Best of Las Vegas ain’t true. It should never make it to one of the best out of so many other amazing Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. The interior, decor, and ambience are impressive, but not the food and definitely the hospitality. Not only did the server have an unspoken attitude, but also brought us the four of our main dishes all separately with long intervals. For such high pricing, we won’t definitely be going back there.

Google
Food was outstanding, no doubt. Service was a bit lacking from what we usually get at similar places, but still worth visiting because we've heard so many people talk about how service is outstanding. We'll give it a try again. Definitely get the salad and steaks are cooked to perfection... mashed potatoes were delicious and bread basket was too! I do recommend checking it out!

Google
We dined here because it was offered as an add on for The Rat Pack is Back show. We were very pleased with the excellent quality of the each course. The atmosphere was quiet and serene. The food was delicious as was the cocktail I enjoyed.

Google
Really enjoyed this place! We had the tableside Caesar salad to start out with! Fun and delicious! I had the swordfish special and loved it, my wife had lobster ravioli and it was a hit. Chocolate tart for dessert was just ok... but our server Kevin, the "Chocolate Thunder" more than made up for it. Loved our meal and experience!

Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Las Vegas

A Night to Remember at Bistecca Italian Steakhouse We had the distinct pleasure of hosting a Chaîne des Rôtisseurs dinner at Bistecca Italian Steakhouse inside the Tuscany Suites and Casino—an evening that will long remain in our memories. The setting, service, and culinary artistry came together in a way that truly celebrated everything our society holds dear: elegance, excellence, and fellowship. Located just a few blocks from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, the Tuscany Suites and Casino may be modest in size compared to its towering neighbors, but for over 22 years, it has carved out a well-earned reputation for excellence in both food and entertainment. At its heart is Bistecca, the property’s preeminent restaurant, led by Chaîne member who is also the General Manager. It was here that over 60 members and guests gathered to indulge in a truly exceptional dining experience. The evening began with a welcoming trio of tray-passed hors d’oeuvres: Fiche Toscano (figs wrapped in prosciutto with balsamic glaze), Arancini (carnaroli rice with beef Bolognese, taleggio cheese, and parmesan fondue), and Funghi Stufati (portobello mushrooms, Italian sausage, mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, and lemon herb beurre blanc), all paired perfectly with Chateau St. John Blanc de Noirs from Carneros. To elevate the cocktail hour even further, we were treated to a special appearance by Drew Anthony, who portrays Dean Martin in the acclaimed production The Rat Pack is Back, which has been a mainstay at the Tuscany for over eight years. His performance added a touch of nostalgic charm and Las Vegas magic to the evening. As we sat down for dinner, the courses continued to impress. The first course, Burrata Pera (burrata cheese and bosc pear with basil-tarragon purée, crispy prosciutto, and balsamic vinegar), was elegantly paired with Banshee Sauvignon Blanc. This was followed by a rich and comforting Lobster Bisque topped with poached langostino tails, complemented beautifully by Foley Johnson Merlot from Rutherford. For the entrée, we enjoyed a refined presentation of Veal Saltimbocca with sage and prosciutto, served alongside Tuscan potatoes and asparagus. This course was paired with Silverado Borreo Ranch Sangiovese, providing an earthy, structured counterpoint to the savory flavors on the plate. The meal concluded with a classic Tuscan Torte a la Nonna, garnished with ginger yogurt and fresh citrus segments, paired with Banshee Brut Ten of Cups for a light, celebratory finish. This unforgettable evening was a perfect reflection of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs’ mission: to bring together lovers of fine cuisine and exceptional wines in an atmosphere of camaraderie and culinary appreciation.

Google
Lovely, quiet atmosphere with romantic lighting. Attentive service. I had an issue and the manager came and cleared it up promptly. The food was delicious. Excellent bread with a ricotta spread. Heart of palm salad was tasty and generous. I wish I had been hungrier as so much sounded good. I would like to come back to Vegas just to go here again. Close to the strip, but better prices and higher quality.

