Guide to Visiting Disneyland Paris

"A highly themed table-service restaurant where guests experience oversized décor that evokes shrinking to the size of a rat from a popular animated film; the menu centers on French-inspired dishes such as steak and roast cod, often served with ratatouille, and it’s widely regarded as the best dining option inside the studios-side park for atmosphere and concept." - Elizabeth Rhodes Elizabeth Rhodes Elizabeth Rhodes is a senior editor at Travel + Leisure, covering everything from luxury hotels to theme parks to must-pack travel products. Absolutely adored the food here. Was well impressed and can’t wait to visit again some time. Had an amazing waiter who was very nice. All three meals were unreal. Highly recommend this restaurant. Had the meal plan so only cost me 6€ for the drink.

Google
Absolutely phenomenal food and incredible service. We really made memories here and have no notes! You couldn’t improve on perfection, frankly. What I would also like to say is our waitress was the most attentive, friendly and sweet person. She really made the experience magical. I did not catch her name but she had a shaved head and radiated warmth and friendliness. She really did make this so special for our son and there aren’t thank you’s big enough for those moments.

If you had asked me pre-Covid what my favourite restaurant at Disneyland Paris was I would have said Chez Remy without second thought. I highly recommended this place to anyone going here for years. I then decided myself to revisit with my friends for our joint birthday here. This place seems to have lost the magic it once had and it’s very sad to say. They used to offer birthday eclairs signed by Remy, better vegetarian options and all around better service. Don’t get me wrong, the interior is gorgeous but the food and service just doesn’t equal what it used to. The pâté is hard, the vegan meatballs are flavourless, the dessert was the only saving grace. If you are visiting though, make sure to ask for a signature from the chef for a special Remy keepsake.

Thomas was really friendly and gave us unforgettable memories. Not only did he provide really good service, but he also drew us a very cute and splendid Remy on the napkin, which I will keep forever. Thank you so much for leaving me with such amazing memories on my last night in Paris. Apart from this, the restaurant was really beautiful and the food was good. The Ratatouille attraction is currently closed, so if you like the movie Ratatouille, be sure to visit. 한국인들 파리 디즈니 오시면 밥은 여기서 드세용 ㅎㅎㅎ!!!

On my friends 20th birthday we were in Disneyland, and after riding the Ratatouille ride the day before, we really wanted to check out the restaurant. We were lucky enough to get a booking for lunch the next day. The interior is so special and unique, and despite it being big and fun it still has a nice sit down restaurant feel. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. We got a table by the back window, and we got to see people going on and off the ride outside. For food we both started with the soup, then I had steak and chips and my friend had the chicken dish. The food was really nice, and came with a little side of ratatouille. I had a French 75, the price was a bit scandalous but when in Disney. Overall it was a really fun, special experience with great food and atmosphere.

Google
Definitely worth going for the ambience and aesthetics alone. An incredibly fun experience that shrinks you down to Remy’s size and lets you see the world through his eyes as you dine on authentic French dishes. As for the food, it had its highlights, but not every dish was great. The seasonal soup with Laughing Cow and mixed herbs was a wonderful surprise, perfectly balanced by the creamy, slightly salty notes of the cheese. The duck pâté en croûte paired beautifully with the fig marmalade, making for a lovely combination. I’m not a huge fan of duck, but this appetizer was surprisingly delicious. The grilled steak, meant to be well done, unfortunately turned out a bit too chewy and tough, resulting in a battle with every bite. The ratatouille was excellent and brought much needed flavor to the roast cod, which on its own was a little bland. Finally, the cheesecake was so adorable, shaped to look like a piece of cheese. It was a perfect ending to the meal; creamy and delicious.

Google
average food, but lovely interior! had to book in advance!! still a bit of a wait even if you made a reservation - definitely a very popular restaurant in disney

Ayesha G.

Google
Booked this place a few weeks before our arrival to Disneyland Paris. Upon entering my child who has additional needs (autism) had just abruptly been woke up from a nap had a little bit of a meltdown by crying, the dirty look from the front of house women who checked our reservation was absolutely disgusting! We then waited 15 mins for our table whist trying to console our child… we was then given our table… we was shoved right to the back of the restraunt away in the corner away from everyone else, wouldn’t mind but my child had calmed down by the time we sat down. Absolutely NOT kid friendly nor have any consideration for additional needs. Not to mention the food was vile. The soup was horrible, the steak was undercooked & salty.. the only thing worth eating was the chocolate dessert. Will we return.. absolutely not! Wasn’t worth the €150 we spent. Save your money & go elsewhere.

