Google
Quaint little restaurant! I discovered this next to my workplace and fell in love! Easy tablet ordering app, fast service, clean space and delicious food! The curry chicken is my favorite. Tender on the inside, crunchy on the outside. The chicken remains crunchy even on the last bite. Their other dishes are decent also but I especially like the chicken curry.

Google
Overall the food was pretty good. The drunken noodles were the best thing there. The noodles were . The katsu curry could have had more curry, but it was still good. The Thai coffee was the worst I've ever had. It was way, WAY too sweet. Service was pretty quick, but we had to clean and bus our own table.

Finally, a place that respects the customer! When you order your drink without ice, they don’t cut corners or give you half a serving like so many others do. Here, you get the full size rich, flavorful, and exactly what you paid for. It’s especially perfect in the colder months, when nobody wants their drink watered down with ice. Their Thai tea is outstanding, packed with flavor and never diluted. This bistro sets the example of how quality and value should be done.

Came here on back to back days because the food was so good! Very Thai-inspired but also a nice fusion of other Asian flavors and cuisines. The owner Kevin is extremely nice and cares greatly about customer satisfaction and enjoyment. Loved the food, service, and ambiance, and has become a go-to stop during my work trips to Portland!

I ordered the Black Oil Tonkotsu Ramen, recommended by one of them employees and it was awesome! Great flavor and quality. Small, cute but busy space right on off the max line. Clean and very fast. I will for sure go back

What do you think a Mexican person would think of Taco Bell? A Chinese person of Panda Express? An Italian of Olive Garden? As you can guess this wasn't the authentic version of anything, and that's OK if it was good but this was far from it. I'm convince people who rated this place high has never actually tasted what the original dish is suppose to taste like. And before you say "it's fusion! It's not suppose to", I would answer, but why is it worse? For example we order: ramen, drunken noodles, basil pork and they all came out within 5 minutes max. Red flag. I had drunken noodles fresh from Bangkok and even with the vast experience in servicing dozens of people every 10 minutes, they couldn't dish that out so quickly. The fact the meat was all dry further confirms that it was precooked and they were simply reheating it on the wok. It was one of the rare times we left food behind and not even bothering to take leftovers. This was a meal made for people with no expectations nor exposure to the original dish. We won't return, even if it's free. My wife was embarrassed we took our parents here. You would have to pay me to eat here again, and even then it would be a toss up.

Hello, The Trekking Pawns here! We were looking for a good to-go place and found this gem! The person that took our order was very friendly and positive. The place was clean and comforting to sit in. The prices were reasonable and our order was quickly taken. The to-go packaging was very nice and hip looking. The owners did a great job with presentation of their establishment. When we got back to our room, the food still smelled amazing and we were very pleased with the food. The taste was great and the spice level was perfect. We got the chicken spicy basil fried rice and chicken drunken noodles. We did the second from highest spice level and it was great. I had a little left over noodles for the next day and it still tastes great! It is also located right off a train stop so it is an easy grab and go as well. Good find! @thetrekkingpawns

Google
Had the crispy pork belly and honey chicken rice bowls and both were absolutely killer. The atmosphere is very casual with mostly bar seating and a central table, with a few 4 seaters to the side. Feels super cozy. Service was fast and very nice

Yelp
A must visit if in the area! We stopped on our way back to our hotel after visiting mulnomah falls. Looked up their yelp and the pictures they had in the front of the restaurant looked delicious. It did not disappoint, we ordered the tom yum soup, the black oil ramen, and their mandarinian chicken. The tom yum soup was just as lemony, spicy, and salty as you'd like it to be! Very delicious with all toppings. I'm not an egg fan but forgot to remove it. -eggs were not thrown out yet recycled to my bf lol The black oil tonkotsu ramen was sooo tasty, very rich. Again, a must try. The mandarinian chicken was very delicious! It's a chicken katsu style cut. The breading was addicting to eat. I loved its soft and crunchy texture! The raid tea paired delicious with everything The service was friendly. Very cute Asian bistro element. Their ac isn't the best, they have lots of fans. Didn't really bother us though. Ya know! ‍ we will be back!

Yelp
I enjoyed their authentic Thai pad Thai. It's unlike pad Thai I tried before at other restaurants and I really appreciate how it tastes very authentic to the original Thai culture's way of doing pad Thai. The service was extremely pleasant and it was the perfect place to go for a leisurely lunch. And plus great prices with tons of add-on options

Yelp
Very nice service, clean, casual restaurant. Black oil ramen $17 - good flavor, lots of toppings Rangoons $8 - average All the furniture is bolted down, so you can't really get comfortable sitting on the stool. The stools also don't have a bar for your feet. I'd order again, to go.

