Excellent cuisine, wonderful service and accommodations, and most importantly a superb selection of flavors! Our welcome was warm and friendly, our waiter was first class and funny, and our meal was delectable and tantalizing to all senses. Clearly there has been great thought and execution in each step, from the front of house to the back of house. Everything was served perfectly, attentively, and gracefully. I will gladly drive back out here from Las Vegas, for my next meal with Bistro 45 with great anticipation for the next exciting adventure! Keep up the great work!

We had the pleasure of hosting our son’s rehearsal dinner at bistro 45. When we originally tried this restaurant, I knew walking up to the building and seeing the beautiful French architecture outside that this was going to be a unique place. We were greeted immediately by the owner, Robert and from there on it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is beautiful and well planned, with such an inviting influence. A perfect place to dine with a person you love or for special occasions like we had. The service went above and beyond our expectations with every little detail thought out. Any request we had was handled with urgency and care and at all times we felt like we were the only guests in the restaurant. The owner Robert is so personable and takes so much pride and care. You can tell his whole heart is in everything he does. The food was amazing. The menu carefully crafted and the food having only the best ingredients. The wine list was impressive and you can tell that it was carefully planned. Ask Robert for his Chardonnay recommendation. It is amazing. I recommend the hanger steak, the muscles and clams, and the salmon. But there are so many more great options and something for everybody. The bar is one of the most well stocked and carefully planned that I have seen in a restaurant in my experience. If you are looking for a restaurant, that’s going to make you smile and be glad that you went then this is your place.

This is a gem! The food was absolutely next level amazing. The quality of the ingredients is undeniably top notch and locally sourced. This is a family owned business. We talked to Robert, the owner on the phone to make our reservation. Our server was the son of the owner as well as Tamara. I know they treat staff well because Jose told us he’s been there for 34 years. Must be a great family. I the hanger steak and it was potentially the best steak I’ve ever had. Everything was delightfully delicious in every way. Sitting behind us was Al Rocker and Hoda Kotb, which was a nice surprise, but clearly the rich and famous enjoy this place as well.

We had such a great evening at Granville. We started upstairs at the rooftop bar — the views of the mountains were incredible, especially as the sun started to set. Great atmosphere up there, relaxed but lively. We ordered the sweet potato fries and a hazy IPA to kick things off — both hit the spot.

We threw a party for 50+ people on the heated patio. It was a wonderful event. The owner and staff could not have been nicer and more professional. The food was very tasty. It was a perfect venue for our event!

I hosted a dinner for 34 people on the patio at Bistro 45 and cannot say enough great things about the food, staff, and overall experience. Robert and Deborah were so easy to work with in advance of the event as we worked to plan our menu and were mindful of making sure our guests with dietary restrictions were accommodated. We were able to offer ample options for our guests to select from and each looked great as they came out - we heard nothing but good things about the food following the dinner. The portions were generous, but not too large. The service was great - attentive and personalized to our event. I would absolutely host at Bistro 45 again!

Food and cocktails were delicious. Service was friendly, professional and attentive. Unfortunately the atmosphere created by the other guest was shallow, banal and too international. Would definitely recommend and consider for special occasions. Looking forward to my next visit.

Yes! Friends, if you want a truly elevated fine dining experience, this is the spot! The food is flavorful, elevated, unforgettable! The service had us feeling actually relaxed and cared for. The atmosphere is perfect with a live keyboard player soflty enhancing our mood. Besides all that, the price is VERY reasonable and put other pricier spots to shame! We both got steak, mine was seerved in a red wine reduction (YUM) and my sister's was in a bone broth reduction. The pesto Ceasars salad was TO. DIE. FOR. And the deserts and coffee were some of the best ever. All house made items at this place. And the bill was on $200 for started, two complete entre's and two deserts plus bottled water and lemonade! Needless to say after the exemplary service we tipped 25%. I highly recommend treating yourself to this luxurious dining experience.