Yelp
Bistrot Chez Rémy was everything I could have ever hoped for and more! I was unlucky my first time visiting in 2017 and knew that for this year's return I would not miss out on this dining opportunity! For starters, SET YOUR ALARMS! The reservation window opens exactly 2 months (60 days) in advance of your visit. I recommend checking a few days before this window because sometimes they'll open it a bit early. If you're going on a weekend, I would recommend setting your clock for midnight in CET because that's how fast reservations can be booked. Don't be one of those sad visitors who gets turned away when you visit... you have to reserve in advance! For this meal, we ordered the Menu Émile for 55€ with the additional vins compris for a total cost of 75€. We chose to do the add-on because it was a better value than purchasing 1 bottle of wine and we wanted to try the special wines. APPETIZERS: - Soupe de saison - 9.5/10, whatever it was, it was absolutely delicious! - Salade mélangée - 3/10, possibly a higher score if you love bleu cheese. We do not. - AOP Côtes de Provence - 8/10, great rosé to start the day MAINS: - Pièce de bœuf grillée & frites - 9/10, you can cook the meat to your choice and it also comes with your choice of sauce, fries, and a side of ratatouille - Cabillaud roti & écrasées de PDT & ratatouille - 9/10, fish was delightful along with the seasoned mashed potatoes, but the ratatouille fell flat for me - AOC Saint Emilion - Édition Bistrot Chez Rémy - 9.5/10, perfect accompaniment to the steak DESSERTS: - Mousse au chocolat - 10/10 - absolutely delightful with a nice gauffre, very decadent - Entremet fromage blanc-framboise - 9/10, I got this because it's a cheese cake (get it!?) and it was delicious. The raspberry flavor was a delightful touch - Édition Speciale Disneyland Paris - 8/10, standard champagne but a great way to end the meal Overall, we loved our experience and would certainly recommend stopping by if you can make reservations. Like everywhere else in Europe, expect way slower service than you're used to in America, but I assure you it is worth the wait. The decor is so cute and they do have different menus based on your preferred language! (26/50--2025)

Yelp
As a Ratatouille movie fan, you will for sure appreciate every decor detail. One can imagine truly being part of the movie, as a small rat with its over sized cocktail umbrellas, plates, forks, spoons, and champagne cork wire tops as your chairs. Ambiance was magical 10/10. Now a hard miss was the food, especially the ratatouille. While being enthralled in the whole experience surrounded by very imaginative decor, I expected the ratatouille dish to look like the movie's... obviously. But to my surprise, it looked nothing like it. The taste was just ok, but it was a big disappointment. We also had ordered the steak, which was also just ok 6/10. Do I still recommend it? If a fan of the movie, then absolutely yes. If expecting a delicious meal, at this price point, I'd probably opt out and go somewhere else.
google avatar

Meg A.

Yelp
Dining at Bistrot Chez Rémy truly feels like stepping right into the movie, you're shrunk down to the size of a rat and suddenly everything around you is larger-than-life. Giant plates, towering cutlery, and oversized props make you feel like you're part of Rémy's world, and it's absolutely adorable. As for the food, it was decent, not the star of the show, but enjoyable enough. The best part? Every meal you can ask for a side of ratatouille, which feels like a rite of passage when eating here. The staff was kind, though I secretly wished they leaned into the theme a bit more. How fun would it be if everyone played along with the "shrunk down" idea? All in all, Bistrot Chez Rémy is more about the magic and atmosphere than the menu. If you're a Ratatouille fan, it's a whimsical must-do.
google avatar

Tung T.

Yelp
The theming and atmosphere are the only reasons to visit Bistrot Chez Rémy, but unfortunately, everything else falls flat, especially the food. I had the steak, and it was honestly the worst I've ever had: chewy, bland, and completely flavorless. For a restaurant themed after one of the greatest culinary films of all time, the execution was a huge disappointment. The sides were just as forgettable. The ratatouille tasted like it came out of a can, and the fries, while thick, were lukewarm and dry. Other dishes at the table weren't much better, the fish was overcooked and drenched in bland sauce, and the appetizer pâté was dry and unappetizing. Presentation might pass for casual dining, but definitely not for the price tag they're asking. The restaurant was packed and loud. You absolutely need a reservation, but even then, don't expect a fine dining experience. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and professional, which I appreciated. In the end, it's a place you visit for the novelty and decor, but if you're coming for the food, you're going to leave disappointed. Definitely not worth the money.

Yelp
Such a cute restaurant that's amazingly themed! I was so glad I got a reservation! I had to check many times and finally found an opening. Everything is from a fixed price menu. The food options are ok, and the taste was pretty good. The star of the meal was the cheesecake dessert that is the cutest thing ever!! I think just the photos are worth the visit. Prices are reasonable given you are dining at a sit down restaurant in a theme park.

Yelp
What a fun place to have a meal at Walt Disney Studios in France!!! A Ratatouille themed restaurant!!!The restaurant's decor is fun and entertaining. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Make a reservation before coming to the park.

