Bistro Vivant

Never noticed this gem in our neighborhood. But I just tried it today and I am very impressed. The food is amazing. I have tried the beet salad and I was very happy with it. Tried the mussels and the sea bass dish. Both were fantastic. And for desert I tried the berries salad and the cannoli. Very impressed and I will definitely be back. I will definitely be very proud to invite my friends to this place. Lucky to have a great French restaurant in the neighborhood.

bistro vivant restaurant is currently one of Nice's best kept secrets. Very few of my friends who live locally were aware of the place but I don't think it will stay that way for long. The food was prepared and presented to the highest standards, the complexity and balance of the flavours and ingredients reawakened taste buds I had not used in years. I am not given to gush about restaurants but this food was some of the finest I have encountered. Aykon and his staff demonstrate both love and passion for what they do and I would commend this restaurant who will appreciate it

We live nearby and eat here twice a month. They can get busy (testament to the quality of the food) so be sure to book a table at peak times. Its also a little known fact they will do carryout.