Yelp
Great experience as a whole at Bistro Elysium. There was a long line, but it was worth it! I got a honey chicken bowl, which was very tasty. The flavor was on point, but the dish needed some vegetables and hot sauce - it was just chicken and rice. Overall would come back!

Yelp
This is a great little fast-casual pan-asian restaurant. It's got a very convenient location, adjacent to the MAX stop and across the street from WeWork. Service was friendly. I like the bar-booth-style seating -- it's efficient, allowing for a lot of seats, and was comfortable enough. I had the drunken street noddles. It was a bit greasy, but had great flavor. It was fried with some cherry tomatoes that seemed fresh. The noodles were very thin, and soaked up a lot of the sweet sauce. This was an affordable and convenient place to meet up with a friend for a quick lunch. I'm sure I'll be back.

Yelp
Bottom line...I enjoyed my lunch. Plenty of food to choose from. Interesting and inviting choices. A nice setting. The lunch I chose (Mandarin Chicken and Rice Bowl) was delicious. The sauce was bright and flavorful. Prices are fair. And the service was quick and friendly. My only complaint is the smell of cooking oil in the air. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Yelp
Very casual luncheon establishment. They are a new Asian fusion establishment open directly next to the NE 7th Ave Max stop. Quick walk in straight to the counter to order type establishment. The place is a bit bright with the south facing windows without any shading. Their menu looks to be very vegetarian friendly, vegans beware as some dishes have eggs. I ordered the Fire Ramen w/ fried chicken drumstick. There's plenty of noodles, and the coconut curry broth hit its mark, but I felt it didn't match well with the ramen noodles. I will have to try their other dishes. The tiger eggs was a nice touch, and the drumstick was decent. It's nice to see another Asian establishment opening up in the Lloyd area.
google avatar

Veronica H.

Yelp
. I ordered the drunken noodles with tofu medium spicy. They make it with egg noodles instead of the thick rice noodles. It is fusion so some dishes are different and unique. I will need to try one of their duck plates another time. The restaurant has poor ventilation so when they cook some of the super spicy dishes you will feel it in your throat! Kinda embarrassing, I was in a work meeting and I kept coughing from the spicy air! Other than that, the service is good. You order at the front, bus your own table, but they will bring the food out to you.

Yelp
This is where Little Big Burger used to be. I had the Drunkin noodles, and it was the best I've had. I'm so happy there's a great place to eat now that there aren't alot of options around Lloyd Tower!! My new favorite place. Clean, fast and friendly too!
google avatar

Cronk C.

Yelp
Smokey basil pork was wild! Very smokey and aromatic! Total umami bomb. The honey banana rolls are also fun! It would be nice to have a brown sugar syrup option for the rolls instead of honey, but still delightful. Well worth the price. Very filling. Very hearty.
google avatar

Yelp
I'll give it 3.5 stars for the fried chicken fried rice that I've tried. Although the food was nothing special, I liked the open space and individual seating options. Nicely located next to MAC stations as well and the service was good.

Yelp
Easy ordering system and friendly staff. Restaurant was clean. We got the drunk noodles (substitute glass noodles) and the black oil tonkotsu ramen. Both very delicious. Highly recommend.

Yelp
What you would expect. Food was adequate for a quick lunch and the place packed up while I was there. Left with my clothes smelling like I was a fry cook so please turn on the exhaust fan next time.

Yelp
5 stars for super friendly customer service. Just popped in for some dumplings, food came out fast and the customer service was very welcoming and kind. Excited to be back for lunch again.

Matt W.

Yelp
I have gone there a couple of times and their good is always delicious. They serve fast casual Chinese fare. The portions are a nice size and the quality is good. If you are down in the Lloyd district, I would recommend then.
google avatar

Odyne A.

Yelp
Service is very good, staff is very nice. Food is okay, vegetables are fresh and portions are good sized but it's not a got to have. I would request 1/2 sauce as every time, no matter what I order, there is way too much sauce (peanut, curry, etc.). It gets pretty busy but there isn't too much around.
google avatar

Rachel C.

Yelp
What a great place for lunch! I was greeted upon arrival. And the food came out piping hot and fresh. The Thai tea was refreshing and all the right flavors. The curry was rich, but the meat was a little tough. The crispy batter, perfection! I will be back to try other menu items!
google avatar

Gio R.