Yelp
Wow, this was a surprisingly good dining experience at Paris Disney. You definitely MUST get a reservation here EARLY as they fill up. I booked about 60 days ahead of time through the Paris Disneyland app which I believe is the earliest you can book. The interior is extremely cute, and the ambiance and decor really make you feel like you're a tiny mouse as in the Ratatouille movie. The server was very friendly and spoke rather good English. The menu features set multi-course options, and I chose the one that included a starter, entree, and dessert. Wines with each course can also be added, and they have a good cocktail menu as well. I had the mixed greens to start which was a tasty salad with various fresh toppings and tossed with a flavorful dressing. A small basket of delicious French breads are also included with the meal. I had the roasted chicken entree which was a juicy chicken breast with very tasty roasted potatoes. The server also offered a small side of ratatouille which was included at no extra charge. This was tasty also although not served in the traditional sliced style but rather as sort of a small vegetable stew. Of course one must try ratatouille in Remy's restaurant! For dessert, the server was kind enough to allow me to get the eclair from the kids' menu, and the plate was decorated with my name. The eclair itself was a tiny bit dry, but the chocolate pastry cream inside was delicious. You never know what to expect from a theme park restaurant, but this one exceeded my expectations! I recommend it if you're lucky enough to snag a reservation.

Yelp
This is a Disneyland restaurant so we had no expectations. But then again it was Paris so we were a little hopeful. We made reservations, it was for 3 hours later. Should have made it sooner. Couple of rides and we were ready. Just a little wait, then we were seated. As was the Ratatouille ride, we were micronized so that was fun, but the food turned out to be quite good. It was relaxing and we really enjoyed the food. The server was young but attentive. We got the food in a reasonable amount of time. Came out nice and hot. Delicious. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Yelp
We actually had a lovely time at this restaurant with our 6pm reservations. Our server checked on us often and our food came out quickly. It was good portion sizes and very tasty. Unfortunately, we did get a little bit sick from the cod the next day but still a worthwhile experience. We took great pictures because of how cutely decorated the restaurant was and we got to watch people on the Ratatouille ride as well. Definitely recommend reservations and booking as soon as possible.

Yelp
Amazing atmosphere, well themed! Food was pretty good and price is very reasonable for theme parks. Service was a little spotty, I think they have to cover too many tables. Their special cheese shaped dessert is a must for photo! overall, we really enjoyed it!

Yelp
If you're a Ratatouille fan, Chez Remy is an absolute must-visit. The theming is next-level. Once you walk in, you're "shrunk" down to rat size - think chairs made of wine bottle caps, umbrellas made of cocktail toothpicks, and tables crafted from oversized tin cans. It really does feel like you're in Remy's world. Booking reservations wasn't the smoothest experience, so I recommend using DLPDining to set alerts as soon as you've secured your Disney park tickets and know your date. While the site says reservations open two months in advance, I found that Chez Remy's actually dropped a few days after that two-month mark, so keep an eye out. The service was amazing. We had a server named Eva who was very attentive. The restaurant only offers set menus. My mom and I each chose the Émile Menu (around 55€ in April 2025), which includes one starter, one main, and one dessert. I had: - Pear, Chestnut, and Duck Pâté en Croûte with Fig Marmalade - maybe a 6/10 - Roast Cod with Ratatouille, Crushed Potatoes, and Isigny PDO Beurre Blanc Sauce - the only main that actually includes ratatouille! Solid 7-8/10 - Fromage Blanc-Raspberry Entremet - adorable cheese-shaped dessert, flavor around a 6.5/10 My mom went with: - Seasonal Soup with The Laughing Cow and Mixed Herbs - 7/10 - The same cod and ratatouille dish - Chocolate Mousse - around a 7/10 I also added the wine pairing for an extra 20€. It was overall okay wine. They do have a Chez Remy exclusive wine, which I wanted to bring home, but unfortunately, they don't allow guests to take bottles with them due to the no-glass policy inside the park.

