Bistro Nota is an absolute gem in Fort Wayne! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The ambiance is perfect—cozy, yet lively, with just the right touch of elegance. The highlight of my visit was the Creole Shrimp Pasta, which was nothing short of phenomenal. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice to give it an authentic Creole flavor. To complement the food, the service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s clear that the team at Bistro Nota takes pride in creating a top-notch dining experience. Whether you’re looking for a casual night out or a special occasion spot, this place delivers. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This was our first time here and we thought it was good! The pain et fromage was the table favorite. The bread is just so perfectly crispy and soft all at the same time. The Mr got the Beef Teres with brussel sprouts and potatoes and really liked it. He was a really big fan of the garlic aioli. The meat was tender and flavorful too. I got the beef stroganoff and the pasta was so tender.

We had heard good things about this restaurant, so we decided to drop by on a Saturday evening. Really nice interior with about 15 tables or so. We ordered a bottle of fantastic chewy Bodega Pablo Fallabrino - Uruguay Tannat 2018. For dinner we ordered the beef tenderloin and the short rib (over polenta-yes please!). Both cooked very well and best meal we had while visiting Ft. Wayne. Our server was fantastic!! Highly recommend!

Seriously so good!! I get so nervous to try new restaurants because I don't want to be disappointed in my meal. Everything we ordered (appetizers, main dish, dessert) was on point and so flavorful! The Charred Brussels & Mornay and Pain Et Fromage (focaccia bread with roasted pepper cheese dip) appetizers were both amazing. Both the Beef Teres and salmon we ordered were cooked to perfection and paired nicely with their sides. Definitely recommend!!

Google
A wonderful dining experience. Had Haley (sorry if I misspelled it) as a server and she was wonderful. Started out with cheese and bread. It was simple but hearty. My wife got the stroganoff and I got the roasted chicken. Her pasta was succulent through and through while I had the most juicy chicken I’ve ever had. The star was the pan sauce with caramelized onions, spinach, and prosciutto. We finished the evening with a blondie that should cost twice as much. This is going right to the top of our rotations and I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu.

We came in with a part of 8 for an anniversary. the food was absolutely great. was on the salty side but the flavor was amazing as we did try multiple dishes. the price was very reasonable and we are definitely going to out this restaurant on to our rotation of restaurants.

Google
Such a cozy, casual yet elegant space. The service was fabulous, and the food was phenomenal! I had the short rib and polenta. My food was prepared to perfection. The short rib was tender, the polenta was flavorful, and I couldn’t get enough of the the pearl onions and carrots which were so delicate and delicious. We also had the Frenchman sandwich as an appetizer which you must try. Amazing is the best word to describe my entire dining experience. I absolutely recommend the short rib and the Frenchman.

I been traveling to Fort Wayne quite a bit recently, staying in town for a week at a time. During these visits, I’ve had the pleasure of navigating the cities under appreciated food scene. From cheap eats to the most elegant experiences, Fort Wayne seems to have it all. One place in particular has become not only my favorite in Fort Wayne, but tops the list completely…BISTRO NOTA!! This unassuming little bistro packs quite the culinary punch, smacking me in the face over and over again with a wide variety of tastes and senses for the palate. Until today, my favorite dish had been their Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, a delicious, juicy breast of chicken served with fingerling potatoes, and sautéed spinach, onions, and cherrywood bacon, all resting on a rich flavorful pan sauce. I live two hours (plus) away and have driven up just for this dish. That was until today… I am a fan of pasta, a REALLY BIG FAN. Today, wanting something different, I took the opportunity to try their Pasta Bolognese and my lord was I blown away. Waves of pappardelle nestled on my plate accompanied by the most delicious sauce with local ground beef, pork, pork belly, and tomatoes, all topped with a healthy dollop of ricotta cheese. The rich texture of the sauce and the creaminess of the ricotta cheese blended perfectly into the most delicious experience. What an absolute gem!! The service is casual and fun, with the severs proving a warm comfortable experience for their patrons. I’ve been lucky enough to have Hailey as my server multiple times and have enjoyed each interaction with sheer delight. If your in Fort Wayne, of just want an amazing culinary experience, you owe it to yourself to come to Bistro Nota. You will not be disappointed!!