Google
Went for dinner on a Wednesday night. $300 for two 4-course meals and an aperol pitcher. I’m eating one of the desserts in my hotel room rn. Decent value for a tasting menu and portions were good. Calamari was remarkable - one of the better ones I’ve had. Ribeye was very flavorful - could be on the salty side but I like it. Service excellent. Overall a great upscale experience off the strip.

Google
The service was great, very nice dinner atmosphere. The mushroom was fabulous, the meat ball in the main course was amazing. This is a very nice place to have a very relaxing dinner with family and friends.

Yelp
This restaurant is popular. We reserved a table for 615p but wasn't seated until close to 8p. There were four reservations ahead of us that were waiting for tables. The ambiance is nice and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, the service was slow. We started with sliced bread, that was similar to a croissant in texture, served with butter and honey. I had a cup of the soup of the day - minestrone - which was chunky, fresh, and warm. We ordered the chicken piccata and the beef bolognese. I paired my bolognese with pinot noir. The portions were large and all ingredients were fresh and rich. We received a free birthday creme brulee for the honoree which was wonderful. The caramel crackling was nice and caramelized and the cream was light & yummy. We, also, received two dice-sized squares of an olive oil cake. It was simple, dense, and subtly sweet.

Yelp
We stayed at the Tuscany and decided to try the steakhouse. It was a solid "good", not great. We enjoyed our dinner. Very nice ambiance. They have an $80 special which is a benefit for a local charity. I got the ribeye which was an extra $10. I asked for medium rare, and it came out slightly above that. It was a good steak, however. Asparagus was cooked lightly so they were crunchy. Not my favorite way to eat them but they were healthy for me, right? The sweet chutney sauce on the asparagus really didn't enhance it. My wife had a house salad and she liked it. Good basket of bread and crackers. The Nona's cake was very good. It was not busy, but service was a little slow at times. Josef is a very nice waiter with a gift of gab. The busboy came and packed everything really nice and put them in bags. Nice young man.

Yelp
As a full blooded Italian foodie from the heart of Boston's North End this place offered the best meal during my stay in Vegas! I was pleasantly surprised given it's a little off the beaten path which is a nice relief! The restaurant decor is tastefully done. The service was amazing. We weren't rushed out and they couldn't have done enough for us! I will definitely return the next time I am in town. Don't walk there...RUN!!

Yelp
Surprisingly nice restaurant. We sat at the bar for appetizers and the service was excellent. The Ricotta dip and Caesar salad- amazing. The meatball appitizer is huge, more like a main course. The flavor is very good but they were a little too salty- and I like salt. The stuffed mushrooms are great! Be sure to make reservations if you want a table. I'll definitely go back again.

Yelp
This place was amazing! Wonderful ambiance the food was so yummy. We did the rat pack is back show it came with a soup or salad an entree and a dessert.

Yelp
Surprisingly, this is definitely a hidden gym right off the strip. The food was amazing and the vibe was like the late 1960s Vegas. Also, the service is incredible. I definitely found my new secret spot.

Yelp
This is definitely an under-the-radar spot. My UNLV advisor took me here tonight to celebrate my recent promotion. She is retired but is still hanging around Vegas, and I am in town for spring break. She told me we are going to Bistecca, but I could not find it on Yelp! Turns out Tuscany Gardens changed its name to Bistecca last week. I walked here from the Bellagio (ironic, since I just visited Italy a few weeks ago and then walked from Bellagio to Tuscany here, ha)! Our server Kevin was a hoot. We started with glasses of prosecco and "Lake Mead Cocktail" (AKA tap water). We were given a bread basket with dipping oil and seasoning. Our starter was the shrimp cocktail, but it was served on a long platter with herbs and butter, with lemon and cocktail sauce on the side. It was nice. We both ordered the 8 oz filet, so I was able to work on my protein intake! We also split the broccolini and Tuscan potatoes side dishes. Everything was great: cooked perfectly, seasoned well, juicy and tender. She got another glass of prosecco, and I ordered the yuzu palmer mocktail. I love yuzu and iced tea so it was quite perfect for me! We were too stuffed for dessert but the bananas foster sounded enticing! I would definitely come back and try other dishes. Though the steak was awesome, there are many interesting Italian dishes to try. Buon appetito!

