"The lilting accent of the South of France can be detected in this bistro, where a really convivial atmosphere reigns. Things hot up in the kitchen, with dishes such as old-fashioned pork casserole or knife-cut beef tartare – only the best makes the cut here. Crowded? Well, yes: Antoine has a huge (and well-deserved) success on his hands." - Michelin Inspector

My first visit upon recommendation. The nice surprise at the door: Michelin Guide 2024. Dishes were very well blended, too much ingredients did not spoil the unique taste. I ate a pigeon for the first time in life! Simply excellent. I definitely recommend ‘pastilla’ starter. Literally pork blood. Too good to be true😋

A trip to Nice is not complete without a meal at Bistrôt d'Antoine. The first time we went, we were supposed to have dinner at a 3 Michelin-star restaurant in Monte Carlo that evening, to cap off our trip, but a couple of days before, we cancelled - we wanted something more chill, more local - and discovered this place instead. Best decision ever. The food was so good, the place was so right, it brought a tear to the eye. (Not sure the lovely server knew what to do with that.) We've been back a few times since and it just keeps getting better. Last time we got to introduce a couple of our kids to the restaurant and they loved it as much as we do. It's the kind of place that makes you feel so lucky to be alive and in that part of the world.

Came here for lunch. The food was exceptional. It’s great value and the environment is really nice also. I was surprised it wasn’t more busy than it was. The food is exceptionally well presented. Unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to come here once during my stay. Highly recommend here, and will definitely be coming back.

Is certainly a Michelin guide restaurant. Welcomes dog & provides a safe, pet friendly spot. The spot was very close to the old town street market. Staffs were friendly & recommendations were spot on as well. Worth giving it a try & the pork cheek dish is a must try.

The foie gras and terrine as starters were truly delightful, setting a high bar for the rest of the meal. The duck breast was exceptionally juicy and savory, cooked to perfection, though the portion size was a bit smaller than expected. Unfortunately, the meal ended on a less impressive note with the chocolate mousse, which was just okay and didn't quite match the excellence of the earlier courses.

Our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I had the duck breast and have to say this was my favorite dish visiting southern France. The cook was perfect.

This was the best dining experience we had in Nice. The complimentary sardine entree was a tasty treat. For an entree we shared the zucchini flowers which were fresh and fragrant/zesty. For mains we ordered the sausage lentil soup and meat/veges of the day (beef and veges) which were both sublime. The energetic ambiance of the restaurant added to the excellent experience. Would strongly recommend!
