Jacob the bartender was FABULOUS!! Great to talk with about drinks, music, and life stuff. Wife and I were told about this place when visiting for a weekend and are extremely happy we did! The Happy hour they have is amazing. Yes, the drinks are priced accordingly (some may be high off HH). Although, Happy Hour Huckleberry Martini is amazing. Pure and simple amazing. You can stay on the happy hour menu and try all of them and be very happy. They also have some top shelf alcohols you normally won't find! The meatball and bread were good, not great- however, I would order again. I can imagine this place getting really packed and the inside is not that big. Thankfully there were only about eight of us at the bar or tables. Highly suggest going here than some hotel bars, if you are staying there.

$110 ordered 4 drinks and curds! Won’t be back. Didn’t know they existed. Small bar lots of red! Seems to have a stripper pole at the end of the bar to the left not sure what that’s about.

We were at Bistango on 7/12 for drinks and apps. The espresso martini was very theatrical and quite boozy. Beer is bottle only. Pro Tip: Widmer Hefe is unfiltered so give the bottle a couple gentle swirls to release the yeast and make it properly cloudy. BBQ tacos had great flavor, smoky and not too sweet. Steak bites could have been better with a little less salt. Vwry friendly staff abd a nice atmosphere. One big suggestion to the owner- update your website. You are advertising $9 martinis for happy hour but when you get there they are $12+!

Starting off with saying, the customer service here is exceptional! Ryan is THE guy to go with. Every drink is so tasty and crafted to perfection! The vanilla cosmo is a MUST try. Really. The huckleberry martini is always another must try. Such a great location to visit!

We stopped by for some drinks and food before a concert in the area. They weren't that busy and we got seats at the bar right away. They have a HH and we ordered a couple things on and off that menu. We had several martinis (forgot the names!).

If you are in Spokane and like martinis, this is definitely the place for you. It is an elegant space with fantastic martinis and good food. The food in particular was a pleasant surprise, as it was clearly made to order and went far beyond typical bar food. I arrived after happy hour but prices were still reasonable, especially for being in such a prime location downtown. The service was very kind and attentive. As soon as I opened the menu and saw that they had a huckleberry martini, my decision was made. I live in Colorado, which does not have huckleberries, so I absolutely love anything huckleberry-related whenever I'm in the PNW. It was an absolutely delicious drink that I have literally dreamed about since visiting Bistango. Based on the huckleberry martini, I have no doubt that their other drinks are great as well!

This place was recommended by a friend who comes here often. We were not disappointed! We had a wonderful time and the staff were exceptional! The staff was attentive and super friendly! They gave us recommendations for other places to go in Spokane. Loved the whole place, from the service, drinks and the whole vibe! We will definitely be back next time in Spokane!

New favorite happy hour spot! They have a lengthy cocktail list that's sure to please everyone. So many options! I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Rusty Nail which had Johnnie Walker and Drambuie. Yum!

Nice little place to go on a date. A little too tight, but has good ambience. Strawberry martini was great, creme brulee was okay, and I forgot what my husband ordered, but it was also good. So far all the drinks are tasty and the price is reasonable. Too bad there's no food after 8pm (we went here on Thursday), but its still a nice lil' place to hangout.

Great visit to Bistango tonight. Our server was AWESOME. Found out she was from Hawaii and went to WSU (like me!) Huckleberry Lemon Drop martinis were delicious.

We set Bistango as our meeting place at 5 on a workday - it was perfect. Not crowded like many places downtown, with a good happy hour until 6 and a nice variety of happy hour small plates and dinner if we wanted. It's also on a block that's navigable in the mess downtown. Loved the atmosphere. Pleasant bartender rushed right over for drinks to get us going - easy, we had champagne. Came right back to get us some food. Perfect!

Decided to go for a night out to treat myself, and since I hadn't tried Bistango yet I decided to stop by. Ambience was very welcoming and made for a great drinking experience. All three drinks I had were fantastic, and the third drink, the Godfather, was a fantastic recommendation by the bartender attending me. Definitely recommend going to Bistango for some high quality drinks!!