Yelp
Over 15 years ago, we stayed at this hotel and ate at this restaurant. I have wanted to come back here for so long just to get the ossobuco again. They have attire guidelines (including no hats) so check with them in advance. 5/5 - Bananas Foster Flambe: Bananas are flambéd tableside with banana liqueur and served with vanilla gelato. Amazing! 5/5 - Spaghetti Bolognese: No bells and whistles, but exactly what my husband wanted! Just a wonderful plate of spaghetti 5/5 - 24oz Veal Osso Buco: Braised bone-in veal shank served with saffron risotto. The first ossobuco I ever had was from here. It was AMAZING! This is a different recipe and a different risotto. It wasn't as good as the first one, but it was still incredible. So tender. If you are not a fan of saffron, you can also get this with fettucine. 4/5 - Rigatoni: Rigatoni with guanciale, prosciutto, spicy vodka sauce, topped with mozzarella marinated in basil oil and prosciutto bread crumbs. 4/5 - Arancini: Carnaroli rice, beef bolognese, stuffed with taleggio cheese, vodka sauce. This was really tasty! 4/5 - 8oz Filet Mignon: Topped with a cipollini onion 4/5 - Calamari Fritti: Crispy Calamari, hot cherry peppers, pepperoncini with marinara and lemon garlic aioli 3/5 - Chocolate Tart: chocolate tart, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, candied hazelnut. Pretty good. 3/5 - Crispy Squash Blossoms: Almond/ricotta filling, roasted almonds, parmesan cheese and purple cauliflower puree. 2/5 - Blackberry Old Fashioned: Buffalo Trace, blackberry thyme syrup, bitters. Meh. 1/5 - Lobster Mac 'n' Cheese: Orecchiette, mornay sauce, lobster and breadcrumbs. Not a good mac and cheese and definitely a let-down after the amazing version from CHICA the night before. Food came out to 3.6 stars. The server was great and the tableside presentation was awesome, so I will bump it up to 4 stars.

Yelp
April 9th, 2024 at 6:40pm I was treating my friend out for dinner- he has terminal cancer so I wanted it to be nice. We sat for about 8 minutes before an older blonde / grey waitress acknowledged us. I think her name may be Linda. We finally ordered everything at once - it seemed the service would likely be average or worse. The bread came with a bowl of balsamic vinegar and pepper flakes. No olive oil, salt, pepper or butter. Not good - See picture. The lukewarm asparagus was covered in a sweet chutney sauce - not good. Two very small baked potatoes arrived cold....the steaks were properly prepared. Hard to give this steakhouse 3 stars. It's located in the Tuscan Casino and Hotel. I paid $230 + for a cold substandard dinner with average (no personality) service...she likes to hand out her business cards.

Yelp
Kevin was a most graceful and courteous server. The meal was part of a dinner and show package to see the Rat Pack is Back at the Tuscany Inn Casino. I recommend this. My wife booked the package on recommendation from one of her clients. We arrived and decided on the filete mignon entree that followed a delicious spring mix greens salad that had the house Italian dressing. The flavor palette of the vinaigrette salad dressing has a citrus note which was served with the right amount. The ambiance is very classy and comfortable. Kevin served me an Old Fashioned that was also made to perfection that I suspected used Woodford Reserve. I confirmed this after I was able to see the Bartender craft one for another patron that sat at a table across from our table. This was an awesome experience that was a one of kind at an off LV strip casino. I recommend this location!

Yelp
I've been here a few times, and I'm a little on the fence. One of my visits, I took my managers here for dinner, and unfortunately, they were not impressed with the food. Service is always good, and HH is available at the bar. The fried calamari and mushrooms are always hits. The rest (see photos) are okay. Since the Tuscany Hotel is close to 3 of my offices, I tend to come here after work to treat out of town visitors from my Corporate Office.

Yelp
Back to 5 stars. First time back since name change. Service has always been excellent. Now the food back to top notch. Aps were very good but the steaks stole the show. Skip the duck ragu.

