Outstanding restaurant, I went to many Michelin Star restaurants that don't get remotely close to the quality of what my partner and I had tonight.
She had the Asparagus and Mushroom 4 courses menu, and I went for the "A la carte". Everything was on point, seasoning, creativity, platting, and flavor diversity.
The service was good but it's hard to evaluate as we went there on a weekday with very few customers. I noticed many small attentions that you don't get in regular restaurants around. For example, they carry the cutlery in a box to replace them on the table, they care about the dinner pace and they will try to time your dishes to maximize the experience.
The dessert was a notch under the other dishes but still very good.
The place is definitely not cheap, we paid €112 (no wine) but it was worth it. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
