I recently hosted a milestone birthday celebration at Bisong Art Gallery, and the experience was truly exceptional. The space itself is stunning. I chose it for the location, the vibe, and the size, and it exceeded every expectation. The atmosphere there is relaxing and soothing, and from the moment guests arrived, it invited celebration, creativity, and connection. As someone who does not always feel comfortable being celebrated, this space made it feel natural and joyful. Bisong Art Gallery is a dream for art lovers. The setup was thoughtful, elevated, and beautifully curated. Every person I spoke with commented on how much they loved the space, and the event felt unforgettable in the best way. I also deeply appreciate being able to support a Black-owned business and celebrate alongside women who are creating spaces like this with excellence and intention. I got married here October 24, 2021 and it was such a beautiful and perfect venue for our wedding celebration. We loved the location and the industrial feel. The art that was displayed at the time was so unique, as was the beautiful, arched window. This venue was affordable and Carla was very accommodating and helpful. It was a very special day for us filled with love and family/friends and so happy that we were able to find this gem in the city. I would highly recommend this venue!

The vibe... Very nice venue. Parking a little tight but doable. Perfect for hosting a private event. The natural lighting in the day🥰 Everything feels so warm there. Beautiful art and the owner had a personality so calm and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

Great venue for any event. Held a gender reveal there and it was everything we needed and more. The owner is amazing and very helpful. From providing vendors to helping with layout for C19 times. From the first tour of the gallery to closing at the end of the event, I could not be more pleased with my experience at Bisong Art Gallery. For months I had planned a graduation celebration for around 50 guests and I was lucky to find this venue towards the end of my search. The gallery is beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate mid-size gatherings. While the pictures online are nice, the venue looks even better in person and can be decorated to match the vision for your event. Carla is very responsive and made the booking process as simple as possible. I cannot thank Marcos enough for his help on the day of the event, he answered all of our questions and lended a hand when needed. I could go on for days but rest assured that Bisong Art Gallery is a Five-Star establishment and you should seriously consider it for your next event.

I attended a Bootcamp at this venue. The owner was very accommodating. The room was spacious and they also had a small kitchen area. The parking is right along the building. You can rent out the gallery for events as well.

I cannot believe I have yet to review this place. My event took place in December 2022 and I can not say how much I am glad I had our event here! The location is beautiful, there is plenty of parking options and I love the industrial feel you get here. Carla, the owner was amazing in answering my questions and concerns as well as helping me set up tables and chairs. She was incredible and flexible and I appreciate her so much. Pricing is amazing and it couldn't be beat! The place is beautiful and roomy, inside and out. The young man that stayed to tend to anything we needed was also very helpful and nice. Everything was beyond perfect and easy. I would definitely do an event here again when the time calls for it. If you are thinking of booking, do it!!!!! Carla is the best and her place is just beautiful.

I can honestly say that I've not had a more intimate gallery experience in all of my years of being in Houston. Our exhibit was a hit and the production we filmed was quality. Wonderful service. Everything was magnificent!

I rented out Bisong Art Gallery for a speaking engagement/panel, and it was a great venue that's centrally located, has a nearby paid parking lot - two things requested by most event goers. The owner was easy to work with, the rental rules for setup/breakdown were fair, onsite staff was helpful, and the space was unique. If you're looking for an event space that is intimate - great for small receptions, popup dinners, painting classes, and yes, art events - Bisong is a great place to consider.

Weddings are a once in a lifetime experience not only fir the bride and groom but their guest. When the happy couple are art lovers where do you go... Bisong Art Gallery. From the moment you enter the property you feel relaxed and excited. The patio area was the perfect place for an after 5 wedding. The gentle breeze through the picturesque flowers was an welcoming experience. The scenery provided perfect setting for pictures as the sun set. As you enter the gallery, you are greeted with an awesome array of pictures. Each frame takes your breaths away because your mind begins to wonder what the artist was thinking, trying to convey and just how majestic the color array is. The intimate setting was absolutely perfect for a reception of family. There was more than enough room to dine comfortably and also get your salsa on. When trying ti find a venue for your next gathering stop right here. There was plenty of off street parking and the facilities was extremely clean.

This place is great. I attended an event here and was impressed with facility and all it had to offer. I will visit again outside of an event just to visit the Art Gallery itself.

Attending a painting class at Bisong Art Gallery was very rewarding and informative. The atmosphere there is relaxing and soothing. For a time to relax, get inspired and learn how to become a painter for income or just plain fun, try this art gallery in downtown Houston. Oscar

I happened to stumble across this gallery's website when looking for places to host my event. Let me tell you I am SO thankful I did. This place is AWESOME! From the exposed brick, to the window wall, and most importantly the art work...it created a perfect setting to throw a surprise birthday party for my art lover girlfriend. The icing on the cake for me though was the staff. I have never worked with a venue whose staff is as amazing as the venue itself. Carla (the owner) was super responsive to all my emails, worked with my schedule to come see the space and even provided suggestions to the little details. Then you have Tyler, the Director of the gallery, who was my saving grace on the day of the event. Yelp can't give me enough space to thank you for everything. Keep up the good work ladies! I'll definitely be reaching out to you both in the future.

We hosted our son's rehearsal dinner at Bisong. We wanted something different than just having it at a restaurant. Carla and her staff were wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions to make our event special. We used both the inside and outside for 50+ people. All the guests loved the venue!

I've visited the gallery many times for events. I was recently there for Art Crawl 2014. This loft-style space is absolutely gorgeous. The gallery's owner, Carla does a great job of offering various events to a variety of crowds.

Beautiful place. The owner is sweet and an amazing host. Great place to host events and view art work.
