This modern bistro deserves its Michelin awards. We left with true admiration for this modern bistro. The chef can make wonderful dishes from mushrooms (and other fine ingredients, too). My wife and I selected their 5 course tasting menu and were never disappointed with any course. All of the dishes were wonderful, fresh, and beautiful. The first course was a kale salad. Who knew anyone could make kale so soft, fragrant, and desirable. The fried mushrooms were hearty, and the main mushroom entree was very satisfying. Finally, the Greek Mountain Tea dessert was light and delicious.
We wanted to try one of Copenhagen's finest dining vegan options, and we're so glad we visited. The restaurant is small, so make sure you have a reservation since the seats fill up quickly.