Yelp
Bistro Nota is a must try if you love creative food and a unique dinning experience. The old store feel is still inviting and quaint. The staff is outstandingly friendly and service oriented. It's kinda fun to watch the team prepare the food while you enjoy the excellent wines and appetizers. On this occasion they hosted a large group celebrating a birthday. The team did an excellent job at welcoming the group and making us feel comfortable. We are at pace that allowed us to enjoy the fellowship, food and atmosphere. Here are my takes on several items: -French Onion Soup: the BEST I have ever had! The three large croutons were a bit crispy but nicely baked and seasoned. There was enough blocks to break and enjoy during the whole bowl. The mozzarella cheese was smooth and thick and flavorful. It nicely was melted across the bowl. The broth was rich and had a strong beef taste. Moderate amount of onions that were perfectly cooked to a limp texture. -Beef Stroganoff: absolutely the BEST I have ever had. The beef was tender and in small pieces. It was easy to if needed and a had a rich, deep beef flavor. The noddles were perfectly cooked to be tender but a bit of firmness. The beef sauce was outstanding as it was creamy and melted in you mouth! Simply irresistible!! -Macaroni and Cheese: this was a nice dish. The noodles were firm enough to jab with a fork but struggle a bit. The sauce was creamy but very light. You got a mild non cheddar cheese flavor here.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants in Fort Wayne. We came here for dinner while visiting from Indy one weekend. Very cozy, wonderful service, and amazing food. We ordered the Bistro mac n Cheese, the Bistro Salad, and the Beef Teres Major. Way too much food for us, but we couldn't help ourselves. The salad was simple and we maybe could have skipped this dish if we needed to pass up on any specific dish. Our favorite was the beef, it was cooked perfectly, melt in your mouth. The mac n cheese was amazing, but very filling. We can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Loved the new Landing area in Ft. Wayne! We enjoyed a delicious light dinner at Bistro Nota on a recent rainy Saturday night. The menu looked fabulous overall but as we weren't super hungry from all the apps we had enjoyed earlier in the night we settled on splitting a few small plates. The Lowcountry shrimp was heavenly. Tender shrimp, bacon, roasted poblanos and sinfully rich polenta. So good. We paired that with the Pan et Fromage. Fresh bread served with a roasted pepper cheese dip. Yum. We finished the night with a slice of the Sugar Cream Tart. It had a slight lemon flavor and was quite rich but not sweet. Lovely. I'd like to come back and try a full dinner here - the food headed to other tables looked amazing. Service was friendly and efficient. Great night,

Yelp
This place caught my eye when searching for places to eat while in Ft Wayne for business. I'd almost consider this a hole-in-the-wall place. It doesn't look like anything special from the outside or inside. The food is excellent and the service was friendly. I had the braised short and they were amazing. Paired it with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, also really good. I highly recommend trying this place!

Yelp
Wow great service and very good food. The blonde desert was amazingly devilish. Hayley was a great server and amazing bread

Robert C.

Yelp
Perhaps the best sandwich I have ever enjoyed. Bread was toasted to perfection and the flavors of the short rib, cheese and Dijon mustard made perfect harmony. Beet salad was beautifully presented and again the flavor and texture combinations were so satisfying.

Gene F.

Yelp
A tremendous experience all the way around. Incredible food and service!!! The Beef Teres Major was perfectly rare, the chimichurri fresh, with planty of garlic, and the veggies on the side were crisp outside and tender inside. Totally recommend!!

Yelp
Food was OK. Not very many options. All the bread was extremely salty, had to cut the tops off. Meet was pretty good. Quiet area downtown which is nice. Service was good too.

Yelp
We ate at Bistro Nota for the first time tonight. The Beet Salad was $14. It was red beets, orange supremes and some ground nut topping. It was ok. $14 for a few beets is a little pricey, but considering restaurants charge $12 for some fried Brussels Sprouts, what can one expect? The Pork Osso Bucco came out and tasted like...wait for it...scallops (which they have on special). It literally tasted like scallops, so we sent it back. I ordered Beef Stroganoff, and it consisted of Demi, and old, tough, bland, leftover slices of short rib, no cream to speak of, and tossed like a pasta. it was served with the ends of a VERY salty "focaccia". No comps, just apologies from the server. $125 with tip and a glass of Bordeaux each. The server was great, which is the only saving grace. Never again.