Yelp
The Ramen was delicious hit the spot after a long day out in the beautiful hikes! Tea was so refreshing definitely should try! The service was great the guy helping us was attentive & accommodating to our group of 4 will be back!

Yelp
I work in the area, and I was glad to see the old Little Big Burger location shift to this lovely Asian Fusion bistro. Service was friendly and it wasn't busy at all at 2pm on a Friday. I had the Mango Paradise with chicken medium spicy, and it was in front of me within 3 minutes of sitting down. The flavors were wonderful with generous pieces of Mango and chicken. The medium spice was a little mild for my palate, but the flavors were spot on. Ambience was good, and the dining area was spotless. I recommend getting here before it gets really known. I know I'll be back!

Yelp
Ordered some Postmates from here and was very satisfied A lot of the menu is Thai but they actually had a great katsu curry, definitely will order again. They also have fun drinks and had a BOGO at the time of ordering. The Thai Tea + Lemonade was very refreshing like a Thai Arnold Palmer. The CCC tofu was also very flavorful, it's all in the sauce. Can never have too much of that sauce.

Yelp
Was delighted by my meal. Perfect high medium heat pumpkin curry with chicken, basil, eggplant and red peppers. Generous serving in a big bowl with rice included. Liked that you order at counter, they do their magic and deliver it to your table. Large seating, a couple big long tables and many smaller ones. Quite bright inside, clean but could have a bit more ambiance.

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch while walking around and their food is amazing! I got the Smokey Basil Pork Entra Spicy and a Sprite. Definitely hit the spot! Service is fast and food presentation is great. Decor and music make for a relaxing and pleasant lunch experience.

Yelp
This is a fantastic new Asian fusion spot! I went for the Shrimp Drunk Noodles and it was hands down the best I've had in over 3 years. The freshness of the ingredients coupled with the excellent noodles has cemented this spot as my go to next time I get a craving. I paired the dish with salad roles and a Thai iced tea. Both excellent. There's a few mixture of Thai, Korean and Japanese dishes on the menu. While I went full Thai my first order I'll definitely be going back to give their ramen a try. Also, the host was super warm! Lovely people working here that make you feel welcome. With the restaurant right off the 7th street MAX line stop it's differently worth a visit.

Yelp
I can't believe there's not more reviews! I ordered some food through Uber Eats and this food is to die for. I got the pad Thai with BBQ pork and not only was the portion huge and fully of veggies, the actual pork was so tender and flavorful. I also ordered the crisp pork belly with some of their hot chili oil sauce and it was crispy, flavorful and juicy! My favorite thing though was their honey duck. I'm usually not a duck person because it's so sweet and fatty...but this duck was so crispy and bursting with flavor, plus they gave a very generous portion which I was excited about. The food was too good to capture pictures before it was devoured, but I'll get some next time! Definitely recommend giving this place a try! Edit: I ordered for a second night and I took pictures this time! First picture features the Twice Spiced Pork Belly- very spicy and so delicious! Second and my favorite still is the Honeyed Crispy Duck- it's the best thing I've eaten in a while! And their portions are so hearty! Pictures 3 and 4 are the contents for their Porco Rosso Ramen which I subbed with rice noodles. The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful and the soup base is tangy, spicy and full of flavor. I also received a Pink Cherry Phasmid from them and it's refreshing and yummy! Thank you to the mom and son who run and operate this place! I hope we can see you guys continue to grow!

Yelp
Was visiting town and needed a late night snack. Didn't have much option since it was past 10pm but found this spot and I'm glad I did! Food was flavorful and the service was great!! It's just not the best location, I had to go around few times to find a parking.

Yelp
Just visiting Portland when we decided on this place, met up with some people and we all loved it, seems to be a family owned place and only one other group of people inside. The man that served us was very nice and he had a thick accent so it was hard to understand him but he took time to let us understand what he was trying to say. And finally the food was amazing everyone loved theirs. We also got desserts at the end one of which he brought out as an extra which was so sweet of him, the desserts were a pastry one with a soft banana inside and what he called a sweet pancake.

Yelp
This business is unassuming from the outside, so we were a little nervous. The food was delicious, though! We had the mango tango curry with pork katsu, japchae, and pad Thai. Every thing came quickly and was very very good.

Roshan B.

