Absolutely fantastic! We sat in the terrace and let us amaze by fantastic wine and superb food. The service was above 5 stars. Recommended to anyone who likes to experience a good dinner.

We went in for lunch and we really liked the dishes and the friendly Jordanese service here. The lunch menu featured some interesting twists on classics like a coquille Rockefeller, a Jordanese style meatball on Brioche bun and stroopwafel style ice cream sandwich. Don't think of big dishes but smaller items . All came out quick, with friendly service, very tasty, albeit leaning on the expensive side given the size, but flawless quality. I think the restaurant is still finding their style and positioning but I thought it was certainly worth the visit and would consider coming back for the dinner menu

we had a nice dinner at this restaurant and the service was very good (and a special thanks to carlo, who was very helpful and kind). food was pretty good especially the wagyu entrecôte. we also highly suggest the yuzu sake as digestive. we defeated recommend this place.

Thank you Féline, we had a great experience here. We ordered onion soup, asparagus, avocados, steak, and lobster dish (pasta(?)). All the dishes were so great! especially onion soup! so surprisingly good taste. Thank you Ramxy for serving us, he made our dinner experience even better :) The vibe here is also good, very romantic and chilling.

One of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of dining at in Amsterdam, highly recommended!
The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, perfect for a special evening.
The service was impeccable: the staff were incredibly kind and helped us choose both dishes and wines with great expertise. Every course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with great attention to detail. The wine selection was also excellent.
On top of that, the value for money was really good.
It was a wonderful evening from start to finish.

Hands down, probably the best food I have tried in Amsterdam!
They have a special way of making the Dover-sole, we went for brunch and had starters, mains and dessert!
It’s not a typical brasserie, but really focused on high quality food, everything was exceptional!

Brasserie Gossler and florin replaces the old Daalder in the Jordaan district.
Interior was dark and sleek but there was only one other table that night so wasn’t extremely vibey.
Foods:
Kokkels / Peterselie / Knoflook - clams with a tomato sauce - a generous portion with tasty sauce. Make sure to order the bread and butter to soak up the sauces
Salad G&F - Herring roe / chicken / crispy chickenskin / croutons - was a little disappointed in this dish, had a lot going on and didn’t feel the hard chicken texture went well with the salad
**note to chef - main dishes came out luke warm / cold. I feel the dishes would have been so much better if they were hot!
Risotto - Parmesan / wild garlic/ blackberry - added Black truffle for 8 euros - flavors were nice but expected some black truffle shavings for the extra money. I didn’t really taste any truffle taste :/
Doversole - Sea vegetables / Spinach / Sauce normande - I enjoyed the dish and the sauce was nice - just wish it came out hot
Dessert - caramel flan - wasn’t too impressed with the presentation but it tasted really yummy. Not too sweet and the caramel hit the spot
