A wonderful experience. Stunning view of La Defense AND the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant opens at 19.00 so get there early and make a 19.00 reservation. Try to be one of the first parties seated. That way you will have an unobstructed view. The food is creative and delicious and beautifully presented. The service is warm, charming and delightful. I personally had the Hake on cassoulet of beans which was to die for. The rest of my party all went for short ribs. They all loved them. I started with a poached egg creation / salad that was sinfully scrumptious. 😋 Highly recommend.

The food is amazing, the view is breathtaking. It’s a bit far from the city centre but the trip is worth it. Service staff is nice and quick and you won’t regret taking the menu with three dishes, it has a great price for value.

Honestly, one of the best restaurants in Paris. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Alex, in particular, was very kind and helpful. I can’t emphasize enough how much this restaurant is a must-try. And the view is just wow—you can see both La Défense and the Eiffel Tower at the same time.

A Breathtaking Experience at Bistrot La Haut From the moment we arrived, Bistrot La Haut impressed us with its stunning ambiance and panoramic view overlooking both La Défense and the distant silhouette of Sacré-Cœur. It’s a rare gem that blends urban elegance with timeless Parisian charm. The staff made us feel truly welcome. Attentive, warm, and incredibly supportive throughout the evening. Their hospitality elevated the entire experience. The food was nothing short of outstanding. We began with a vibrant tomato starter, bursting with flavor and beautifully plated. Our main course, the fish Rascasse, was delicately prepared and utterly delicious. For dessert, we indulged in both the Saint Honoré and the fraises creation, each one a masterful balance of texture, sweetness, and visual artistry. Every dish felt like a crafted celebration of taste and presentation. We left happy, full, and already planning our next visit. A perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Highly, highly recommend - service was excellent, and the food was equally good. Of course, the location and view are amazing, too. From beginning to end, a top-notch experience.

Very very nice place, food is cooked with attention, full of flavors, especially the salmon gravlax and the langoustines. It’s a must do, really nice place and ambience on top.

We went for celebrating a birthday and have not been disapointed. Top view, nice decoration. Very nice young lady serving our 9-people table. Very good food. Just few hi-cups: A bit slow + 2 persons did not get what they ordered although what they got (veal) was good.