If you are looking for after work martinis or craft cocktails while out and about downtown, this is your place! I've never met a martini here I didn't like. My favorite is their vodka dirty martini, they'll make it as dirty as you like! Ask them to add some bleu cheese olives...delicious. Also try their Bloody Mary's....it's a drink and appetizers all in one. Great staff and beautiful atmosphere.

Come here for the martinis. And the wine. The food could be better but it hit the spot. I truly appreciate that they have happy hour on Friday too! Daily happy hour for certain martinis from 3-6pm, and happy hour eats daily from 4-6pm. Very intimate, low-light after-hours spot. I came with a date for happy hour and was not disappointed by the French 75 or the Malbec they had as their house wine for the evening. The server came over in a timely manner each time and took good care of us. Needless to say, there will be a second date thanks in part to this spot's set-up. I owe you one, Bistango. Food wise, we got the fish tacos and the steak bites. A few of the steak bites were a bit chewy, but they were flavored very well and paired with a bleu cheese dip. The fish tacos were surprisingly amazing, I'm just not used to the fish being fried in a fish tacos. I was a little bummed they didn't have their ahi tuna on the happy hour eats menu because I very much wanted to try it, but overall was happy with our two choices.

I ordered a simple greyhound with kettle one. They served me spoiled grapefruit juice with kettle one. Even the color was off, after a few sips I could not stomach it. Please taste your drinks before serving them to clients. I know it was office because I went to another bar and was served and it tasted right. My palette was not incorrect. Nice staff but again taste drinks before sending them out please, Not nice to leave with that taste in my mouth.

TL;DR - amazing cocktails, great bartenders, come here for drinks and conversations. This place is great, but if you're here with Ryan you're in for a treat. He is a great conversationalist and makes a mean drink. The premium is. A great option on the menu, and the ambiance is everything. Explore the menu though! They have bartenders who know how to make great cocktails, so get adventurous!!

As soon as we walked in I knew we would like this place. It's very dark with the only lighting coming from low lit sconces on the bar, candles on the tables, and a backlit bar. Fantastic ambience! We ordered the Basil Gimlet and the Jalapeño citrus. Both were outstanding. The bartender is a smooth one-man operation - expertly shaking up drinks, checking on food orders and making us feel at home. A winner. Spokane is fortunate to have this gem.

I absolutely loved this little spot. Seriously the vibes are so goood on a Friday night for happy hour right after the work week has ended. I met up with an old roommate and it was perfect. Sitting under the twinkle of their ceiling (yes my very favorite part) and reminiscing college days over some incredible huckleberry martinis was just what we needed. Our server was so great - since I posted on Instagram that there was a 20% off check in offer the swarms of my people ended up coming and going to our table for a mere three hours. Yes - I enjoy having all my friends come through my table in a restaurant because of Instagram. Happy hour included some absolutely incredible clam steak calamari - probably my favorite calamari ever. The steak bites and sauce were really great too. I was not a fan of either of the tacos but not everything can always be perfect right. I just didn't love the tortillas but emptying the tacos onto your plate into a salad was just fine with me. Especially since remember huckleberry martinis, or were we onto the cosmos by then? Hmmm.... Overall a lovely experience, very close to where I work so that is a plus too. I shall be back!

This place is amazing, and I'm a retired bar manager of a 4 star resort. The service is exquisite, how they do such amazing food out of such a small kitchen I'll never know. Great happy hour, fish and chips are so yummy.

Great place! Great drinks, wonderful and friendly service! It is obviously a favorite, especially during happy hour because it was packed. The low lighting, cozy space, and high ceiling, give the place a real martini bar feel. We will definitely return.

Turned out we had an hour to kill before our dinner reservation. Saw the sign for HH outside and decided to drop in for a drink. This place did not disappoint! $8 martinis, wine and bottles of beer on the HH menu. I had the Reems Drop (lemon drop) and hubby had a Manhattan! The bartender caramelized the sugar on the outside of my glass, so good. Service was excellent. At 25% capacity in this small place, they still had a decent amount of tables. Looking forward to coming back for another martini!