Yelp
During a recent jaunt to LV, we dined at the Tuscany Gardens, an Italian Steakhouse, and we had a very delightful and classy dining experience. Upon arriving we were seated promptly, and our pleasant hostess came to greet us and take our drink orders. We ordered two Old Fashions and after a thirsty sip, its warm relaxing effects hit and settled in. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The dining area, tables, and booths are crafted with stylish materials and master hands for an intimate family gathering or a romantic backdrop. The lighting at Tuscany Gardens felt comfortable, soothing and friendly. We ordered a deliciously grilled Filet Mignon, baby vegetables, house salad, mashed potatoes, Tiramisu and Creme Brulee. The food, desserts, the service, drinks and ambiance were sensational. After leaving I started thinking this was definitely my favorite restaurant of 2023. I can't wait to return gain. We had a wonderful hostess and efficient waiters. Parking was free and it was a night to remember.

Yelp
Food was on point. The first time we visited last week, we had Thom. He was so engaging and friendly. His service was awesome. We had chicken picatta, and my husband had the chicken marsala. The portions were huge. Great tiramusu, too. Second time visiting in a week. Leah was fantastic. Very friendly server. Food portions are wonderful. You can share a main dish. Calamari is so delicious. We had the hearts of palm salad that we shared. Desserts are so tasty. Overall, I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Yelp
Very classic Italian vibe. At first we thought it was straight up classic Italian but they also serve some modern Italian cuisine. The osso buco with linguine, scallop with langoustine risotto, squash ravioli and stuffed mushrooms were some of the highlights. They poured and smoked cocktails at the table, made our caesar salad and bananas fosters table-side which was a definite plus. Service was on point. They knew what to recommend and the the manager Nikola was going around and checking up on tables. Make sure to save room for dessert! The tiramisu and bananas fosters were the winners for the night!

Yelp
A new version of one of the best steakhouses close to the strip was our pick of the week for dinner. Bistecca shows a all-new menu featuring high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a much more social and intimate room to dine. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, table side Caesar salad. The variety of prime-grade USDA steak cuts including Bone-In and Boneless Rib eye, Scotch Filet, Butchers Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, NY Strip, 36oz Porterhouse and Filet Mignon. The staff was quick to start us of with Amuse, a grilled baguette, with wild mushroom/truffle cheese. Next up was Kalamansi, kumquat, radish, olive oil and herbs, followed by signature meatballs, with pork, beef, veal, marinara, mozzarella and Parmesan on crostini. Branzino was the fish of the evening, pan seared with romanesco. Butternut squash ravioli topped off one of the vegetables dishes. Filling up the last course was Filet mignon, with foie gras, and creamed spinach. Each course totally paired with more Delicious wines. A warm Budino (desert) made of Gianduja chocolate and salted caramel with a cafe o lei was the perfect setting. Indulge in one of their scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from the 'Wine Spectator' award-winning wine list. And, to enhance your Las Vegas restaurant dining experience, they also have signature cocktails, and a totally full bar. Manager Christian Clinton as a great host, while Frankie Orantes as Executive Chef and Jean-Noel Derval Sous Chef have worked hand in hand to create the marvelous dishes that they serve. The original artwork in Bistecca highlights seven pieces created by contemporary visual artist, Patrizia Didiomete. Her work matches the theme of the room. There is a full menu and you can hear music from the lounge next door. Free parking which in Las Vegas is mostly gone makes a great addition to dining in the Tuscany. On Flamingo. Hours from 4:30 on. Reservations are recommended via OpenTable or by calling 702-893-8933 for reservations and group dining.

Yelp
Great service and fantastic food. It's a little pricey, but worth the price. Steak was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. Butternut squash ravioli melted in your mouth.

Yelp
Made dinner reservations upon arrival their bathrooms must have been broken the entire hallways smelt horrible. The restaurant thank goodness did not harbor that horrific smell. Inside the restaurant was dim lighting semi formal wear no hats except cowboy hats. The gal that sat us and took our drink order and was very responsive to us well. Our actual server was not great at all she checked on us very limited we asked for chives for the baked potato along salt & pepper we waited and had almost the entire potato was eaten before the salt & pepper came to our table. As for chives she mention they had none. During our meals the gal that sat us came checking on us refilling our distilled water graciously, she was great! Once we were done with our meals our server picked up all items in one shot never asking if we'd like dessert which I was wanting dessert. I requested a dessert menu then ordered an ice cream dessert called Affogato. OMG! It took forever to get my dessert I literally thought our server forgot about us. As she brought later way later under her breath she said sorry it took so long. It was nothing to jump up and down about it was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with Carmel drizzle and a small cup of coffee on the side of it. The steak ordered was (Medium Rare) as we requested it to be (Medium Well) and the spaghetti was decent. I don't think we will be eating here again. The meal presentation was nice but the quality was not there and neither was the service from our main server.