Yelp
This was an excellent experience. The crispy pork katsu was very nice and crispy, juicy, and covered with a savory curry sauce that was so delicious. Rice is $1 extra, but I would say is a must if you're having this dish because the curry, pork katsu, and rice work so well with it. Pretty decent price for how yummy it was (currently $15 + $1 to add udon/rice). Try this please! The golden creamy crab wontons (crab rangoons) were also yummy. Very crispy with a mostly cream cheese filling. I personally like a bigger crab ragoon than this, so it's probably not one I would go back for given the price (currently $9 as of this review). Still good, solid crab rangoon/wonton. The Golden Honey Banana Rolls ($8 currently) were actually quite delicious. They were a mushy banana wrapped in a crunchy egg roll-like wrapping glazed with honey which was surprisingly way better than I was expecting. If you are off-put by the idea of there being mushy banana inside, probably not the dish for you. It was yummy though. The crunch of the roll offset the mushiness of the banana for me. I would get again. There was no wait time when we went. In fact, there was almost no one there at all which surprised me. Service was good. They came to our table and were inviting. I actually ordered my pork katsu with udon (not rice) which I told them about and they promptly gave me the udon too (with extra curry, wow!). Honestly, they did me a favor giving me the rice in the first place. It was better with the pork katsu haha. Happy accident I guess. They even brought us an extra dessert at the end which we appreciated! A couple of notes on some cons: -parking is bad in the area. Make sure to have the parking kitty app because all the places here currently require paid park unless outside of paid parking hours. -seating is uncomfortable for some since there is no backs to the stools.

Yelp
Awesome fast Asian fusion. Great pad thai and chicken katsu with curry. Great value. Piping hot to your table.
google avatar

Alessandra S.

Yelp
Everything we've gotten from here has been delicious. Ramen, curry, noodles. 10/10 would recommend
google avatar

Josephine B.

Yelp
The service was great and the food was delicious. The portions were generous and the price reasonable. I will absolutely swing by again the next time I'm in Portland.

Christopher J.

Yelp
Some of the best food in town. Super friendly staff and I have yet to try a dish I didn't like, mandarin chicken and the pad Thai are probably my favorites. Highly recommended
google avatar

Holly R.

Yelp
No atmosphere and better than average pad Thai. Noodles were thicker than normal. Good value.
google avatar

Curt T.

Yelp
The Drunken Street Noodles w/chicken (med spice) hits the mark! The people working there are super nice too! Genuinely nice, not fake. Atmosphere is kinda bland, but the food is fantastic! Going back!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is family owned with super friendly service. Very delicious Thai food! Highly recommend.

Carrie G.

Yelp
Excellent drunken noodle! The vegetables and herbs are so fresh. Friendly staff, a must visit.

Yelp
Do not sleep on this place! Late night ghost kitchens can be kinda sus, I get it- but this place is legit. We've had soooo many orders from them and everything has been delicious! I also appreciate that when you ask for spicy, it's actually spicy. Hopefully they'll have a brick and mortar location in the future to visit. I'd happily support them!

Kammu J.

Yelp
Second time coming to this place, so good the first and just as great the second. The food was addicting and fresh, worth the wait, no matter wait. Service was great, friendly voices and very inviting. Best Asian food I've ever had and a must visit place in Portland. 6/5 stars

Jenelle P.

Yelp
The food is amazing! I had PB Rama with crispy tofu and it was the best tofu treatment I think I've ever had.

Saru N.

Yelp
Friendly staff & good food. A variety of options are available for vegans & vegetarians. Worth the visit.

Remi M.

Yelp
This place is so delicious, the noodle dishes and the ramen are to die for. Friendly and quick service as well
google avatar

Nicholas S.

Yelp
This ghost kitchen is a perfect late night meal. Japchae was delicious, so were the mini dumplings. The edamame also had a salty sweet sauce that was good.
google avatar

Katie D.

Yelp
Food was absolutely delicious! Great portion sizes, full of flavor and balance! The glass noodles were some of the best and you must try the spicy chicken bao !!!! The varieties of boa are some of the best food I've ever had.

Alice R.

Yelp
Just tried this place for the first time today and it was delicious!! We ordered the honey crispy chicken and mango paradise with tofu and both were sooo good. The veggies were super fresh, sauce was flavorful and spicy but not overpowering. We will definitely be coming back again! So happy to have this spot in the neighborhood

Nguyen O.

Yelp
Their Pad Thai was so good! Ordered past midnight via Uber Eats and received the food within 15 mins.

Tony B.

Yelp
Service was amazing! Food was delicious! We loved all the cute wicker baskets hanging from the ceiling and clean and organized atmosphere. I enjoyed the Black Oil Tonkatsu Ramen (and loved it) and the rest of my family enjoyed everything that was served to us. They even brought us a treat on the house at the end! We love Blisstro Elysium! Thank you!