My sister and I had the tropical mojito and the orange basil mojito. Both were so refreshing! We shared the fish tacos and I highly recommend adding their salsa to it our waiter, Josh, was so kind and friendly so another bonus. After devouring the fish tacos, I reordered the mojito and my sister decided on the huckleberry martini (another great drink!) which is where we ended the night. Such an amazing first experience!!

Stopped in the other night with several friends after a movie about 10PM. A couple of patrons were seated at the bar and a couple more at the tables when we arrived. After us more patrons arrived. Kind of busy for a late weeknight. We all ordered different mixed drinks. Took a while and looking around noticed only one person working the bar and serving the tables. I think the all alone bartender/server was overwhelmed as more patrons kept arriving might be the reason there were several grumbles about our drinks in our group. My Martini was weak and mixed incorrectly. I drink Martinis, what better place than a 'Martini Lounge' to have a great Martini? Wrong! It was the worst Martini I ever had in Spokane. We might stop in again. If the drinks are poorly poured this time we'll walk.

We stopped in with a group of friends on Saturday 9/23/23 @10:00 the waitress was a witch. She wouldn't let us push our tables together, we left. I hope the bar owner is aware that our tab would have easily been $300+ we didn't appreciate attitude.

I love everything about this bar! The atmosphere is perfect! The Bartender's are the best! I highly recommend! Perfect place for date night and just having a drink with a friend. Only been 3x but it's my favorite place in Spokane. Ohhhhhhh the drinks are wonderful!!!

Very good drinks and a nice atmosphere. I had a traditional vodka martini and my friend had a lemon drop. Good service, was very nice to sit and be able to hear each other talk in the comfortable seating.

Great service, not overbearing and not ignored either. Had a fabulous 'O' martini. Jalapeño hot and sweet. Cozy corner with some Duran Duran playing. You can't get much better to meet a friend like I did- or even a romantic date.

This was walking distance to my hotel and the martini that I had was great, although I'm not a martini person. They have a lot of selections but the one I chose had chocolate (being the chocoholic that I am) and it did not disappoint! The bartender was very nice too (wish I remembered his name).

The interior and ambiance is so classy. The starry ceiling was so nice. Hubbs and I went here to share some food and a couple drinks, all of which were absolutely amazing. The staff was also super nice and attentive. Cannot wait to come back!

Had a fantastic Thursday evening experience. This was the best thing we did in Spokane, actually! First, a shout out to Ryan the bartender. As mentioned in other online reviews, he is friendly and a superb mixologist. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the bar and chatting with him and watching him. His drinks were fantastic. His Bloody Mary is well worth trying if you like them; his may be my favorite ever. We also tried his special fruit punch - only served seasonally (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Off the hook! Even if you don't want cocktails, the food is well worth going for on its own. Made to order, fresh, very reasonably priced. Kudos to the chef!! We had some small plates: fish tacos, skewers, prawn cocktail, sesame ahi - everything was excellent! Live music, too! The guitarist/singer was a one man act, played a wide range of "adult" rock, and was really friendly. Wasn't so loud that we couldn't have a conversation and we were sitting close. Unpretentious, affordable and an excellent all around experience. If we ever go back to Spokane, Bistango will definitely be at the top of our list!

The blood orange Manhattan was exceptional. The service was great. And the atmosphere was elegant.

My friends and I love going to Bistango when I'm in town! We've been coming here for years because it's just that good! They have a large selection of martinis as well as other sophisticated alcoholic beverages. Prices are reasonable...most martinis are roughly $9 and made with Grey Goose! My favorites are the key lime and creamsicle! My friend enjoys a cookie dough and the red velvet cake! This martini bar is a definite stop on your list if you're a fan of martinis! The ambiance also adds to the evening of drinks. Think dim lights, mini white lights on the ceiling, and lit candles on the tables! I wish there were more Bistango's around!

Was visiting Spokane and went to this wonderful martini lounge for a girls night! Loved it so much!! We had a great server and enjoyed trying their delicious drinks! Our favorite of the night was the house punch they were serving that night! Absolutely amazing!