Yelp
Good for comps, lacks attention to detail if paying with cash. Mostly packed with oldies seeing rat pack show

Bobbi S.

Yelp
Service, luke warm engagement at best. Hostess and waiter had very minimal customer service skills. Atmosphere, stuffy like a country club vibe. Half the restaurant was empty on a Friday night holiday weekend. Food, the stuffed mushrooms were fabulous, well portioned and very flavorful cheese, sausage and spices. Burrata salad, looked good but fell flat on taste, no lemon aioli drizzle. Bolognese was delicious, hearty, rich yet mild Marina sauce, true Italian dish. Chicken Marsala was a fail, heavy, thick sauce over thin slices of chicken and mushrooms buried under a sticky dressing. The "crispy" potatoes were left over breakfast potatoes topped with think slices of cold Parmesan. Red wine was not thermostatically chilled, Sangiovese was flat, zero tannins, no finish and atypical of any Sangiovese. Waiter suggested the cab next. Neither pour did he offer to sample before proceeding to dump the carafe into the glass. He was not a trained waiter. Cab was mildly better but still room temperature and only a medium body. We would not return.

Yelp
This one is a family favorite. The staff is friendly and attentive. Our group enjoyed very diverse menu selections between fish, chicken and various pasta. Everyone enjoyed their entries. The vegan selections were exceptionally limited. They did a great job accommodating with a salad and mixed vegetable pasta. The atmosphere is very comfortable for a nice family dinner. It's worth noting that the lounge across the hall had live entertainment. Rita Lim and band is very talented with diverse music selection.

Yelp
I had dinner here with a friend on 06/15/24. This was my first time visiting Bistecca and the Tuscany Suites and Casino. I was impressed! The restaurant is very nice. I had reservations. We were warmly greeted and quickly seated. The wait staff were awesome; very attentive. Of course they had recommendations. The prices are a bit lower than on the strip, but the service and food were just as good. We order one cocktail and a chocolate Espresso martini. For the main course we ordered the house salad to be split between us. The salad is huge and is perfect for two; it was great! We also ordered the Bolognese as the main dish. Again, it is very large and perfect for splitting. It was tasty and flavorful. Finally, we ordered one slice of Cheesecake and I do believe it was the best I've ever had. Covered with carmel and whipped cream, it was decadent. Total bill with tax but without tip was $104. Not bad in Vegas where the bill can easily exceed $200. I highly recommend Bistecca, an Italian Steakhouse. It was great and I will come here again.

Yelp
Started at the bar with a great greek martini made with vodka from olive oil. Amazing and hard to find that brand. Bartender was very knowledgeable. Then Sat at a wonderful table number 1 corner booth where the staff was exceptional. Best eggplant parm I have ever had and the osso bucco is spectacular. We had it with spaghetti and the sauce they have is delicious. A hidden gem off the strip in a surprisingly cozy Tuscan style hotel.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! I had never taken the time to eat here, but it was recommended by a friend. And I'm so glad I brought my family in to check it out. Very elegant ambience with professional staff all around. Our server, Josef, was fun and knowledgeable. Between the 4 of us, we sampled about 5 things in the menu - all of which were very tasty - plus 2 of the desserts! All in all a lovely experience and I highly recommend trying it

Michael K.

