Located in front of 1251 50th, closer to 6 ave than 7th ave. $14 Pad Kee Mao w Chicken. The order is filled to the brim and has at least one full cup of tender chicken pieces. There was a small topping of fresh/crispy fried wonton chips, tiny bits of onion, red pepper, and basil as well. The taste was very bland, almost as if using only sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, and some hot pepper seasoning. It did not taste like traditional pad kee mao. For the price point and speed, great for a quick lunch. The two attendants were super sweet and served everyone with a smile! Add $1 if paying with credit card or Apple Pay, cash and Zelle accepted.

Amazing Thai food right outside of John Jay College. You can tell the ingredients are very FRESH every day. The lady running the business is extremely kind, and offers fast/courteous service. The menu is small and simple. The Pad Thai (beef or chicken) is absolutely delicious, I ask for it spicy but you can get it cooked however you prefer. I always get an ice cold Thai Iced Tea after the Pad Thai, it’s absolute heaven and it cools my belly right up. Lastly she accept Zelle which is really convenient. The prices are unbeatable, one big portion of Pad Thai for $10 and the Thai iced tea $3 combines for the perfect $13 lunch. I will always come back here for lunch when I’m on campus, it’s literally like 1 block away. Give this place a try! You won’t regret it.

I can’t believe I haven’t written something about this place. I go once a week. The chef/owner puts love in her food and you get your moneys worth. I’m basic and always down for the Pad thai. And she has a nice and sweet Thai ice tea with these cute holders. You have the option of paying with Venmo which is convenient. Like look how delicious

Thai Food Cart open Monday thru Friday until about 4pm located on 10th Ave between 57th and 58th. Very reasonable. $10 Chicken Pad Thai was fantastic. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Really wanted to like this. The lady running this truck is so sweet but the food was not good at all. We ended up throwing away our two dishes. The pad see ew was incredibly fishy smelling/tasting (I thought I was having a seafood boil tbh) and the pad Thai tasted like spaghetti and meatballs. Just odd taste in general.

Fantastic Thai food! Very authentic and made with fresh ingredients. Probably the best Thai food I’ve had in NYC, seriously! Also so affordable, and you can pay with Venmo/ApplePay too, not just cash like a lot of food trucks. The chef/owner is also very nice.

Really nice lady but the food was pretty mediocre. I got the basil chicken which was apparently the same sauce as the pad kee mao. Very one tone salty, and the chicken was dry as well. For the price though, I couldn’t complain too much.