Yelp
It is a a classy little place tucked away near The Landing. The atmosphere was nice. Service was very good. I had the Saute of Pesto Vegetables with Roasted Tomato Risotto. It had a lovely assortment of veggies and the risotto was a nice touch...very uniquely paired vegan and GF dish. Unfortunately I could only eat a couple of bites of each item. It was the saltiest dish I have ever had in my life and the first time I have not been able to eat something because of it being so salty it was inedible. Just from the little bit I had my lips were tingly and mouth felt puffy. Weird, right? It could have been divine though.

Yelp
I was really excited to try Bistro Nota for the first time after reading all the great reviews. After my husband and I arrived, we quickly realized how hot it was inside - it must've been 80 degrees! We husband and I ordered the roasted beets and lowcountry shrimp as starters. Both were very good. The shrimp had a ton of flavor. He ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta and I ordered the beef teres major as mains. By the time our meal arrived, we both had little interest in eating because we were sweating our butts off and the last thing that we wanted to do was eat something heavy and spicy. We mentioned something to our server, who kind of brushed it off as being warm in there since it started getting warmer outside. Not sure if the AC was off, broken or something else. Would've liked to order one of the desserts, but by this point, we just wanted out. When we stepped outside, it felt cooler out there than it did inside (and it was 80+ degrees out!). What could've been a really great meal was overshadowed by our extreme discomfort.

Vicki S.

Yelp
6 of us enjoyed a delicious meal! Great service and great food. The menu is smaller than usual, but there are still enough options from which to choose. I still had a hard time choosing. We all agreed that each of our meals were delicious.

Rick C.

Yelp
I was here on May 25th with my friends. One of them asked for a slice of toasted bread to have with their meal, and he was told by our waitress that they could not do that for him. This was for brunch mind you. What brunch place doesn't serve toasted bread? That is completely absurd. Also our waitress was not really attentive even though we were one of two parties present in the establishment. I cannot recommend Bistro Nota because of this unfortunately.

Yelp
Perfect place. Food is amazing. Service superb. Ambiance - so comfortable. Might be my new favorite in FW - and that's saying a lot.

Myron P.

Yelp
Excellent. My wife and I spent an evening here and were very impressed. The beff stroganoff had me licking the plate clean . Definitely give them a try. A premier dinner spot in Fort Wayne. The actual good sh*t big city good.

Yelp
Bistro Nota elevates the lunch scene in downtown Fort Wayne. Although I have only tried one entrée so far, there are several more on the menu I look forward to at future visits. There is not street parking available but a public parking garage is across the street on the same block so no worries about having to circle for a spot. Ambiance: Upon arriving, the menu is up on the wall. Each person orders at the counter and pays at the time of ordering. This felt a bit strange to me until I realized that this makes lunches much more convenient than having to sit and wait for a check at the end of a meal. Time savers like that are a big plus in the middle of a work day. You can then get a table either in the main dining room or up a long flight of stairs to a quieter space. A couple of small tables have a window view out to the city. The ambiance is very trendy with gray walls, exposed brick, and black accents; very clean. Tables look like they would be easy to push together for a large group, and a sign at the bottom of the stairs notes that the upstairs can be reserved for private events. Service: Even sitting upstairs, I did not feel ignored at all by the wait staff, who came through regularly to keep tables clean and make sure drinks were filled. My food was delivered to my table quickly, nice and hot. Dishes are beautiful and decorative, leaving the impression that care and love are going into each meal. Food: I had the Braised Short Rib. This was good, but the polenta was the star of the show for me. The creamy polenta was a perfect balance with buttery, salted green beans. The short rib was nice and tender with a delicious sauce and sweet caramelized onions. My only regret is not leaving room for dessert after seeing chocolate torte on the menu. I already want to know when they will be expanding their hours. UPDATED: Panini of the Lost is also excellent. Quality ingredients, perfectly cooked with a nice balanced flavor between the brisket and roasted red peppers.