Great vibes , great music, amazing cocktails. Really enjoyed it. I got a cocktail with tequila and cilantro and jalapeño (can't remember the name) recommended by Brandon and it was delicious. The owner was there serving and it's obvious she cares a lot about her patrons. First come first served -- it was packed when we got there and Brandon encouraged us to check back in so we walked around for a while and came back and got a great table.

I frigging LOVE this place... step thru the door to exit the busy downtown city. The aura of comfort by the shiny warm lights is only made perfect by the martini menu. There is something for everyone and this place is a hidden gem. Can't help but smile in a beautiful place like that with a good tasting liquor.... as I said I frigging love this place. Its round about $11 dollar drinks but the feeling of ease and comfort is priceless to me especially with a huckleberry berry lemonade Martini that makes me moan every sip...

It was Friday night date night and ended up strolling into Bistango accidentally. Happy hour had just ended and was cleared out so we got a spot right at the bar. We ordered a few different martinis and they were all great. I don't remember what they were called but I know we enjoyed them. The meatballs and egg appetizer was recommended by the bartender and he didn't disappoint. I come back here strictly for this appetizer, it's damn good. I am not sure if it because I'm always a few drinks in when I come but it's so yummy. It's Seasoned Italian sausage and meat balls, homemade zesty sauce, over easy egg topped with parmesan cheese. When you get it you have to crack the egg over the meatballs and just dig in. Their happy hour is awesome and is everyday from 4pm-6pm.

I love a good happy hour bar and this place fit the bill. We wouldn't have noticed the place if not for the sign out front specifying their happy hour specials. The place was a little dark and intimate for a Friday afternoon at 5. But we were seated right away and told of the different drinks. My husband had a Blue Moon with an orange for $3 and I had a "house" Cabernet from Patterson, WA for $5. It was pretty good. We were going to order food that looked awesome from the happy hour menu, but ran out of time. We will plan better next time.

Great place to take a date because there's no gray area for class. An establishment such as Bistango either has it, or they don't. Bistango has it. Ask for the Flaming Crow!!

Disappointing. Bartender made a Tom Collins with Sprite. Something I would expect in a dingy tavern not a Martini Bar. We were there during happy hour but I didn't get any kind of a HH discount. To add insult to injury, I ordered a Manhattan and agreed to the bartenders suggestion to use Bulleit bourbon. That's not even a top-shelf bourbon. I found out afterwards the well was Dickel which would have been fine. $4 upcharge to listen to the inexperienced bartender. Why have happy hour if you are going to "upsell" your customers to a no discount swill? Kind of smarmy and a bit of a rip off. They used to have better bartenders. Comment to Bistango's response: Your response is so predicable. Attack your customers personally if they share an unpleasant experience at your little bar. I see that you do that frequently with other customers. You should review your video. Your bartender did use Sprite and a lime garnish for a Tom Collins. I shouldn't have to explain to your staff how to make a classic cocktail. As for frequenting your bar, I can assure you that will never happen again. Your snarky response guaranteed that. BTW, Bulleit Bourbon is actually just Ancient Age in a different bottle. But you probably think that's a premium liquor as well. Sad.

Went here for drinks! Had a wonderful lemons drop, my only complaint is the torched sugar rim (sticks to glass). Definitely would recommend!

Wow! This place not only knows how to make an amazing martini, they also know how to do food up right! Recomendation: Steak Bites! I can't really recommend a drink because that's all in the palate, what I will say is you can't go wrong with their in house, home make manhattan, and also their Key Lime Pie Martini... well it's the best ever! The bartender Ryan, provided amazing service, even when the bar was super full at 5:00 rush hour. This place is intimate, classy, and well, I'm simply amazed that it took me 13 years (they opened in 2005) to discover. All I can say is, get there! It is not possible to order a drink, or food, you will not be amazed by!

The Martinis here are so fun. There are so many different combinations, literally anything you could possibly think of have been created here! There are special Bar Tender creations as well which are always delicious. The twinkly ceiling is a fun touch, and the atmosphere is great as well.
