One person business, amazing crepes. My friend ended up getting a sweet crepe after tasting the savory one for breakfast. 4500 yen for 4 crepes that comes with a side salad and a drink!

かなり久しぶりに 『Bistro Cerisier（ビストロ　スリージェ）』さんへ。 こちらは手軽に美味しいフレンチを 味わえるビストロで人気のお店です。 今回は4人で訪問したので 色々食べられるのが楽しい。 ○温製山羊チーズのサラダ 山羊のチーズが思った以上に濃厚でサラダに合う ○ピキオスのブランダード詰め 赤ピーマンの炭焼きに塩ダラとじゃがいもを詰めた バスク料理との事。 見た目はたタラコみたい。 ○フォアグラのテリーヌ？ 詳しい料理名は忘れましたが、 程よくこってりとした味付けでワインに合います。 ○仔羊骨付き背肉のロースト香草風味 やっぱり仔羊のローストは美味しい。 噛むと旨みが出て来る肉の味に 甘くてきつすぎない脂の旨み。 野菜がたっぷりなのもいい感じ。 ○カステルノーダリー風カスレ 説明では、ガチョウコンフィ、黒豚、ソーセージ等を白インゲン豆と煮込み、オーブンで焼いたあるとの事。 この料理は熱々で色んなお肉が食べられる。 インゲン豆も美味しくてお気に入り。 最後はデザートを頂いて満足。 やっぱり美味しかった。