Yelp
Alright, fellow food adventurers, gather 'round! Let's talk about Chez Remy at Disneyland Paris, where you shrink down to rodent size and dine in a world of oversized kitchenware. I recently took my wife and some pals for a double date, and let me tell you, it was a whimsical experience, even if the steak tried to wrestle me. First off, the ambiance? Magnifique! You truly feel like you've tumbled into Remy's world, with giant champagne corks, jam jar lids, and cutlery looming overhead. It's a feast for the eyes before you even touch a fork. We kicked things off with the seasonal pumpkin soup, and oh my gourd, it was delightful! Creamy, comforting, and perfectly spiced. Pairing it with the suggested rosé? A stroke of genius! It unlocked a hidden floral dimension in the soup, like a secret garden blooming in my mouth. A solid start! Now, for the main event: the grilled steak and fries. Here's where things got a little... chewy. I ordered it rare, expecting a tender, melt-in-your-mouth experience. Instead, I felt like I was battling a culinary kraken. It was a bit of a workout, and for the price, the cut of meat left a lot to be desired. Honestly, my jaw got a better workout than my tastebuds. The fries, however, were classic Disney perfection - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. But fear not, dessert lovers, because the Entremet fromage blanc-framboise was the redemption arc we needed! Think fluffy, cloud-like cheesecake meets tangy raspberry dreams. It was light, refreshing, and utterly divine - a perfect palate cleanser after my steak showdown. It was so good, I almost asked for a second helping (but restraint prevailed... barely). Presentation-wise, everything was top-notch. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully plated and Instagram-worthy. They definitely understand the importance of visual appeal. And a huge shoutout to our waitress, Jocelys! She was an absolute gem, navigating the menu with grace and answering all our questions with a smile. Her friendly and helpful demeanor really elevated the dining experience. The Verdict: Chez Remy is a feast for the eyes and a fun, immersive experience. The decor alone is worth a visit. While the steak was a bit of a letdown, the soup and dessert were stellar. If you're looking for a charming, whimsical dining adventure with excellent service, Chez Remy is a must-try. Just maybe order something other than the steak, unless you're looking for a culinary arm-wrestling match.

Yelp
3 course meal at 55 euro a person, not including drinks. Although we had a reservation took about 10 minutes to be seated. Our waiter was very professional and kind. The food was good with really good portions couldn't even eat dessert because we were so full. But they were nice enough to box it to go. Upon eating the desserts later that night at home, they were delicious. It's a super cute restaurant. It's as if you're eating in the p.o.v. of the mice, everything around you is bigger. It was a nice experience and I am glad we did it.

Yelp
Best restaurant through the Disney parks. Steak was excellent, chicken was even better and I'm a steak over chicken always. Service was fantastic, came by multiple times and the dessert was delicious and adorable. Ambiance is the best from the parks the theme is very creative.
google avatar

Yelp
Cool experience but the quality of food was not good. I got the carrot soup and it was flavorless. The fish for main and it was bland, desperately needed seasoning. The apple tart, I wish they would've warmed it up. It was cold. I had higher expectations of a course meal from Disney. Not worth the cost.
google avatar

Yelp
I would probably rate the overall food around 3.5. However, the ambiance plus the service bumped it up to 4 stars for me. We ordered one Emil with seasonal soup (pumpkin), cod main entree, and fromage ("cheese") cake dessert and one Remy meal with pate starter and filet de boeuf grille special entree (which is an addition 7€ charge). I would say that both starters were ok; I would probably prefer the soup to the pate. I usually love pate, but I didn't particularly love this one. The soup was also ok; it could have used more complexity in flavor. I really enjoyed my entree; the meat was nicely cooked to medium rare as I requested; the bernaise sauce was tasty and paired well with the meat, and the sides were also good! I would get this again. The sides on the cod were also good, but the cod itself could have used some more salt. That said, the first cod we received was slightly undercooked. Our server Maria took care of it right away; she even gave us free dessert for the trouble. The second piece came perfectly cooked! As for dessert, the fromage cake was the clear winner! It was light and tasty with (in my opinion) just the right hint of sweetness. I liked it better than the lemon meringue tart (though the tart was also good). I also loved that the "cheese" cake was formed in the shape of cheese. The service we received was great, and we really enjoyed the theming. The restaurant itself could have been a bit more clean as we noted that the floors had some food bits that could have been cleared. Overall, I would probably eat here again if I came to Disneyland Paris, but I wouldn't go too far out of my way for it.

Yelp
We had reservations for 7:45pm, got there about 10 minutes early and they were able to seat us. The atmosphere was so cute and really felt like you were shrunk down to Remy's size. The food was really good and the server was very friendly. They spoke both French and English. Would recommend especially if you love the movie Ratatouille!
google avatar

Yelp
My family and I had an amazing time here. We were extremely lucky as we did not have reservations but when I went up to the desk to check if I could get on the list the host asked how many (4) and told me to wait a minute. Next thing you know we are being led to our table! The food was amazing - 3 course meal! My parents like their meat more on the well done side and when it came out it was a bit pink for them but our waiter was so accommodating and nice about it and was able to take it back for some extra cooking. Well, what can I say about the decor....it is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I loved everything about it!!! I felt miniature size!

