bistro vivant restaurant is currently one of Nice's best kept secrets. Very few of my friends who live locally were aware of the place but I don't think it will stay that way for long.
The food was prepared and presented to the highest standards, the complexity and balance of the flavours and ingredients reawakened taste buds I had not used in years.
I am not given to gush about restaurants but this food was some of the finest I have encountered.
Aykon and his staff demonstrate both love and passion for what they do and I would commend this restaurant who will appreciate it