Yelp
This is the best food in Fort Wayne. In a city where overpriced and overrated restaurants unfortunately dominate. Bistro Nora delivers every time. Brunch, dinner, whatever. Incredible.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this place! Service, food, and drinks were all amazing!! Will definitely come back for another dinner experience and hopefully that time will have room for dessert

Catherine C.

Yelp
We have been here for dinner and Saturday brunch, and the food and the service has been excellent. The decor is modern with interesting lighting. Parking downtown is a bit of a pain, but this restaurant is well worth the effort.

Yelp
First time here actually did not know about them. We were headed to one of our fav's saw the brunch menu in the window and we said we doing it. A very happy surprise, nicely styled Bistro, a good choice of craft beer (not the just usuals), lexcellent staff and very good food This will be a regular on our rotation from now on.

Yelp
Based on a friend's FB post about Ft. Wayne's Bistro Nota on Calhoun St right around the corner from all the restaurants at The Landing, Steve and I stopped in for a meal last Saturday night. OH MY....what a treat!! The food was amazing as was the service. It's a fairly limited menu, but you won't be disappointed. Steve is typically not a fan of brussel sprouts because of the sweet glazes, but these were prepared differently and we both LOVED THEM! The short ribs fell off the bone, and the salad was so good we could have made a meal of just it! This place gets overlooked because it's "around the corner" from the Landing. If you stop in and they ask "How did you hear about us?", please tell them Steve and Patty Jones said you HAD TO check them out!

Yelp
Only recently have I heard about this restaurant and it did not disappoint! It's a little unassuming restaurant on the outside but very homey and nice inside. I love how the kitchen is open. Our waitress was cheerful and extremely helpful. From the appetizer to wine list and main dishes everything was beyond perfect! I'm looking forward to coming back very soon.

Allana C.

Yelp
Our server, Brett, was great. We went for brunch, which was so good, beyond our expectations! We couldn't help but go back for dinner. All the food was cooked just right and seasoned perfectly. We can't wait to go back and try some more items

Eileen C.

Yelp
Delicious brunch at Bistro Nota today! They're back with Saturday brunch and it did not disappoint. They offer a few brunch-only items like the sweet potato hash (pictured). The blueberry coffee cake was delicious Friendly and attentive service. Interior is cozy, warm, and laid back.

Yelp
My husband and I went to Bistro Nota a couple of weeks ago on a cold rainy Friday night. We went because one of the owners/chefs is Jake - formerly of Chop's Wine Bar (when it was at it's best). As is Jake's forte, the the food was fabulous! We tried several different things. We ordered a bottle of the "house" red wine from their varied wine list. It was a great wine, far superior to what I expected from anyone's house wine! The Pain et Fromage was delicious-Homemade Sliced Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia served with Roasted Pepper Cheese Dip. For dinner we tried their delicious Bistro Mac & Cheese - for an "a la carte" item it was a large portion. We ordered Low country Shrimp (GF) from the "small plates" portion of the menu - my husband doesn't eat pork so they graciously omitted the bacon. We ordered Beef Teres Major entree -Petite Shoulder Tenderloin, Roasted Garlic Marinated, Potato Veloute, Sofrito with Grilled Focaccia. We would order everything again! The staff is engaging, congenial & professional. The atmosphere is comfortable, urban, slightly Industrial. We will go back to Bistro Nota again and again !!!

Yelp
Preface: I live to eat, and one of my favorite things about FW is our food scene. We came here for my birthday, and I was truly blown away by how delicious and flavorful our food was. Having just been in NOLA a few months prior, their creole seasoning was on par with anything we had down South. The menu was creative, and every single item we ordered was noteworthy. The salad was superb, the low country shrimp gorgeous.... Beef tenderloin and creole pasta were also both phenomenal. To top it off, the house made bread was also A+. If I only had one suggestion, which isn't a critique because our service was WONDERFUL, attentive, and friendly, but it helps to do some basic wine service training with servers. I worked in fine dining, and it can really give your server the confidence to know what they're selling and impress a table. To be fair, their wine list is extremely reasonably priced and well chosen, so it's not fair to expect a Somm level experience, but presentation is important for people that love food and wine. I will be recommending this restaurant to all visitors and will be taking any guests here. 10/10