Yelp
I celebrated my birthday here for a surprise! The cake is extremely tasty, much better than we all expected Very cute atmosphere with the decorations, I feel we are the tiny mice in a big restaurant

Yelp
We managed to snag a 12 pm reservation a week prior, most likely due to someone canceling. I am so happy we did because it was a really fun experience. I will admit, I have never seen Ratatouille before (I know, GASP), but I know the gist of the movie. Once you're in the dining room, you will be in awe of all the decor. It's like the restaurant is its own ride in itself. You've got giant plates, bottle caps, utensils - they want you to see everything from Remy's perspective, which I thought was super cool. There's a side of the restaurant where you can see the actual ride through glass windows. For food, we decided to go with the Remy menu, which is a starter and a main course for €40. To start, I went with the Mixed Greens, Cantal, Tomato Confit, Poached Egg, Crunchy Radishes, and Vegetable Vinaigrette. The salad was a pretty sizeable portion but I wish there were more than two little pieces of the tomato confit. Hubby had the Duck with Thyme Flower and Pistachio Pâté en Croûte. I didn't love the texture of it because it seemed more like a terrine to me but he enjoyed it. For the mains, we both ordered the Grilled Steak with Ratatouille and French Fries. You get a choice of Chef, Meaux Mustard and Tarragon, Brie, or Bearnaise sauce. I got the mustard and he did bearnaise, which I liked better. The steak can only be cooked well done, medium, or rare - not sure if it's a Disneyland thing or a France thing (you can't get medium rare), so we both did rare. There were some veins throughout the steak but it wasn't too bad overall, and most of the steak was good. The ratatouille was a nice addition to balance out the steak and the fries. I would say the food is probably a 3.5 to 4, so it is one of the better Disney restaurants for food. But the service, decor, and entire experience just bumps it up to a 5. Try to snag some ressos if you can!

Yelp
We've been to Paris Disney quite a few times and always did the Ratatouille ride enough times to see the restaurant next door and longingly wanted to try it. It is quite tricky to get a reservation here but with luck we were able to secure a time slot during our visit. Not being too into French cuisine (I.e. escargot) we were thrilled to know they have chicken and beef as options. First the lobby is super cute with little details from the movie. The service is fair as far as the host/hostess. We weren't sit in the booths surrounded by larger than life plates that give you the feeling of being a mouse. But still got to enjoy the ambiance. Our server was straightforward and honest admitting that she was "exhausted" - totally understandable in a theme park restaurant. The menu was easy to peruse and they have a very extensive wine and spirits menu. The kombucha cocktail was actually really yummy and packed a punch. I got the pumpkin soup which was really yummy and perfect for a cold day at the park. The steak was similar to other steak styles I've had at other restaurants in France. Overall yummy. I love the fromage dessert that was a mousse cake sprayed to look like a yellow wedge of cheese. It was a fun experience but the service is a little touch and go. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Yelp
Reservation was at 6:00 PM. Got seated at 6:20 PM. Our server Charlotte checked in on us 20 minutes later, and she kindly let me substitute soup for dessert despite a pre fixe dinner menu with no ala carte. Explored the restaurant and took pictures in the meantime. Got our starter dishes at 6:50 PM then the main course at 7:20 PM so if you're hungry and expecting to get seated immediately and then eat, get yourself a snack beforehand! I ordered a mixed green salad which tasted pretty standard. I also got the courgette/zucchini soup with Laughing Cow cheese, which warmed me up! My main course, the cod, was bland and not soft or tender as I hoped. The ratatouille and mashed potatoes were flavorful! Overall, it was less about the food and more about the unique experience of dining in Remy's restaurant which I felt was helped by our accommodating waitress, Charlotte!

James T.

Yelp
The cod was so moist and flaky, the buttery flavor melted on my tongue. It was served with a potato purée and a vegetable mixture, but so well put together. Customer service was great and atmosphere was delightful. Love from Florida

Yelp
Overpriced and overcooked. Not as special or interesting as we'd expect in Paris. Similar to Disney food in the states.

Yelp
We went to the restaurant after going on the Ratatouille ride. The ride was fantastic and the sensory additions were so cool! The restaurant was themed well - greenery on the ceiling and lighting made the experience even better. The restaurant seemed busier than most in the park and though the servers were fantastic, service seemed slow. The duck and pistachio pate stater was delicious. There was not a strong taste of duck but that didn't stop the dish from being tasty. The greens provided a refreshing contrast. The grilled steak entree was okay. The meat was a bit tough and the fries were standard. The ratatouille was chunkier than expected and had a nice mix of tasty vegetables. The chocolate lava dessert tied for first place. It was rich, decadent and yummy! The custard was good for breaking up the richness of the chocolate. I'm glad we went and if we returned I'd try a different entree but likely repeat either the starter or dessert'

Yelp
This is in Disney Studio Paris and one of the harder restaurants to get into. My husband tried getting reservations for a month before we went and was unsuccessful. We went to see if we can get in as a walk-in and was told to try every 15 minutes. We did try and come back after about 1/2 hour and they were able to get us in. The menus are pre-fixe. You have an option of with dessert and without. The selection on both pre-fixe menus are the same. I chose a roasted cod while my husband had chicken. He said his chicken was ok but I really liked my cod. And of course all the meals had to have ratatouille with them.

