going off) a voice comes over the loudspeaker to stay in place. That would've been nice to know right when the alarm started going off. Then the fire crew arrived and while some hotel staff began arbitrarily letting people back into the building, others had no idea what was going on, and others were telling people to stay downstairs. Extremely disorganized. Fast forward to later that night. My group of friends and I got back to our room at around 2am and my one friend went downstairs to ask for another blanket seeing as how she doesn't like sharing a bed and preferred to sleep on the couch. The front desk gave her an attitude about sending a blanket up and when they did send one up, the very odd member of the staff handed her the blanket and then shoved the door open to look in at the other two members of my group sleeping. It was so odd and intrusive. The staff really created an uncomfortable environment from check in to check out.

My friend took me to Bisha's restaurant KOST and we had a lovely time, I love sharing food and the menu is set up for that, the food was delicious but the chocolate lava was to die for, the rooftop it's such a great add on - loved that we were able to take our time btw dinner and dessert and bring our wine to the rooftop hang out for a bit before dessert time ;) I had a great b-day celebration.

Yelp
NOTE: This review is for the BAR ONLY! My wife and I decided to have a little date nite after work and try the bar at the Bisha for cocktails and a couple of appetizers. First off, the food was GREAT!! We had the calamari (some of the best and most unique presentation I have ever had) and the beef tartar. Second, I really love the cocktail list. It featured more whiskey and gin based drinks, not much on rum and tequilas which suits me perfectly. The ambiance is modern, and BLACK, but it was nice. If the review ended there, it would have been 4-stars, and it's what keeps this from being a 2-star. Service was HORRIBLE! There were, and we counted, 13 people in the place, with 3 at the bar. Bartenders and servers were obviously chosen for looks rather than any kind of engaging serving skill. Our server came over, said hello, and not much else (I work in the Hospitality industry, so I expect a bit more)...any kind of personal engagement would have been nice, but just "here's the menus." She came back, took our order for drinks and food, and the food arrived promptly (only 3 other tables in the place, so not surprising it was quick) yet our drinks, which should have come out well before our food were blatantly absent and she didn't even realize this when she brought the food. I looked over at the bartenders, who were obviously bored, leaning against the bar and chatting to each other, doing nothing. I had to signal our waitress and ask for the drinks again. "Oops" A good server would have brought the drinks out, and we'd probably have finished them before our food, and most likely ordered another round (getting her a bigger tip) but nope. She came back about 10 minutes later to see if we did want another round, to which I said no. Low and behold, a few minutes later a drink did come, and she says "I'll be right back with your ice on the side." Now, I didn't order another drink, and I certainly didn't order my first one with ice on the side (never heard of that when ordering a cocktail). When she came back, I apologized (not sure why I did that) and said I hadn't ordered anything. She said we had and then took it away to the kitchen (a smart thing would have been to apologize, leave it as an apology for forgetting our order in the first place, again, getting her a larger tip.) At the end, when we got our bill, there was no "thank you for coming in" or even a "we hope to see you again." I understand this place is new, and I am sure they will get the service improved, but this was not a great experience.

Yelp
Stayed here recently 3 nights for work. It's clean and if you're looking for that nightclub feel, the lobby and room decor may appeal to you. The top floor restaurant was cool with great views. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, however were not always easy to reach, which was very frustrating. Biggest drawback was smallish room and the hot water wasn't working as it should in the early mornings on consecutive days. Getting up early for a flight or meeting to have a lukewarm shower on a frozen winter morning was brutal. Not a terrible experience but wouldn't race to stay there again. And definitely not a spot for families.

Yelp
I travel to Toronto for work all the time. I stay at several hotels. This was the first and last time I'll be staying at Bisha. Upon arrival the front desk said they needed a credit card for "room and incidentals". I informed them that room was covered by the company hiring me, as is standard in my line of work. Spent a good ten minutes explaining, until they finally claimed to understand. Flash forward to check out: front desk tries to Charge me over 900CAD for the room charges. Once again I get into a long conversation and they finally seem to understand, only charging me the $80 for room service etc. 10 days later, there is a charge of $USD 708 (exchange rate) on my credit card. So I call the hotel, have a long conversation and am promised it will he corrected, and that a manager will call me "first thing in the morning." Well, two weeks pass by and No call from any manager or anyone from Bisha. My employers call, and eventually a refund is issued , that takes another 2 weeks, and it's not even $708, but $700! So I lose more due to their incompetence. Considering how many options there are in Toronto, if you're in town for business, I would stay away. I know I will.

Yelp
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and food we received last night from Bisha. I was more disappointed with the service than the food which is why my rating is so low. Every year we celebrate a friends birthday in grand style. We roll deep and come prepared to spend as this day only comes around once a year. Apparently they just hired a new GM, tall brunette, didn't get to ask her name but a number of our friends including myself found her to be very rude, dismissive, unfriendly and overall unappreciative of the fact that we chose this so called " high end" establishment to host his birthday ( that mistake will never be made again). We accounted for over 80 people in group, we easily racked up $10-$15,000 In food and drinks and in return got very poor service. The waitresses were hard to find, the cake came out with no candles, the flares had already finished burning. They wanted to charge $5 or $10 per person ( what we were told by the GM unless being new she mentioned it incorrectly) for the cake although we sure as hell did not get 80 slices of cake so not sure why that would be the charge. We had to ask for the cake to be taken back and cut. ( they brought us a knife ) we had to ask for cutlery, plates. Now we are comparing previous birthday and service experienced at places that would be considered to be in the same class as Bisha : Shangri-La, The Ritz, just to name a few. Overall there was one waitress, she had blonde hair, I found her to be on the ball until the crowd got bigger. A reservation was made so as far as staffing goes, Bisha should have been more prepared. The prices they charge for food and drinks would imply they view themselves to be top notch and what we received was sub par service. Other than being with friends, the rest was a complete and utter disappointment and on based on that, especially the interaction with the new GM, we will gladly take our business elsewhere where it will be appreciated. I may consider coming back with one or two people to see if the experience is any different and hopefully would have no need to interact with the GM as the mini tacos were quite tasty ( in sure they would be even better fresh and hot out of the oven).

Yelp
I travel a lot for work and I have not ever stayed at such an amazing hotel. No detail was spared including the staff. The rooms are large and perfectly polished. The staff from the bell hops to the front desk, bar and restaurant wait staff were outstanding. The price was incredibly reasonable also. If you come to Toronto, you will not be disappointed to have stayed here. They made my trip!

Yelp
Racist. I understand that this hotel is new and trying to figure out their clientele, but that is no excuse for discrimination. I tried to take my family (we are all young adults) to the roof for 1 quick drink to experience the wonderful views of downtown Toronto, but after being told that the rooftop was currently full and taunted that we could be let up in 30 minutes, we promptly went to have a drink at the downstairs bar. Approx. 40 minutes later we got in line. Once we reached the front of the line and we're about to be let up, one bouncer (with the denim fedora) stepped in front of the other bouncer attempting to let us up and told him not to. We were profiled. We were told that there was still no room for us on the roof although we counted 17 people leave in front of us and watched a group of our size being let up directly after us. It feels awful to be treated like that. I expected better from an establishment in such a wonderful and friendly city like Toronto.