Yelp
Been on bucket list for awhile ... wish we would have come sooner !!! Outstanding dinner with my wife .... Limited but good menu options so check before you go . Great food , service was attentive and friendly.... Don't miss the Blondie dessert ...would go back for that by itself !!! JR
google avatar

Yelp
This place ROCKS! Chef Jake is doing and doing it right! Absolutely phenomenal food, service and environment!! Small, warm, eclectic environment, soft music (could ACTUALLY hold an intimate conversation with-OUT having to yell over loud music blaring!!) And the Food....well....II just have no words...AMAZING - just doesn't do it justice!! Wonderful fusion of flavors I would have NEVER thought to blend together. These folks have only been FULLY open for @ 5 months - and I will certainly do MY best to help them make it! GO TO Bistro Nota!! You WON'T regret it!!

Nancy D.

Yelp
Finished Savor Ft Wayne at Bistro Nota night. The food was wonderful and the service was very attentive. My sister and I both ordered off the special menu. My sister had the Beef Teres Major that was absolutely melt in your mouth tender. I had the Creole Shrimp Pasta. It had just the right amount of spice. We also tried both desserts on the menu. The Chocolate Cremeux was just right to finish the meal. We also had the Bistro Blondie which is a star dessert. We always forget to take pictures of the food but did remember to get most of the desserts this time.

Camryn H.

Yelp
I tried Bistro Nota for the first time the other night. If it weren't for one of my friends, I would not have gone! I had high hopes, but was unfortunately a bit of a let down. They do not serve liquor which is understandable because I know it can take a very long time for a new establishment to get a liquor license. This was disappointing but understandable. When I went with my group we were the only ones in the entire restaurant which was a little disheartening. A big part of a restaurant is the atmosphere, and while I think it has great potential. I couldn't really see it come to life with no one there. Personally I was not a big fan of the menu. However, I do think there were some things on the menu that I could've ordered and I would've liked it more than my meal. The food was not bad at all, it just wasn't great. I think with his restaurant needs is a bit of a more diverse menu along with better advertising. It's really hard to know if somewhere is open if you don't see or hear about it. This could potentially go a long way. With so many new and popular restaurants at the landing, it's going to be hard to compete with. One upside to our visit, however, was that the staff was incredibly nice. This is definitely worth a lot in my book. Hopefully they just have some kinks to work out as a new storefront restaurant. By the way, I was in for dinner.

David B.

Yelp
I stopped in for dinner at Bistro Nota on a Wednesday evening. It is not too big a restaurant and I liked that my booth enabled me to look into the kitchen. The waitress was attentive and helpful and I opted for the sea salt focaccia, followed by the pesto vegetable with risotto entree. I loved the focaccia and the risotto was excellent too. No room for desert and left full and happy.
google avatar

Pascal W.

Yelp
Wow! This place is awesome. Walking by after a meeting at the landing and decided to stop in. Wonderful food great, service even has a cool event space upstairs! Their open faced sandwiches are delicious!
google avatar

Laura W.

Yelp
Wow! What a great lunch! I called ahead as I don't have much time for lunch and it was ready to go when I walked in 10 minutes later. I ordered the Nota club, and it was delicious. Chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce on sourdough bread...all you need. If they have a panini maker, it would be even better with a quick press. Comes w/ bag of chips (super tasty) and pickle. I want to try the soup/salad next time and hope maybe they will expand to add a soup of the day in the Fall. For me, $15-16 is a little too pricey for lunch entree and $12 is steep for roasted vegetables when they are plentiful this time of year. I'm concerned that the average downtown employee might feel likewise and go elsewhere. It's too bad they aren't open on Saturday for brunch. I'm sure they could whip up a great menu....crepes, quiche, mimosas????? I wish them much luck and can't wait to go back

Yelp
Great and fresh italian food. Generous portions. You can pick up entrees and salads to take home for dinner as well. For those of you that remember Papa Suzettis, the nota salad is very reminiscent of theirs. Tasty spot for lunch downtown. Plenty of seating with cool decor.
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
Urban vibe with delicious culinary experience! We had the chicken thighs and the roasted vegetables and it was delicious! Perfectly prepared! Friendly service and warm, inviting space! You cannot go wrong!

Connie C.