Yelp
This place needs retraining and or a new management or both. I was shocked when I asked for manger and the waiter said there wasn't one . I was happy to find out the day of I was able to snag a reservation last min but the service and the food flipped the magic upside down. First i came here for the eclair that they promoted for the 30 years. Only to find out I couldn't order off the kids menu or switch desserts. I even ordered 2 adult entrees asking to see if I can order a kids entree since the eclair and linguine pasta is only on the kids and the waitress said no. When I asked for a manager she said there is no manager. Looking at the waitress I'm sure the manager told her to say this . Anyways eating thru the lunch the dessert never came so I decided to bounce. I been sitting for 2 hours. I couldn't find my waitress so I eventually decided walking around the restaurant only to find the manager in red. The manager for sure gave me my bill and I checked out . The food went downhill compared to the pics 3 years ago . For being 1/1 get it together please People come just to eat here in Disney Paris The people working today including the manger lady at Bistrot Chez Remy ruined the Disney Magic. 3/16/2023 at 14:15 Shame on you I'm taking a picture of another table that's empty and the lady was rude enough to say go back to your table . For the city of love at Disney I definitely did not feel the love . Fugazzi

Such a disappointment. We could not wait to dine here, however our entire experience was a let down. Once we were seated, it took about 20+ minutes before our server came over. We patiently waited anticipating a great meal. Unfortunately our server and meal was subpar at best. Not worth the money nor time. I am giving it one star because the decor was fun!

Yelp
It's a prefixed menu. Appetizer and main meal or appetizer, main course and dessert. The beef and fries was the good food. The soup was liked by some. The pate and the chicken appetizer for kids, were not a hit. We should have eaten somewhere else. We left a lot of food. It is pretty inside but not worth the price we paid. We waited a long time for our food. Others that came after us got their food first.

Yelp
The service was top notch. We went for lunch and it seemed perfect for a lunch place. Very well designed and themed.

Yelp
Food is not only bland but does not taste good. Service is slow. Super pricey. My server also took my utensils and never brought me new ones.

Yelp
While researching places to eat at Paris Disney, Bistrot Chez Rémy was at the top of our list. The restaurant's theme is based on the Pixar movie Ratatouille and shrinks diners to the size of Remy the rat. When you enter the dining room, you're greeted with sights of oversized plates separating booths, giant bottles of wine, and very cute champagne topper chairs. We love a good Disney themed restaurant and Bistrot Chez Remy did not disappoint. The classic French set menu has two choices: one with starter and main course and the other with starter, main course and dessert. There is also a Little Chef Menu for ages 3-11. We read a lot of bad reviews on the food so we kept our expectations low. After all, we were there more for the experience. The food turned out to be fine and our server was wonderful so we had a really fantastic experience.

Yelp
Overpriced and not good. You're not missing out much and would not recommend coming here. I know, it's the most popular restaurant in this Walt Disney Studios Park and you need to get a reservation otherwise good luck in getting a table at all. You're 95% paying for the experience and atmosphere. The other 5% is forgettable food. You're really only going here so you can say you've eaten at Bistrot Chez Rémy on your trip to Paris Disneyland. Honestly, though, all you really need is a good photo from the outside to say you've been there. Don't forget to do the ride: Ratatouille : L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy. So why not come here? 1) Food is overpriced 2) Food is not that good I went with the top option and it was not worth the cash. 3) Service is bad 4) It's obviously gimmicky and not really worth waiting and paying for the food. If you're so inclined to check it out, just walk in, check it out, take a few pics inside, and go about your day. Pass!

Yelp
We made reservations two months in advance and enjoyed the experience. The ambiance is cute as you're supposedly shrunk to the size of a rat so the decorations are gigantic. We had the Emilie three course meal and started with the fig pate en croute. I was more used to foie gras so was just okay about this appetizer. I had the steak with delicious brie sauce and ratatouille. The ratatouille is small but still yummy and pairs with the steak well. For dessert, I had the chocolate mousse which was good, but it was like eating chocolate frosting with a small cracker. Overall, it was a fun meal and I would recommend Disney visitors to make a reservation and try it out but don't expect the food to be that amazing.

Yelp
This place is worth skipping. It's filthy. Food is disappointing. Service is NOT Disney. Server told us it was her first day and we gave her a lot of grace... but she fell short on what I expect of a Disney cast member. I've been on every Disney cruise ship and several Disney restaurants in the USA and that's what I base my experience on.... This was just a sad attempt to deliver Disney magic.