Yelp
We are 3 local who gamble at the Tuscany every week and normally use our comp $$ in either Marilyn's or the Pub. Since we have amassed a large amount of comps we decided to try Bistecca for the first time. The menu in a mix from their old Italian menu and new steakhouse menu. We were promptly greeted by wait staff who cleared the fourth setting and filled our water glasses. Our waiter Cristobal came with menus and asked if we would like anything from the bar. After a few moments he came back an took our orders. He came a few moments later and asked if I wanted my Caesar salad with the appetizer or after, I said after. We had a fantastic calamari fritti ($18) appetizer with small but nice and crispy calamari and red and green peppers with two yummy dipping sauces. Hey, were off to a good start. My Caesar ($15) salad came, and it was a nice large salad with ample dressing and 3 yummy anchovies and nice slices of cheese. This was really good, a nice creamy garlicky Cassar dressing. After finishing that we waited a good 15 minutes, but we kept noshing on that nice basket of breads and lavash which came with an olive oil dipping sauce and then we asked for butter. Our 3 mains finally arrived and looked decent enough but,!! Uriel had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo ($39) which he had asked for extra spicy even though it is supposed to be a spicy dish - diavolo - devil. No spice whatsoever and only 5 shrimp with is the new norm. He asked for chili flakes and received them. He said it was good but the sauce was on the sweet side. He did not finish it. I had the Sunday Gravy ($36) which was a meat sauce in over the yummiest pappardelle pasta. What I did not like was the sliced sausages in the dish instead of being ground up in the meat sauce. Also, the sauce was too sweet and tasted Identical to the Diavolo sauce. I put all the sausage aside and only ate about half the pasta with some meat sauce. Ignacio went with the Lobster Ravioli ($46) which was 6 raviolis filled with may a teaspoon of lobster paste and a very small piece of claw meat on top. Ignacio finished his dish. The wait staff took decent care of us filling the water, refreshing the bread, bringing the food and removing plates. Not once did our waiter Cristobal return to the table since the start of our meal to ask how our food was or if we needed anything. We had to hand flag him down to ask for the check and even then, he did not ask how our meal was. The bill came to $171 which was fully paid for using our comp $$$. We normally tip 40-50% but because of the lack of attention from Cristobal we only left $40, but, we did slip some $$ to the 2 wait staff that did take care of us. Will we come again, YES! because we still have a ton of comp $$$, However next time we will try the Steaks and that tableside Caesar and charcuterie board looked might fine. The 3 amigos.

Yelp
The location of the restaurant is at the edge of the Strip. The dining area is elegant. Other reviews--service excellent. Entrees--good. Cost per meal--high. But again, where is the food not high?

Steve S.

Yelp
We kicked off a 7 person family Vegas gathering on a Tues with dinner at Bistecca which is located off of the Strip in the quiet Tuscany Suites. We started with a variety of beers and cocktails with calamari, soups, salads and stuffed mushrooms. All beverages were spot on and the starters were enjoyed by everyone. Our mains included chicken Marsala, a crazy large delicious butterflied veal chop special and a several cuts of steak. While the veal chop was the star of the mains, the steaks were cooked to perfection and the accompanying sauces were very good too. Our server had a wonderful attitude and was attentive. The only issue came at the end when our bill included a fixed gratuity due to our party size, I wish it would have been disclosed at the beginning.

Yelp
I really hate to tell people about this local's diamond in the ruff, but I want them to succeed more than I want the locals to have our own spot. TG is AMAZING, the food is top-notch, the service is impeccable and if you are celebrating an event let them know ahead of time, they will assist you in marking the special occasion. Kevin assisted me in a 7-person birthday dinner, the champagne and charcuterie boards were chosen with one phone call to Kevin. Dinner was better than their menu suggests. Kevin is a GEM!! He deserves a raise! It will be non-stop entertainment, a wealth of knowledge and please ask him his entertainment name LOL GET THE TABLE PREPARED CEASAR SIDE SALAD! You have not tasted a Ceasar salad until Kevin prepares it table side!

Yelp
Lovely atmosphere. Gorgeous decor and professional friendly staff. We all had different plates. Each was delicious. The Chicken Marsala was tender and well seasoned. The Pasta with Meatballs was generous portion. The Eggplant Parm was huge and delightful.

Yelp
A great ambience and very courteous staff. Meal was well prepared; I had a large chop but it was prepared rather uniquely it pounding the meat down into a thin cutlet of sorts. Cooked breaded, it was quite good but I was just not expecting the preparation. Still a great restaurant off the strip for a real Italian meal.

