Best meal I had in Paris!! Waiters can speak great English. The sauce for the main course is delicious. Each dish looks so pretty too!! The veg and fish are very fresh! It is better than some Michelin restaurants.

Visited Bistrot Instinct twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, both were great great experience. Everything we tried was delicious, the service was always warm and welcoming, nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend and will come back again for sure.

This dinner was the highlight of our trip to Paris! Delicious food, charming environment, and warm service. I love how the servers explain in detail the elements of each dish. It makes the dish even more delicious and special. We loved the chateaubriand and the sea bass with crispy skin. The profiterole with Tanzanian chocolate and sesame crisp is an absolute revelation. I will definitely return when I’m next in Paris!

Best food experience in Paris! This place is unassuming, unpretentious and simply sensational! The Chateaubriand was amazing, served with a chutney and amazing potatoes. The pork, which I tasted a few pieces off, was also amazing. Great wine, and with everything priced reasonably I wish I had gone here multiple times during our visit!

The food tasted so much and was super good. I really enjoyed the food. The desert with coconut ice cream and chocolate was insanely good, best desert I have ever tasted.

Hands down the best restaurant I been to in Paris! I came to this restaurant relatively early in my trip and it ruined every other restaurants that came afterwards. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. The staff was extremely welcoming, polite, and accommodating to tourists.

A swing and miss! What could be better than heirloom tomatoes, peach and herb dollops? Turns out plenty. I was shocked that the taste of all ingredients blended together like a fine chicken stock, or demiglass, without any chicken or beef flavor! Each tasted bland at best. No distinct flavors, no unified flavor. As criminal was the texture. Each ingredient was poached to a mush. The tomatoes, peach, and puree, topped with arugula, had no texture, nor bite. Saving grace was plating artistry. One good looking dish!

Loved dining early (18.30) by local standards. I got my pick of table. Do be aware there is a steep ladder/staircase to climb to the seating. Mostly other foreigners were dining early on a Weds eve rather than locals. The staff were extremely attentive, asked if I preferred French or English (my French is decent but ancient, so I picked English), and were accommodating in making me an NA cocktail (je suis enceinte) and steering me away from the egg appetizer (which sounded amazing - next time). Alas, I left no room for dessert. Definitely recommend!