Yelp
Okay this restaurant is truly an awesome experience! You will 100% need a reservation to enter this restaurant. I witnessed them turn away several people who tried to do a walk in. Highly recommend visiting it sometime! They have four different menus you can choose from. Two of these menus include desserts and two don't. Honestly it will be a great meal no matter which one you choose! Such a phenomenal restaurant!

Yelp
LOVED this place! It's reservation only, but it's not hard to get one. Just keep checking the Disney Paris app. They took a while to seat us, but the food was great. The decorations are to die for!

Yelp
Very inflexible. I am sitting here with no meal on my honeymoon watching my wife eat. I am vegetarian but dislike fake meat, which was the only vegetarian main option. The other vegetarian tofu option on the menu in Disney's app was unavailable. They would not serve me a dish from the child menu or allow me to eat only the starter course without a main. Against policy, our server did allow me to drink a beer while I watched my wife eat. My wife was very upset that I came to this cute restaurant with her after securing a reservation and wasn't able to eat with her. Really ruined the Disney magic. This would never happen in a real American Disney park.

Yelp
I had the Grilled Steak Ratatouille and French Fries meal and am now experiencing food poisoning. This was the last meal I had, which is about 6+ hours ago. This is the first I've had to dispose of filth from both ends. My body was like "I'm not digesting this... get it out of your MOUTH..." The ambience was nice though... but that magic has quickly spewed out of my esophagus and anus. If you want a meal while in Disney Paris, I recommend not coming here. If you are adamant to coming here for the ambiance, just don't get the steak. At medium, the steak was still tough. You'd probably have to order it well done to be safe but your molars will be sore. Edit: My significant other has now fallen victim to this food as well. I know the movie was about a novelty idea of rats making food but cleanliness in a kitchen should be taken seriously.

Yelp
"The soup is like chunky water" Says one of the kids I brought here. The kids all hated their opening course. Heck the adults did too. The rest of the food was meh. Mostly fine. But nothing I'd get again or recommend. I suggest trying a different restaurant at the the park. Inside was pretty. We did get seated right away and we didn't even have a reservation which seemed like a Disney hack people don't realize: these places take reservations and are sold out months ahead of time, but if you get there early they seem to have a lot of open tables. But that resulted in service being just super slow. Our lunch took so much time and sucked the time away we wish we could have spent doing actual rides and Disney things in the park. Not just sitting around waiting and waiting. But alas this park has so much waiting. That's for another review.

Yelp
The theming is really cute!! The service was amazing, but the food was just ok. I went with the Rémy menu, which comes with an appetizer and a main course. I chose the pumpkin soup for my appetizer, and it was really good! For my main, I opted for the steak frites. The steak was just ok - it was a little tough and underseasoned. The fries were ok, but the ratatouille was disappointing.

Yelp
I mean it's Disneyland and knew food wouldn't be good. But this place set a new bar. A low bar. It's a given it's expensive, but probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. It's a fixed menu and we all got different mains so we could share. The steak was bland and chewy. Worst steak ever. The cod was so dry and bland. The chicken was okay at best. One time because my son really liked Ratatouille the movie. One time and the last time. $250 Euros for the worst meal. Please avoid.

Yelp
Yuck. That's all I can say about the food. Terrible. That's all I can say about the service... I'm not sure if Judicael (our server) was having a bad day, but he was kind of rude and very slow. Anyways Remy I see why you lost your Michelin stars. Not worth your money. Restaurant is so cute though!

Yelp
I love Disney & I must admit that I do have higher expectations for this company with that said... Took months to try to get a reservation for this place. We finally lucked out as we found a table for 4 the first day we arrived to the park. Menu was slim but I wanted to see & enjoy the ambiance & who knows can't usually go wrong with Disney. The check in area was a bit small but cute. As we were being seated we walked thru the large dinning rooms. Very cute as everything was large scale & they used items like in the movie. They sat us in the smaller dinning room & the first thing I noticed was a dirty chair & our table still have food on it (although table settings were in place), the table across from us had food & napkin pieces all over the dinning area. I was already disgusted but thought maybe their short staffed or hadn't gotten to it yet....it was still there when we left & the staff & Mgr Salem didn't even bother with it. Our server was new & she tried her best. She spoke little English (I get it I'm in a different country & I don't speak their language so not a big deal) but asked for help from her colleagues when needed or we'd point & speak slower. We opted for The Remy meal plan: 1 app; 1 entree €40; & The Emile meal plan: 1 app, 1 entree, dessert €50: Apps: duck pate & salad...we ended up with 4 duck pate & no salad. It was ok, edible & think the fig jelly was the star of this dish. You need to like this texture, it's a bit mushy, served cold, & the duck fat can be coagulated in some areas. Bread service: bread was hard & no butter Main: 2 steaks served with ratatouille & fries-ordered them to be cooked medium & choice of sauce we chose: mustard & Béarnaise sauce. Results: 1 overcooked & 1 80% cooked correctly. Both sauces were incorrect & fries were soggy (kids didn't even eat them). 2 cod with Ratatouille & potatoes: 1 overcooked & the other overcooked outside & medium well in the center. The dish as a whole was very bland & mushy. Ratatouille looked like brown mush (that's being nice). It was very hard to eat even if I skipped the ratatouille. The server offered to switch out the meal but it was so bad I didn't want to have to eat another. I declined, at that moment i didn't want to be forced to eat another horrible dish. I mean 2 of the 4 main courses were terrible...I'd rather spend my money at a quick service! Dessert: my daughter choose the chocolate cake. This was decent & more like a lava cake. Most edible of the evening. €144+ later...we were left dissatisfied with our entire experience. From poor quality dishes. high costs, messy dinning room-so messy it took away from the ambience. Don't bother here.