My wife and I had thanksgiving here and the food was delicious. However they seemed very short staffed and the service was slow at best . There seemed to be one server about 8 tables I have been here in the past and the service was just as bad sorry to say . One last note they tried to implement a no hat policy which is a little ridiculous in a restaurant in a casino I believe they are trying to to be something they are not

Yelp
Staying at the Tuscany for a week. Decided to splurge, so made a reservation for this evening at 7. When we arrived, we were told they were behind, hadn't seated their 6:45 reservations yet, and "the seating was everywhere" - whatever that means. Looked like they sat a large party and non-res customers to capacity and they put themselves in the weeds. What's the point of reserving a table if they don't know how to seat their restaurant to honor them? Decided not to wait the 20-30 mins and ate elsewhere. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars.

Yelp
This was honestly all around a wonderful meal. From the moment we were seated our waiter was very pleasant and polite. We went in on a night that wasn't too busy. The location is very intimate perfect place to bring a date. There's a small bar located right inside with a wonderful view into the center of the resort. I had the pork special and it was beyond tender and absolutely delicious. The meat literally melted in my mouth and the accompanying veg was absolutely amazing. The rest of my party actually ordered the chicken parmesan and the portion size on this is absolutely overwhelming in the best way. The pasta tasted wonderfully fresh the chicken was cooked perfectly and it may have been the best chicken parmesan I've ever eaten in my life. I don't drink but the rest of my party did and their alcoholic beverages they said were wonderful. All in all a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back.

Yelp
I think that this is the best Italian restaurant...one of the best ones. I know of two more that I really really love in Vegas. This place is very nice and a good place to go to for a date. The staff is nice, the food is good, and the drinks are awesome. I don't get to eat here very often. When we are getting something to go, we sit at the bar and gab with the bartender. He made this really good Moscow mule with big pieces of candied ginger. I loved this so much. We always get the fish. It is so good. I love the sauce. Our friend typically gets the veal; it must be really good because he always gets this to go. This would probably be one of my recommendations for a fancy date.

Yelp
Stopped in here for dinner one night On Vegas with the family. Place was very classy and upscale. Our waitress was amazing. Very personable and good at what she does. I got the veal parm and it was tasty. Good flavor good sauce and good noodles. The wife got a seafood platter that she enjoyed. My oldest daughter wanted to break the bank and get lobster ravioli. She devoured it. So it scored high with her. Two of my other kids shared a huge meatball. My second oldest is very picky and even she decimated it. Which is the highest praise you can get it she finishes her plate. On the pricey end but you expect that in Vegas. All in all a very nice and tasty Italian establishment.

Yelp
Didn't care too much for this place. Expected a lot more for the outrageously priced steak and didn't get it. Expected a baked potato, mashed potato's, a veggie, something next to the steak, but nothing. Just a piece of steak on a plate. My wife ordered the salmon, Very DRY and now she's not feeling well. I've had better salmon at Applebees. Overall I expected more, a lot more and didn't get it. Very disappointing! Definitely would not recommend this place or eat here again. Hotel's pretty descent thou. So there's that.

Yelp
Enjoyed the Tex-Italian options, quite unique. The burrito was fantastic and the staff was attentive even though I got the meal to go. Definitely recommended.

Yelp
Its Been a long time I haven't ate that bad ... The chicken Marsala was just horrible .. mushroom straight from the can to the plate, pieces of chicken breast all chewy. Took a tiramisu Hoping for a better end ... how do you mess up a tiramisu (dry !). Kitchen staff needs to take a trip to Italy ... because they have just the name. Skip it.