Yelp
A delicious find in Fort Wayne! The service was excellent, and the food delicious, with too many interesting options to sample in one visit. Some entrees were extremely overpriced, but we opted for shared plates and that worked out just fine.

Marsha K.

Yelp
SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! I got the Beef Royale Sandwich. Highly recommend. The service was outstanding. I ordered togo and got my food within 5 min. Definitely want to come back, if I visit Fort Wayne again.

Yelp
The food at Bistro Nota was excellent, but the service was exceptional. Thank you Megan for making out of town visitors very happy. Wishing the restaurant and Megan much success.

Kelly M.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our dinner at Bistro Nota. Very quaint and easy atmosphere. Our server was great recommending many different dishes. He was very attentive and personable. Everyone at our table ordered something different and we tried each other's dishes. It was all excellent!! Lovely assortment of wine and beer. Will certainly be back.

Yelp
I ordered 15 lunches to take to my customer's place of business. They took the order the night before and had it ready right on time for me to pick up. My customer's staff complimented me several times on the great lunch!
google avatar

Seth J.

Yelp
Amazing new restaurant near the landing. The staff are really top-notch. The exceptional food by the 3 chefs and the service will definitely keep me coming back and recommending it to anyone looking for a great lunch experience. 5/5 stars.

Yelp
Fantastic food! Great atmosphere, everyone was super nice and accommodating. Stopped in for lunch today, wanting to try something new and was not the least bit disappointed. I strongly recommend checking this place out and making it your new lunch spot! I know I will!!!

Megan M.

Yelp
I order the sandwich combo: braised beef sandwich and butternut squash soup with potato chips and pickle. The food is fresh. You can taste the fresh ingredients - particularly the in-house made bun - and fresh preparation of your warm and tasty meal. The food is flavorful. The careful combination of simple ingredients makes for a meal that accentuates the dish's natural flavors. The butternut squash soup, for example, tasted like the sweetness of squash brought out with a bit of cream. I loved that the soup wasn't overpowered with spices or the sandwich with a sauce. Clean and delicious. The character of Nota tastefully blends the building's historic, brick bones with contemporary, casual dining. Excellent, friendly service. Excited to try and entrée when I next visit.

Leslie H.

Yelp
Check out Bistro Nota's new BISTRO BUS!!! Outstanding sandwiches! Delicious! Something different! Their potatoes are FABULOUS! Top it off with one of their incredible desserts!!!! I'm going back downtown Fort Wayne next Saturday to shop local and enjoy another fantastic lunch from the BISTRO BUS!!!

Laura P.

Yelp
First timer, brought in by my friend who is a frequent customer. Absolutely the yummiest! Cobb Salad and homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. Fresh made Hibiscus Iced Tea/Hibiscus Lemonade, and a chocolate chip cookie that proves what "a touch of salt" can do to transform ordinary into extraordinary. I don't work Downtown, but I'll be back!

Laura O.

Yelp
I couldn't love the Bistro more! I order on line and walk in at noon and they hand me my lunch. I have never had anything that I didn't love, and they are super responsive to suggestions and will custom make anything. They were so missed when they shut down for COVID. So happy to have them back. My only suggestion now would be to have a few bistro tables outside to enjoy the warm weather!

Shellie A.

Yelp
Walk-up cafeteria style to order which was not expected, but the food was on-point with a cafeteria style restaurant. Not French food as advertised. The desserts were dry and disappointing as well.
google avatar

Robert L.

Yelp
This restaurant exceeds where others fail. The decor is a good fit for the surrounding area with a lunch focus. As far as the food is concerned, it's accessible and well executed. It's not like other "French" restaurants which use exotic ingredients and methods to disguise bad food. I had the short ribs. The polenta was creamy and has an ever-so-subtle kick which I couldn't quite put my finger on. It was not bland nor bold, well balanced. The French green beans were the right, crisp, texture with another complimentary seasoning. You could clearly taste the beans and they were good. The beef was beautifully browned and slightly crisp in places while still fork tender. Here again the semi glacé worked with the feature very well. Overall, great technique and taste. Taking a step back, beef short ribs are a great example of country side French cooking. Even such simple food can be a great showcase for talent. You can tell they worked and fine tuned the recipe.