Yelp
Bistrot Chez Remy is located all the way in the back of Disney Hollywood Studios. So you need admission to the park to eat there. This is a good place to eat if you have 2 hours to kill for an extremely slow paced three course meal... Seriously, everything here is sloooow. You definitely need to make a reservation here. This can be done by either calling the Disney dining reservation number or if you're staying at a Disney hotel, the concierge can do it for you. We saw many walk-in customers immediately get turned away on a weekday. Once you get past the reception area, the restaurant decor changes to the theme and you are immediately downsized to rat status. There's giant wine bottles scattered about and your chair seat is supposed to made of a bottle cap. Overall it's interesting and fun. Our dining package included the standard 3 course meal during lunch. Arugula salad with a poached egg and vinaigrette dressing: - All the ingredients were fresh and the arugula was a nice touch. The egg was not completely overcooked and the yolk was still gel-like. Steak with ratatouille and french fries: - I ordered the steak medium rare and it was pretty much spot on. It was very tender and the side of mustard sauce went really well with it. The side of ratatouille is a nice touch considering the restaurant but in the end it and the french fries were satisfying but nothing exceptional. Cream pastry: - I didn't care much for this one and the rest of the dessert options didn't seem that special. The service is in need of improvement. Our server was pretty much non-existent the entire meal. If we needed anything, we had to either get it ourselves or flag someone down to help us. Also, the wait times are horrendous. It took about 20 minutes for the salad to arrive after ordering, then 45 minutes for the main course to arrive after that and finally a 20 minute wait for dessert. In total, our lunch took about 2 hours. So if you've got a tight schedule in the park or are trying to get a lot done, I would recommend a quicker option.

Yelp
We had high hopes coming to eat here, thinking it might be like dining at the Be Our Guest restaurant or Blue Bayou at other Disneyland locations. Eating here was a huge disappointment. It was themed in a cute way, but none of the food was themed, there was no Remy popping out of a silver platter or anything of the sort. Reservations are either thru a Disney hotel or thru the phone from our understanding. We made ours thru the phone about 1 month in advance. The food was like cafeteria food, our waiter literally threw down our plates of food, and mumbled under his breath. He never brought us any condiments for our fries & was borderline rude. He would spend a lot of time with other tables where there were families or children. Not sure why, but he was especially short with us & provided poor service. He even held on to our hotel keys (magic pass) after we left the restaurant & paid so we had to come back for them. What a headache! Our favorite thing was the Disneyland Paris champagne. So good. Service was amazing from the hostesses but that was it. The restroom smelled foul & was not clean either. It definitely ruined the cute ambience of the restaurant. Would definitely not recommend even though the idea of it sounded so cool.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible. My husband and I ordered steak and it was so tough I couldn't even chew it. Literally only had one bite of it. The waiter was even worse than the food. Very unsanitary practices such as putting his bare hands on all of our eating surfaces. When I hadn't eaten any of my steak and he cleared the table, he literally only asked if we were finished before taking the full plate. Zero concern of why the entire steak was untouched. We had two other dining reservations and canceled both immediately after eating here. The restaurant itself was cute, but the waiter and the food were by far the worst we've ever encountered.

Yelp
Really doesn't get much more fun in a restaurant than Chez Remy. Not the best food that I've had in Paris Disney, but definitely the best thematic restaurant in the parks. You definitely feel like you're a rat going into Remy's restaurant. The booths are giant plates, the chairs are bottle caps and it really transports you there. Food is ok, not as mind blowing as I've been told, but good. The cheese was good, the foie gras was good and the ratatouille was pretty good, as it should be, given the origin of the restaurant.

Yelp
I do not recommend coming here. They were not organized, it took 20 minutes with a reservation to get seated. Then when we finally were seated it took more than 10 minutes for the waitress to take our order. The food was not seasoned well. The steak was a terrible cut and extremely chewy. The frites were cold. Very disappointed with Disneyland.
