Bistrot Royal

Wow. I don't know how to describe this meal but it was fantastic. We tried the 9 course tasting menu and every single plate was incredible. We added the 4 glass wine pairing as well as a glass of champagne and two of the cheese offerings and the total cost was 310 euros per person. Its certainly an expensive meal, but on the scale of Michelin star restaurants it is probably the best value I've seen yet.

It is rare to see such a passion and joy. Food was delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. Contemporary designs showcasing best of Aosta region ingredients and history. It felt like a compelling story told by a friend. Fantastic wines and ambience too. 🙏 again chef, definitely deserves *** !!!

If you are on Michelin list it does not mean you can rip off your clients by taking 25 euros for the aperol. Totally ridiculous!

The whole experience was amazing! We went for the 9 course menu with wine pairing and were mind blown for 4 hours!

I chose Arte menu and it very creative. Not only a feast for the mouse but also great sensations on the vision and nose as well.

Esperienza pessima per un 5 stelle. 40 minuti di attesa per dei semplici cocktail e stuzzichini solo a base di carne. Quando ho chiesto un’alternativa perché non mangio carne, l’unica risposta è stata: “Abbiamo solo pop corn e patatine”. Servizio lento, poca attenzione al cliente e zero cura per esigenze alimentari. Deludente e assolutamente non all’altezza del livello che dichiarano.
