The food is very tasty,  well presented and has original combinations. The cuisine is very French oriented,  with too much foie gras (which is really not done any more).
The old water mill building gives the place a nice atmosphere and has just the right capacity for this type of restaurant.
Staff do their best to give a good service (even if we had a little hick-up getting different aperitifs than we asked for. )
The wine list has interesting choices, while the 3,4,5 or 6 course menu also comes with an accompanying wine selection as an option