Yelp
My boyfriend is a big fan of this Italian restaurant and as we were going to see a show at the Tuscany, it was a good occasion to have dinner beforehand here. Very beautiful and classy establishment. We made a reservation for 5.45pm. It wasn't too busy but surprisingly a decent amount of people for this early. We were seated in a boot. The bread was complimentary, I loved the cheese cracker over the slices of the French baguette - so good! We both ordered a Moscow mule. Very good and I asked not sour which was done properly. We ordered the hearts of palms salad and meatballs from the appetizers. I could eat the hearts of palms salad any time of the day, all day: so good! Avocado, capers, cherry tomatoes... with a delicious mustard dressing. The meatballs was served with 2. They were so enormous that I didn't want to order a main course after this. Very good with excellent marinara sauce, so good that I asked extra. Topped with cheeses - yum. We ordered the lobster ravioli to share as a main. As I predicted by the other reviews - excellent dish!! Solid raviolis (5 pieces) in a lobster bisque flavor like sauce, topped off with some lobster meat. This restaurant had great service, food and drinks. Surprisingly pleasant for the location!! I'd love to come back!

Yelp
Located inside Tuscany Suites & Casino, it was in celebration of a birthday that six guests sat down on Tuscany Gardens' outside patio, the sound of screaming children in a nearby pool and 90s R&B a bit off-theme as servers presented menus featuring upscale Italian Cuisine. The signature Restaurant of a twenty-year old Resort, easy to overlook given its off-Strip location, it is from Chef Sean Roe that guests diners are invited to enjoy approachable classics, a Shellfish Platter starting the night fresh at a fair price alongside three styles of Bread including regrettably dry Focaccia. "Inspired by the Tuscany region of Northern Italy," a bevy of tableside preparations offered to enhance the experience despite servers who've yet to figure out how to wear a mask, it was as a proper Caesar was created that Beets and Hearts of Palm were served, the former's Burrata far less milky than most though the Produce itself was excellent. Busy on the day Las Vegas' Pandemic precautions were further-relaxed, a fifty minute wait separating the last bites of Salad from Entrees, diners will find dubious value is $26 Chicken or $35 Veal served with Sauce, perhaps 5oz of Meat better with Mushrooms and Masala while the Sea Bass with spicy Tomatoes is admittedly excellent at $43. Not the sort of place to take chances, sides such as Potatoes and Fries also featuring slightly over-reduced Risotto, fans of a good Steak will find it in the 32oz Italian Porterhouse offered at 25% less than most places on-Strip while Tuscany Gardens' Osso Buco is equally fall-from-the-bone delicious than Ferraro's, but $6 more expensive. Rounding out the savories with Seafood Linguini, an off-menu special plating Noodles at the center of a hemisected Lobster, Dessert saw a light breeze slow the tableside theatrics of Bananas Foster to an intermittent simmer while Cheesecake spiked with Sparklers was showy but otherwise basic.

Yelp
Honestly this place has definitely gone down hill....... Literally the second time that they messed up the order and took for EVER. This is our left overs because we just didn't want to eat there after we waited for over an hour for our complete order. It wasn't the waiter's fault from what we gathered. Honestly Olive Garden sounds good right about now.

Yelp
Just an overall disappointing experience! Tuscany Gardens is known to be not only a locals Italian spot, but also for visitors as the have the pre-meal experience that accompanies the hugely popular Rat Pack show in the Copa Room! Bringing some out of town visitors to the restaurant without trying it first was totally on me! How everything played out after that was completely on them. Seated promptly with pre-arranged reservations was a good start. Asking three times to have lemons brought to the table for the guests was a tough pill to swallow! Bringing eveyone's dishes out lukewarm at best was extremely disappointing. Clearing the table while two guests were stil working on their entrees was embarrassing! Perhaps the final straw was the server bringing me the bill, returning literally two minutes later and standing beside of me as to prompt me to pay her now! I literally ignored her due to the restaurant having emptied out, as I assume everyone left to go to the show, and seeing as how we were all in a deep conversation. Though hard to judge the food when the service was bad and food was lukewarm, I can say the portion sizes are very nice. The lasagna, chicken parmesan, chicken marsala, and chicken alfredo were all nice looking in presentation...but too lukewarm to know the quality. Hard to understand how an Italian restaurant that proclaims to be a "finer" experience could be so "off" in so many aspects!

Yelp
Had a lovely time here last night! Even though it was crowded, we arrived early and were able to get a seat at the bar for Social Hour, which had great food and drink specials (5-7pm). Our bartender, Jason, was awesome, going way above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of, even though he was super busy with a large group to make drinks for. Will definitely be back!
