Yelp
This restaurant serves up a modern and classy yet casual vibe making it a great spot for dinner. The majority of the dinner menu is small plates, which is becoming a common offering at most restaurants. The restaurant also offers an All You Can Eat Sunday brunch buffet (Adults - $27; Kids - $17), which I can't wait to explore.
Note: Parking is available in the rear of the restaurant.
COCKTAIL:
FLAMINGO MARTINI ($15) - Ketel One Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Dragon Fruit Puree, Fresh Lemon, Prosecco - You can't help but think of dragon fruit when you see this cocktail. The color matches perfectly with the color of the fruit's rind. The taste is on the sweet side, but if drunk on an empty stomach, the cocktail can be what I call a "silent killer." The sweetness overshadows the alcohol, but 10-15 minutes later, you may be a little tipsy. Or maybe, it's just me, lol. - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
SMALL PLATES:
PORK BELLY ($16) - Confit, Grilled Apples, Herb Goat Cheese, Carrot Marmalade, Balsamic Glaze - Excellent combination of flavors. The pork belly is fork tender, well-seasoned and paired perfectly with its accompaniments. - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
SEAFOOD MAC AND CHEESE ($22) - Shrimp, Lobster Tail, with Ciabatta breadcrumbs - Presentation and taste is on point. Excellent flavor. Loved the choice of noodles. - MANDATORY.
ENTRÉE:
DUCK DOUBLET ($38) - Pan Seared Breast, Leg Confit, Over Mushroom Risotto, Orange Fig Glaze - The majority of this entrée was a CERTIFIED WINNER. I fell in love with the pan seared breast, risotto, and the glaze. When I got to the duck leg, the visual looked so promising, but when I tasted it, it was too salty. I still recommend this dish, because the duck leg may not always be salty and I truly enjoyed everything else.
