if you’re looking for the perfect wine bar in Soho, this is it. Hugo and Emil are lovely hosts and take care of their guests. I feel like I’ve been coming here for years. Great wine selection, incredible food, and sexy music. Bring a friend, bring a date, bring your crew. You won’t be disappointed. This is a bar I’ll be a regular at.

Ran into this bar for a nightcap drink and the vibes were truly immaculate. The bartender Adrian was funny and kind with a great playlist to match. Chill vibes and great food too! Bring your crew and have a night!

Amazing service, good selection of wine. My only comment is that it was really loud, to the point I couldn't hear the person sitting right next to me. But it's a really great venue for a drink and a snack (maybe earlier in the evening is the better option if you just want to chill with a glass of vino)

My coworker - who lives in NYC - brought me here after flying in for work. We grabbed a corner seat outside (with my work back in tow). Immediately, I was blown away. Our server was knowledgeable yet approachable when asking for his recommendation. I asked for “bubbles, not sweet,” and he brought out a beautifully crisp glass (and the price was unexpectedly fantastic for the quality, and the pour). This place will definitely be on my “must go” list every time I’m in town.

went on a Thursday night after work to decompress and was not disappointed. such a great wine bar—Hugo was amazing and the food, wine and ambiance were excellent. If you still have room after drinks and charcuterie (which were already fantastic) try the crème brûlée, it was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. can’t wait to come back for more!

A lovely evening drink at Bisou. We went to there at 6pm for a drink and nibbles, and were welcomed by the host immediately who sat us down. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We sat outside and ordered two glasses of prosecco, a charcuterie board and tuna tartare. Everything was delicious and just what we needed before heading out to a show. Totally recommend!! We want to come back to try the full dinner and dessert menu next time.

Ode to Bisou, where vintages gleam, The finest wine bar, a connoisseur’s dream. In New York’s embrace, you stand so grand, A haven of flavors, both rich and planned. Your walls hold stories in every vine, With every pour, a taste divine. The reds, the whites, the blends so fine, Each glass a journey, a sip of time. The ambiance, a gentle embrace, Where warmth and elegance interlace. In laughter shared and moments bright, You turn the evening into delight. So here’s to Bisou, where wine flows free, A gem in the city’s vast tapestry. May your glasses never run dry, And your spirit continue to soar high.

10/10 - no notes. Hugo and Emile feel like hosts of the best dinner party at their home. Food is good. Wine is great. They make thoughtful recommendations and always make space for more people to join. Recommend the beef dish, crème brûlée, and the pasta. I’ve been coming almost weekly for a year.
