Bison Bar & Grill

Last night I walked over to Bison Bar & Grill for some drinks and food. Very impressed with the place! The food was great, they have a pretty darn good drink menu and the service was top notch. Had the pleasure of meeting Tim and his staff, I’ll definitely be back. Those bison tacos are the bomb dot com!!! Edit: I’ve been back yet again, this time having the bison burger and fries. Absolutely delicious! The fries are crispy and seasoned well, all of the sauces are made in house along with the pickles. Tim makes you feel welcomed and at home, it’s great having a place like this so close!

They have beer towers so that was great. Didn’t realize it was a Steelers hub until I got there. Great vibe overall but the food needs a little work. Although the Bison chili is awesome.

I really like this little neighborhood bar. The drinks are good. The staff is friendly and attentive. We had the bison dumplings. Very good and the sauce was excellent. Great Friday afternoon happy hour crowd. Lots of TVs with sports. They had a jam session with local musicians setting up when we left. I'll have to come back later on on Friday and catch the musicians.

The food and beer were awesome here. They had a great Spanish beer on tap with rosemary and honey. It was really refreshing. Also, the fries are perfectly crispy and any restaurant that gives me a squeeze bottle of house made ranch is top in my book. I had the burger, which was delicious, and my husband really enjoyed the bison dumplings with the spicy sauce. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Dallas.

Absolutely fabulous place in Dallas. I highly recommend anyone in the Dallas area to check this place out. The folks that run the joint are awesome and the food is out of this world.

This place was walkable and recommended and it did not disappoint. The fries are delicious. Mac and cheese was awesome! This place looks like a weird concrete something that could be questionable from the outside, but it's sooo wonderful!!! The inside has good seating and a patio area with pool and other games. Such a great little gem!!! Alll the food was seriously good and you could tell it's quality! Our server was new but still really great, any questions he found out the answer and was attentive. The owner Tim stopped by and introduced himself which was really nice. Plan om going back! Check it out! All of their specials are also really great, there's a different one each night which is fun! Go! Now!

Hard to put this in words, how good this was! Atmosphere is excellent, service is even better, food is incredible! We had 4 different main courses, all excellent, especially the tacos and the tamales! The dumplings were unbelievable! They make all of the food from scratch, even the sauces! The owners are so engaging. There is a good reason for the good reviews. Wish I could give it a 🔟. Hit this before it becomes too popular!

Fantastic new layout and staff. Tim has done a great job here. Had a Christmas party for our company here and we all had a great time. Good beer selection, and mixed drinks. The food menu is solid also.
